You may know me as the Writer of the Super Smash Bros Story: World of Light (AKA That Weird World of Light Adaptation inspired by Krosshair's Own World of Light Story with Guzma and Agumon as Extras)

And Welcome to a Special 4 Part Story focusing on my Custom Megas of the Unova Starters….

Well as you can guess by my Profile Name, I'm a Large of Mega Evolution and While I'm fine with the other Regional Gimmicks (Save for Dynamax)….

Mega Evolution resonated with me the Most out of all the Gimmicks (Heck, You can argue that not only it's the Most Flexible of the Regional Gimmicks (Remember, It's not restrict to it's home Region like Dynamax and Teralization given both the Alola Games (Megas being the ONLY GIMMICK SO FAR IN TWO GENERATIONS) the Anime and how Hoenn and Kanto ALSO USES Mega Evoluton like Kalos Does)… but ALSO THE POSSIBLE HINTS TOWARDS IT'S RETURN WITH ROARING MOON (Aka Past! Salamence)'s DEX ENTRY AND OCCULTURE MAGAZINE AND THE POSSIBLE (BUT UNLIKELY) KALOS DLC….

So there's that….

So after writing the First Two Chapters of my Pokemon Transformation One Shots (My Amourshipping Fic where Serena's a Volcarona Pokemorph and Discovering it for the Frist Time with Ash watching as well as well as my Recent Juliana/Avern Fic where Juliana is a Mermaid)…. I figured I might as well write another Pokemon Fic Story (Well a 4 Part Story that's not a One Shot Collection that's updated every now and then)….

So I decided to make something that's more Palatable for those not into Pokemorphs as well for you guys as well….

(Also, Just because Metamorphosis is labeled complete doesn't mean it's finished yet… it's just mean it's going to be updated when inspiration for new TF fics strike at least…)

I Figured I write a Fic focusing on showcasing some of my Custom Mega Evolutions (More Specially the Unova Starters…And I figured I may as well give them their own fic since they're a major focus in my Fics in a way…)

(Plus given those whom Read WoL-DX may know that I have been suffering an infamous Case of Bashing Pokemon Sword and Shield/Galar (ESPECIALLY MARNIE) that others have called me out on…. So I figured writing this Fic about something I enjoyed and wanted to share my be what the doctor ordered at least….So no SwSh bashing in this Fic… I Promised….)

And now for some footnotes about this Fic-Verse:

This Fic takes place in the Mega Evolution Time Line (Obviously due to it's Presence) and By extension, ORAS occurs for the Hoenn Games but it Follows Fire Red and Leaf Green for the Kanto Region (Abit with Elements form Origins such as Red having a Mega Charizard X however) and Platinum occurs for the Sinnoh Games as well (Though the Grand Underground exists however, Same with Pal Park being Called Ramas Park).

Continuity Wise, This Fic Takes Place a Month after the Events of B2W2 and Before SM (And Sadly, SwSh) As well as XY Given according the Official Pokemon Timeline…Which is important here given Mega Evolution's presence in this Fic at least

Hilda's the BW Protagonist of this Fic while Nate's the B2W2 One… While Akari/Dawn's the Legends: Arceus Protagonist as well (Why Legends: Arceus? Well if you seen my Profile Page and seen My Mega Samurotts, You'll understand…)

This Story Follows Black and Black 2's Plots (Meaning Hilda Awakened Reshriam while N (Well more so Ghetsis) chose to go after Zekrom for his Legendary Dragon…

Starter Wise, Hilda Picked Tepig as her Starter (Ala Evolution and Masters) while Nate and Akari/Dawn picked Oshawott as their Starters with Cheren having Oshawott, Bianca and Hugh Starting with Snivy, Rosa raising Tepig and Rei using Chimchar on his Team which is Caught Earlier then in Canon as well)

Given Hilda/Hilbert are confirmed to be 14 Years old (And Thus 16 when B2W2 Came Around despite being absent in those Games beyond the Connection between them), They Cheren and Bianca are Currently 16 as well while Nate, Rosa and Hugh (Whom are 13 in this Continuity) are Currently 15 Years old in this Fic)

World of Pokemon, Unova Region, Route 1:

'Well, This Should be it….' Bianca thought to herself as she finished her Report on the Wildlife of the Costal Areas (Specifically the Milotic Line and whether they're Native to Unova or a Migrant Species form other Regions) while her Seperior named Ivy and Musharna named Luna stood nearby as the Trio watched the Setting Sun as

It's been quite the Day for Bianca…. Currently deciding to document the Wildlife of Unova for Professor Juniper...

