Dying Roses: The 32nd Annual Hunger Games is my third SYOT in the Doll-Face Verse!

Ceres Quinoa, 26

Ex District Nine Tribute

Victor of the Twenty-Second Annual Hunger Games

Ceres was sick of the Capitol wicked games, and she wasn't afraid to let her close ones know that. However, she couldn't possibly let the Capitol know that or else she'll be executed along with her family. She waited day by day, waiting for a savior to come rescue the poor children of Panem from the Capitol's wicked games. She knew someone would come, and she knew someone had to be involved with the arena collapse of last year's games. She didn't believe the government claim that the gamemakers made an error, because if they didn't why wouldn't they crown all four of the survivors victors? Instead they claimed their obvious favorite, Marilla Ragna, as the victor of the games. And what happened to the other three survivors? Fuck, for all Ceres knew they could be dead. No one knew what happened to them, not even Capitol Princess and "victor" of the Thirty-Third Annual Hunger Games, Marilla Ragna, knew what happened to them. It was like their names were erased from history. There is no record of the three survivors, and no matter how far Ceres looked she always met the same result. Nothing.

Ceres had to admit though, the Capitol was always good at vaporizing their criminals or people they simply did not want alive. The Capitol had always been rewriting history, and that could be dated l the way back to 1 A.D.D. It was like saying two plus two equaled five, no one could prove otherwise if the Government said so. Ceres always knew the Captiol were fucking liars, and everyone with a brain knew that. But the Capitol had everyone so brainwashed that it was no use to speak against them. no one would believe you, and how would it result in? You and your entire living family members vaporized from existence. As if your family never existed. Ceres had secretly dug into valuable information, which could ruin the Capitol if she spread it, but she has a brain. She wasn't willing to risk herself and her family lives just to result in everyone believing the Capitol. However, Ceres had always been a clever young woman, and she knew she'll figure a way to prove to everyone that the Captiol has been brainwashing them for the last thirty-two years.

It was just two weeks until the Reapings for the Thirty-Second Annual Hunger Games, and Ceres had a busy upcoming month. She'll have the mentor two new innocent children, whom will still suffer a terrible fate at the hands of a vicious bloodthirsty career. At first, Ceres couldn't take the fact that she's mentoring children to just get their throats slit open, but after the last decade she became…numb. Ceres is one of only three District Nine "glorified" victors. While, Ceres was somewhat honored to be among glorious nine's victors, Quinn Rosom Cylus Sawyer, she couldn't understand how she was mentioning wrong. Both Quinn and Cylus both had victors within ten years, but what was Ceres doing wrong? Was she just bad at mentoring? Was it her tributes? Or maybe was it because of bad luck? She didn't know.

Ceres didn't know what to do, but she was going to make sure that the Captiol knew they are liars, but she had to do it sneakily. How was she going to do that, she had no idea. She would just have to see as she stays in the Capitol, and maybe just maybe she can get the other victors to join in and help.

Ceres wasn't gonna give up, not just yet.

Short prologue, but it gives small details of one of the main victors in this story, Ceres Quinoa of District Nine. This won't be the last we see of her, so keep a look out for any updates with her!
