After the boys finally get their amnesty. What happens next? This is my view of what might! The Kid of course finds trouble. The story is more about his journey, although Heyes is alongside him for the ride. The story is now complete. 3 Epilogues added. Chapter 20 is an extended version of my Advent story 2022. Set towards the end of Chapter 17.

Kid teaches Heyes the meaning of Christmas...

This is the boys first Christmas at Freedom Ranch. With one of them falling ill will it be a good one? Was feeling a little melancholy after setting up the Christmas decorations and this story is what came of that!

Five years after they married, the Kid's wife leaves him. This story has tormented me for months,and I hope by finally writing it, I can exorcise it from my mind. The idea began as an Advent story but grew too long for that venue. While it is a Talk to the Author story, I think because of its theme it works as a stand alone

This is a series of interwoven stories but many are also stand alone. Curry and Heyes receive their amnesty but it comes with a condition of penance. This includes the stories of the first year of penances.

Having finally received amnesty the partners find that sometimes even freedom has a price. (a special thank you to Rachel for all her help with this story when I found myself with a case of writers block...and for the title)

A story inspired by the drabble 'Injury Recovery' that I posted on 8/11/22.

Every episode has both major and minor characters and sometimes there is more to a minor character than meets the eye. Each Chapter will be about one such character. Not all chapters will fall in the same order as the series episodes, and likely one or two episodes will be skipped over (i.e. Return to Devil's Hole because I never watch that one).

Set after the boys have split in their teen years. The Kid is in trouble as a robbery he was involved in has gone terribly wrong and a rival gang has their eye on the take. At the same time, a stranger to him, who calls himself Joshua Smith has been mistaken for Larry. While a gang of outlaws wants revenge.

What happens when your partner gets sick?

Just a little dip into the ups and downs of the boys lives. A determined posse chase, ends with Heyes being captured. But hope and help comes from unexpected sources.
