***3rd Pov***

Kakashi didn't like being up this early it made him grumpy, whoever decided that they should leave at six in the morning was a complete asshole. Not to mention he was now in a bad mood because of it. But Y/n was making it hard to stay that way. She was practically bouncing up and down ready for their mission. "How long do you think it'll take Kakashi?" Y/n wondered. "Eh? I dunno honestly." Kakashi was no fun in the morning's. Y/n learned that the hard way. He wasn't like her. She barely ever slept and only felt rested because of the sleeping pill. She talked his head off all the way to the gate. But as soon as the other two Anbu officers appeared she shut up instantly and her whole personality changed. They were debriefed again on the mission and than headed out. Y/n hadn't said one word. Kakashi was really trying too. But she wouldn't budge. She was definitely not ready to be on her own yet. After four hour's of walking they stopped to break. Y/n was tired of Kakashi trying to make her interact. The other black ops members didn't seem to care that she wasn't very talkative. But he kept insisting on bugging her. She sat under a tree far away from the group hoping Kakashi would sit with them. They chatted the whole way here so he must be their friend or something. But no he followed her and now she was watching him wave a sandwich in her face. Her expression was one of un-amusement as she snatched it from him and put it on her bag.

"Really Kakashi I'm fine why don't you go talk to your other Anbu buddies huh?" She gestured to them. He turned and looked at them than shrugged.

"Nah. Your more fun." She scoffed. "Fun?...I'm fun huh? And how so?" He gave her a closed eye smile and faced away from her to gobble up his food. She sighed and began to eat her own sandwich. He turned back to her and watched her annoyed expression as she took small bites of her food. Chewing each one slowly. Her gaze was on her lap. Kakashi poked her and she squeaked a bit loud. Her blush came soon after as she looked to the rest of the group they were laughing themselves so they hadn't notice. By the time she looked back to him he was having to hold in his laughter at her cute outburst.

"That's why feisty." She rolled her eye's at the stupid nickname he insisted on calling her. She traded kid for feisty, she wasn't sure she liked it too much.

"Man really I'm fine. Wouldn't you rather hangout with your friends?" He scooted beside her and leaned on her tree pulling out his book. Was he really ignoring her? How childish... "They're really not my friends. Sure we've went on a lot of missions together. But it's not like I'm hanging out with them at home or anything. I'd say we're better friends than them." He stopped to glance at them than back to her. "And I've only known you a month. If that says anything." He smiled at her than went back to his book. She didn't know why but the comment made her blush. She pulled out her book too but was too lost in thought to actually read it. Than it was time to get going again. Kakashi didn't know what he said for Y/n to be so lost in thought but she was even more silent than before.

***TIME SKIP FOUR'S HOUR'S Y/N POV***

My stomach was complaining and so was I. To Kakashi anyways. We were way behind the group and I just couldn't help but surrender my composed mood for a hangry one that Kakashi was now taking the brunt of. I had eaten a lot of food pills but they weren't cutting it. Stupid time off. Usually they worked... "You said were almost there right?" She pleaded. They would be staying at an inn near the Lord's house till the caravan of gold arrived in the morning. He promised her food and he was going to pay up. He nodded at her. "Yup see that big tree?" She nodded at him. "That's where the inn is." She almost jumped for joy. She'd of run the rest of the way if it didn't make her look stupid. He told her to wait outside and he along with the rest of the group went in to the office. I walked out the front door and lit a cigarette standing off to the side. I packed extra, seemed my smoking habit was getting worse. I puffed on it while I took in my surroundings. The village was small but expensive looking the Lord's personal village was way fancier the Konoha. It almost looked out of place in the middle of the forest. Tree's were towering all around them. She watched as people went back and forth on the busy streets. Although the village wasn't huge it was crowded. Just standing there was putting her on edge. She was on high alert waiting for something to happen it was starting to kill her hunger. Kakashi finally came back scoffing at her for smoking again but he nodded at her to follow him. They past a bunch of small doors that were identical till they finally stopped at number 15. He unlocked the door and went inside setting his backpack on the couch. The room was small. There were two tiny beds to the right and a small bathroom than there was a small tv and closet on the left. I sighed it definitely wasn't home but I was actually glade of the company. At home I knew I was alone and my thoughts consumed me entirely. It was just so quite and empty it drove me nuts. I put my bag down too and sat on the bed closest to the bathroom.