With the Recent resurgence of new Information about the Hisui Region and the Pokemon Native There (Shortly after the Disappearance of both the Current Champion of Sinnoh Dawn and Subway Boss Ingo no less), Professor Juniper was curious to know after comparing the Pokedexs of both Sinnoh and Hisui given to her via Professor Rowan… It's also Possible Unova's Pokdex was also different back in the Past like how Hisui's Pokedex was different form it's Modern Day Counterpart (Especially given how Professor Birch has discovered how Hoenn's Eco System was different during the Time of Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre and the Reawakening of the Two Super Ancient Pokemon have likely brought the Pokemon and the conditions they thrived in as well, Likely showing the Eco Systems are very different as well in both Regions that supported different Pokemon Environments)….

Especially after discovering a Book about Ancient Unova and the Fauna that inhabited it as well given if Unova's Eco System has Changed between Team Plasma's Original Attempt to Conquer it (Largely with many species not originating form Unova like Growlithe, Elekid, Magby and Aron being present in Unova while others like Rapidash, Butterfree and Beedrill are no longer found in Unova's Eco Systems nowadays…. (With Pokemon like Paras, Vulpix and the Hisuian Variants that once Populated Hisui's Past no longer roam Sinnoh's Present while Pokemon Peliper, Medicham, Absol and Houndoom weren't found in the days of Hisui as well)

So Bianca decided to check on Route 1 as a start for Professor Juniper's Newest Research, Especially given how Feebas has been found in that Area before Team Plasma made their First Move, So it'll be a good first step to help research into the Eco System of Unova and how it managed to change different in two Years time (And possibly during the Olden Days as well)

While it's was initially a Hassle trying to find a Feebas, She was able to catch one and encounter several Feebas and a Milotic as well…. With the Data collected so far being that the Feebas Line isn't an Invasive Species to Unovan Waters at least.

And while it wasn't much… She did managed to get some research at least that while not as Complicated to find as Sinnoh and Hoenn, Feebas are just as reclusive as the ones found in those Regions (And thus, Even if found in Ancient Unova (Which Professor Juniper was still trying to decode the Ancient Writing of the Text at the Time) It's reasonable to assume it was either hard to find and Whom documented in the Pokedexs of Ancient Unova got lucky finding it at least)

'Sigh…. If only Hilda was here….' Bianca thought to herself as she finished the last of her research for the Day as she glance towards a Small Keychain attached to her Bag which contain a Small Photo of herself, Hilda and Cheren with their Starters (Ivy the Seperior for Bianca, Ganon the Emboar for Hilda and Tanjiro the Samurott for Cheren) in it.

It was a Photo of the three of them sometime after Team Plasma's Intial Defeat at Nimbasa City…. Before Hilda left to search for N, Her Reasoning was something she didn't want to say however (But Cheren willing decided it's best to not bother Hilda about it since it doesn't appear to be romantic related however and likely wanting to thank him for everything)

Even though things are doing well with her and Cheren, It's still wasn't the same without Hilda Around (Given how Adventurous she was at times, She's was the Person whom helped them out when they're not exactly the Social Type to say the least)

Hilda tries to call back home and them as often as she could… but lately, the Calls have been infrequent, Especially the Days before She delivered a Starter Pokemon to a Set of Twins named Nate and Rosa (Whom also left on their Journey with their Childhood Friend Hugh whom had a Snivy hatched form an Egg as his Starters)….. Which worries the Duo and Juniper at times…

Especially when there's the possibility Hilda went missing like Ingo and Dawn did…. It was Something No one would want to think about as well….

