Here is a third of the fan-made game story, this story is based on Pokemon Uranium. But the difference I will make is that Kellyn and Lucine, who are the player's parents, will be changed into Ash's parents. But for the rest, it will be the same. Now without a do, let's get into the story.
Chapter 1: Delia's Assumed Death
Ash has finished his journey around the Kalos Region, right now he is coming back home as he gets the Runner Up in the League. Ash and his family lived in Pallet Town in the Kanto Region, his father, Adam Ketchum, was a brave and talented Pokemon Ranger. And his mother Delia Ketchum, even though she is a housewife most of the time, is actually the Champion of the region known as the Tandor Region and she is also the brilliant scientist that works with Professor Oak and Professor Bamb'o.
The Tandor Region is now peaceful, and Delia is asked by a company to study a form of clean energy that would change the world. It is when Ash goes to Kalos for his sixth league, there is something happened in the Tandor Region...
It is an ordinary day at the Nuclear Power Plant where Delia is working, as part of the routine inspection, they brought a specialist to take a look at the electrical system.
"Cameron, have you finished your diagnostics?" Delia asks a red-haired man.
"Yes, I have. Everything seems to be working perfectly. This generator you designed really does its job well, Delia." Cameron says.
"Excellent. If everyone has finished their work, we'll break for lunch." Delia says.
Just then, a scientist is panicking and he says, "Uh, Ms. Ketchum...You might want to take a look at this."
Delia rushes towards his side and checks the monitor, "Strange...The temperature readings are far higher than normal. Either we need to reset the thermometer, or...The reactor is leaking a massive amount of heat..."
"It can't be the thermometer." Cameron says. "I just checked that. So..."
Just then, the ground is shaking and the scientist yells, "There must be a breach in the reactor! At this temperature, in just a few minutes, we'll have a total meltdown!"
Delia yells, "Everybody needs to evacuate! NOW!"
As all of the scientists are leaving, Cameron and Delia are the only ones left. Cameron says, "Delia! You have to leave, tool."
But Delia's mind is lost to something that they have no idea about, and then she rushes to the basement.
"DELIA!" Cameron yells, and then he rushes out all by himself and watches the power plant explode.
With Cameron's help, all of the scientists were able to escape unscathed...except Delia. She was never seen again after that day... The radiation leaking from the broken reactor made the surrounding area uninhabitable for many years, foiling any attempt to try and search for her. But the news didn't send to Ash Ketchum, her son. What will happen if he learns the truth?
"We are finally here. Pikachu." Ash says as he and Pikachu finally arrive at Pallet Town. "I can't wait to see Mom and all of our other Pokemon."
Pikachu nod in agreement, and they also hear someone panting behind her. "Ash... calm down..."
Ash turns around and sees the honey-blond girl, she is Serena, and instead of traveling to the Hoenn Region, she wants to come with Ash to the Kanto Region.
"Sorry, Serena. But look, this is the Kanto Region!" Ash says.
Serena sees the town and she smiles, "Wow... this is really beautiful."
"Yeah, now let's go see my mom." Ash grabs her arm as they rush to the town, and of course, Serena is blushing.
"Mom, I'm home." As Ash opens the door, he only sees an empty house, much to his confusion.
"Huh? Where did Mom go?" Ash is confused. "Maybe Professor Oak will know it, right?"
Pikachu can only agree as they go to the lab. There, they see Brock, Misty, Tracy, May, Max, Dawn, Iris, and Cilan. All of them are having gloomy faces.
"Hey guys, what are you doing here?" Ash is confused as Misty says, "Ash, didn't you see the news?"
"What news?" Ash is confused as he turns to the television. Then he flinches as he sees that in the Tandor Region, a nuclear power plant explodes, and the fact that Delia Ketchum is the only one who didn't escape.
"Please tell me it isn't real..." Ash looks at everyone in present, but all of them turn their heads away and Ash kneels down.
Brock, the eldest of the group, says, "Ash...I know this is hard for you, but..."
"I don't want to hear it. My Mother was dead because of a nuclear power plant in a region I didn't have any idea about..." Ash yells as he bolts out of the room.
"Ash, wait..." Serena tries to run to him, but she was stopped by Brock stops her, "You must be Ash's new travel companion, but please just give him some time.""
"But..." Serena says.
"Being rash isn't getting you anywhere." Serena can only sigh at Brock's words, but it is undeniable that they are also sad of the death of Delia Ketchum.
Ash is being greeted by every one of his Pokemon outside the lab, but with the shocking news of Delia Ketchum perished in a Nuclear explosion also saddens them. They are having a group hug as Ash is crying.
"Why Mother...why do you have to leave me alone..." Ash sobs. He remembers all the things that his mother tells him, and he is full of regret about not listening to them.
