I was pacing back and forth in my living room. I'd already smoked three cigarettes and drank some calming tea along with taking a bath. But nothing was helping my anxiety. I took some ibuprofen but the crushing weight on my chest only grew heavier the more I thought about Saturday . It was only two day's away. Two FUCKING day's! My mind had been a scrambled mess as soon as I left Kurenai's house. And to top it all off I hadn't slept, my thoughts wouldn't let me. Even now I was a jittery mess. A knock sounded on the door causing me to scream. I slowly crept to it looking through the peep hole, it was an Anbu. I opened the door confused. The officer took off his mask. " Holy shit you really are back Y/n! It's nice too see you." I recognized the face. "Genma! Dude have you been?" He smiled while fist bumping me. "Good girl! I'm captain of the team now. Though it's been no fun with you gone." I smiled back knowing we'd be working together again soon.
"Well lucks on your side I'm still on your team." He smiled wider. "Really your coming back?" I nodded and he fist bumped me again. Than he froze standing there looking at me for a minute before reanimating back to life. "Oh yeah I came here for a reason. Lady Tsunade wanted me to give you this."
I looked down to see him handing me a scroll. I took it smiling than told him good bye. I didn't want too many people coming to my house in case he noticed and decided to pop up for a surprise visit on my balcony like everyone else did. I opened the scroll and read it. I scrunched my nose. Awww man Lady Tsunade was placing me with a teacher to help some Genin train how boring... but I suppose it's better than nothing. Her task didn't start till Monday so she had the rest of the week off to relax. Well more like get her shit together to face Saturday and than worry about Monday. One step at a time Y/n don't want to fry your brain all at once. I lit a cigarette not bothering to go outside anymore. It was just too risky. All I managed to do since I came back was buy some groceries for the week and cigarettes. It was a bad idea to be outside. Avoiding him had seemed easy in retrospect. But in reality it almost seemed impossible. He could see her at the Hokages office or on a mission or just plain walking around town. She knew all his favorite spots to hang out and she had avoided them like the plague. So far she had been lucky. But with more people knowing she was back him finding out was inevitable now. I sighed rubbing my temples as a migraine started to form. I went to my bedroom and laid down hoping a nap will help.
***TIME SKIP 1 day before dooms day 3RD POV***
Kurenai sighed as she snuck around to the back of Y/n's house. She wanted to check on her friend knowing she hadn't left her house for a few day's and Y/n asked her to be discreet. She was waving at her from her balcony beckoning her up the stairs. She had a cigarette in her mouth and she looked like a mess. The bag's under her eye's were very prominent and she seemed on edge. Kurenai walked over to her and forced her to sit down in a chair bending down in front of her.
"Have you slept at all since you left my house?" Y/n nodded her head no. "I tried trust me I just can't." Kurenai was afraid that would be the case. She knew Y/n had terrible anxiety issues and unfortunately her time away only seemed to make it worse. "When's the last time you ate?" "Last night." Y/n responded like a robot. Kurenai almost wanted to call off the party, her poor friend was so stressed she wasn't taking care of herself properly. But she just couldn't bear knowing Y/n was sneaking around just to avoid Kakashi. Asuma was right they'd run into each other eventually. And hopefully afterwards her white haired friend would feel better. Even if their exchange didn't end with them being friends again. She stood and made Y/n follow her into the house down to her room. The tired girl didn't even respond when Kurenai laid her on the bed. She rummaged through her draws till she found some sleeping pills sleeping pills. She gave them to Y/n and in no time she was out. So Kurenai decided to leave making sure to keep an eye out for Kakashi.
"Hey Kakashi." Asuma said after the silver haired ninja opened the door. He looked at him with a bored gaze. "Yo. Need something?" Was all he said. Asuma couldn't believe how aloof Kakashi had become. He knew if he stood there and talked too much the bored ninja would eventual space out and stop paying attention so he decided to get straight to the point. "So me and Kurenai are throwing a party tomorrow night. Guy will be there of course... and so will... well... Y/n."
Kakashi's bored expression disappeared into one of surprise. Asuma couldn't help but chuckle a bit at his reaction.
"What did you say?" "Yeahhhh... Y/n's back. She just arrived a few day's ago. And we're throwing her a welcoming home party..."
Kakashi stood there dumbfounded. He still didn't believe what Asuma said. She was back... she was BACK! He didn't know what to do, his brain popped up a million suggestions. He needed to get to her as soon as possible. He went to put his shoes on but Asuma stopped him. Kakashi looked up confused unsure of what he was doing.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you." "Why the hell not?" Asuma looked away from him before speaking.