However despite this, Unova's been peaceful since Nate became the New Champion of Unova and Team Plasma officially disbanded again (Hopefully for GOOD this time around… Especially with the Aspertia City Resident admitting to her and Cheren that Ghetsis mentally Snapped when he was beaten, Forcing the Shadow Triad to take him to who knows where… no doubt the Tyrannical Leader of Team Plasma would not be able to cause anymore harm to Unova and the Bonds of People and Pokemon at least)

But even despite Nate admitting of Encountering N after foiling Ghetsis's Second Attempt of Conquering Unova, He left shortly afterwards on Zekrom to take the DNA Splicers somewhere where no one could abuse their power like his Adoptive Father did, And also likely searching for Hilda as well….

'She'll be happy to know N's doing well at least' the bespectacled blond teen thought to her… No doubt ready to call it a day and show the Report she done to Professor Juniper….

When suddenly Ivy perked up, looking around the area before slithering into the deeper parts of the Island that she and her Trainer are on right now, Much to her shock

"Ivy Wait!" exclaimed Bianca as she chased her Serperior with Luna following behind as well….

The Seperior no doubt was being drawn to something as the Regal Pokemon was focused on finding whatever she sensed was near, and getting closer and closer to it as well

Until she stopped to a nearby Tree and climbed up it, Much to Bianca's shock as she then noticed the Serperior grabbing whatever was found in the Tree with her Move.

"Ivy, What do you find?" Bianca questioned to her Starter whom slithered back to her.

"Ser…." The Seperiror admitted to her Trainer as she then reveal the Items she found in the Tree by placing them in her hand.

Much to Bianca's Surprise It was a Four marble like stones, One Ivy Dark Green and Yellow stripe, One Dark Red and Black Stripe, One Light Blue and Ice Cyan Stripe and One Yellow-ish Blue with Sliver Stripe in it….

Bianca knew what it was despite seeing it in person for the First time….

The Four Stones that Ivy had just found were Mega Stones…. And given what she learnt form reading about it recently due to Video Calls form Professor Sycamore with Juniper Recently asking him about a Strange Delphox she found in the Book about Ancient Unova lately…

And no doubt she may interested in this to say the least….

"Luna, Teleport us back to the Lab now!" She said as the Mishurana smiled back to

"Mu!" Said the Musharna as the two of them and Ivy back to Professor Juniper's Lab to report about the new Mega Stones she just found….

Nuvema Town, Juniper Lab:

"…To be honest Aurea, I haven't found any mentioning of Mega Evolution being used in Unova in my research either….So I'm" Said Professor Augustine Sycamore to Professor Aurea Juniper as the two Professors are currently discussing Research about Mega Evolution after an interesting discovery in the Recent History Book about Ancient Unova that Professor Juniper Found Recently….

"Sorry to hear about that Augustine…." Said Juniper to her fellow Professor as she then open a File to reveal what appears to be two Hydreigon Looking Creatures with the Helix Symbol between them (With One Hydreigon looking very Serpent like with no Legs and more Demonic like resembling Giratina (The Banished Son of Arceus) in his Origin Form with Ruins and Wastelands surrounding it while the other resembling a Lenean Hydra with more Heads and a Body Similar to Giratina's Altered Form as well with Storms and the Ocean near it)

"But while I was Researching on the Book about Ancient Unova recently…. I found this inside the Book I been reading lately…. And I wanted to know if you or Professor Birch have seen or found any possible records of Hydreigons Mega Evolving in it…"

"And if so, Any Possible ties to Mega Evolution in Unova as well…"

"...Well I do heard rumors and murals of these Mega Hydreigons before…. They're rumored to be Emissaries of Giratina spoken by Ancient Kalosians and Hoennians whom often say this Creature was created by the Banished One and the Possible Reason for the Hydreigon Line's Infamous Reputation as well…." Sycamore admitted with a Sigh before looking back to Juniper.

"But Sadly, I Gotta go Aurea, I been researching some interesting Documents and Odd Photographs about what appears to be a Creature resembling a Mega Salamence that Dexio and Sina has found while in Paldea about and I wanted to check it out first…."