"Hey who said you could have that bed?" Kakashi wined. She looked at him than stuck out her tongue than fell back on the bed. "Fine you can have it but only because you're a girl and I'm a gentleman." I busted out laughing causing me to fall to the floor only causing me to laugh harder.
"Ha gentleman my ass." He stood up and sat on the other bed. "You still hungry?" I shook my head no. I was to anxious to eat now. He sighed.

"Want me to bring you something?" I shook my head no. "Okay well I'll be back soon stay in the room okay." I barked at him sarcastically. He rolled his eye's and left. And at some point I passed out. I was awoken to a box being placed beside me. It was Kakashi. He sat down on his bed and turned from me to eat. I sat up and ate too. "We get up at five alright?" "I know. I already set an alarm I don't want to be late." I mumbled in between bites. We sat in silence and read books for the rest of the evening. Kakashi informed me of my exact position which was in the back with. Once I showered we both past out from a long day of walking.

***TIME SKIP NEXT DAY 6A.M. 3RD POV***

Y/n got up as soon as her alarm went off and got ready it took her forever to wake up Kakashi and they were almost late. She had been staring at him with daggers ever since. The 'small' caravan turned out to be six carriages of gold. Along with the four Anbu officers there was also ten other shinobi. Most of the morning was actually uneventful. Y/n and Kakashi walked side by side he was trying to make banter but Y/n was ignoring him she had a weird feeling. She wasn't quite sure what it was but ten minutes after they passed the border she had felt something off. "I'm not sure what our next mission will be but I hope..." "Do you feel anything strange?" Y/n said cutting him off he looked at her a bit confused but than started to really take in their surroundings. He looked at her with a serious face. She was right something did feel off. The forest had grown quite and the breeze almost sounded louder than normal. He was actually surprised. She had managed to pick up the slightest change in their surroundings. Must be why she was such a good intel gatherer. After all the Hokage used her mainly for stealth missions. He made a hand movement that was barely noticeable to Y/n but the other Anbu were now on high alert like them. One of the carriages hit a hole in the road and echoed loudly off the trees and than a kunai came flying at them with a bomb attached. "SCATTER!" Y/n shouted and Shinobi went in every direction Kakashi looked around for nervously for Y/n he spotted her several feet from the explosion she had two of the caravan drivers in her arms, she dropped them than ran towards the direction the kunai was thrown. Kakashi jumped up and went after her. Kakashi was cursing himself he should of told her to stay near him, what if she got hurt he'd never forgive himself. He knew she was fast in combat but damn she really was fast during combat he couldn't keep up with the pace she set. Y/n activated her Sharingan and spotted four figures to her left she pivoted her body and jumped to a near by tree running towards them at full force. Some more kunai were thrown at her and she activated her Genjutsu. Now her genjutsu was pretty powerful, it was the only one she knew how to use well. The five figures stood in place as they were slowly tortured by their nightmares. The first one was easy to kill she slit his throat and moved onto the next that one was also easy. But by the time she got to the last two they had already snapped out of it. One threw a paper bomb at her causing her to fly to the ground. She tried to soften the blow with wind but still hit pretty hard knocking the air from her lungs. She coughed and saw a shadow pass above her it was Kakashi. He was using chidori on one when they other went to jump at him too with a knife in his hand. "Kakashi look out!" Y/n shouted launching a few senbon needles it hit the man but Kakashi's body disappeared and a log fell to the ground. Ahh substitution, smart guy. He than reappeared tying up the last guy that was laying stiff on the ground. Y/n walked over to them and kicked him in the stomach as hard as she could he groaned. Kakashi glared at her and she shrugged. "What don't want the bastard trying to run off. You're going to question him right? At least now it won't be a struggle to bring him back."
She stated before making her way make to the group. "You didn't' t need to poison him, give him the antidote before I talk to him." Kakashi said irritated stopping her. She turned to look at his slightly angry expression. "I don't fight with poison I fight with paralyzing agents. It'll wear off soon." She retorted leaving him behind, turn's out there were six other rogues that were involved too. They were literally just rouge ninja looking for money it was almost laughable that they thought ten ninja could take down 14 ninja not too mention four of them were Anbu. Three of the lords ninja stayed behind to deal with the mess while the rest of the troop continued. They walked another five hours before they finally made it to there location and than parted ways. It was almost too much for Y/n feet. Being a regular Shinobi was BULLSHIT! Her feet were killing her again! Why is there so much damn walking. She wasn't use to the constant standing and walking. Most of her old missions consisted of staying in one place for a really long time and hiding. This constant walking was going to be the death of her. Not to mention she was pissed at Kakashi. He accused her of poisoning someone and treated her like a child. He hadn't made a move to speak and she wasn't going to talk first the other Anbu noticed the tense atmosphere and decided to ditch them a little while back. She kept her eye's in front and refused to acknowledge his presence. Kakashi rubbed the back of his head trying to find a way to apologize to Y/n. He had been really worried about her and well to his surprise the girl could handle herself. What was even more of a surprise was the fact that she carried paralyzing agents with her. It was smart...a torture technique...he knew that because he'd seen it done before. He couldn't help but stare at her, she was such a mystery. He had already wondered what her 'secret' training consisted of but now he was really curious. She was extremely vigilant, agile, sneeky, quick, smart and one of the fastest moving shinobi he'd ever seen. He knew their friendship would be quite interesting.

