Night City decides to bring in a group of dementors to help solve the city's crime problem. As time goes on, they become more and more out of control, feeding off not just the negative energy of criminals, but of innocent citizens as well. The city descends into chaos as people are drained of their happiness and hope, and the dementors become increasingly difficult to contain.
