Some of you asked for a sequel to The Heart in the Words when I finally finished it. I normally wouldn't do one, but Michael is my favorite so here we go. It's going to span a few decades. If you haven't already, read The Heart in the Words first so you won't be confused.

After Booth proposed to Hannah and she rejected him, Booth and Brennan are sent with Sweets undercover to a ski lodge as Tony and Roxie to try and catch a murderer. Booth and Brennan know that their relationship had changed because of everything that happened in the past couple years, and maybe this undercover mission is just what they needed, with some funny moments along the way.

AU where Booth and Brennan went home together after that first case, had a night together, she gets pregnant and doesn’t tell him. It isn’t until 2 years later and their daughter, Ruth, is a little over a year, that Booth tries to play the whole savior at the airport and we pick up where we know Bones