"Hey Y/n..I just want to say I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to accuse you of anything. You just took me by surprise...I was surprised by the senbon...and when you see those they're usually poisonous...so I just assumed..." He was cut off by Y/n raising her hand up.

"It's cool. I get it. I guess I should of said something or whatever." She put her hands in her pockets. They walked for about an hour before Kakashi made her stop. Y/n had been wincing and limping ever so slightly on refused to but he grabbed her arms and forced her to sit down. He was now taking off her sandals.
"This is harassment sensei! Stop touching my feet I don't need your help." She was trying to push him away but her feet just hurt too damn bad. They had been walking for almost seven hours straight. He was ignoring her until she snatched her sandal out of his hand and put it back on. She tried to stand but he squeezed her heel. She yelped out in pain and fell back on her seat. He shook his head but smiled. He turned around and motioned for her to get on his back. She shook her head no. "You know how persistent I can be Y/n." He smiled to her. She huffed and leaned on him. Kakashi adjusted her than stood up. Making sure to grip her tight. His arms on Y/n thighs caused her to lightly blush like always. They walked the rest of the way back like that. Kakashi was thankful that her poor feet were the only injury she had sustained. It was dark and she was pointing out stars for him to spy. She was a great navigator, but he was not so it took him some time to see what she was talking about. However she was very patient and didn't care to repeat herself, he almost pouted when they arrived back at the hotel around eight. Kakashi went out to get them some food while Y/n took a much needed shower. Her feet were practically dead they were pretty cut up and sores were everywhere. She healed them the best she could and was in the middle of bandaged them when Kakashi came through the door causing her to jump and him to chuckle. "Ahhh. Screw you Hatake!" He couldn't help but smile. Y/n had changed some much in the last month. Kakashi bent down to inspect her feet. She had healed the cuts but the bruises remained. His hand remained wrapped around her cold ankle for awhile neither of them breaking the now formed silence. Y/n face was completely red from his prolonged touch. His hand was rough and warm and a lot bigger than her ankle. All the sudden he dropped it and jumped up grabbing the food. He handed her a container and they ate in silence. Y/n pulled out her book and Kakashi did the same. Neither one of them knew when they fell asleep.

