A/N: this story is a what if scenario where Jack Darby is the Viltrumite superhero Invincible, but not by being the son of Omni-Man. Instead he will be the son of a different Viltrumite that we all know of, but who I will reveal at a later time.

Just so we're clear, Mark Grayson will be in this story, since it takes place after the comic. Jack will know of Mark since he is his predecessor.

I don't own Transformers or Invincible; and I don't own the image for this story, so please don't sue. Because again, I am broke as a joke. Also, I will be making Raf a superhero in this story as well, but no spoilers.

One more thing; this story will also take place during the darkness rising event in Transformers Prime. I may or may not be including one or more O.C. in this story.

Jasper Nevada

Early in the morning, the sun was peeking through the second story window of a house as it rose high in the sky. An alarm clock read in green numbers, 5:59 AM, until it turned to 6:00 AM, and started buzzing. A person lifted their arm from under the covers of their bed and started tapping at the top of the alarm. But they were so tired that the more they tapped the top of it, the more nothing happened. So, in a fit of annoyance the person made a fist and slammed their hand into it, until it broke into pieces. The person started raising their head from the covers, revealing a teenage boy with dark hair and blue eyes, by the name of Jack Darby.

"Oh man, that's the 10th one this month!" He said with disappointment in his voice. Not many people, except for a select few knew this about him, but Jack was only half human. The other half belonged to the proud Viltrumite race. It turns out that his mother June Darby is human, but his father was an all-powerful Viltrumite; whose pure genetics made Jack more Viltrumite than human. Viltrumites are a race of super powered aliens, with flight, speed, strength and invulnerability, and could pass completely as human in appearance. Quite a few years ago, their population was cut in half; and their planet was destroyed. But their numbers were replenished, and they found a planet far from Earth to call home. Of course there were still a few that resided on Earth to this day.

Jack got out of bed and made his way to the window, and he moved the curtains to look outside. The bright light made his eyes squint at the mere sight of it, as he gazed out into the suburbs. "Yet another boring day in Jasper, Nevada. I'll bet you're having the time of your life, wherever you are dad; I hope it was worth it!" Jack said with more disappointment in his voice. It had only been a few years since Jack's parents split up, but to him it felt like it was just yesterday. Jack changed out of his pajamas and got dressed as he prepared for school.

Jack came downstairs with his busted alarm clock in his hand. He then saw his mom making herself a cup of coffee. "Good morning, honey did you sleep well?" She greeted him with a smile.

"Hey Mom, and yeah I slept alright." Jack responded. His mom was actually a very beautiful woman, with blue eyes and dark hair tied in a ponytail. She worked at the hospital as a nurse. June noticed he had another broken alarm clock in his hand, as he put it in a bag with nine other destroyed versions. "At least this time I didn't destroy my dresser with it." he said. You'd think after all these years, June would get used to raising a Viltrumite, especially since she always had to pay for new furniture after he broke it. But she loved her son, so in her eyes, it was all worth it. But the one thing she wished above all for Jack, was that he would actually make a real connection with people, and make some friends. So it was at that moment, she decided to voice her opinion on the matter.

"Don't worry about it Jack. You're still getting used to your powers. But there is something I would like to talk with you about." June said.

"Okay, what's up?" He asked.

"Jack, I know living in Jasper hasn't been easy for either of us. But I think it's time you made some friends while you're here. I mean, don't you think it's about time you met some new people?" June questioned. Jack had this conversation with his mom dozens of times already. They've lived in Jasper ever since he was very young, but there were times when they lived in bigger cities. However, that was a long time ago. Jack was still unsure of making friends, especially given what he was capable of. So he said the best thing he could think of to his mom, while wearing a half smile on his face.

"Mom, I would love to make some new friends, believe me, I would. But I think that's going to be a little difficult, especially given all the things I've accidentally broken over the years." Hearing this his mother decided to try a different approach before giving it a rest.

"Jack, at least promise me you'll give it a try today." Jack could see the glimmer of hope in his mom's eyes, and he didn't want to let her down. So he gave in, and said to her with the utmost respect and seriousness.

"Okay Mom, I can't promise grade-A results, but we'll see what happens today." Hearing him say that brought a smile to her face, knowing that he would at least give an effort. Then a spark of realization dawned on her, as she just remembered something. She picked up a package from the counter, and gave it to Jack.

