A/N: I am making this story, cause I searched for it, and only a few stories had been made so what if Izuku Midoriya had the speed force, I'm basing some things from the CW TV show The Flash cause I know most of it. I'm thinking of having the love interest be Momo Yaoyorozu
Star Labs: Junior High School, For those who want a job outside of the Heroics, Classes that are more in line with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, Type of jobs or for a smoother translation to U.A's Support class, and having the principal is the school being a 55-year-old Barry Allen, that's a retired forensic scientist from Central City in the United States of America.
Adding the Justice League members of Bruse Wayne, Clark Kent, and Arthur Curry may be Diana Prince. And the greater DC Universe,
Chapter 1:The lightning bolt of change

In this Universe of ours, there's a planet called Earth. Where in the year of 2140s 80% had superpowered people and 20% were not, the people called the powers Quirks.
My name is Izuku midoriya, and I became the fastest man alive but on the way, there were some bumps in the road because I was seen as Quirkless for most of my academic career. But let's start at the beginning of my story,
Right now, I'm in front of a young boy to keep him safe, I'm 10 at this time, "Stop it Ka-chan, I can't let you hurt anyone." The boy I called Ka-chan is Katsuki Bakugou. He's my childhood friend but now he's just a bully, "What are you going to do? You Hero Wannabe!" There I looked behind me to side the kid I was shielding took his chance to dash away then I turned back to see Katsuki Bakugou creating small explosions in his hand, that's when I choose to run. I turned and jetted off, but I was able to hear "Get him" I ran until Bakugou caught me with an explosion in the back knocking me down.
After the beat down, beaten and bruised I walked home to see my mother Inko Midoriya a Teacher and Scientist at Star Labs: Junior High School. It looked like she just got home from work when she heard the door open, she came over with a smile but saw the bruise and soot on her baby boy and sighed, "Katsuki, again." I nodded, and she shook her head and then went to grab a first aid, then Inko was starting to pad my bruises, then the door opens when my father Hisashi Midoriya came through, to see his son getting patched he walked over to kiss Inko on the cheek, "Hey honey, How was your day?" Inko exhaled with a small smile, "Well, the day was good until our boy got into a fight. Anyway, how was your day?" Hisashi spoke to Inko, "The day at the hospital was alright." Then Hisashi turned his head to look at me, and spoke with a smile, "So did you win, Slugger?" Inko looked at her husband, " Hisasji I thought that you'd talk to Izuku to keep him from getting hurt." Hisashi just got up and busted out laughing when he saw the raised eyebrow, he coughed into his hand to speak, "Inko, I can't do that, he's my son, and I can't stop him from getting hurt nonetheless, but I can have him take classes to have him get hurt less. You know I was much worse when I was his age." Inko rolled her eyes to which I chuckled knowing where this was going, mom got up and put her hands on her hips. "Yeah, yeah proclaiming that you'll be a hero." Hisashi took a wide stance and put out both of his arms wide, then uses his hands to point to himself, "And look at me now!" Izuku chuckled while Inko had a deadpan expression, "You are an underpaid doctor employed in an overblown hospital that gets too many patients to help." Hisashi gave a big smile to his wife. " And I can't say any better, 'cause I'm a hero. The best payment is seeing the relief of the patient's loved ones, that makes the underpay mean nothing and that is why you love me." Inko smiled and wrapped Hisashi in a hug. "Yeah, I do" Hisashi looked toward me and said, " Hey kiddo go get cleaned up for your birthday." Izuku nodded then runs off to clean up.
But that day, that day I began to run from something, something scary. When I woke up I heard a big bang, then saw the water from my cup raise like there was no gravity then drop as if nothing happened. Once again there was another bang out in the living room, I was scared so I grabbed an All might plushie and exited my room. When I left there was a storm, a…a storm of lightning, twisting and turning, running around and around in a circle… in a circle, where my mother is in the middle of it. Kneeling in the middle screams, "HIIISAAASHHIII!" Then Inko saw me, "IIIZZZUUUKKKUUU! RUNNN!" Hisashi went out to see the lightning storm, Inko in the middle of it and he saw me last. My dad ran to me but I saw a man in yellow in the lightning, my dad was in front of me with a frantic expression on his face and he yelled, " RUN! IZUKU! RUN!" One moment from seeing the worry in my father's eyes, and the next was me 10 miles away from home, it took me around 2 hours to get back to the apartment, and when I returned I saw my dad in handcuffs, "Dad?" My father yelled at me, "Izuku, stay out of home, stay out of the home." I decided to disregard what his father said and then ran into the apartment.