"Well. Y/n found Kurenai first and they talked you know.. girl stuff...I hate to say this but...she doesn't actually want to see you Kakashi."
It felt like his body was shattering all over again. She'd been gone for over two years he never thought she'd come back. But he was wrong... she was back... she was probably at her house right now...but didn't want to see him. Asuma watched the gear's turning in his head. He didn't like causing his friend pain but hopefully his plan would work.
"Don't get too down yet alright. I've already spoke with her. And she's agreed to you coming.. so you can...talk."
Kakashi's expression was unreadable. "Are you sure. I don't want to force her into anything." Kakashi's tone lacked all emotion and he really didn't know how to feel. She didn't want too see him, he couldn't be mad about it...she had every reason to hate him to fear him like everyone else did. But what did bother him was that everyone was pressuring her into it. Forcing her to face him.
"Yes I'm sure. You need to talk and to be completely honest she's been sneaking around town avoiding you. It's not healthy for her or you. You guy's need to talk this out. I... well.. I don't know if this will help fix thing's that's up to you two. But I do know you two will eventually have to get along disregarding both of your feelings. You'll end up on a mission together or something and than it'll be a disaster for everyone."
Kakashi stood up and walked to Asuma. He didn't know what kind of mood he was in so he was a bit afraid Kakashi was going to punch him. But instead he laid his hand on his shoulder.
"Your right. Thanks...I guess I'll go. As long as she's fine with it." Asuma nodded somewhat worried now but also glad he agreed without them resorting to arguing. He told Kakashi the time than left hoping the aloof ninja would be alright and hoping this whole plan would pan out like they wanted it too.
***TIME SKIP DOOMSDAY 3RD POV***
Asuma watched Y/n as she paced Kurenai's kitchen. She suggested their friend come over early. Like way early. It was 7 a.m. He couldn't help worry about the poor girl. She was wound so tight he was just waiting for her break any minute. She was smoking like a freight train. He'd never seen her like this before, she was usually composed with a touch of Kakashi's aloofness and just a tad high strung. But he could tell in her time away she ripped every bit of Kakashi out of her. He knew she wasn't good with her emotions and neither was Kakashi really but they seemed to balance each other out. Now that they weren't friends anymore the balance was gone. Never had he ever seen two people more right for each other. He agreed with Kurenai that the two would have eventually got together before all this mess happened.
"Y/n sit down please you're stressing me out with your stress." He said calmly. It took a minute for her to process before moving to a chair. Than Kurenai came running in.
"Here." She said handing Y/n some pills and water. I watched the unhinged girl swallow them than lite another cigarette like she was on auto pilot.
"What'd you give her?" She handed me a bottle. It had a bunch of little white pills with P's on them. "Anxiety med's?" He asked. A bit confused on where she got them. "Yup. I told a friend that I had a...uhm friend who had it and she suggested these." They both looked at Y/n who was starting to feel better the weight on her chest was slowly lifting and it felt like her headache was starting to go away. She sat there for about twenty minutes finally having a slightly clear head. Although her thoughts were still a mess she could at least understand them now. "Thank you." She sighed. Kurenai handed Y/n the pills.
"Take those three times a day. And let me know when your out okay? I worry about you girly and I'm alway's here if you need me."
She smiled and Y/n hugged her. "Thank you for caring. I guess I'm over reacting.." She looked down ashamed of her behavior. Kurenai placed her hand on Y/n's shoulder. "You are not over reacting okay. And you can't help it." She stopped and pointed to the pills. "This is not your fault. You've been through hell girlfriend. I'm just here to keep you out of the flames."
Y/n smiled at her thankful for finding someone so caring. If Kakashi had done something right it was introducing her to Kurenai. She hugged her friend one more time than offered to help her prepare for the party. And they spent the rest of the afternoon shopping and cooking and Y/n finally found some peace from her twisted thoughts for awhile.
Kakashi was getting extremely nervous. Guy had stopped over to check on him which didn't seem to make the situation better. Ever since Asuma told him that Y/n had come back he was a mess of emotions. Questions constantly seeped into his consciousness. What did she look like now after all these years. Did she sound the same? Was she the same girl he cared for so much back than? And than the impending one. Would she forgive him? He didn't know the answer. She already didn't want to see him and was sneaking around to avoid him. What did he do to her. It was his fault. That's what was consuming him. Everything that happened was his fault. He broke her. She had put her trust in him, her very easily shattered trust and feelings...and he stomped on them like dust. If he was in her shoe's he would never want to talk to him again either... "Kakashi did you hear me?"