"Here, this was addressed to you, it's from Marcus." She spoke to him.

Jack's eyes widened at the sight of the package, especially since he heard who it was from. With this new information, Jack simply said to his mother, "Be right back." As he used his superhuman speed to zoom up stairs; he opened the package to find a letter from Marcus, which read. "To my old friend Jack, sorry for the wait, but Rosenbaum was busy this year." After Jack was done with the note, he looked upon the contents of the box, which was a blue and yellow suit with a mask, and goggles attached to it. Jack's friend Marcus was actually Marcus Murphy, whom he met as a child, but hasn't seen for years now. Very few people knew this but Marcus Murphy was actually the son of Mark Grayson, the original Invincible, before Marcus took up the mantle. Marcus wanted to retire from being invincible, so he and Jack talked about Jack carrying on the torch from now on. Using his super speed, jack put on the outfit lightning fast, and looked in the mirror to see how it was. "Not bad, not bad at all." Jack said, as he looked himself in the mirror.

"Jack, hurry up, you'll be late for school!" June shouted, from downstairs. Jack super sped downstairs, right in front of his mom, in his regular clothes. "So, what was in the package?" She asked.

"I'll tell you later mom, but like you said, I'm going to be late for school. I'll see you after I get done with work today. See ya." He responded as he super sped out the door to school.

Meanwhile; a few hours later, the Cybertronian Autobots from the planet Cybertron, were paying their respects to their recently fallen comrade, Cliffjumper. He was killed by their enemy, the Decepticons because he didn't have backup, By the time backup arrived, it was already too late, Cliffjumper was dead, and all that remained of him was one of his horns. Arcee, the blue Autobot, and the only girl among them; was feeling especially bad since cliffjumper was her partner. Arcee once had a partner before cliffjumper, who also died in battle; and now she was feeling the same pain she did before. During that moment, Optimus began to speak. "We must not allow our anger over the loss of Cliffjumper... To empire our judgment. As of today... Only we five Autobots remain on this earth. We owe it to ourselves. To the memory of Cybertron. To any Autobots and any Galaxies... Seeking safe harbor.. To humankind. And we owe it to the memory of our fallen comrade. To survive."

As he finished speaking, Arcee placed Cliff's horn on the ground, in remembrance of him. Optimus could sense the pain in Arcee and decided to speak up. "Arcee..."

But, Arcee started to walk away and say. "If Cliff's gone, standing around here sulking, won't bring him back. So unless anyone minds... Think I'll get back to protecting humankind." She then transformed into a blue motorcycle with pink trim to it, and rode off into the desert. And since they were cybertronians, that meant not only were they giant robot aliens, but they could also transform into any vehicle they scanned. The only reason they were on Earth was because centuries of war left their planet uninhabitable.

"Optimus... Helping humans will only result in more tragedy." Ratchet said.

"Your opinion is noted." Optimus responded to his old friend.

Jasper, K.O. Burger

"Welcome to K.O. Drive In, where every Patty is a knockout. May I take your order?" Jack asked, while working at his fast food job.

"Two super combos, extra fries. The customer said to Jack.

"Okay, dois numero 2. Anything else?" Jack responded to the customer.

"Yeah, some advice. How do I get an awesome job like yours?" The customer asked, making fun of Jack, as he was preparing the food with an annoyed expression on his face.

"So that's two, "we're not as funny as we think we are" combos. With a side of "bite me!" Jack insulted them back with as a remark.

"What'd you say?" The customer asked, in a less than friendly tone.

"5.59. Sir. At the window." Jack said back, Jack looked away for only a second, but the instant that he looked back, he saw that the customers took the food without paying, causing him to panic. "Hey... I have to pay for that." Jack said in vain as they fled the scene.

Meanwhile; Arcee had just entered the streets of Jasper, and activated the hologram of her human rider, but she soon realized that some Decepticon twins were tailing her.

"Twins." She said, as she pulled into K.O. Burger for some cover, and parked in an empty spot. As soon as she knew the coast was clear, she deactivated her hologram and said. "Take five, Sadie." At that moment Jack exited the building as his phone began to ring.