Just then, a golden glow appears and then an Arceus comes from it. Some of the Pokemon bow at the lord, while Ash is too busy weeping to notice. Arceus walks towards Ash and nuzzles him, causing him to see her.
"Arceus..." Ash says. "Why are you here?"
"I have heard your pain, so I come." Arceus says.
"Why do you have to take my mom away...I have a lot to talk to her and now that isn't going to happen..."
Arceus frowns and she says, "Your mother isn't dead yet." This causes confusion to Ash. "What?"
Arceus says, "Yveltal and Giratina haven't found your mother's soul, which means that she is alive but missing. You can't give up your hope just like that because you see what you saw."
Ash gasps and asks, "So my Mother is still alive? For real?"
"Of course, Ash. It is because of it that Professor Oak has gone to the Tandor Region beforehand." Arceus says. "I am here to help you out with this journey."
This causes confusion in Ash and he asks, "How are you going to help me out?"
Arceus smiles, "It is simple. I'll unlock your aura abilities so that you can talk to Pokemon and also use moves to train. Not only that, it is time that I shall become your Pokemon."
"My Pokemon?" Everyone is surprised at the sudden revelation. Not only that, Arceus gives Ash a Master Ball so that he can capture her. Ash can only agree and he captures her.
Once Ash is given the power of aura, he now can listen to the voices of Pokemon, and Pikachu just demands Ash to give him a bottle of Ketchup, causing everyone to laugh. As his travel companions are approaching, Arceus changed into a girl as Brock tries to flirt with her, only to be taken away by Croagunk.
"Ash, who is she?" Dawn asks.
Before Ash can say, Arceus says, "I am Aurora, I am Ash's sister, it is nice to meet those who have been helping my brother a lot."
Max says, "Ash, you didn't tell us you have a sister."
Ash says, "Well...I..."
"I lived in the Tandor Region, which is why you don't know me. But I assume you all heard the news of my mother, I believe that Mom isn't dead, which is why I come here to bring my brother there." Arceus says as Ash is shocked.
"But that place is dangerous, you could have been exposed to the nuclear if you go there..." Tracy says.
"I don't care. Now that I know the news that my Mother may be still alive, I am going to find her no matter what." Ash says with a determined voice.
The travel companions are looking at one another, and then Serena says, "Then I will come with you as well."
Ash says, "This is my problem, Serena. I can't let you come with me, it is dangerous."
"After all that happened and you just wanted me to leave you alone?" Serena seems to be a little hurt. "I traveled because of you, and my biggest fear is losing you. I don't care, if I can be with you, then so be it."
Ash blushes at Serena's confession, not only that, he starts to remember how many times she has been helping him out of her affection. And the one thing he can't forget is the kiss at the Kalos Airport.
May says, "That sure is a bold move."
"Yeah..." The others agree and Serena finally realizes what she said and blushes. Ash sighs and says, "Serena, I am sorry that I yelled at you. I was just scared. I have seemly lost my mother and I can't bear losing you as well."
Aurora says, "Ash, just let her come, I could have a sister-in-law for the company." This causes the two to blush and Ash says, "Why are you saying that I am going to have a wedding around the corner..."
"A wedding...with Ash..." Serena almost fainted at the words.
As for the others, they know that they can't stop Ash and Serena from going to Tandor to find Delia. So they just give them some blessings and some presents for them. After that, they left the lab.
Ash also reveals that Aurora is actually Arceus to Serena, and she is actually shocked to learn this truth. Arceus also gives Serena the ability to use Aura as they can train with each other as a couple.
"Since we are back together...I have something in my mind." Ash says after doing some training.
"What is it?" Serena asks. Judging by the nervous tone Ash made, she knows where this is going.
"When I was with you, either when we are in Kalos or training just now. I am really happy to spend time with you." Ash says.
"Me too. Ash." Serena says.
"So I was asking, do you want to be my girlfriend?" Ash asks.
Serena stuns by the words and she stops eating the cookies. Her eyes start to form tears. Ash notices it and says, "I am sorry, maybe let's just forget about it and-"
But Ash is cut off as Serena slams her lips on his. Ash is surprised, but he didn't break off as they did for another minute.
"Ash, those are tears of joy. I like to be with you." Serena smiles while wiping her tears.
Ash smiles at her and they kiss once more. After breaking, he says, "Thank you, Sere."
Serena says, "I should thank you, too. Ash. For making one of my dreams come true."
As for the Pokemon, they are happy to see Ash being happy again after learning about the seeming death of Delia Ketchum. Pikachu is the happiest since he really likes Serena and the fact that she and Ash are together is great news, the only regret for him is that Greninja isn't there to see it.

Not only that, this is not Betrayal fanfic, since I know that some of the readers are going to get annoyed for me to write this kind of story. The next chapter will be meeting a rival and also the Professor of the region. I hope you like it.
