A piece of fluff I came up with on Friday night that would not leave me so I wrote it down.
Thank you to everyone who has reviewed, added my stories to favorites, or put me on author alert it means a lot to me.
I do not own the Twilight Saga or any of the characters.
Daisy
What is taking him so long? He said he would be back soon and not to check his future. I hated not knowing he knew I did. Why did he tell me not to see? I walked around the room twice then stopped suddenly. What if he was planning on leaving? He would not…would he. No. I started hyperventilating. Edward the only one in the house was by my side.
"Will you stop please? We all know he would never leave without you. And stop panicking I cannot think clearly because of it. Calm down, Alice."
I took a few deep breaths in. "OK better thank you." "No problem now please he will be back soon."
I went back to pacing back and forth across the floor. Waiting and waiting.
"Hey Darlin'." I jumped and spun around colliding with Jasper. I wrapped my arms around him burying my head into his hard chest. I pulled back. "Where were you what took so long you worried me did some thing bad happen why did you not want me to see" I went on without a breath. When I ended my long run-on he pulled out his hands from behind his back. He held a dozen daisies in his hand. He gave them to me.
"Pretty." I whispered nose in the flowers inhaling their unique sent floral and sunshine, fresh.
"Did you know that daisies stand for purity and innocence? They also mean loyal love only you could still love me. They represent patients which you possess you must after encouraging me this many times; beauty you are truly beautiful inside and out. And simplicity you find joy in the tiniest things. They represent you."
I stood speechless staring at the flowers for a moment then flung myself into his arms.
"Happy fifth anniversary, Alice Whitlock." I had forgotten we meet exactly five years ago in that half-empty dinner. When fate and hope brought two destined lovers together.
Once you choose hope, anything's possible.
Christopher Reeves.
The Daisy does stand for all of those things and it represents the fifth anniversary. Plus it is my favorite flower. Next I plan on doing Rose and Emmett. If you have any ideas for the others flowers please tell me in a review or PM me. Thank you for reading.