"Hey mom, I just got off. No, I'm not going to the dance. Experience suggests I should never cut a rug, unless I'm installing carpet. Be careful? Seriously? This is Jasper." Jack said to her on the phone because nothing really happens in a town like that. Then Jack set his sights on the most beautiful motorcycle he ever saw, which made him feel as if he were in heaven because he was saving up to buy a motorcycle. "I love you." He said to the motorcycle, only just realizing that he was still on the phone with his mom "Oh yeah, I love you too Mom, I gotta run." He spoke as he finished the call and hung up.

Jack approached the motorcycle, and said to it with passion "hello, beautiful. Where have you been all my life?" He stood next to it and said "Nice." As he ran his hands across its smooth seat. The next thing Arcee knew, this boy took a seat on her, admiring her vehicle form.

"It may take a few K.O. pay checks, but I am gonna own a ride like you someday." He said with determination in his voice.

"Are you talking to your motorcycle?" Said a pretty teenage girl accompanied by her friend, causing Jack to gaze upon who said that. The pretty redhead girl who said that was none other than Sierra, the popular girl in his school, and his secret crush. Thinking fast on his feet he said the only thing that came to mind.

"My motorcycle? No, I mean, yes, yes! It's mine, but no, I'm not talking to... Well to you I am..." Jack put his hand on his forehead, as he slipped on his own words. "How's things, Sierra? Take you for a spin sometime?" He attempted to sound cool in the moment.

"Come on, smooth operator, wrap it up." Arcee whispered to herself.

"You know my name?" Sierra asked, while sounding really surprised about that. Then, Jack made an attempt to remind her.

"We're in homeroom together. I'm Jack, Jack Darby." He said to her, but at that moment two purple cars shined their lights on them brightly, surprising them all. Arcee knew those were Decepticons, so she had to think fast.

"Scrap!" She said, as they started to approach them;. Arcee started moving on her own but, freaked out the boy riding her. All Jack could do was scream in fear, as the motorcycle he was riding approached the cars, as if something was wrong with it. Arcee and Jack fled down the street with the Decepticons in pursuit. "Do not let go!" she ordered Jack, freaking him out more in the process.

"Who said that?" he asked; and they continued to evade them by speeding faster down the street.

"Commander Starscream, target sighted. Accompanied by a human youth." one of the cons said.

"Destroy them both!" Starscream ordered through their communicators. They accelerated, proceeding to do as he instructed without hesitation. Arcee came to a stop in a nearby alley, allowing Jack to dismount.

"What are you?" He asked in shock.

"I don't exist. Tell anyone about me, and I will hunt you down!" she stated to him in the form of a threat, as a scare tactic. The threat worked, as Jack was running for the hills after hearing that. Arcee started driving again, until she saw in her rearview mirror, the Decepticons were still after Jack. "Scrap!" she said as she turned around, and drove in the same direction as Jack to go help him.

"I don't even know her!" he said with fear. Of course Jack wasn't that afraid, because he had powers to help him evade or pummel them with ease. But he didn't feel like they should know that, especially since he was still getting used to his powers. Arcee drove right next to him.

"Hop on!" she told him. Jack did as she said and they sped down the highway of Jasper. Laser guns popped out of the purple cars, and started shooting at them.

"Why are those guys shooting at us?" Jack questioned.

"There's no Us kid, and they're no guys." She said back to him. Suddenly a yellow and black sports car showed up, and started helping them.

"Friend of yours?" Jack wondered.

"Family." she said. Elsewhere, a 12 year old boy with brown spiked up hair and glasses, named Raf Esquivel, was playing with his remote control race car at the canal of the town. Suddenly, his phone started ringing.

"Hi, Mama. I'm racing, right up the street. Okay, just 5 more minutes?" Raf ended the call, and got back to playing with his toy. Meanwhile Jack and Arcee came up to a roadblock, forcing Arcee to jump off the curve, and head down for the canal. Jack screamed in the process, as they landed right in front of Raf. "Whoa!" Raf said with a smile, feeling amazed to see such a thing.

"You have no idea." Jack responded, as the shock began to fade; Jack dismounted Arcee, while trying to catch his breath. The purple cars followed them down to the canal, launched in the air, and turned into two giant metal robots, landing right in front of them. The boys were freaked out by what they saw; but then the motorcycle that Jack rode, turned into a giant robot of its own, only this one was a girl.