"Well take care Augustine….See you later." Said Professor Juniper as Professor Sycamore was just about to end the Video Call….

Just as Bianca Rushed into the Lab with the Mega Stone, Ivy and Luna by her side, stopping the Kalosian Professor form hanging up as Juniper looked back to her Assistant, Whom was shocked by the Sudden appearance of.

"Bianca! What's the Rush?" Professor Juniper as Bianca quickly revealed the Mega Stones that her Starter has found.

"I Found these… and I think those are Mega Stones…" Bianca admitted as Juniper remained slient before turning to Professor Sycamore whom didn't ended the call and was just as shock by the Mega Stones in Bianca's Hands.

"Augustine, You won't mind continuing the Call and possibly sending some Keystones right now?" Questioned Professor Juniper as the Kalosian Professor nodded back in agreement.

The Next Day:

"Well, I Know it's a lot….But are you ready Bianca?" questioned Professor Juniper as they went to the Training Field outside her Lab just as the two of them and their Pokemon arrived at the place….

After Professor Sycamore decided to hand some Keystones over to Professor Juniper by Teleporter… She Decided to try out at least using Ivy as confirmed by her being irregularly close to the Ivy Green Mega Stone, It was likely a Mega Stone meant for Serperior…. (And After analyzing the Three other Mega Stones, Scayamore Confirmed that they're Mega Stones for both Emboar and Samurott as well… Abit with Samurott having TWO Mega Evolutions like Charizard (And to a lesser extent the Two Mega Hydreigons found in Juniper's Book recently) does….)

Juniper Decided to do a Test run would be needed before asking Cheren, Hugh, Nate and Rosa to try out the Mega Stones are for the Other Two Unova starters as well….

Bianca then remained slient as Juniper looked back to her assistant whom remained still about this.

"A little worried are you Bianca?" Juniper admitted with concern as Bianca nodded back at this.

"Yup, I'm a Little worried about…." Said Bianca as she held both the Keystone Sycamore has sent in her hands while (As Scaymore noted, Pokemon with a Mega Evolution (As well as their Pre-Evolutions) tend to be drawn to Mega Stones so it wasn't an issue to know which Mega Stone belongs to Serperior) while her Serperior has a Small Necklace with the Serperite (The Dark Ivy Green and Purple Striped Marble) embedded in it.

"Well a Test Battle won't hurt…But remember, If things go south, I'll end the battle quickly…" Admitted Professor Juniper whom has her Cinccino out already (With a Cryogonal nearby incase Bianca's Serperior goes Beserk form it's Mega given the Last thing either Party wants is a Rampaging Mega Pokemon given the Incidents of Arrogant Trainers whom think simply having a Mega Stone and Keystone is all that's needed for Mega Evolution when they paid the Price for it via Death form their Rampaging Mega Evolved Pokemon) as Ivy stood by her Trainer's side.

"Alright here goes! Ivy Let's mega Evolve!" Said Bianca as the Blond Haired Glasses wearing girl pressed the Keystone in her Hands, Extending it upwards as the Rainbow Beams then merged with similarly Golden Beams form Ivy's Serperiorite, The Two colliding as Ivy began to change shape, Quickly coating the Serperior in a Rainbow Aura, Causing her to Change her appearance…

Which finished as soon as Ivy expelled the Rainbow Aura, Causing her new Appearance to appear as well with a Heliex of Mega Evolution present as well…

Ivy was now in a More Regal like appearance with her head being more Cobra like, Her Tail Leaves now resembling a Fan and it's body now in a Dark Ivy Green Colour as well as showing Dark Purple Markings on it,

This is Serperior's Mega Evolution….A Regal Cobra Leaf Snake Monster to be exact.

"Impressive… But Looks aren't everything so be careful Bianca!" Said Professor Juniper as Bianca nodded back, Ivy remained slient as she did.

"Alright Cinccino! Use Charm!" Said Professor Juniper as her Cinccino then send out some Pink Hearts form her eyes to lower her Foe's Attack….

But the Mega Serperior simply remained still as she then expelled an Orange Aura, Indicating her Attack was risen….

