Authors Note: Just me making trans-Richie Tozier and Richie and Carrie siblings and some local angst with my mindset! Enjoy!

RICHIE TOZIER HAD never really liked wearing girl clothes and he had never really liked being called Kaylen. But, he would always have to put up with wearing girl clothes when his cousin Carrietta and her mother Margaret came over until he took everything into his own hands. Richie had been sitting in his room, smoking a cigarette when his mother, Maggie called for him. "Kaylen! Carrie and Margaret are here!" Richie huffed, pinching out his smoke and walking downstairs, dressed like Richie, not Kaylen.

Maggie went to say something but Richie cut her off. "I'm going out with the losers, I should be back before dinner." And as he opened the door and tried to walk out his mother had to say something. "Take Carrie with you this time, Richie." She spoke his preferred name like it was a curse, Carrie looked at her mother and she gave a nod, Carrie walked with Richie out the door and followed him to Bill Denbrough's house. "Kaylen—" Carrie went to speak but Richie stopped her. "Richie, it's Richie now." She nodded. "So where are we heading? What is the plan?" Carrie asked and Richie knocked on the door as Bill opened it. "We're going to the quarry with some of my friends. Hello Big Bill!" Richie said as Bill opened the door. "H-H-Hello Ruh-Ruh-Richie and w-who is tuh-tuh-that?" Bill asked.

"Billy boy this is Carrie, Carrie this is Bill," Richie said introducing the two, Carrie gave a soft smile, holding out her hand to the boy, who smiled back and took her hand, shaking it slightly as the three then headed to Stan Uris' house.

After getting all the losers together(with the addition of Carrie). They sat around, talking about nothing really, passing around a blunt, but never to Carrie as she didn't partake in any of their activities, same with Eddie and Stan, Eddie mainly because of his asthma. "So, Carrie what's it like being related to Rich?" Beverly asked as she handed the blunt to Richie, Carrie thought for a moment. "He's actually quite nice, at least to me that is, although sometimes he can be very annoying, I think that's one of the things I love about him." She smiled as she played with her thumbs, nervous around the new crowd of people, but for her first time hanging out with them, she seemed to fit in perfectly.

Most of their conversation was about Richie and some other things that related to the two, like why Carrie was so religious, or why she was so interested in understanding how confident Beverly was, but they would end up understanding that she was so interested in understanding how Beverly could be so confident when she, herself could not be, she wanted to know how to be like that. And Beverly was happy to give Carrie some advice, along with some tips on how to defend herself as well as she could without getting violet unlike how Richie just suggested she punch them in the nose.

It was clear to see that Carrietta White fit in with the loser club, and when Richie and Carrie had to head home for dinner, letting the rest of the losers talk among themself about Carrie and Richie's dynamic.

"So..." Wentworth spoke up as Richie played with his food and Carrie glanced from her mother and at the other people around her. "What?" Richie asked as he looked at his father. "How did they react to their new addition?" He asked, referring to the losers. "Good, they reacted nicely to Carrie, dad," Richie said rolling his eyes and then stuffing his face full of food as he pretended like all eyes weren't on him for his boyish behaviour.

But that peaceful evening would soon turn sour. "Richie, Carrie, Margaret and I have something we would like to share with you two," Wentworth spoke as he looked at Carrie and Richie, it felt strange having to tell the two at this moment, Maggie shifted uncomfortably as she knew what was about to happen wouldn't be pretty, Richie had anger issues to some level would end up with the teenager lashing out, then either leaving the house in anger and sadness, or someone getting hurt, Maggie could only hope that it wouldn't be the first. Margaret spoke first. "Richie, I'm your real mother, Went and I had been sleeping together for a few years, and I know how sinful it was but I couldn't help the temptation, and then I ended up pregnant once again, and then I had you, I gave you up to Wentworth and Maggie due to Maggie not being able to have children, I let them raise you and I raise Carrietta on my own after Relph passed on, and we've been wanting to tell you after all this time we've just been scared to have to admit to all of this..." Richie was frozen, he wanted to shout, he wanted to get mad, he wanted to cry, but he couldn't do anything.

"We are truly sorry you've had to live this lie but it was for the—" Wentworth tried to explain but Richie screamed at him. "Why would you choose to lie to me like this? After all these years you didn't think to tell me any of this? Do you not understand how much this news fucking hurts to hear right now! Do you even know what you're saying?" Richie slammed his fists down on the table. "I HATE YOU, WENTWORTH!" And with those final words, Richie Tozier ran away from his family, tears that had formed in his eyes now streamed down his cheeks.

He headed for the one other place he knew of, the Uris residence, he only hoped that Stanley would be awake or someone that could help him understand how he was feeling then and there. He banged his fist on the door, Donald Uris opened the door, once he saw how Richie looked, quickly letting the other into the home and into the living room. Donald simply said. "I'll be right back, I'm just going to wake Stanley up and he'll be right here soon." And moments later Stanley was by his side and Richie could hide his face in the other's chest as humiliating tears ran down his cheeks.

Richie stayed the night with the Uris' having breakfast with them felt so much better than having to be at home with the uncomfortable silance in the now shattered home Richie had once lived in, Richie had asked how long he could stay with the Uris' to which they told him as long as he needed, and he knew that would be a long time. Carrie ended up on Uris' doorstep with tears clouding her blue eyes as Richie let her in, keeping the other close, a brotherly action that he had once thought was him just being a good cousin.

Stan asked a few questions to both, Carrie explained that Margaret had a quote-on-quote episode of some sort and she needed to hide or her mother would punish her for disobeying the lord despite having done nothing to be considered disobeying the lord in her eyes. Stan felt like he could understand to some degree having his parents both be religious fanatics was a pain and he could partly understand Carrie's confusion as to why her mother thought she had done something to make the lord unset but then it set in for a moment.

Carrie had been hanging out with the losers, which is mostly men(Aside from Beverly and formally Richie), and with how she had talked about her mother reacting to Carrie getting her first period, she might have thought she had committed sin with them, and Richie hadn't stopped anything along with Beverly who Margaret most likely had also joined in on the actions, despite them still being young(The losers were all 14 and Carrie was 16)which would have been more strange to her a grown woman talk about her daughter in such a way, but Beverly's father had done something similar to her when they were 13 and Carrie would have been 15 at the time.

That was also before they had defeated IT, but the town was still under the control of the killer clown, which meant Richie was under a form of oppression, as he and Carrie had telekinesis, IT lessened their ability due to her being scared of what it could do to her well being. Carrie was also under this oppression to a lesser degree as she didn't live in Derry and she could leave anytime but Richie couldn't.

The following weeks were depressing, but Carrie and Richie would find themselves challenging their telekinesis, practising together and sometimes showing it off in front of the losers with joyful smiles on their face as they challenged each other. It was unbelievable at first but as they saw it more and more they found themselves interested in the display the siblings had it was like a hypnotizing show, almost like the deadlight, Beverly thought as she had been the only one trapped in them of a few moments, she had thought that had been hypnotising to look at and it consumed her.

Beverly was worried about the outcome of this show, however...