"This ends here, cons." she stated, as she charged at them, fighting with all her might. The boys saw the whole thing, when Raf asked the burning question.

"What are they?"

"Talking cars that turn into robots. Or the other way around." Jack said back;. Arcee continued to land blow after blow, letting out all the anger she had in the process.

"This is for Cliff!" she shouted with every punch she gave. The Decepticons recovered from her hits relatively quickly, causing her to take a few steps back, in a defensive position. They started shooting at her, but she dodged every shot, until one managed to hit her, sending her to the ground. Jack and Raf heard the sound of an engine roar. They looked up to see that yellow and black sports car, jump from the bridge, and transform into the Autobot scout Bumblebee, in midair. Bumblebee landed on one of the Decepticons, and decked the other straight in the face; Arcee recovered to witness the whole thing. Bumblebee took his foot off the con he landed on, took a few steps back and heard a crunching sound, only to look down and find that he crushed the toy car the younger boy was using earlier. Bumblebee looked at him, and gave an apology in a series of beeping sounds.

"No problem. Really." Raf said showing no hard feelings. Bumblebee was distracted, and as a result he was blasted, until he fell to the ground. One of the Decepticons stepped on his head, and aimed their blaster at him while he was down. Raf got angry at this sight, and decided to speak up. "Leave him alone!" he shouted, causing the Decepticons to pull their attention towards them, blasters at the ready. "Please?" Raf asked out of fear.

"Bad call." Jack responded kneeling next to him. One of the Decepticons gave chase to them, making them run from him. "Come on! Come on!" Jack said, as they ran from him to a tunnel in the canal. When they got in the tunnel, the Decepticon started reaching for them, but Jack decided to stop being an observer and take action. Jack grabbed ahold of Raf, and said, "Hold on!" Jack used his super speed to get himself and Raf to the other side of the tunnel.

Raf was shocked by this realization and asked, "Whoa, how did you do that?" He'd never seen anyone move that fast before.

"I'll explain later. Just wait right here where it's safe. I'll be right back." Jack didn't know anything about either of those robots. But he knew the blue one, and the yellow one we're trying to help them, so they couldn't possibly be the bad guys right? "Well, now or never." He said as he used his super speed to zoom back to the fight. Jack flew through the air, and delivered a powerful punch to one of the Decepticons, and then another to the other one, sending them both to the ground, hard. When all the robots looked up, they were greeted by a guy with a blue and yellow (with a little black to the mix) outfit with fingerless gloves and knee high boots. He also wore a mask with goggles that covered his eyes but left his dark hair exposed. All the bots aimed their blasters at him since they were shocked at what they saw, because they never saw a creature like him, being able to do the things he just did.

So, to let the Autobots know he was on their side, he pointed at the cons, and said. "If I were you, I'd get lost right now. Unless you want me to turn you both into lawn mower parts." But the Decepticons didn't listen, and opened fire on him, which proved in vain. He withstood the blaster fire, and continued to beat them until they couldn't get up from being too sore from the thrashing he gave them. Soon enough, a green SUV arrived, transforming into the bigger Autobot, Bulkhead. Bulkhead asked them if they are ready to rumble, which made the Decepticons transform and run away because they knew they were outmatched.

Now that they had a moment themselves, Arcee asked the flying man, "So who are you?"

Jack simply smiled at them, and as a show of good faith said to them, "The name's Invincible, and don't worry, I'm not your enemy. Well, I'll be seeing ya around." With that, he flew away, and made his way back to Raf, for that much needed explanation. As soon as he landed, Raf started the questioning.

"Okay, who are you, what are you and how did you just do all that?"

"Alright, your entitled to the truth. My name's Jack Darby, but when I'm dressed like this, just call me Invincible. I'm half Viltrumite, that's how I did all those things." Jack told him while taking his mask off.

"What's a Viltrumite?" Raf responded.

"Seriously? I thought everyone knew what they are, since they made such an impact on the world. I mean don't you watch the history channel or read old news articles?" Jack asked, but Raf just seemed to get more confused. So Jack told him everything about Viltrumites; including how their planet, Viltrum was destroyed years ago, what they can do, that they live for thousands of years and where they are now. He also told him about the fact that Viltrumite D.N.A. is so pure, that if they procreate with any compatible species, their genes override all other physical traits for both powers and appearance. That combination made Jack, 99% Viltrumite, and 1% human. The last thing he told him, was how the Viltrumites used to be conquerors, but not anymore.