***TIME SKIP NINE MONTH"S 3rd Pov***

The Hokage was very impressed with Y/n's skills and continued to go on missions with the Anbu. He even invited her to be a permanent member of Kakashi's team for the time being. She accepted even though it made Kakahi unhappy. She had already been with them going on eight months now. And she was a natural part of the team. Everyone had come to respect her talent like Kakashi had. Her genjutsu was awesome. The way she tortured people with it was a bit scary and he was happy in the end that she stayed, it made their missions go by smoother and she was handling herself just fine in battle. Not to mention Y/n had managed to relax around at least one of there team mates. Her name was Kurenai, she instantly took a liking to her. Although Kakashi didn't like sharing her attention too much. He was happy to finally see her getting used to other's and it had definitely been a struggle on both Y/n and Kakashi's part. They were currently on a mission to steal some scrolls and thank god for Y/n, her stealth was unmatched she trained in that category a lot he didn't have the ability to keep up with her skill's anymore, she had long surpassed his stealth abilities. It was really like she was just a shadow on the wall and she had been working on a kekkei genkai that she was super excited to show him. Y/n had kept it a secret than told him that her new technique would be really useful on this mission. So here they stood in the dark depths of the trees in the middle of the night, there was five of them watching a tiny fortress below, guards were keeping a tight patrol. Kakashi was actually a bit stressed...they hadn't been informed that the building was going to be so heavily fortified. Just as he was thinking of what to do his branch twitched. He turned to see Y/n moving beside him looking down were he was.

"It's packed huh?" She said noticing all the commotion going down below them. "Yeah...Y/n I'm not sure you can just sneak in and out without being spotted. We could try a distraction...but I'm afraid that'll just bring out more guards."

He trailed off lost in thought again. Y/n rolled her eye's, he was always off in lala land. She poked his cheek bring his attention back to her. He raised an eyebrow and she giggled lowly. "Before you give up on me can you let me show you why this situation isn't as big a deal as your making it?"

He scoffed. "Yeah? And hows that?" She didn't responded instead her blue eye's glowed red as he watched her activate her Sharingan. She closed her eye's and pressed her hands together. At first nothing happened, he was becoming a little skeptical of what she was trying to do but than she vanished. Kakashi gasped pretty loudly shiting himself wondering what the hell was going on. "Shut the fuck up idiot you're going to get us caught." Her voice only sounded like a distant echo he could barely hear it. "Where the hell did you go and why do you sound like that?" He questioned confused about what was going on. He opened his left eye and searched for her with his Sharingan. Her chakra was no where to be found and he couldn't hear her breathing. He was throughly freaked out. She shrugged although he couldn't see her.
"Eh..it's apart of the kekkei genkai. It distorts my voice. But look you can't even see me right?" She said a bit excited. Kakashi mentally smacked himself because he knew what she was about to say which would always end in an argument.
"Come on give me a chance." She pleaded. He shook his head no. "Come onnnnn. Pleaseeee Kakashi." He groaned. "I said no Y/n." "Pretty..pretty..pretty pleaseeeeee." He hung his head in defeat knowing he wasn't going to be able to stop her even if he wanted, she was fucking invisible after all. "In and out you hear me? If you're not back with in the hour we're coming in after you." He said sternly. "Yes captain." She said a smile in her tone. His branched twitched again as he felt her jump. He sighed concerned for her safety. No matter how long they had been together she still alway's wanted to put herself in harms way. Always the first to raise their hand to be bait or scout the area. Infiltrate an enemy camp to make sure it was was pretty sure if his hair wasn't already silver she'd give him more. He really was concerned for her well being. She was still pretty reckless with herself and had only grown more stubborn and independent over time. It kind of sadden him. He wasn't ready to let her leave his side yet, even though they bickered and she irritated the hell out of him, he couldn't deny it she was his favorite person to be around. He admitted he had a soft sot for the white haired girl. But the stronger she got the more she was pushing him away. He was doing what he could to prevent it for now but he wasn't sure how much longer he could convince the Hokage she was still wasn't ready to go her own way. While he was looking down his branched dipped slightly. He turned around for the second time about to freak out that Y/n had finished their mission in only ten minutes but it was only Kurenai. Her red eye's stared at his in confusion. "Hey where the hell did Y/n go?" She questioned. Kakashi turned his gaze back to the fortress below not saying a word, she followed his gaze than snapped her head backed to him shocked. "Your joking." He only sighed in response. She smacked his arm. "What's your deal?" He questioned. She gestured down sarcastically. "Really man? You let her go down there? By herself? How could you Hatake." She got more irritated because he again didn't answer her. So she reared back and punched him. He looked at her annoyed now. Sure Kurenai watched Y/n punch him. He didn't care when Y/n did it, but no one else was allowed to do it so freely. "Hit me again and you'll regret it." He growled while glaring at Kurenai who was now slightly regretting her actions. But she stood her ground. How dare he allow Y/n to go down there all alone with out back up. What if she got caught? Or was being murdered as they speak her worry flashed in her eye's and Kakashi again for the thousandth time today sighed. "You'll understand when she get's back. Trust me she fine." The red eye'd girl watched his worried gaze drop to the building again. Be safe girly. Don't get caught. She thought hoping for the best.

