For those who haven't read the prequel story to this called 'Familiar Faces,' I recommend you do so as you'll understand this story more.

On the fourth moon of the Gas Giant known as Yavin and eight months after the Liberation of Lothal, where the Ghost Crew, which comprised of Hera Syndulla, Garazeb 'Zeb' Orrelios, C1-10P also known as Chopper, Janus Wren as well as the Mandalorian twins, Satele and Sabine Wren freed the planet with the help of Captain Alexsandr Kallus and clones, who once served in the Grand Army of the Republic.

The clones included Rex, Cody, Jesse, Appo, Howzer and his lieutenants, Khan and Spinner, along with the Bad Batch and Governor Ryder Azadi, Mart Mattin, Jai Kell, Cikatro Vizago, Lieutenant Lyste and Cade Skywalker also known as Captain Avenger, who was frozen in carbonite and freed by Echo, one of the members of the Bad Batch freed the planet with the former Governor Pryce reluctantly defecting to the rebels with the Purge Troopers Commander Stark, Sergeant Taser, Corporal Shield and Lieutenant Arrow doing the same and joining the Bad Batch with Cade Skywalker.

Satele, who had repainted her armor from being mainly red, silver as its secondary color and orange being its tertiary color to it being mainly colored teal, yellow being its secondary color and black being its tertiary color and dyed her hair from red with blue tips to brown with blue tips, Sabine, who had her armor also reforged and repainted her armor to being mainly blue, silver as its secondary color and yellow as its tertiary color with her right pauldron having the insignia of the Rebel Alliance on it, with her left pauldron having the skull of an extinct creature from Mandalore known as a Mythosaur on two sides of it and a line going through the middle of it representing a lightsaber and this was the symbol of the future Mandalorian sect of the Jedi Order and dyed her hair from a dark shade of violet to two shades of blonde and Janus, who had grown a goatee as they walked into the communications center of the Corellian VCX-100 light freighter called the Ghost with them holding their helmets under their arms as Satele activated the holotransmitter of the communications center with Satele and Sabine's mother and father, Ursa and Alrich Wren appearing on it along with the leader of the Mandalorian Resistance, Bo-Katan Kryze.

"Mother, Father," Satele and Sabine both greeted their parents.

"Countess, Alrich," Janus said, greeting Ursa and Alrich before they noticed Bo-Katan.

"Manda'lor the Redeemer," Satele, Sabine and Janus all greeted Bo-Katan with respect.

"Satele, Sabine, Janus, what do we owe the pleasure of the three of you contacting us?" Ursa asked both of her daughters and Janus.

"Mother, Father, Manda'lor, we want to know how the Mandalorian Civil War is going," Sabine explained.

"May I ask why the three of you want to know?" Alrich asked them.

"Well, you know how we liberated Lothal?" Janus reminded them.

"Of course," Ursa replied, "It's one of the first things that the three of you told us after the three of you returned from Lothal with your crew."

"Why do you bring that up, Janus?" Bo-Katan asked him.

"I'm pretty sure they're getting to it, Manda'lor," Alrich assured her.

"We are, Father," Sabine said, confirming her and Satele's father's suspicions.

"Just before we liberated Lothal, former Governor Pryce told me that our side was losing the Mandalorian Civil War and that Tiber Saxon's son, Mical Saxon and his wife, Yelena have taken their place alongside in ruling Mandalore with Rook Kast's twin sister, Elsa Kast taking her place as leader of the Imperial super commandos," Satele told her parents and Bo-Katan, "We're just worried if that's true or not."

"That's not possible, we're winning the civil war," Bo-Katan said with disbelief.

"Mandal'or is right," Ursa muttered, agreeing with Bo-Katan, "Why would either of you believe her?"

"We didn't, Countess," Janus told her, "We suspected that it was all just a trap for us."

"Is there anything else you three want to talk to us about?" Alrich asked both of his daughters and Janus.

"How about our last mission for the Rebellion?" Sabine suggested.