"Wow! That's incredible!" Raf spoke in amazement, but then he caught a look concern on Jack's face. So he decided to reassure him by saying. "Well don't worry. I promise I won't tell anybody." Hearing this both surprised and moved Jack, to know that he was willing to keep such a secret from anyone, even though they just met. But Jack grinned and gave him a nod of acceptance/approval. Raf extended his hand in agreement and introduction. "I'm Raf Esquivel. I hope we become good friends." Raf said, shaking Jack's hand.

"Thanks Raf. I hope so too. Now let's get you home." Jack responded as he zoomed back into his normal clothes and started walking Raf home. Despite all the things to happen today, Jack was glad that he finally made a new friend.

Autobot Base

Arcee was currently finishing her report to Optimus. "And the Cons would have been scrap metal if I haven't been distracted by the human. She said.

"Human?" Optimus questioned. Bumblebee confirmed that question with a series of beeps. "2 boys." Optimus said, repeating what he just heard.

"I guess a second one caught us in action, I don't know. Was a little busy at the time. Arcee replied.

"If the Decepticons are targeting us... Anyone perceived as our ally will be at grave risk." Optimus stated to them.

Then Bulkhead walked up to them and said. "Oh, did you guys tell him about the flying man?" This surprised the prime even more, making him wonder why it was not mentioned before.

"Flying man?" Optimus asked. He then asked the three of them to go into further detail on what that meant. The others could just tell, that by the way he was looking at Bulkhead, he expected him to be the one to explain.

"Well you see sir, there was this man in a blue and yellow outfit. He seemed to be able to fly without a vehicle, and he was really strong, like insanely strong. He punched two cons to the ground like they were nothing, but humans can't do that, right?" Bulkhead said. After hearing all of this information, Optimus decided to holster that information for now, and ordered Arcee and Bumblebee to find those boys, and bring them back to base for their own safety.

Jasper high School, the next day

Jack was walking down the steps as school just ended. Not long after that his new friend Raf waved him over. After just meeting him yesterday, he got to know a lot about him in that short time. For example he just recently learned that Raf was in the same high school as a him, due to skipping a few grades because he was so smart despite only being 12 years old. Jack walked up and decided to greet him by saying. "Raf, hey. Look let's just, keep this between us... And forget anything ever happened, okay? And not just me being a Viltrumite, but the robots too." At that moment the boys heard the honking horn of a nearby car.

Raf said with excitement. "Jack." As the yellow sports car drove in front of the pair, making Raf overjoyed, but causing Jack to worry.

"Oh not again." Jack said. The car opened it's right door, giving off a series of beeps. "It wants us to get in." Jack said in response to this.

"No, just me." Raf replied.

"How do you know that?" Jack asked.

"It said so." Raf said back, seeming to understand it perfectly.

"What?" Jack said, not believing that Raf was basically telling him he could understand everything it was telling him.

"Yours is over there." Raf gestured to the pink and blue motorcycle in the parking lot, which as Jack knew was the female robot in disguise.

Jack took a moment to collect his thoughts on the matter. "Look, I really don't think that..." Jack said right before getting cut off.

"How's it going?" Raf asked Bumblebee in his vehicle mode, as he hopped in.

"Raf? Wait! Stop!" Jack said as the door closed, and Bumblebee drove off with Raf inside. Jack gave one last look at the motorcycle, until he decided to walk in the other direction. Unbeknownst to either of them, an Asian teenage girl, with black hair tied in pigtails, and pink hair dye added to it, was drawing a sketch of Arcee in her vehicle form. This girl's name was Miko Nakadai, she was a foreign exchange student from Japan here on a student visa.

"Coolest bike ever." She said as she continued to sketch the motorcycle. At that moment her phone started to ring. She recognized the caller I.D and said. "Host parents? Ignore." She closed her phone and got back to work, but when she looked up again the motorcycle was gone. She gave a sigh of disappointment, she turned her head to see that the motorcycle was driving around the corner, so she decided to give chase.

