"Why are you here?" she asked, her pulse beating frantically against the solid presence of his knife. Jareth twisted it slightly, not enough to cut but to let her know he could. He leaned into her. "Because you so cordially invited me to take what I want." Once the line has been crossed, it's already too late... Sarah should have killed the Goblin King when she had the chance.

After graduating college, Sarah Williams moves to New York City to "make it" as an actress. Unfortunately for her, fate has a different plan in store. It's Christmas Eve in the Underground, and a certain Sarah and a certain Goblin King have decided what better night to host an intervention for a WIP that shall not be named. They decide to make it a party and invite all the other Jareths and Sarahs to assist. Naturally, utter madness ensues, but Yule magic is in the air and Christmas is the time for miracles after all...

Sarah finds herself alone, unwillingly. She wants to reach out for help and reconnect with her past but is her past willing to let her back? Comfort and love can grow from unexpected places and time does allow for growth.