"Yeah, that's a good idea, Sabine," Janus said, agreeing with his girlfriend's sister.

"I agree, that's a good idea, you two," Satele told them, agreeing with both her sister and boyfriend, "A few days ago, we were sent to the planet of Manaan to rescue a bunch of Selkath from an Imperial prison who were sentenced to…"

"Commander Wren, Senator Mothma requests your presence," they suddenly heard Cade say on Satele's wrist communicator.

"On my way, Captain," Satele said into her wrist's communicator before turning back to her parents and Bo-Katan, "Looks like Senator Mothma wants to see me, so see you three later." Satele and Janus gave each other a quick kiss before she left the Ghost's communication's center as she went to leave the Ghost.

"So, Manaan?" Ursa asked Sabine and Janus, wanting to know what they and Satele did on their last mission for the Rebellion as she crossed her arms.

As Satele walked down the Ghost's ramp and began walking towards the Great Temple, Zeb began walking towards her from another direction.

"Satele, where are you going?" Zeb asked her.

"Oh, Mon Mothma requested my presence, Zeb," Satele answered.

"Can I walk with you, then?" Zeb asked the Mandalorian Jedi Knight.

"Sure," Satele answered as Zeb began walking with her.

"I've been wondering about something for a few days, Satele," Zeb told her.

"Okay, what is it, Zeb?" Satele asked the Lasat.

"I was wondering how yours, Sabine and Janus' last mission for rebel command went down," Zeb told her.

"You mean how we rescued those Selkath in those Imperial prisons within Ahto City on Manaan?" Satele asked him.

"Yeah," Zeb answered.

"Well, as you know when Senator Mothma sent me, Sabine and Janus to Manaan, she didn't say exactly how to break them out from the Imperial prisons within Ahto City, so we just kinda improvised," Satele stated as she began to tell Zeb of her, Sabine and Janus' last mission.

"So, you three just took a page from the Bad Batch's book," Zeb surmised.

"Not at first, but once all hell broke loose, we did," Satele confirmed.

"So, how did you three enter the city as last I heard, it was under lockdown by Imperial High Command?" Zeb asked her.

"Let's just say that me, Sabine and Janus know a guy with connections allowed us to slip past the Imperial lockdown," Satele answered.

"You mean someone similar to Vizago for when we all went back to Lothal when Kanan was still with us?" Zeb surmised.

"Yeah," Satele confirmed.

"So, did you three disguise yourselves as Imperials?" He asked her.

"Once we arrived on the planet we did," Satele answered, "Similarly to how Kanan and Rex went to rescue me and Commander Sato on the at the time experimental Interdictor cruiser that the Empire was testing."

"So what happened once you guys freed the Selkath?" He asked her.

"At first they thought we were actual Imperials until we told them that Senator Mon Mothma sent us," Satele answered, "But once we set them free, the alarms went off and took off our disguises as me and Sabine grabbed our lightsabers and began using them against the Imperials, while Janus did the same with his blasters."

"So when did everything begin to fall apart?" He asked her.

"Well, once we along with the Selkath prisoners entered one of the hangar bays, the Imperials noticed us almost instantly and if neither me, Sabine and Janus were wearing Beskar, we'd have been goners, but we protected the prisoners as one of the stormtroopers destroyed one of the shuttles inside the hangar bay that we entered," Satele answered, "And once that happened, I deactivated one of my lightsabers and clipped it back onto my armor's belt as I rushed over to them and used one of my Vambraces' blades that I installed inside my Vambraces sometime after we liberated Lothal and slashed it against their armor, killing them before me, Sabine and Janus went to attack the rest of the Imperials in the hangar bay like how the Bad Batch were on Anaxes when they and Rex discovered that Echo was alive. Once we finished off the rest of the Imperials in the hangar bay, we and the Selkath prisoners boarded one of the remaining shuttles and left the planet and got the prisoners where they could be safe from the Empire."

"Now, I wish I was assigned to that mission, from what you were describing, you're saying that you, Sabine and Janus were fighting like warriors," Zeb remarked.

