They disbanded.

However, Tooru remained along with the woman who lingered behind him. Kenjaku knew he wanted a word with him, and, at the same time, Kenjaku saw potential in this one.

At the time, Kenjaku was in search of powerful sorcerers to use perhaps later on when he has a solid notion in place. But his grand plan was in its infancy at the time, he had no idea of the sorcerers yet to come, but it was good to grab those who had the best potential while he could.

They were alone as Tooru stared at him. "What do you have to gain from this?" he asked.

"Apparently, you don't have the fine art of tact in your conversation… Oh well," he said with a sigh. "I want what you want,"

"And what would that be?"

"Peace."

Tooru's head crooked to the side oddly as he turned to the young woman. "I did mention that right?"

"Indeed, brother, you did. But at the same time, he does not speak to the head of the family with such politeness does he?"

"Why bring a woman to this? They are the inferior sorcerer."

The two broke out into a fit of laughter. "Inferior!?" the male laughed. "You must be joking!"

"Just because she has more…"

Suddenly, he froze.

This wave of curse energy… began to surround him. He could feel it come over his body like a vice! Is… this HER doing?!

"Just so you know, she's not even trying." Her brother stated. "My sister is the head of the family, I stand in her place since we know the other clans won't listen to woman speak. And just because you sense no curse energy from me… doesn't mean I don't have it…"

Kenjaku felt the pressure build up once more.

These Toorus… they hide what they are truly capable of?

Is that even possible for a sorcerer? To suppress their jujutsu to the point they come across as human?

That isn't possible, he knows it isn't!

"I understand!" he called as the pressure came off of his body. When things settled, he sighed once more. "Then perhaps we can benefit one another…"

"Denied," they said bluntly.

"You have yet to hear what I propose…"

"We don't wish to hear what you have to say, as I said before. You have a face of someone who can be trusted, but you do not embody it. I may not know the person you have taken over, but I will not judge you for it… this time." the young man warned. "I don't trust those who have to take everything from another for the sake of their own skin, greed or even curiosity."

He merely smiled it off. "Such a shame, I think we could have benefited one another…"

"Brother, I do believe we are done. I doubt there is anything worth while here…"

He nodded in agreement. "Indeed sister, at the same time, it appears that this will no longer go in our favor."

"What makes you assume such thing?" Kenjaku asked.

"My technique. Foresight." He explained. "It allows me to peer at someone and know that person's nature, power as well as mindset. I knew instantly you were not within your own body, two different energies were clashing against one another. The way you have spoken to the others, I can tell you are a sorcerer with means, motive as well as determination to obtain what you desire. Lastly… It's in your eyes, you already are planning our downfall."

He was silent.

This technique revealed everything?

"So, what are you going to do about it? Are you going to kill me where I stand?"

Much to his surprise, the Toorus refused.

"No, because we also know that's a nice trick you tend to use as well. If we took away your body, you would find a new one wouldn't you? Why set ourselves up for your gain?" the sister asked. "As well, if you were to die here, the other clans turn on us, believing we killed you in cold blood… not our way."

"I think we are done here, we might as well leave now. We will tell the other clans we are departing."

They kept true to their word and left then and there, however, they did give him an idea. And Kenjaku wanted a new body anyways…
