I heard him in front of me. I didn't move even though I heard him draw his sword.

I heard him Whisper "No" and step back and drop his sword. I looked up into his blue-green eyes and whispered "I love you." And smiled. I only wish I could stay.
I heard the sound of his sword coming at me, but I let Cloud's confused eyes comfort me. It happened quickly. I heard Cloud's startled gasp and my breath left me. I felt my long braided hair fall down, the bow flying far away from me and holy dropping into the water. Everything went black.
When I found the strength to reopen my eyes I saw Cloud looking down at me. He was cradling me in his strong arms, holding me as close as possible. I snuggled into him. I didn't move until I heard him breath in "I love you too Aeris."
I smiled and a tear rolled down my face. "Even with my last breath Cloud my love is with you."