10 Months before the UA entrance exam

A 14-year-old boy is just running, shifting, and squeezing through crowds to get to a place that is important right now. He is green-haired, wide-eyed with a freckled round face, black jacket, White T-shirt, blue jeans, and red high tops. The boy is running with a worried expression on his face as he is carrying an HUL 18in Two-Tone Aluminum Case on the side, with a sash allowing him to carry it like a laptop case because this in his mind is going to be his last day.
Crime scene
There is a dead body covered with a white tarp as well as several scorches around him, the skin that the hand that is poking out of the tarp is scorched from a flame, a squeal like Mark on the road that came from a vehicle as a couple of Puddles of water is around in the scene of the crime, there are three people that's having a conversation with each other as they are discussing on what had happened with the crime.
There was the leading Detective Tsukauchi, his partner, and the leading forensic scientist for the Mutsutafu's police department.
Detective Tsukauchi (35) walked over to his partner Kiwika Sasuke (48), and Shiwa Kuno (42), "So we have the storm twins and an extra that tagged along." Sasuke turned to Tsukauchi, "So Kuno where's your intern, and Naomasa where's your charge?" Kuno smiles looking at Sasuke, "He'll be here soon." Kuno could easily hear the stepping of the flatfooted boy getting to the policeman guarding the crime scene. "CSI… CSI." The policeman smiled looking at the 14-year-old green-haired boy with Red high tops, "Hey Izuku, Late again?" Izuku sighed in embarrassment, "Well I overslept, and rushed to get here." Kuno chuckled, took out a pair of gloves, and yelled, "Izuku, get this done so you can head to school." Izuku walked to Kuno and put on his gloves, and looked at the crime scene, "Ok at first glance there are signs of a fire and water quirks but the marks that look like a tornado so let's add a fire quirk." Naomasa spoke to add, "Eye witness says that the Storm Twins was here with another, there I guess." Izuku nodded at that then sniffed something foul and allowed his nose to lead him but he kept his gaze down to the ground to keep out of the way of the evidence. Another sniff and pulled his head up then got HUL 18in Two-Tone Aluminum Case, the case is filled with everything that Izuku would need. When Izuku opens his case, he searched for an examination stick or a Q-tip, then saw the pen in Sasuke's suit pocket. Izuku took a second then walked to Sasuke grabbed Sasuke's pen picked up the poop with it and sealed it in a plastic baggie, " the tracks look like Taskmaster, Off-Road Tire w/ 15" Vesper, and the only car that I can that uses that tare is the Old Jeep Wrangler Off-Road OG from early 21st century." Naomasa nodded, Kuno smiled, whiles Sasuke was shaking in rage. "You know… THat… THAT pen… THAT PEN WAS MY FATHERS, HE GAVE ME THAT PEN THE DAY HE DIED" Izuku sang into himself, "Sorry" Naomasa brought Sasuke out of the crime scene to get him to calm down, then Kuno went too close, grab the case, and izuku put an arm around Izuke's head and brought Izuku out of the crime scene, "Izuku, come with me to my car." Izuku was taken to Kuno's car, Kuno opens his trunk to show there was a backpack, "I'll take that, give you this, this has been your last case until you graduate from high school, and you'll need to head to the department to clean your desk, but it's my gift to take you to school." Izuku slouched and nodded, " Alright then, but I'll clean the lab while listening to the news about the particle accelerator." Kuno chuckles and spoke, " Alright Izuku, let's go" Izuku left for Star Labs: Junior High School

Izuku got to nuclear physics class to seat next to his best friend and partner on the most recently assigned task in the class. The beautiful Momo Yaoyorozu had a pink tint on her cheeks but went to normal as she spoke, "So how's your time at your internship?" Izuku dugs through his bag to two notebooks: Nuclear Notes #5 and Hero Analysis for the Future #14. "Well, I've helped the police and available heroes to capture bad guys, but I kinda missed seeing your face in the mourning." Izuku blushed and use the nuclear notebook to block himself from Momo thinking, 'Why… Why the heck I said that?" not even seeing the blushing cheeks of Momo or the smile on her face.
