Just so some of you understand better, I very much dislike the whole "genin at age 12" thing. Sure I will keep characters who graduated early as having graduated early, but that's about it. Genin now graduate at age 18 because I said so. Events of the story will take place 6 years later due to this - so things like Wave now take place 6 years later due to the new age thing and BECAUSE I SAID SO.
Anyways, go read or something.
Natsuki Uzumaki was not a person to be trifled with. Dealing with somebody such as her was like making a deal with the devil. If you want something done, she's the one for the job. But as always there's a price. Some wondered why she didn't just wipe Konoha off the face of the planet, given the immeasurable power the former Jinchuuriki had at her fingertips. Nonetheless, she had decided to partake in tormenting people. Twisting them around her finger to get every little thing she so desired.
She had once been a Jinchuuriki, once been a human with a tailed beast trapped inside her. But then she achieved the ultimate state, the pinnacle of power for a Jinchuuriki. She had become a demon, a Beyond Jinchuuriki. A being that was no longer just a human that contained a demon, but rather, a human fused with the demon. Natsuki had merged her very soul with the unholy Kyuubi. Doing such a thing granted the both of them benefits.
The human gained ungodly amounts of power, being able to cause mass destruction on a whole new level than ever before.
The demon gained further potential to increase their power, being able to reach new heights every time they fused.
All this to say, Natsuki Uzumaki now had ungodly amounts of power, one hell of a sadistic streak, and a god complex.
So Kiba Inuzuka felt she could grant his request.
She owned a "store" - if you could call it that - in a back alley hidden deep within the darker section of Konoha. It was difficult to find, due to the winding and twisting path that was required to get there, and the fact it was just a door in the wall. No signs, nothing to show anything was there, nothing. Just a door. Many of those who entered this store eventually went missing.
Kiba opened the door, wincing slightly at the loud screech, before walking in. He jumped a little when the door slammed shut behind him.
Looking about, it was a dimly lit room. There was a metal bench - a metal slab somehow stuck into the moldy wall that could be sat on - on one end of the room. The floor had a slight decline towards the center of the room, where a drain rested firmly in place. The drain and the nearby ground had small red flecks of blood scattered about, contrasting sharply against the reinforced stone floor even in the dim light. Against the far wall, opposite to the entrance, stood another door. That door, unlike the entrance, looked to be made of some sort of heavy metal. There were iron bars and locks among a whole assortment of things covering the door.
If Kiba went in there, he knew he could not get out if the door should close. Not even an explosive tag would do the trick.
To the right stood a tall metal desk, the like that could be found in several office buildings and in the Hokage's Tower. The desk had several files on top of it, a few scattered papers, and a quill resting in a tiny jar of ink. Behind the desk sat a simple tall stool - obviously not meant for prolonged periods of sitting at the desk. Near the desk, there was yet another door, though this one was made of some sort of dark looking wood.
The whole place reeked of mold and iron, the scent of iron coming strongest from the gigantic metal door on the far wall. The wooden door had a most intoxicating scent, however. Even those without an Inuzuka sense of smell could tell the scent was intoxicating.
But to Kiba it was otherworldly in terms of the strength of the scent.
It was a beautiful scent, something exotic, something that was shutting down his mind, and at the same time it was something that made his instincts scream at him to run and never come back.
Then the door opened and out walked the demon, the intoxicating scent following her the entire way. Kiba tried to see the room behind her before the door closed, but it was far too dark, even for his eyes, to see it. It shut with a clicking noise so quiet he almost didn't pick up on it.
Natsuki Uzumaki now stood before him, however.
She wore black skin-tight gloves that went from her knuckles - for it had an opening for her thumbs and fingers - to a little below her shoulders. A red sleeveless shirt, also skin-tight, covered her front and back, though her stomach had also been covered in black belts of sorts. Two large black belts looped behind her, going well beyond her black shorts and bandaged legs. Covering her feet were closed toe combat boots, though a more sleek design than usual and with buckles going up the length of the boots. Her waist length white hair and crimson slit eyes screamed exotic, and in all truth, it was.