Arcee followed Jack to the alley behind the school, parking right in front of him while saying. "Relax, I just want to talk to you."

"Don't you mean you and your new friend?" Jack asked in a less than enthused tone, referring to the biker in a helmet and a leather outfit, riding on top of her.

Arcee deactivated her hologram of Sadie, while saying. "Kid, there's a lot you don't understand."

"No, I get it, I get it. The first rule of robot fight club is... You don't talk about robot fight club. What you need to understand is that... I don't want a bunch of crazy talking vehicles... Following me around trying to get me killed!" Jack stated as Arcee continued to follow behind him. She transformed and knelt down on one knee behind him. Arcee realized by now this was not going to be easy, but continued to reason with him as Jack turned to face her.

"Look, jack, is it?" Your personal safety is exactly why Optimus prime has requested your presence." She said to him in a reasonable tone.

"Wait, Optimus who?" He asked her, since he didn't know who on Earth that was.

Arcee got closer to him as she continued to explain further. "You may be in danger because you are one of the few... One of the only few who have ever seen us."

"Dude, what are you waiting for?" A voice said, causing them to look where it came from. It was Miko, spying on them the whole time. "Go with!" She added.

"Scrap." Arcee said, because now she knew that since Miko knew the secret now as well, she would have to take her with them too. A while later, Arcee and Bumblebee were driving down the road in the desert with all three of the kids accompanying them, with Miko chanting in excitement all the way.

"And why exactly are we taking her?" Jack asked.

"Rules." Was all Arcee said in response to his question. The Autobots drove down on a dirt road to a huge mountain, causing some concern from jack. Until the side of the mountain opened up into a door, surprising the children as they drove right in the center of their base. All they could do was express how amazing this place was, One of the first things they saw was the red and white Autobot, Ratchet, who acted as the field medic. The second new Autobot they saw, was the green one called Bulkhead. Then they got out/off of the Autobots so they could transform.

"I thought there were two." Ratchet spoke, as he saw one extra human to the mix.

"Haven't you heard? Humans multiply." Arcee replied. Jack thought it was ironic to hear her say that, since he wasn't completely human, and Viltrumites have significantly increased their numbers these last few years.

"I'm Raf." Raf spoke.

"I'm Miko. Who are you?" Miko said while approaching Bulkhead.

"Bulkhead." He said back to her.

Suddenly, Miko was made of questions, as each one of them bursted from her mouth at once. "Are you a car? I bet you're a truck, a monster truck! Do you like heavy metal? How much do you weigh? Ever use a wrecking ball for a punching bag?"

"So if you guys are robots, who made you?" Raf questioned.

"Oh, please!" Ratchet responded in a sarcastic remark, seeing first hand that there really was so little that they knew and so much more they didn't know.

Then, the children heard huge footsteps, sounding even more massive than that of the other bots, causing them to turn around and look up. They saw a red and blue autobot, that towered over all of the others. This was their leader, Optimus Prime. "We are autonomous robotic organisms from the planet Cybertron. Also known as Autobots." Optimus informed them.

"Why are you here?" Jack asked.

"To protect your planet, from the Decepticons." Optimus responded.

"The jokers who tried to bump us off last night?" Arcee commented in the form of a question, hoping that would ring any bells for Jack.

"Okay. Why are they here?" Jack questioned.

Optimus knelt down to the kids, as he answered his question to the best of his ability. "A fair question jack. In part they are here because our planet is uninhabitable. Ravaged by centuries of civil war."

"Why were you fighting a war?" Raf asked him.

"Foremost, over control of our world's supply of energon. The fuel and life blood of all Autobots and Decepticons alike." Optimus explained further, as he told them of their planet's history and what transpired there. He told them how the war got started and, that it was a result of Megatron losing his way.

"Is there gonna to be a quiz?" Miko asked in a bored manner.

"So what does Megatron... Or any of this have to do with us?" Jack asked. After hearing his question, Optimus revealed to them that Megatron had not been seen or heard from in some time. But if he was to return, it could be catastrophic.

After hearing all of this, Jack took Raf for a walk to a secluded spot of the base for some privacy. Once Jack knew it was just the two of them, he began speaking to him. "Look Raf, these guys are trying to protect us. But I don't think we should just openly trust them all the way."

"Why not?" Raf asked Jack, wondering what he could be so worried about.