Y/n was getting pissed it had been twenty minutes and she had opened at least thirty or more doors. The scrolls she was after were no where to be found. If the guards here weren't such idiots she would have been caught by now. After all most doors don't just suddenly open and close by themselves. She was getting more anxious as time was ticking down her hour slowly crumbling in her face. She didn't know where to go and was losing time but than it dawned on her instead of opening every door she would search for chakra signatures surely they would tell her if something looked suspicious. And at the very end of the hall there was a fancy door and behind it two guys standing still just about a door width apart. Her hope started to return to her as she slowly opened the door. It was a huge room that smelled like cigars and sex. It was disgusting and she felt vile just being there. Neither of the men in front of the door noticed her come in in fact the mother fuckers were asleep. Ha! Hope the asshole running this place didn't pay a lot for security. She opened the poorly guarded door and stood face to face with a gigantic vault. Now it was time to test out the other half of her kekkei genkai. She focused all her energy on herself feeling her body slowly un-materialize as she pushed it through the door. Once through she bent to the ground breathing hard. Going through solid objects was hard and she still hadn't worked out all the bugs yet. Like how it drained her considerably. She stood and started rummaging around in the files and shelves that lined the inside of the fault but after another fifteen minutes she was exhausted. There were a million boxes and shelves to go through...and she could feel her chakra slowly becoming weaker as she held her invisibility. Plus going through the door really took its toll on her and she had to do it again to leave. She slid to the ground not sure what to do with so little time left. She sighed about to give up than stood hitting her head hard on the shelf above her causing her to fall back to the ground. She silently cursed herself as something heavy fell on her head in the process. A wooden box. She slid it open only to reveal the scrolls they were after. Well. Well how fucking lucky was she. Y/n stood and shoved the box in her bag preparing to go back through the wall. As she slide through an alarm went off blaring loudly all around her. SHIT! Was all Y/n thought as she ran back through the first two door's making her way to the front. Guards were frantically running towards the direction she had just left. She was knocked over but quickly recovered running for the front door. She went to open it but it was locked. FUCK! She was going to have to go through another mother fucking door! She preparing to penetrate it and felt her chakra drain once again and as soon as she was through she ran into a hard chest. When she looked up Kakashi was staring at her confused. She smiled weakly at him. Oh yeah I'm invisible...was all she could think before passing out, materializing before Kakashi he looked at her in panic. Snatching her up instantly and jumping into the trees signaling his team to follow, he wasn't going to stay and check if Y/n had been successful in stealing the scrolls, they needed to leave immediately. His heart was still racing from the whole incident. He remembered looking at his watch seeing Y/n only had about eight minutes left before he went down there and dragged her ass back out. But before her time was up an alarm sounded bouncing off all the trees startling everyone. All Kakashi could do was panic. She'd tripped the alarms FUCK! All the guards outside abandoned their posts to rush to the commotion inside. Kakashi made his way to the front door and tried to jerk it open. It wouldn't budge locking soon after the alarm sounded. Shit..shit..shit..shit..shit!...she was locked inside what could he do...he couldn't get the door open. Before he could come up with a plan to save Y/n something hard hit his chest. He looked down confused not seeing anything. Than all the sudden Y/n appeared in front of him. She looked up weakly than smiled before falling limp. He reacted instantly grabbing her and making a run for it before they were noticed. They ran for a few hour's before finally stopping to rest in a cave. They lit a fire and everyone was staring at the pale, white headed girl still passed out in Kakashi's arms they all looked a little worried, Kurenai especially. She watched as Kakashi laid a sleeping bag down at the back of the cave and placed Y/n on top of it. He never looked away from her and he made no intentions to speak so no one said anything to him and that was the way he wanted it to stay. Eventually everyone started to relax and starting playing cards games and chatting by the front of the cave. Kurenai still couldn't help but feel bad for her white haired friend. She wasn't sure what happened while Y/n was in the facility but it seemed to drain her badly. She couldn't stand it anymore and walked over to Kakashi who was now leaned against the wall beside Y/n with a book in his hand. She sat near her friend and moved the hair out of her eye's. The red eyed woman gazed at Y/n feature's. She was younger than well everyone on the team actually. She had a stubborn attitude and could hold her ground in a fight. When her strength was questioned the feisty blue eyed girl would prove she was more than cable of anything you threw at her. She definitely stood her ground against Kakashi. Which in all respect was hilarious, she loved watching as the five foot two inch girl sassed the piss out of their boss. No one else had the balls to do it. She admitted the copy cat ninja frightened her a bit too. She'd seen him fight and he was damn good and quick. Not as quick as Y/n she couldn't help but chuckle. That girl could run circles around them all without breaking a sweat. But she was modest and didn't show off unless one of the guys provoked her and that man was usually Kakashi. He enjoyed challenging her strength and wit. But deep down she knew he was just pushing Y/n to be better. And Y/n alway's loved a challenge. She took her eye's off the pretty pale skinned girl to look at Kakashi who was also looking at her friend. She still wasn't quite sure what their relationship was they said they weren't together but she knew for sure they were good friends at least. And Y/n brought out a side of Kakashi that Kurenai herself had never seen. She could tell he was happier with the feisty girl by him. "What do you think happened?" The black haired girl asked still unsure of what had went down just a few hours before. He shrugged. Kakashi didn't know how to answer her question. Hell he didn't know what was going on anymore than her, all he did know was Y/n had been out for several hours. He had checked her with his Sharingan earlier and noticed her Chakra was almost completely depleted. Seemed like her new technique still needed a bit of tweaking or she was going to eventually kill herself using it. He shifted and his leg hit Y/n's bag causing a box to fall out. He leaned over and grabbed it Kurenai watching his every move curious to what was in the long wooden box. Kakashi slip open the lid and four scrolls decorated in gold were staring back at him a gasp caused him to look up as Kurenai spotted the scrolls. He closed the lid and laughed dryly. That crazy chick completed their mission. He was actually quite proud, but as of now he was more worried than anything hoping Y/n would soon wake up and explain what happened. But as the time passed everyone started to drift off to sleep including Kakashi. He had been fighting it but couldn't hold back any longer watching Y/n's figure peacefully dozing beside him.