There were very, very faint whisker marks on her cheeks, almost like thin silvery scars that were only visible if you really focused on them. Her milky white skin covered a face that was both soft and sharp at the same time. To an absolute moron it'd look soft, but the sadistic glee and slight surprise in the slit red eyes showed a sharp, unforgiving, and predatory nature.
Kiba couldn't find any words to speak. This was the first time he had actually seen her in person.
All descriptions of her that he had heard were that of a monster, but not of something in human form. Hell, he had expected a large grotesque creature to somehow appear and take his very soul from all of what he had heard, but not this.
"Oh? An Inuzuka, an heir no less, at my door? To what do I own this honor?"
She had almost purred her words, but Kiba could detect a tone in those last ones. One that told him if he lied he would die on the spot.
In truth, he had come for power. He wanted the power to avenge his father, who had died during the Kyuubi's attack, but he couldn't tell her that. No, she'd kill him for sure if he told her that. He had tried and tried all his life to gain power, and yet it just wasn't enough. He knew he'd never be strong enough to kill the demon without help.
"I heard you can grant wishes... or so rumor has it, anyways." Kiba tested the waters a little.
Natsuki tilted her head slightly, a small toothy grin slowly spreading on her face. "Well, I can't say rumor is wrong or right, per se. I can give people what they want, typically, but this is not granting a wish. Nothing in this world is free, boy."
So that's how it was.
"But what, exactly, are you looking for? It had best be worth my time."
Kiba swallowed and nodded, "I want strength beyond what I can do by myself. I want power."
He'd never tell her what it was for, of course. That would be a death sentence... and it would ruin any plans he had. A light danced in her eyes as she walked closer, close enough to stand on her toes and whisper in his ear.
"Now that is something I can do," she stopped whispering in his ear. Standing normally once more, she spoke again, "But I want a little something from you. It's not much to ask, given what you've asked of me, so it ought to be fair."
"What is it?"
Without warning, she grabbed him by the throat, spun around, and slammed him down onto the ground. "Now that's not something you get to ask. Either you accept my kind and generous deal, or I show you my Joy Room. Are we clear?"
Kiba nodded hurriedly, a little dazed from being slammed into the ground. He did not want to know what this 'Joy Room' was.
She shifted around so she sat atop his torso, flexing her left hand in the air. With a resounding click, claws extended out of her fingers. Long, razor sharp blades that could slice Kiba to bits if he pissed her off more.
"So what'll it be?" She asked.
"I... I wish to accept your kind offer," he said. It took all he had to control his voice, taking every last ounce of self control to not explode in anger.
Natsuki grinned, "Fantastic!"
She then leaned down and bit his neck, drawing blood, cutting through muscle, and putting razor sharp teeth against bone.
He couldn't even scream. It hurt so much he almost passed out, though he was able to hang on. It got even worse when he felt her pushing some sort of chakra into the bite, making it feel like the inside of his muscles and bones were melting. He couldn't even try to tear her off of him, he was spasming too bad to even grip the edge of the desk nearby.
After what felt like ages, he felt her teeth stop clamping down around the bones in his shoulder and pull out. Kiba could somehow feel the wound closing.
"With that... you'll have power you've only dreamed of."
Looking at her through blurred and pained vision, Kiba whispered, "What did you do?"
She frowned, making an upset mock face at him.
"Why, I gave you power. I just told you. Although, in return, you are a mate, a pet, a toy, to me now. Whatever word you wish to use, they're all the same to me anyways. You belong to me now."
Natsuki stood and grabbed Kiba's right arm, dragging him towards the wooden door.
As the darkness of the new room washed over him, Kiba couldn't help but think to himself about his new problem.
Well, that backfired horribly.
Fuck.
