Kate was shocked at what Redrum had just spoken from his mouth but kept her face still. She looked down at the food, Redrum had caught for them. "And all this?"
"Phase two of getting to know my enemy," spoke Redrum.
"You're wrong about me," said Kate coldly. "But I'm glad now that I don't have to pretend to like you except for when Humphrey is right beside me."
"Same here. Only difference is, I'll outlast you." Redrum began to hear Humphrey returning. "And scene."
Humphrey returned. "Well it's getting late. Should we call it a night?"
"Sure thing," said Redrum. He turned to Kate. "I had fun tonight."
"Me too," Kate said, returning with a smile.