***TIME SKIP NEXT MORNING Y/N POV***

I groaned while I stretched feeling like a building had just fallen on me. I sat up rubbing my eye's still wondering what was going on. As I stood weakly my foot catching on something and I started to fall covering myself ready for the impact. But instead of hard ground I felt warmth. "Easy there tiger." I looked up seeing Kakashi holding me. He steadied us before finally letting go. "Thanks." Was all could manage before being interrupted by him. "Follow me." I didn't really have much of a choice in the matter per the fact he'd grabbed my hand making me follow him out of the cave stepping around our fellow Anbu sill sleeping on the ground. I smiled at Kurenai's peaceful face than was lead outside it wasn't even fully day light yet. I looked at my watch it flashed 4:30 at me. What was Kakashi doing up so early he didn't normally wake at this time. He continued pulling them further and further away from camp finally stopping at a near by stream. Before she could even speak. Kakashi dropped her wrist and grabbed her arms looking at her pissed. Oh damn it. It was way to early to hear another one of his many educational rants right now.

"What the hell Y/n! What happened last night? I don't understand. One minute you were invisible than the next thing I know the alarms are going off and you randomly appear in front of me like magic than fucking black out for." He paused holding his hand up looking at his watch. "Five fucking hours. Wanna explain?" I sighed not in the mood to go through this so early in the morning especially since my head was starting to pound.

"I told you I'd been working on something. It's my kekkei genkai. It can well... not just make me disappear... I can also go through objects. Although as you can see it takes a lot out of me but I'll get it." She watched as he looked at her in disbelief. "So let me get this straight. You can disappear?" He paused staring at me. So I nodded. He continued.
"And also go through walls?" I nodded once more. He sighed and sat on a near by rock holding his head in his hands.

