The cab pulled up to an iron archway that read “Welcome to Ocean Avenue”. So much had changed, yet he felt like he had never left. It was intimidating coming back home after being away for nearly ten years. So many question raced through his mind. Would anyone recognize him? What compelled him to come home? And who did that little green Yamaha belong to?

Five years have passed. Now the Belcher children are in 12th, 10th, and 8th grade. With the new year comes new challenges, new romance, new heart break, and new identities. They also endure bullying and a loss within the family. At least they always have each other's backs.

After losing his mother to the disease. Bob Belcher always assumed that if he faced cancer again it would be his fight or his father's. Maybe one of his in laws or even Linda. Not his youngest daughter and certainly not when she was only nine. Title is the Japanese word for tragedy. At least according to Google. Apologies if it's wrong.

Spoilers for "The Plight Before Christmas" and "Show Mama From the Gave." A boring afternoon at the library takes an interesting turn when Louise decides to look up her deceased grandmother. When she decides to honor her grandmother's legacy. She is not expecting the serious poem she wrote to be selected. Much less for it to impact her the way it did.

[Oneshot - T for swearing/making out] It was going to be one of those nights, evidently. One of those nights where, if Millie looked close enough, she could see Louise fighting off those pesky teenage emotions of hers behind her eyes. Millie sipped her pent-up pubescent outbursts like fresh lemonade. [AKA Millie and Louise being dysfunctional teenage lesbians for almost 2k words]

Tragedy strikes the Belcher's when the children are hit by a hit and run driver. Tina and Gene walk away with minor injuries but Louise. Louise took the brunt of the hit to protect her siblings. Her injuries are non survivable. Adding insult to injury Bob is grieving his mom extra hard and ends up saying some horrible things to his daughter. Just before the accident.

"Daddy" was Louise's first word. It was also her last. Alternate version of my story "A Cry in the Park."

SPOILERS FROM THE MOVIE. "You remind me of my mom Louise, and with the hat it's kind of like you two have met. I keep forgetting that you never did." After the Belchers saved the Wharf, Louise asked Bob how she reminded him of her grandmother. Bob has never really talked to the kids about his mother, until now.

Set a few months after the movie and immediately after the episode "Apple Gorchard but not Gory." Spoilers for both. Rudy deals with nightmares and fears losing his best friend. Louise deals with her own fears.

Set a few weeks after the movie. Bob takes Louise for ice cream and tells her another part of the hat story. The story of how Louise's hat saved Bob's from a gruesome demise.

Years later Louise is married to Rudy, but not after some challenges. Firstly Rudy was briefly married to Chloe Barbash. Resulting a baby girl named Ruby. Whom Louise adores. Between health crises and day to day life. The family endures a lot. Until Louise's pregnancy. Causes Ruby to revisit a long forgotten question? Why did her own mother leave her?