"Well, we were trained from birth to be warriors," Satele explained as Zeb chuckled.

"Yeah, you Mandalorians are," Zeb said, agreeing with her as they reached the Great Temple, "Well, see you later, Satele."

"See you later as well, Zeb," Satele told him as she entered the Great Temple and began heading towards the debriefings room.

As Satele entered the Great Temple's debriefing's room, she saw Hera, who now had a pregnant stomach and looked like that she was about due to give birth with Chopper standing next to her and saw Kallus, who had saved his sideburns nearby along with Senator Lux Bonteri, General Dodonna, Senator Mon Mothma and three human males, one with fair skin, blue eyes and blondish-hair with a mustache, but had begun to gray and was wearing a blue colored rebel pilots' uniform as they stood around the room's holotable, one of the other human males had brown eyes, hair with a stubble and mustache, wearing a corellian-cut field jacket with his arms crossed and stood near one of the room's battle maps and the last one had light skin, blue eyes and brown hair, wearing an earth colored rebel officer's uniform along with a human female with light skin, green eyes and brown hair sitting in a chair near the holotable.

"Hera," Satele said as she went to greet the Twi'lek, "I didn't know that Mon Mothma requested your presence as well."

"She wanted all of us to meet here," Hera explained before Chopper grunted a response.

"Nice to see you as well, Chop," Satele told the astromech droid.

"So, you're finally here as well, Satele," Kallus said as he walked towards her.

"Yeah, well, me and Sabine were talking to our parents and Bo-Katan with Janus when Cade contacted me and told me that Mon Mothma wanted to see me," Satele explained, "Anyways, nice to see you too, Kallus."

"Satele, I want you to meet General Antoc Merrick, he leads Blue Squadron, General Davits Draven and Captain Cassian Andor, they're part of rebel intelligence like Kallus and Colonel Yularen are," Hera said, introducing the men wearing a rebel pilot's uniform, earth colored rebel officer's rebel uniform and the one wearing a Corellian-cut field jacket to Satele.

"Nice to meet you both," Satele told them.

"Likewise, Satele," Cassian said, greeting the Mandalorian.

"You, too," Merrick told Satele, agreeing with Cassian.

"We have a job to do," Draven told them, "Senator, you can tell us when we can proceed."

"You can do it whenever you want, General Draven," Mon Mothma stated before he nodded a response as he walked over to the human female with green eyes and brown hair.

"You're currently calling yourself Liana Hallik," Draven told the human female as he stood in front of her, "Is that correct? Possession of unsanctioned weapons. Forgery of Imperial documents. Aggravated assault. Escape from custody. Resisting arrest. Imagine if the Imperial authorities had found out… who you really were, Jyn Erso. That is your given name, is it not? Jyn Erso, daughter of Galen Erso? A known Imperial collaborator in weapons development."

"What is this?" Jyn asked as Mon Mothma walked up to one edge of the holotable.

"It's a chance for you to make a fresh start. We think you might be able to help us," Mon Mothma answered as she looked at Satele, Hera, Kallus, Merrick and Cassian as Draven sat down in a chair, "These are Captains Cassian Andor and Alexsandr Kallus, Rebel Intelligence, and the others are General Hera Syndulla, Rebel pilot and Commander Satele Wren, Mandalorian Jedi Knight."

"Nice to meet you, Jyn," Satele told Jyn.

"Yeah, nice to meet you as well, Jyn," Hera said, agreeing with the Mandalorian Jedi Knight.

"Let's cut the niceties, you two," Cassian told them as he walked towards Jyn, "When was the last time you were in contact with your father?"

"Fifthteen years ago," Jyn answered.

"That's almost as long as it took me to reunite with my father after he left me on Lothal with Mira and Ephraim Bridger," Satele muttered.

"Yeah, Satele, that's a long time," Hera said, agreeing with Satele.

"Any idea where he's been all that time?" Cassian asked Jyn.

"I like to think he's dead, makes things easier," Jyn answered.

"Easier than what?" Cassian asked her, "That he's been a tool of the Imperial war machine?"