2 hours passed as the last bell of school sounded.
Izuku and Momo were walking and talking, trying to leave when the principal yells out, "Midoriya, In my office now!" Izuku sighed thinking something was bad, "Sorry Momo, I guess I have to go." Momo nodded then spoke, "Seems The Principal needs you, we'll talk later." Izuku shook his head, "Not today maybe tomorrow. I'll have to clean the CSI lab at the department." Momo made a sad face knowing that she won't be able to spend time with someone she feels good about. Izuku left for the principal's office.
Principal's Office
Izuku was sitting in a chair in front of the principal's desk, there is a nameplate with the name in both Japanese katakana symbols and English lettering Barry Allen (バリーアレン) on the desk. Barry Allen is an old Caucasian male at the age of 55, wearing a yellow dress shirt with a cherry-red vest on him, Barry was looking at Izuku with a small smile, "So was being a CSI for the month?" Izuku was wondering what was supposed to be going on, "Well I did help the heroes to stop some crime and made the person that took me as an intern to be impressed with me." Barry's smile fell a little, "I would like to know what you have found through the last month, have you found anything about the lightning man?" Izuku now knows what Barry wanted to learn if he did, "No, nothing really but I was able to help heroes, bring bad guys down, and help get the victim's families justice." Barry Allen smiled knowing that Izuku is not trying to focus on the man in the lightning, "Okay, so that's really what I wanted to ask you, what's the next thing that you're going to do?" Izuku got up, grabbed his bags, then had a hand on the doorknob, "While I am cleaning the lab at the department, and will watch the particle accelerator turn on." Izuku went onto the exit and rushed to the Mutsutafu's police department

Izuku Midoriya was drenched in rainwater since there was a fast-acting storm covering Japan when he got into the lab to witness the mess that his fellow coworkers made knowing that he was going to clean up the mess. There were Pizza paper plates around with several other chemicals in beakers. Izuku went on and turn on the TV that was located there it was on the channel, where it was broadcasting the activating of the particle accelerator that was made by a side branch of the Star Labs apparent company. Izuku went on and started to clean up the food and the paper plates, throwing them into the trash and then bringing them to the outside dumpster after that he went on and put the chemicals onto the chemical rack. That's when he saw that there was rain coming through from the roof window. Izuku was able to sense something wrong, what was happening so he brought his head back up and he walked over to the chains. That was going to shut the window but when he put his hands on the chains. He witnessed the chemicals Rising he remembered that day when his glass of water rose and then fell. At that moment in time, the only thing that could be going in his mind was that it must be happening again and that is when the storm created a lightning bolt that hits Izuku Midoriya flying him into the rack of chemicals and drenching him in such. Knocking Izuku out.
I'm going to try to do this cause I can see a good story to write, and the fantastic storylines that came from the Comics / Manga, the fanfictions, and the other TV Shows for both My hero and DC Universe.
Barry Allen will be izuku midoriya's forensic scientist mentor, all because Barry and izuku had similar backgrounds but with this universe of Barry Allen Barry Allen's mother died from a robbery she was alone and no one caught her killer until Barry became a forensic scientist, Barry was able to live with his father and with encouragement from his father he became a forensic scientist and leading analysts of Central City CSI branch of the police ( I don't know if I said that correctly maybe not but hey)
I will be taking Bruce Wayne's Origins from Batman Begins and I will have Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne be the same age as izuku midoriya they will be 15 and Clark Kent will just be starting to learn how to fly because his cells just got the right amount of solar radiation to use the power of flight.