"And how long as this been going on?" I shrugged. "Don't really knowwww... It just kinda happened one day while I was training...and well this is how far I've gotten with it as you can see." He looked at me still in disbelief. And I let go of another sigh.

"I'll show you when we get back okay. I can't right now I still feel really drained. Plus it's your fault you didn't know. You stopped helping me stealth train."

"Yeah okay. Like I'd be of any help especially now. There's nothing more I can show you in that field. I mean fuck Y/n you can turn invisible! What more do you want me to teach you? But you could have still told...no shown me what you could do before I allowed you go down there on your own...I was worried damn it."

He looked back down to the ground. I couldn't help but feel a bit guilty. He was right unfortunately. Ugh I hate when he's right. Let just get this over with so I can go back to bed.

"I know.. okay.." I paused waiting for him to look back up at me. "I should have told you. I won't keep anymore of my 'unique' abilities from you anymore okay?"

I finished hoping he'd let it go. He put a hand behind his head than stood watching my face for awhile before turning away. I grabbed his hand knowing he still hadn't forgiven me. He stopped but refused to turn around so I walked in front of him and gave him a hug. I still didn't like touching other's but with Kakashi it was different. He was different. I couldn't explain why. He froze for a second before hugging me back.

"I am sorry." I mumbled into his Anbu vest. "Yeah. Yeah. Whatever lets go back I'm still tired." He let her go with a slight blush causing her to giggle. They walked back as she explained what happened in the Facility. They both laid back down falling almost instantly asleep.

***TIME SKIP TWO MONTHS KAKASHI"S POV***
Kakashi was watching Y/n with a smile he'd been reading his book and paused to watch her jump around the training ground like an acrobat . They had been there since seven in the morning and it was now two thirty but she hadn't stopped once to break. She was working on her Taijutsu. He might not be of much help with her stealth training. But he was an excellent spare partner. And to be honest so was she. Although her strength was nothing compared to his, I kicked her ass a few times before making her try on her own. It was actually her weak point. Sure she could hold her own in a fight. But only for a little while her physical strength unfortunately gave out on her too soon. Y/n relied on her chakra way too much she proved that after she had demonstrated her ability to go through objects when they got back from that mission a few months ago. He couldn't help but worry it took a lot out of her, even now she still struggled with it. Which was actually why they were doing physical training her chakra was depleted and she was bored. Tired of sitting around. I couldn't blame her though recently we'd been receiving less and less missions over the last few weeks. I'd spoke to the Hokage about it but he dismissed me stating he didn't have need of my teams skills right now. I found that hard to believe...but something was off with him. He'd been acting strange around me for about two weeks now. While I was lost in thought a hand touched my shoulder. I looked up to see red eye's and black hair. Kurenai? What the hell was she doing here. She smiled at me and sat down watching Y/n spare with her clone. "She's hard at work like always." I couldn't help but chuckle because she was right. He didn't know what drove her but Y/n was always training in some way trying to be better to push herself to her limits and surpass them never being able to relax. He could only imagine something from her past made her that way, like she was gearing up for a second fight or something. "I swear Kakashi if I didn't know you better I'd say your deaf. Stop staring at Y/n and listen to me." I snapped my head to her blushing. I hadn't realized I had gotten lost in thought staring at the blue eye'd girl. "Heh..sorry what did you say?" "I asked if you've bought Y/n a present for her birthday? Me, Guy and Asuma are throwing her a party this weekend. Don't worry it's not a surprise party I know better than that." I watched her shiver and look back at Y/n who was running circles around her clone. I wondered what memory had come to the black haired woman's mind that made her cringe. I cocked an eyebrow at her and she waved it off. "Anyways. I figured you'd come. She like's all of us and I think she'd appreciate having you there while she's the center of attention." I had to think for a moment before responding. It was true Y/n really liked Guy they challenged each other all the time. And naturally with Kurenai dating Asuma Y/n had become use to him too. But he just wasn't sure about how she'd react to a party...but it was her birthday after all she deserved a party. I smiled at Kurenai. "Sure I'll go." "Yeah! Thanks Kakashi." She said before sprinting up and walking to Y/n taking her clones place in the sparring match. SHIT! What was he going to get Y/n for her birthday?