Guy asked. He was trying to get Kakashi to play cards with him hoping a challenge might ease his mind but it was no use. He kept spacing out and sighing. Guy knew a little of what went down between the youthful pair. They made a great team. It hurt him when Y/n left. She didn't even say goodbye. And now she was too much of a wreak to do anything but worry. He didn't know why inviting Kakashi had been such a big deal. If Y/n didn't want to see him than let it be so. It was her choice after all but they bullied her into it. And than Asuma had to tell Kakashi that Y/n didn't want to see him, hurting yet another one of their friends...Guy couldn't stand it..all this drama was not youthful! He started to cry and posed dramatically. Kakashi was too far into his own mind to even notice Guys disturbed state. So him in Guy sat in turmoil as silenced took over the room.
A knock at the door pulled Kakashi from his mind. Guy got up and answered the door to Asuma who was awkwardly smiling. He came in and put his hands on his hips looking at Kakashi.
"Ready to go man it's time." Kakashi's head snapped to his watch it was 7 already. He swallowed wondering if it was too late to back out now. Normally he was confident and aloof...but when it came to Y/n that all came crashing down. Who knew being attached to someone was so complicated. He stood up and put on his sandals than locked the door and they left for Kurenai's house. Asuma and Guy tried to cheer up Kakashi but he was too far into his own gloom to notice they were even speaking to him. They were a bit worried with the way he was acting now could he even face Y/n?
"So how is Y/n-chan today?" Guy questioned knowing she was doing pretty badly the day before. Asuma smiled. "She was in a pretty decent mood before I left. So I'd say she's doing okay."
"Is she nervous about me coming?" Kakashi mumbled. Asuma shot a knowing look to Guy before he spoke.
"I wont lie to you she was a little. But there's no point in freaking out yet okay?" Kakashi just nodded his chest feeling tighter with every step they took. But pretty soon. Much too soon for Kakashi's sake the we're finally there. As Asuma opened the door Kakashi thought he might puke. Music came wafting outside along with the smell of food. As Kakashi peeked inside he didn't see Y/n so he slowly made his way to the couch sitting on the far end by the door. He herd Kurenai laughing and than she appeared from the kitchen. He waited for minute but no one followed her. Kakashi was starting to feel like this was a cruel prank to get a rise out of him.
"Where's Y/n?" Asuma asked the red eyed woman. She gave him a small smile. "She's out back smoking. She'll be in soon."
She finished while smiling at Kakashi. "Long time no see stranger. I know we may not be very close friends but you're always welcome here no matter what okay?"
Kakashi nodded feeling his heart beat slamming into his chest at a hundred miles a minute. He kept his eye glued to the floor afraid to look up. At any moment the very person his life used to be centered around was going to walk into this room... at any minute. But that minute turned into ten so Kurenai excused herself going back into the kitchen. He heard a door open and close than the room went quite other than the sound of music coming from the speakers. Even Guy was just nervously standing there and he didn't even have anything to do with the awkwardness in the room. Several more minutes passed before the door reopened. Kakashi's heart skipped a beat as he heard feet walking toward him. Than it was quite for a moment. "Hey Y/n-chan! Will you except my challenge to cards!?" Guy yelled breaking the silence. Asuma and Kurenai both sighed and than sat down. Kakashi still hadn't looked up. But Y/n did. She was frozen there unable to speak. The moment she had dreaded so badly for the last few day's had come and here he was. Although she couldn't see his face she could tell he had gotta a little taller and had a bit more muscle. His silver hair was still pulled back by his head band and he wore the same outfit he always did. So as far as Y/n could tell he hadn't changed too much other than he looking tired out. 'Good' she thought. But than she was pulled away by Guy tugging on her arm. "Play cards with me Y/n-chan!" He excitedly exclaimed. She sighed but grabbed them from his hand. There was no need to rush anything right now.