"I've never had the luxury of political opinions," Jyn told him.

"Really?" Cassian said with disbelief, "When was your last contact with Saw Gerrera?"

"It's been a long time," Jyn answered.

"But he'll remember you, though," Cassian stated, "Wouldn't he? He might agree to meet you, if you came as a friend."

"But would he remember her, though?" Satele asked Cassian, "'Cause when me, Hera, my twin sister, Sabine and Zeb alongside me and my sister's late Jedi Master, Kanan Jarrus met him on Geonosis, he never mentioned her to us. And the same goes for when me and Sabine met back up with him when he blew up the Jalindi relay and when my boyfriend, Janus met him."

"I'm pretty sure he didn't want to mention her as there were more important things at hand during the two times you, your sister, General Syndulla, your boyfriend, Captain Orrelios and your late master had met him, Commander Wren," Cassian explained.

"Anyway, we're up against the clock here, girl, so if there's nothing to talk about, we'll just put you back where we found you," Draven told Jyn.

"I was a child. Saw Gerrera saved my life. He raised me," Jyn explained, "But I have no idea where he is. I haven't seen him in years."

"We already know where he is," Kallus told her, "But what we need is someone who could get us to him without being killed."

"You're all rebels, aren't you?" Jyn asked them with confusion.

"Yes, but Saw Gerrera's an extremist," Mon Mothma explained, "He's been fighting on his own since he broke with the Rebellion. His militancy has caused the Alliance a great many problems. We have no choice but to try to mend that broken trust."

"What does this have to do with my father?" Jyn asked them with confusion.

"There are reports about an Imperial defector in Jedha, who's a pilot and is being held captive by Saw Gerrera," Lux explained, "He's claiming the Emperor is creating a weapon with the power to destroy entire planets."

"The pilot says he was sent by your father," Cassian told her.

"We need to stop this weapon before it is finished," Mon Mothma added.

"Captain Andor, Commander Wren, her twin sister, Captain Sabine Wren and Commander Wren's boyfriend, Lieutenant Commander Janus Wren's mission are to authenticate the pilot's story and then, if possible, find your father," Draven told Jyn.

"It appears he is critical to the development of this super weapon," Mon Mothma stated, "Given the gravity of the situation and your history with Saw, we're hoping that he will help us locate your father and return him to the Senate for testimony."

"And if I do?" Jyn asked her as Senator Bail Organa walked out of the shadows and stood next to Mon Mothma around the holotable.

"We'll make sure you go free," Mon Mothma answered.

"I'll do it," Jyn said as she looked at them.

"Good, Captain Andor, Commander Wren along with her sister and boyfriend will take you to a U-wing that the five of you will take to get to Jedha," Mon Mothma told her.

A few moments later, Satele, Jyn and Cassian, who was holding a coat under his arm as they began walking towards a U-wing outside the Great Temple and as they exited the temple, Sabine and Janus walked towards Satele.

"Hey, Sis," Sabine said as she and Janus began walking with Satele.

"So, Senator Mothma is sending us to Jedha?" Janus asked Satele after she told them that they were going to Jedha for a mission from Mon Mothma.

"Yeah, she's sending us to Jedha so we along with Captain Andor and a girl named Jyn Erso so we can authenticate a defecting Imperial pilot's story," Satele answered.

"And what exactly is their story, Sat?" Sabine asked her twin sister.

"That the Emperor is building a super weapon with the power to destroy planets," Satele answered.

"And where on Jedha is the defector, Teal'ika?" Janus asked his girlfriend.

"Being held by Saw Gerrera, Jan'ika," Satele answered as they noticed Cassian walking over to Draven as Jyn boarded the U-wing.

"Satele, Sabine, Janus!" The three Mandalorians suddenly heard Rex calling their names as they saw him as he was wearing his armor from when he was a member of the 501st, Cody and Jesse, who had replaced his tattoo over his head with one of the Rebel Alliance's Starbird and was colored blue as they walked over to them with three gray colored cloaks under their arms.

