Hank pours as someone approaches Charles.

Charles: Thanks, Genevieve and I are getting married actually.
Man: Congratulations.

Man: Peter Mills.
Charles: Peter, where do you come from.
Mills: North Carolina, near Raleigh.
Charles: Interesting, what brings you to New York.
Mills: I work in a restuarant back home, what brings me to New York is related to that.
Charles: Interesting.
Mills: I also used to be a firefighter in Chicago.
Charles: That's pretty brave.
Mills: It was, my dad was one as well.
Charles: Brave what both of you did. I'm a cop myself.
Mills: Also brave.
Charles: And a food critic.
Mills: When I worked in the fire department, I was a cook over there and I'm EMT certified.
Charles: I investigated a pizza fire once with the local department, my partner hated the fire marshal.
Mills: That must've been bad.
Charles: Any food-related crime is.
Mills: Back in Chicago, my resturant got burned down.
Charles: I'm sorry.
Mills: It was devastating.
