Dr Samuel Loomis is ordered by his boss to visit and treat a recently recaptured Michael Myers in 1978, with no idea of the shock in store for him or the consequences which will result from it. When sisters Eve and Lucy Cartwright, along with Lucy's Fiancé Rob are invited to an escape room scenario at the old and abandoned Smith's Grove asylum by a man the girls met at college, they are hoping for plenty of good scares. But what they don't realise is their host has an ulterior motive and that the scares are in fact all too real and they end up in a fight for their lives.

For the 4 British old school friends and horror fanatics, it's a lifelong dream. Halloween night in the old Myers house. So why once the tour guide has left, they're alone and the doors are locked does fear, tention and unease spring up among the group? After all, they are alone, aren't they? It's not like their actual host Michael Myers is at home tonight.