"Commander Rex, Lieutenant Captain Jesse and General Cody," Satele said, greeting the three clones, "How are the three of you?"

"We're doing fine," Cody answered, "How about the three of you? The council is sending the three of you to Jedha with Captain Andor and Jyn Erso."

"I feel the same as you do, Cody," Satele replied.

"Me too," Sabine said, agreeing with her sister, "Although a bit shocked."

"I also feel the same," Janus told Cody, agreeing with his girlfriend and her sister.

"What did you three want?" Sabine asked the clones.

"What we wanted was to give you guys these," Rex answered as he handed Satele the cloak that he was holding as Cody handed Sabine the cloak that he was holding before Jesse handed Janus the cloak that he was holding.

"Uh, what are these for?" Satele asked the clones with confusion.

"They're for so you three don't draw attention to yourselves considering you three wear Beskar," Jesse answered.

"If we don't wear those, we would stand out in a crowd," Janus said, agreeing with Jesse.

"What are those two talking about?" Cody asked the three Mandalorians as he looked at Cassian and Draven talking as Cassian had his arms behind his back.

"I have no idea, General," Satele answered.

"Galen Erso is vital to the Empire's weapon's program," Draven told Cassian, "Forget what you heard in there. There will be no extraction. You find him… you kill him. Then and there."

"Shuttle number LMTR-20. Prepare for takeoff while we check your authorization," the three Mandalorian and clones heard a masculine voice say over the Great Temple's intercom as Cassian walked away from Draven and into the U-wing as he moved his arms away from behind his back and to his side.

"I guess we should get going," Satele told Rex, Cody and Jesse.

"Satele is right, we should get going," Sabine said, agreeing with her sister.

"Yeah, they're right, we better get going," Janus told the clones, agreeing with both his girlfriend and her sister.

"Also one more thing before you three go," Rex said as Satele began to leave, "What we want to say is that we also want to wish you three good luck."

"Yeah, wish you guys luck on Jedha," Cody told the three Mandalorians, agreeing with Rex.

"Yeah, good luck on Jedha," Jesse said, agreeing with his fellow clones.

Satele, Sabine and Janus then walked away from the three clones as they placed the cloaks that they gave them as they walked over to the U-wing and entered the ship before they saw an Imperial KX-series security droid, while Jyn was sitting on a seat within the U-wing's cargo hold with a blaster in her hand as Cassian was sitting on the pilot's seat of the gunship with the KX-series security droid sitting in the co-pilot's seat next to him.

"Imperial droid!" Satele, Sabine and Janus all yelled at the same time with surprise in their voices as they pulled their WESTAR-35s out from their armors' holsters and aimed them at the KX-series security droid.

"Do not fret, I'm a reprogrammed Imperial droid," the KX-series security droid told them as Satele, Sabine and Janus all narrowed their eyes with disbelief.

"He's telling the truth," Cassian told them, "He's my friend and partner, K-2SO."

"Really?" Sabine said with disbelief.

"Really," Cassian confirmed, "K, these are Commander Satele Wren, her twin sister, Captain Sabine Wren and her boyfriend, Lieutenant Commander Janus Wren."

"I'm okay with him as long as he doesn't try to capture and incapacitate us," Satele said as she placed her WESTAR-35s back in her armor's holsters.

"Me too," Janus said as he placed his WESTAR-35s in his armor's holsters as well.

"As do I," Sabine muttered, agreeing with her sister and her boyfriend as she also placed her WESTAR-35s back in her armor's holsters.

"Strap in, you three," Cassian told the three Mandalorians as he placed a pilot's headset over his head as Satele, Sabine and Janus sat down on seats within the cargo hold as Cassian and K-2SO clicked buttons above them as the door slid shut before the U-wing took off as it began to leave Yavin 4 as it opened its S-foils and left the moon's atmosphere before heading into Hyperspace.

And for those who are wondering, the main plot of this story will begin after the Battle of Yavin and will have story arcs more similar to the Clone Wars than Rebels.