Asuma handed Kakashi a beer which made him look up confused. "I have a feeling you'll need it man." He said giving him a smile that didn't reach his eyes. Kakashi opened it taking a huge swig before looking up. He kept his eye closed as he lifted his head. He sat that way for a moment before finally opening it. It quickly found her. She was currently looking at her hand of cards and didn't even know he was looking. He immediately noticed several changes. She was definitely taller and her face had lost some of it's roundness. Than he found the scar. His breath hitched as he took it in. He remembered their fight clearly but he didn't remember cutting her that badly it only made him feel worse knowing he permanently marked her and she probably hated him for it. But he shook his head continuing to inspect the white haired girl wondering if anything else had changed. Than his eye landed on her chest. He instantly blushed and closed his eye again. He didn't remember her chest being that large. Sure she was decent sized before. But she was also younger than..two years had past and she was 17 now and he was 19. His view of her had definitely shifted. He had alway's found her cute and pretty. But this new Y/n wasn't just cute and pretty anymore. Maturity had been very kind to her and she was absolutely gorgeous and attractive now.. he opened his eye again feeling a bit calmer. But this time she was also looking at him. Her eye's hadn't changed a bit. They were that same beautiful pale blue. His absolute favorite color now. He could get lost in them for hours but her glare wasn't kind, her expression was a mix between anger and pain, as she froze him there with her gaze. But he didn't want to break the connection. He hadn't seen her in so long it felt like eternity and he was afraid if he looked away she'd just disappear. Even though he was mentally shitting himself all he wanted to do at that moment was talk to her. He needed to hear her voice and make sure she was actually real. Everyone watched the two a bit nervous. No one wanted to say anything but Kurenai wanted to give them a bit of space. Than she thought of a good plan and jumped into action quietly walking over to Asuma grabbing his arm than motioned to Guy. They followed her lead as they quietly walked to the kitchen and out the back door.
The back door closed and Y/n and Kakashi finally broke their eye contact. Kakashi looked around and noticed everyone else had left. Leaving the two alone. He swallowed the lump in his throat gathering up the courage to look back at the beautiful woman in front of him. When he finally looked back he watched her light a cigarette. He could tell she was jittery and on edge looking like she would bolt at any second.
"I..I see you still smoke." He cursed himself as his voiced cracked. It didn't use to be this hard to talk to her. She blew smoke out and responded with a hmm.
Well she still acts the same to an extant. He could work with that maybe. He took another big drink of his beer before setting it down.
"You drink all the time now?' She asked. But Kakashi didn't register her words as her voice hit his ears. It was different too...her childish high pitch voice had evened out making her sound sexy and mature. God he had missed so much while she was gone. He stayed in Konoha froze in time while she left and completely changed moving on with out him. He almost thought it unfair she had changed so much while he remained the same.
"I see you still space out as usual." He came crashing back to reality realizing she had been talking to him and he'd ignored her. 'Well that's perfect. Good way to start out idiot.' Kakashi thought to himself.
"Ah yeah... you know me." He said running his hands through his hair a bit embarrassed. "Do I?" She retorted. He swallowed setting himself up for that one.
"Look...uhm.. you see... I've really missed you." He finally blurted out. He was turning red from the stupid words that kept flying out of his mouth. He was so mesmerized and frightened by Y/n he couldn't think straight. "You sure about that? Didn't seem that way when I left." The venom in her words struck him hard. Yeah she was definitely still really mad. And he knew she had every right to be. If he could just explain things and apologize maybe she'd forgive him. He gathered every ounce of courage he had left in him before speaking.
"I'm sorry. I know my apologies pathetic but I need you to hear me out. That day when you told me what was going on I was just mad and worried. I didn't want you to leave. I couldn't believe you'd let the Hokage use you like that and..."
"Let?" She interrupted her her face turning a bit red. Her eye's were now burning with anger at him.
"You think I let him send me away?" She asked standing up now. His eye couldn't help but follow the movement. "Just like you let him kick you out of the Anbu right?" "That was different... I." He mumbled.
She again cut him off. "Different how Kakashi? Because you were still around?" His breath caught in his throat when she said his name and stepped even closer to him.
"Well? How was it different?" He wanted to tell her it was because he didn't want her to go. He didn't want her to abandon him he'd grown too attached and needed her presence with him. The way she used to calm his thoughts or pushed him to want to be a better person for her like she deserved but nothing would come out and he ended up just staring at her desperately hoping she could feel his unspoken desires and wishes. But she was no mind reader and his silence only made her more angry. She didn't know how this conversation would go or how'd she react. Pissed seemed to be the only emotion she was feeling right now so she would just have to settle for that.
"We're not even friends. I only stayed with you because I felt pity for you. Those are your words if you do remember. I remember very clearly almost like you just said them to me their still quite fresh in my mind."
She paused getting closer once again. "Do you...remember them I mean?" Her breath hit his face and his mind started to go blank.
"So tell me Kakashi...how many other people have you used and thrown away when you get bored?" His mind recollected quickly after hearing her words.