"So it has Contaray…." Said Professor Juniper as Bianca smiled back to her Professor, No doubt aware that this Ability was considered a Hidden Ability for Serperior...and Likely also the Mega Ability for it's Mega Evolution as well.

"Alright then Ivy, Use Return!" Said Bianca as her Starter quickly dashed towards Cinccino whom was damaged by the Powerful Return attack enhanced by her sudden mistake and Seperior's Bond with Bianca….

"Well time to use Sing!" Said Professor Juniper as her Chinchilla Pokemon attempted to put Serperior to sleep in the Process…

Only for Bianca to issue a Command to Dodge which Ivy did so gracefully, Like a Milotic to be exact much to the two Researcher's surprise.

"Leaf storm Now!" Bianca as her Serperior then fired a Storm of Leaves at her foe, Dealing massive Damage to it while increasing her Stats in the Process…

'Interesting, Ivy's been more Graceful with her attacks...' Bianca thought to herself as her Partner trade blows...

But still, There are hints of a More Arrogant Serperior, As it smirks whenever Cinccino tries to attack it, No doubt likely how Mega Evolution is affect Ivy... And while it's not major so far... It's best to not celebrate so soon given Mega Evolution's known for Awakening a Primal Fury in Other Pokemon as well...

"Well Let's end this….Cinccino use Giga Impact!" Shouted Professor Juniper as her Trusty Partner then Charged just as Bianca issued out her next command to her Starter.

"Alright Ivy, Use Ene-"

But suddenly, Instead of an Energy Ball, Ivy then glowed Purple before spewing out a Blast of Venom form her mouth, Right into her Foe….

Knocking out the Cinccino in the Process as well…. Signaling Bianca as the Winner of the Fight via the Strange Move that the Mega Serperior has just done as Ivy gave a Smug Look towards it's Foe shortly afterwards.

"What was that?" Bianca thought to herself as she witness Ivy's new Posion Type Move, No doubt not only does it appear as Strong as her Grass type Moves but also just as Powerful as well….

"You ok Bianca?" Juniper Questioned after giving her Cinccino a Max Revive to Recover form the Battle as Ivy Returned back to Normal form her Mega Evolved State as she and Bianca smiled back to her.

"A Little Winded but good!/Ser!" The two answered back as Juniper smiled back to them.

"Well that's good…. Let's rest a bit first… Birch and Scayamore admitted that Mega Evolution does take a lot out of others when Pokemon first Mega Evolve…." The Brown Haired Professor admitted to her Assistant as they got back up.

"Then we'll Call Cheren, Hugh, Rosa and Nate to tell them what we found…It's a Good Thing Augustine sent enough Keystones for you guys as well…."

Well, I figured I Explain some of the stuff in this Fic:

-First off, Juniper's research about Ancient Unova is mostly a nod to my Legends: Unova Project… (Yeah, Massive Legends: Arceus fan hence why Hisuian Samurott gets it's own Mega as well),

(OK, I admit, I could have make the Initial Fic just the Latter Bianca Stuff but I needed a Set up for why Bianca found the Mega Stones and I hope you don't mind at least….)

-The Mega Unova Starter Mega Stones, Before you ask, The Other Blue Mega Stone present is NOT Hisuian Samurott's Mega Stone (Unovan Samurott has TWO Megas like Charizard, Mewtwo and Mentioned above Hydreigon in this Fic as well, Both being X and Y of course), It's actually has it's own Mega Stone called the Samurottite-H (Basically, Hisuian Samurott has only ONE Mega Stone to Mega Evolve compared to it's Unovan Self's Two)

-The Rest of the Unova Starters would get Signature Moves for their New Megas as well, So think of it being buffs for them as well….

Mega Dex: It becomes even more haughty when it Mega Evolves as it drenches it foes with fatal venoms now awaken by Mega Evolution's Energy, But it'll listen to a Trainer it truly trust like Mega Grayados however, Likeiwse, The Hood on it's new body is formed via Mega Evolution along with the toxins it's body symbolise it's status as King with it's increase arrogance to others that are not it's trainer however makes this Pokémon hard to tame unless it's bond is strong with them.
