Anakin, Ahsoka, Blake, and Yang sat in Ozpin's office having explained the events on Mortis.
"I see." Ozpin nods with a hand on his chin deep in thought. "Vary well. Miss Tano, for the time being you may stay with Team SCRL until I can make arrangements for a team of your own. Unless you wish to spend your time away from the battlefield that is. It is entirely your choice."
Ahsoka smiles and bows politely. "Thank you Professor." She then looks to Anakin before looking back to Ozpin. "I think becoming a Huntress wouldn't be so bad."
Ozpin smiles, pleased with her answer and offers his hand. "Welcome aboard Miss Tano." The two shake hands as Anakin sighs in relief. Just then an alert pops up on Ozpin's Scroll. He looks at it for a moment then nods to himself. He then turns to Anakin. "Mr. Skywalker I advise you to prep your team for a mission. This task seems to be much easier than your teams last assignment but I'd expect it to take a bit of time."
Anakin smiles and nods. "How long would you guess it'll take."
Ozpin thinks for a moment before answering. "If things go well you could be back by morning however I would pack for one weeks worth just to be careful. It's always best to have something and not need it then to need it and not have it."
Ahsoka tilts her head in interest. "That's pretty good advice."
Blake then steps forward. "Sir? Is Ahsoka going on this mission?"
Ozpin shook his head. "As much as I'd love to send her on a mission to gain experience on the types of creatures we fight, I cannot authorizes her to go on this mission until she is an official student." Ahsoka nods In understanding while Blake ponders that. Anakin looked hurt having hoped to go on the battlefield with his Padawan once again, but ultimately decided the Headmaster was simply following the law. "If you would like however Miss Tano, until Skywalker's team returns you could stay with team RWBY." He then turns to Blake and Yang who had been mostly quiet. "Perhaps you two and your teammates could show her around and get her use to life here in our world."
Yang nods and Blake smiles. "We'd be happy to Professor." Blake says.
Ozpin thinks for a moment. "I may be able to get you a team rather soon if I can get help from Ironwood. Either way, the staff will be informed of your being here and a class schedule will be given to you. Your school uniform will be sent as well."
With that all four left the room and went down the elevator. "That went well." Anakin smirks.
Blake rolls her eyes at him with a smile. "It went okay, well may be overselling it."
Yang snorts. "Yeah, did you see his face when we told him?"
"Probably thought you had lost your mind." Ahsoka states.
Anakin waves her off. "It's fine Snips, he's heard crazier before."
"And seen it." Yang adds.
Ahsoka then clutches her head in pain. "Ahsoka?" Anakin asks. "You alright?" She sees flashes of a woman with short chocolate brown hair covered with nothing but a white strapless bra and skirt with a horrific scar upon the left side of her face. She was unconscious before her eyes opened with a flaming orange glow screaming.
When Ahsoka opens her eyes she sees that she's back in the elevator with Anakin, Blake, and Yang standing there looking at her worriedly.
"Ahsoka? Are you alright?" Anakin asks laying a conforming hand on her shoulder.
"I'm fine Master," She shakes her head upon that word. I've got to stop saying that. "It was a vision or... prematition."
"You mean premonition?" Anakin asks with a confused look.
"Yeah." Ahsoka holds her head for a moment trying to process what she saw.
Anakin saw Blake and Yang questioning this. "It's a Force thing." He explains earning looks of understanding. He then turns back to Ahsoka. "While I'm gone meditate on it. It might be important." Ahsoka nods, agreeing with her old master. Anakin then gives a smirk before walking off to prep his team.
Blake steps to her side. "How about we go get a spot set up for you in our dorm." She smiles.
Ahsoka smiles back. "Sure."
After a brief walk the three made it to the Team RWBY's dorm. Inside was Weiss and Ruby. Weiss' nails had been painted a very light blue and she was currently painting Ruby's nails red. Blake and Yang gave each other a questioning glance before turning back to the two.
"Weiss? Ruby? What are you two doing?" Yang asks. The two girls shout and jump in fear upon the unexpected voice.
The two then glared at Yang who smiles triumphantly. "We were having our nails painted." Ruby pouts.
Weiss face palms carefully to keep the wet nails from getting in her hair. "I said something mean and decided to make it up to her." She explains.
"That makes a lot more sense." Blake states.
"Wanna join?" Ruby asks.
Yang shrugs and looks to Ahsoka and Blake who share a questioning look before nodding.
"Who's that?" Weiss asks gesturing to Ahsoka.
Yang's eyes widened. "Oh right! Ruby, Weiss, meet Ahsoka Tano. She's gonna be staying with us for a while."
Ruby furrows her brows in confusion. "Anakin's Padawan?"
"The Togruta?" Weiss adds.
"Yup." Yang smiles. "A Space God sent her here after teleporting us with an orb." Blake and Ahsoka face palm at the description she gave.
Twelve minutes of explanation later the girls painted each other's nails. Yang got Yellow, Ahsoka got green, and Blake chose to have blue.
Ahsoka was rather happy with how hers turned out. "This is nice. I was never aloud to do this kind of thing back at the temple."
Ruby grinned. "Well now you can do this anytime you want!"
"What about your time after leaving the Jedi?" Weiss asks gaining a glare from Blake. "Sorry. That was a little insensitive."
Ahsoka waves it off. "It's fine, and a valid question. I guess I just never thought about it after leaving. Most of the time I was fighting to survive."
Yang frowned. "Did you ever think about going back?"
"All the time." She admitted. "But I just couldn't. I didn't feel like I belonged anymore. The only reason I thought about going back was because of Anakin. He practically raised me, taught me just about everything I know, and yet I basically abandoned him."
"He doesn't hold anything against you." Blake says. "He understands why you left."
Ahsoka smiles at those words. "Thanks." She then decided to change the mood. "So what has Skyguy been up to while he's been here?" Yang laughs. Ahsoka, and the others look at her quizzically.
"Sorry, sorry, it's just that I called him that a little while back." Yang giggles.
After a long cheerful discussion the girls set Ahsoka up with Yang's bed who volunteered to sleep in a sleeping bag. Ahsoka tried to decline but Yang left no room for debate. With that the girls made there way to the landing pad where Anakin's team were to leave.
The girls could see Professor Port waiting in the bullhead. "Hey girls, nice nails." Anakin comments earning smiles from each of them. "Come to see us off?" Anakin smiles.
Yang smirks. "Nah, just watching our Vytal Festival rivals get knocked out of the competition." She says sarcastically.
Anakin raises a brow but smirks as well. "Well when you find them let me know." Yang crosses her arms but smiles at the friendly banter.
Blake walks up and gives him a hug. "Be safe." She says before they part.
"Hey!" Anakin says giving a mock hurt look. "Its me we're talking about."
"All the more reason for her to worry." Ahsoka giggles. Anakin gives a light scowl. Rex hears her but doesn't recognize her when he sees her due to her new look. He just shakes his head, and helps Crimson load the supplies onto the ship.
Lilly then walks up to get Anakin's attention. "Everything's ready." She says. Anakin nods.
"Well, duty calls." Anakin gives a two finger salute before following Lilly back to the bulkhead.
"Have fun!" Ruby shouts in excitement.
