Based on the beginning of chapter 27. I was pretty pissed that they just left that hang… yes, that pun was intentional. Enjoy!

While Brooke and Ernie were working on finding the T.H.O.R. agents, Natalia was waking up. Later she would hate this fact, but at the moment she just looked around and pulled her iron bonds away from her body enough that she could slip out an arm, but to her disappointment, no wriggling could get out any more of her.
She sighed and let her body relax. She looked around. She was almost alone. She gasped. Harley was hanging limply, upside down like her. He was unconscious… or worse… dead. A stream of blood trickled ever so slowly down his face. "Harley!" she hissed. There was no response.
She tried to swing over to reach him, but she fell short. She growled to herself feeling angry. Stupid Baron… he shouldn't have led them there, if he knew there were Iron Maidens. Stupid T.H.O.R. agents, couldn't even fend off a bunch of Iron Maidens…
Stupid this, stupid that… but the point was that Harley was… a tear trickled down her face. "Harley, please, please talk to me…" she whispered as loud as she dared. "please…"
But no matter how she tried, she couldn't wake Harley. Her tears streamed into her braids. It was really funny. Harley never cared about her teasing… he teased her back, in fact. And yet, now she got the feeling that he did care, inside. "And I thought that I was a detective… I can't even notice when…" she choked back a sob.
"Harley!" she said, louder than she deemed safe.
He stirred. Slowly he opened his eyes. "What's up?' he asked, looking at the floor pensively.
Natalia brushed her tears away quickly and rolled her eyes. "I thought you were dead…" she said, awkwardly.
"I'm not," he said, just as awkwardly.
After a moment's pause, Natalia sighed and shouted, "Will they all hurry up already?!"