"I don't use people." He said getting angry now. Her view of him was twisted and he didn't like being seen that way.
"Maybe you use people Y/n. I trained the piss out you I worked hard to help you become stronger. We were friends and my thanks was you fucking leaving!"
Kakashi yelled losing his cool. Than the door opened. Kurenai, Asuma and Guy all peered in from the kitchen worried about how the conversation was turning sour.
"Oh we were friends huh? Do friend's break other friends bones? Tell them their pathetic? Fucking do they?! I didn't have a choice in leaving then but I do now and I can see that you haven't changed at all Hatake."
He flinched at her words and watched as she started to walk to the door while everyone ran towards her and tried to make her stop. They wanted her stay and try to work it out. Kakashi seen her eye's flash red for a moment. Than she stepped right through Guy and stopped in front of the door before turning to everyone. They all staring back at her with worried eye's.
"I gotta go." Was all she said than she went through the door. Kurenai ran outside, and Guy and Asuma were talking about the event amongst themselves. While Kakashi just sat there dumbfounded. He didn't expect things to go this way. For everything to be a complete disaster. He was crumbling from the thought of Y/n never forgiving him. They may never talk to each other again. He stood and started for the door. Asuma put his hand on Kakashi's shoulder stopping him.
"Where are you going?" Kakashi sighed. "Home. I'm tired." Asuma let him go and watched the miserable shinobi walk out the door. He sighed. Not sure what to think. Kurenai came running back her eye's a bit teary. She bent down and tired to catch her breath.
"I...gasp...couldn't...gasp...find her. I looked everywhere honey. She just disappeared." Kurenai pouted. He pulled her in a hug unable to bear her sad face. He caressed her back and rested his chin on her head. "Don't worry I know that was pretty bad. But did you see the way they looked at each other?"
She nodded yes still hugging him not willing to separate. "Their connections still there sweetie. It's just a matter of time I tell you."
Guy looked at them a bit confused. "What do you mean?" He asked not liking being left out of the loop. Asuma laughed.
"Dude really did you not see them staring at each other?" Guy nodded still not putting two and two together. Kurenai sighed knowing Guy wouldn't be able to figure out himself. "Guy. They're best friends and even if they don't like each other right now this is just a fight. Asuma' s right. It's only a matter of time."
She smiled looking up at her boyfriend. He smiled back than brushed his lips against her's she giggled as his beard tickled her face. He let her go but held her hand pulling them to the couch. "Card's?" Kurenai asked and they all agreed. Trying to process the night's pervious interactions. But after enough alcohol they all loosened up and laughed the night away before passing out.
***NEXT DAY Y/N'S POV**
I laid on my bed in the dark. Listening to the bird's irritating song's out side my window. I begrudgingly sat up and groaned holding my head. I had cried all night. I didn't want to cry I wanted to fight it but they weren't just tears of sadness they were mostly tears of anger. Seeing Kakashi again after so long was painful. But deep down she couldn't help but feel glad he was still the same him. But than his his back stabbing nature kicked in acting like he cared pulling her in with his lies only to spit her out again. But she didn't let him get to her. She knew her words had hurt him and frankly she just didn't care. She left the victor this time leaving him the broken one.
I stretched than got up and started to walk to the kitchen. I found a glass and filled it up with water drinking the whole thing in one gulp. My throat was still parched so filled it up again finally quenching my thirst I grabbed a cigarette and went to the balcony. Although I was no longer paranoid to be out her I still kept up my guard in case any intruders decided to drop by. I sat out there for few hours when I heard the back gate open and Kurenai appeared. I relaxed and gave her a smile as she walked up the steps and sat beside me. "Hey. Sorry about last night it was a bit...intense."
I apologized. I ruined the party but I didn't feel bad because I got to put Kakashi in his place and hopefully he'd leave me alone now. She smiled back.
"It's okay girl. I do understand and you had stuff to get off your chest. And well ..he could of probably worded things differently."
I shrugged. He was in the past and I needed to walk towards the future. "It's over now. That's all that matters now I can truly put him behind me."
Kurenai raised an eyebrow at her but remained quite. They sat there for a moment watching the tree's sway in the breeze. Than Kurenai grabbed my hand. "Oh I was wondering if you were free today? I wanted to do some shopping and I need my favorite shopping buddie." She pleaded with me I sighed. "Let me get ready okay?" She nodded and followed me into the house. I got changed and we both headed for town.
