"This is it," Jane Foster said as she and her two best friends came to a stop in front of a dark green door. She slid the key, attached to a blue key tag emblazoned with the number 333 in gold Sharpie, into the lock and opened the door. "What do you think?"
While it wasn't a dump, the small one room studio apartment left a lot to be desired. It was cramped, shabby, and in desperate need of a good cleaning. However, Jane's excitement was palpable and neither Darcy or Loki wanted to dampen it.
"It's great, Jane," Darcy replied, stepping forward to hug her friend.
"Thanks, Darcy." When their embrace ended, Jane turned to Loki. "I know you've got a lot to say, so let's hear it."
Loki simply smiles in response and pulled Jane into a hug. "It is small, but it's got a bit of charm to it."
Jane laughed at that as she pulled out of their hug. "I'm so glad you both like it. I know it's small, but—"
"It's yours," Loki said, smiling proudly at his best friend. "You found this place on your own and now it's yours."
"Loki's right," Darcy added. "We'll help you make this place feel like home and it'll be the first step in re-building your life."
