Care a Lot's cherished Rainshine Meadow Park is hit by a severe weather event. Causing those in the park to have to take cover as best they could. Beastly himself is called upon to help save the day.

Grumpy Bear is not like the other Care Bears, and he has kept that from them for years. But storms are rolling in, and Grumpy is beginning to fall apart. He is certain that they won't understand what he's been through, and he hides it all. In the eye of the storm, he's safe, but the storm is all around, waiting to eat him alive. Will his friends help him, or will they turn away?

Tenderheart and Grumpy deal with their feelings for each other.

It is Sulky Bear's first Birthday. Her proud Parents want to throw a Surprise Party for her. For Share and Grumpy it is their Cub who supplies the surprises.