"Because for one thing, when he was still around, Omni-Man used to say the same thing about Viltrumites. He said they were the good guys coming to protect Earth and better humanity. But that turned out to be a lie; he was really a bad guy pretending to be a hero for years. It was done so his people could conquer and enslave humanity, for the advantages of their own empire. And granted, I wasn't born around that time, so I don't have a lot of first-hand experience with that. But I heard stories from both my friend Marcus and my dad about what happened that day. And let me tell you, those weren't exactly bedtime stories that would put you to sleep. They were more like stories that will keep you up all night." Once he finished, Jack could see the look of disappointment on Raf's face, so he decided to lighten the mood. "But you know what? History doesn't always repeat itself. So there's a chance that the Autobots really are telling the truth. So for now, let's just agree, to keep one foot on land and one foot in the water, just to be on the safe side." Hearing that made Raf smile, he appreciated that Jack would at least give an effort to at least try to trust the Autobots. When their conversation was over, Jack and Raf did a fist-bump and clasped their hands together in a friendship manner, before rejoining the others.

The Nemesis

Aboard the Decepticon warship, the Nemesis. Commander Starscream was being given the report from the Decepticons who fought the Autobots at the canal. "So let me get this straight. You expect me to believe that you not only failed to destroy the autobots, but you encountered what you believe to be a flying human, who was as strong as a fighter-ship, and could scrap you like nothing? Is that what you are telling me?" Starscream became very frustrated at their failure as he recapped their report.

"It's the truth, sir. We have no reason to lie." The Decepticon being debriefed, replied to him. But Starscream did not seem to buy it for one moment.

"That is debatable, and remains to be seen! We haven't been on this planet for very long. But one thing I know for sure when it comes to humans, is that they can't fly without the use of vehicles, and they aren't that strong either. Compared to us the indigenous life forms of this planet, are no more stronger than insects!" Starscream stated, still finding their story to be far-fetched at best. At this point, he couldn't tell if they were telling the truth proving how incompetent they were, or just giving him an excuse to spare themselves the humiliation and his wrath for their failure.

"We're only reporting what we saw, sir." The Decepticon stated to Starscream. Starscream wanted to make an example out of them, but at that moment Soundwave, their residents spy master, was approaching him. So he decided to table this conversation for another time.

"Lucky for you, I have more important matters to attend to. Now leave my sight at once!" Starscream ordered, as he began to speak with Soundwave. Soundwave had a concerning image on his faceless visor where his face should be. "Those transmissions are emanating from deep space. I would hate to waste the energon... Unless you are absolutely certain." Since Soundwave doesn't usually speak, he just gave a simple nod to the commander. Starscream gave a less than amused sigh, before speaking again. "Then lock on transmission coordinates... And activate the space bridge." Starscream instructed the Decepticon at the computer, as he began typing, doing exactly as the commander instructed.

Meanwhile somewhere in deep space, the space bridge started glowing green, indicating that it was being activated. Then the Decepticons leader, Megatron, arose from the space bridge, in his jet mode. He transformed into his robot mode and said. "Decepticons! I have returned."

A/N: If some of you are wondering why I chose for this to take place after the comic, it's so I have less to work with. And as you may have noticed from the listing above, it's rated M. This means there will be some hot and heavy moments between Jack and Miko, in later chapters. But, despite it being rated M. I draw the line at curse words, at least in this cartoon. There will be some violence, maybe some blood, but I will try to keep it to a minimum. But still, no cursing. Because I don't want it to ruin the memory of my favorite Transformers cartoon.

Also, the reason I decided to make a crossover between Transformers and invincible is because nobody's ever done it before. So I wanted to be the first, because I love Invincible and I love Transformers Prime. Also as promised, I will reveal who Jack's Viltrumite father is, in due time.

Furthermore, (I love saying that word) I will be creating some original chapters that deviate from the episodes. Just to give the story some originality, and make it a little more interesting. I'm sorry this chapter may have taken so long. But I was trying to make sure I got everything just right. By the way, I don't know the exact D.N.A. percentage of Viltrumite-human hybrids. I'm only reporting what I heard from a guy on a YouTube video.

This is your resident rookie, Cloud Prince J'onzz, signing off.

STAY COSMIC!
