within the Omnitrix

this story was going to be a spin off a series for my ben 10 rewrite story but this is just going to non cannon to any of my story's and just for fun might just make one shots for fun this was done awile ago I thing early to mid 2022 so the writings not going to be great and disclaimer I dont own ben 10
this story starts when the Omnitrix shines when Ben asks the watch for a couple more minutes, so his identity doesn't get revealed the screen then zooms in the Omnitrix and we see 11 figures there but only 5 seem able to move
"I think we should allow the new wielder enough time to stop the robbers, so he won't get hurt." said a small figure with a somewhat squeaky voice
"Hes's right and the kid has only used 5 of us so far and has no way of protecting himself from the robbers unless He is an alien." said a raspy deep voice
"Hey question how do we give him more time as an alien?" said a kid's voice who was also holding up the small figure
"Benjamin, you see that up try to get me high enough to touch it." said the small figure
the now named Ben lifted up the small figure to words floating as the small figure touched it as a yes and no option came up as the small figure pressed the yes option the Omnitrix shined a bit on the outside on Heatblast
"Ok Benjamin you can stop now." said the small figure
"For the last time Grey Matter call me Ben and I still can't believe part of my mind was transported into the watch which is actually called the Omnitrix." said Ben
"I am sorry... Ben its part of my biology I can't just stop what's incondite in my DNA." Grey Matter said apologetically
"Well at least Heatblast Diamondhead Xlr8 and Wildvine don't say words I don't understand and when can I change this black void into something else?" Ben said
"Yea I got to agree with Ben on the black void thing sorry Grey Matter." Xlr8 said
"Like I said before Ben we have to wait for the Omnitrix to calculate what DNA should be merged to make a ai for you to be able to change the omni-scape." Grey Matter said as a green flash happened
"Hey guys the kid found out how to transform back to normal before the time out." Heatblast said as he stretched a bit
30 or so minutes later in the Omnitrix
Ben was thinking as he asked Grey Matter a question
"Hey Grey matter you said the watch was locked to my DNA or something right?" Ben asked
"First it's called the Omnitrix second Yes, Ben it is why do you ask?" Grey Matter said
"Well does the watch have voice commands?" Ben asked another question
"Yes, it should, and I think I know where you're going with this may I know why to see if I'm correct?" Grey Matter asked
Ben grinned "Maybe there's a voice command that can let us see what's going on outside the watch." Ben said excited at the possibility
"Hmm if your theory is right then maybe..." Grey Matter trailed off as he thought for a moment
"Omnitrix please tell us all the voice commands." Grey Matter said
error voice not recognized as Omnitrix wielder the Omnitrix's disembodied voice said as Grey Matter hummed in thought for a moment
"Benjamin please say what I said." Grey matter said
"Um, ok?" Ben said
"Omnitrix tell us all the voice commands?" Ben said uncertainly
voice recognized command accepted the Omnitrix's disembodied voice said as Grey Matter smiled

as the Omnitrix finished a screen came up showing the minimum of word needed to understand the mode
"Why is it barley showing any info about the mode?" Ben asked as Grey Matter jumped on his shoulder
"It seems the Omnitrix is programmed to have the wielders mind learn about the modes them self but still gives enough information about the modes, so they don't get to confused about it." Grey Matter said as Ben just looked a bit confused at him
"Just go read what it says." Grey Matter said as Ben went to the screen and started to read the commands description as he read it, he grinned
"Hey guys looks like we won't be looking around a black void much longer!" Ben said a bit louder than necessary to get everyone's attention
"What do you mean kid?" Wildvine asked
"Omnitrix activate video feed mode." Ben said
activating video feed mode the Omnitrix's disembodied voice said as a screen popped up in the void showing that they were seeing from the Omnitrix
"Fascinating I wonder how this function will work with Benjamin in alien form?" Grey Matter said as he put his hand on his chin in thought as the others looked at the screen in interest
"Looks like there's no sound tho." Heatblast said
"Hey kid you know where your real self is at?" Diamondhead asked
"Yea I think Where in a store of some kind and can we figure out a different name to call me and me?" Ben asked
"Why don't we just call one Ben and the other Tennyson?" Xlr8 asked
"No I refuse to be called Tennyson let's just continue calling both of us Ben." Ben said
"I agree with Benjamin, we should just call them the same name." Grey Matter said as Ben groaned but decided not to say anything
"Hey guys the kids activating the watch." Diamondhead said as everyone looked at the screen and saw Ben scrolling through the Omnitrix as he selected the alien he wanted he pressed the dial down as a green flash happened as Grey Matter froze, and the screen went green as Ben picked Grey Matter up and turned to Diamondhead
"Do you think you can make a table I can sit him on?" Ben asked
"Give me a minute and will see." Diamondhead said as he put his hand on the ground closed his eyes and focused for a bit after a couple seconds a simple diamond like table appeared as Ben put Grey Matter on the table
"So, what now?" Xlr8 asked
"I'm going to relax." Ben said as he lays down on the void
7 minutes later a green flash happened as the screen stop being green and showed the outside world
"Oh my goodness how can Benjamin use my form like this." Grey Matter said annoyed as he then noticed what he was standing on
"Diamondhead did you make this?" Grey Matter asked as Ben rolled his eyes
"No Wildvine did." Ben said sarcastically as everyone just ignored him
"Yes, I did." Diamondhead said a bit annoyed of Bens jokes
"Hmm interesting so we can use our powers to a certain extent it seems." Grey Matter said as he exams the crystal construct
"How long do you think hes going to exam it for?" Ben asked
"I would say 30 minutes." Xlr8 said
"Im betting 45 minutes." Heatblast said
"Hes only going to be there for like 6 more minutes." Wildvine said as Diamondhead was giving Grey Matter the information about what he knows about his species from what the Omnitrix put in his mind about his species
5 minutes later a green flash happened as everyone blinked as they looked at each other to see who it was
" 5" Ben said counting the aliens that were moving
"Uhh who got picked?" Ben asked
"It seems we have a new friend." Grey Matter said as he jumps off of the diamond table and onto Ben's shoulder
"Really?!" Ben asked excitedly
"Yes we shall see which alien." Grey Matter said
30 minutes later
"So I'm the DNA sample of a Galvanic Mechamorph for the Omnitrix and gained a conscious from being transformed into?" the Mechamorph said/asked
"Yes and you will choose your name." Grey Matter said
"Why?" the Mechamorph asked
"That is what we all did since we give ourselves names. It's what Ben would call us we don't know how it works but that is what we know." Grey Matter said
"OK... how about... Upgrade?" Upgrade said
"Perfect Upgrade will be your name from now on." Grey Matter said
"Can we finally talk to Upgrade now?" Ben asked
"Yes now let me introduce you to everyone Upgrade." Grey Matter said
that night they got another new friend but first a look on what the extra charge did to the Omnitrix once Ben used his form to stop from timing out the Omnitrix did a discharge after Ben detransformed unlike the self destruct mode it transfer the new energy into the air instead of charging it up now in the Omnitrix
"Wow so I got to name myself something cool." the Conductoid said as Ben grinned from his spot in the void
the Conductoid snapped his coper plugs fingertips
"I got it Feedback." Feedback said
"I like it." Ben said
yea I hoped everyone liked this it was going to be a side story but I decided to scrap it since it doesn't make that much sense to be a side story
