When we met it was a summer romance. We both went into it. Knowing it wouldn't last.
But we were young and feeling everything. She was the girl I lost my virginity too.
I was the summer fling she couldn't shake.
We were explosive together in all the bad and good ways.
When she got pregnant at 16 her parents said either we give the baby up for adoption or we get married.
We didn't do either. We kept the baby and figured out how to co parent.
Lindsey and I didn't have rules or boundaries in our relationship.
Sometimes I saw a future for us other times I wanted to move on.
Sex wasn't a subject I took lightly. I was a clean teen before Lindsey and now I'm saving myself for marriage.

Lucas lingered outside with Lindsey.
Lorenzo entered the kitchen carefully.
(Stranger danger!) Lorenzo said.