***Kakashi's Pov***
I sat on the ground and breathed in heavily totally wiped from my workout. I didn't sleep at all last night and I couldn't find anything to distract myself from thinking about Y/n or her beautiful eye's and face. Even though the scar was a bad reminder that he hurt the white haired beauty it some how gave her an edge of sexiness too. The way her lips moved and how his name sounded coming out of them. Her mature figure. He blushed thinking about her breasts. Sure Kakashi had read about stuff hell he even had a hook up or two. But none of them compared to her. Only she ever made him feel anything but miserable. Even though last night hadn't gone well and he was beside himself on what to do. He was still so happy to see her. To know she was alive. But it still sadden him that she had also changed drastically. From her looks all the way to her personality. She still sucked at emotions but she definitely had anger down. And he knew he would have to be careful about how he spoke to her. It was like they were back at ground zero. She didn't trust him anymore and believed his words when he said they weren't friends. He had hoped that she would know he wouldn't just spend the night at her house or cook them food. Stay up for hour's talking and reading if they weren't truly friends. He sighed but she didn't have friends before so her experience was limited and even though they had established an bond it was fragile to begin with. He couldn't believe how easily it was broken and that she really believed his pained words during their fight. She didn't want to hear his apology but he would find a way to make her listen to him some how. He stood up and stretched listening to his stomach growl.
I picked up my stuff and started towards town. Ichiraku's sounded pretty good right about now. I watched as couples passed me holding hands and laughing. It made my chest tighten. My feelings for Y/n were still pretty knew and I didn't know how to handle them. Sure I kinda figured out I was somewhat in love with her while she was gone. But than after seeing her last night...they only cemented my feelings more. But I was willing to put my feelings aside right now, my only focus was trying to get her to forgive me and than start to repair our friendship. The word just didn't sound quite right. Yeah idiot because you love her. Friendship just didn't feel like enough anymore. But it was a start. I sat on a stool and ordered my food eating quickly. I pulled out my book and started to read now that I was bored. After a while a familiar laughed pulled me from my page. I looked up and saw white hair flit by the door. I paid and instantly went outside. The streets were pretty packed for a Sunday and I couldn't see a damn thing... but my body didn't want to give up so I climbed on a roof hoping to spot her down below. I was starting to lose hope when the sun finally revealed her. It bounced off her hair like a beacon practically screaming here I am. She was with Kurenai as usual and it looked like they were shopping. I climbed down and crossed the road jumping to another roof hoping to get a bit closer. I stealthily got closer to them than stopped when I was in ear shot. I didn't like eavesdropping but the temptation was to great and I just couldn't help myself.
"So how drunk did Guy get than?" Y/n asked. Kurenai scoffed while picking up a purse. "Let's just say he's still at my house. Poor Asuma has to deal with him. After the last time I'm not doing it." He watched the blue eyed woman laugh. He enjoyed her smile it only added to how beautiful she was.
"That suck's poor Asuma. Guy better get his shit together doesn't he have a mission tomorrow?" Y/n questioned. Kurenai shrugged.
"Beats me. All I know is I told Asuma to kick him out before I get back from town. I only hope he can... Guy is such a cry baby when he's drunk."
Y/n laughed again than picked up an Icha Icha book from a stall. That caught his attention. He knew she had read them before...but she expressed her dislike for the books. But there she was buying one. She was becoming such a puzzle, but he would enjoy putting her together piece by piece and this time he would glue it together never letting anything happen to it. "Hey don't you have a mission tomorrow too?"
Kurenai asked. Y/n scoffed. "Ha if you can call it a mission. I'm supposed to meet some teacher at the training grounds to help with his Genin team. Not much of a mission if you ask me." He watched her eyebrow's crinkle in irritation. Hmmm teaching Y/n? She didn't really come off as a teacher she wasn't very warm with other's and didn't have the patience to show some one Jutsu. Star's or other knowledgeable things yeah. She was smart as hell. But when it came to the physical side of things she was brash and fast acting. She didn't care if you understood what was happening or not. He knew that all too well when she would show him her new techniques. And he was left to wonder what was going on. She'd just shrugged and wonder off not explaining anything.
"A Teacher? Like a sensei?" The blue eyed girl nodded while staring at some dango. "You don't really strike me as a teacher..that's odd."
Y/n nodded again now eating her dango. "What team will you be helping with?" "Team 7 I think?" Kurenai hummed. "I don't think I know that teacher. I just recently got team 8."
He had stopped listening than. Oh shit Y/n was his help tomorrow...this was going to be a complete disaster.
