Today was the day,the day Kate and Garth marry and unite the Eastern and Western tribes,of course no one in the western tribe liked this arrangement but was for a good cause it was to prevent unnecessary bloodshed between the tribe. On top of the Tribe leader den Kate was sitting near the edge of the overhang as Lilly sat behind her and combed her hair with a pinecone as she looked down at the forest floor she saw a massive group gathering which she knew was the tribes getting ready for the wedding.

"Wow it's a big crowd."Kate said with amazement and with slight nervousness Lilly took one look at the crowd of wolves then back at Kate "Yep sure is this is one event no one is going to miss, so are you excited Kate?"Lilly asked making Kate raise an eyebrow "what kind of question is that Lilly of course I'm excited why wouldn't i be?"

"Well let's see you're marrying a guy you just met under an arranged marriage,that'll make anyone at least upset."Lilly said continuing combing her hair Kate sighed "yeah i wasn't exactly wild about this at first but i immediately i realized that this is for the good of the tribes I'm doing this to prevent a war, plus after meeting Garth and spending time and getting to know him i believe he's perfect marrying material."Kate said with a little smile.

Lilly nodded her head "Oh yeah Kate he's just your type: big, brawny and perfect."Lilly said with jealousy crystal clear in her voice it still bothered her that Kate was marrying a hot piece of Alpha male like Garth but she decided to just keep her jealous thoughts to herself. As much as Kate was excited about her wedding she wanted to take the attention away from herself for a little bit and talk about something else and the topic that was on her mind was Lilly and Humphrey.

"So Lilly I couldn't help but notice you and Humphrey are hanging out much more often,is there something going on?"Kate asked causing Lilly to comb her hair and little too rough almost tearing her scalp off "Ow Lilly!"Kate excited in pain "Sorry sorry."Lilly said feeling bad "Look me and Humphrey are just hanging out more, there's nothing going on between us."Lilly said but Kate wasn't buying it she knew Lilly was lying she's lied to her before.

"Lilly don't lie to me you're not good at it,i know there's something more going on between you two than just hanging out, i know you two are falling in love with each other the signs are constantly popping up ever since that kiss."Kate said making Lilly sigh in annoyance.

Kate has not been able to let that sight go the image of Humphrey and Lilly kissing was burning into her brain "kate for Fenrir's sake i told you it was a mistake and neither of us didn't even enjoy it."Lilly said with slight annoyance. Kate turned around to look at Lilly with a blank expression.

"See you're lying again."Kate firmly said as she turned around to face Lilly "I watched you and Humphrey kiss, I saw how you grabbed his face and pulled him close how his arms wrapped around your waist, you two did enjoy that kiss and you two are falling in love."Kate said making Lilly's left eye twitch as she struggled to find a counter argument when she couldn't she stood up "this conversation is over." Lilly said as she walked away just as Humphrey was walking up the slope he and Lilly glanced at each other before continuing their ways.

"Humphrey."Kate greeted happily "oh Excuse me a flea."Humphrey said with a little chuckle scratching behind his ear then he magically pulled a purple flower then he put it in Kate's hair "And a little something for your big day."Humphrey said with a smile kate giggled at the gesture "Thank you."

Kate wanted to talk to him about the kiss between him and Lilly but decided to table it for now knowing he'll probably go on the offensive like Lilly did. "i think this is a very stupid thing you're doing kate."Humphrey said with a little frown kate scoffed "You and everyone else Humphrey, but like I've stated before it's to prevent a war,soon you'll see everyone will be happy that me and garth did this."Kate said confidentiality.

"Maybe...maybe so,but still I think it's stupid."Humphrey said making Kate place a hand on his shoulder "trust me Humphrey everything will be fine and everyone will be happier."Kate said as she walked away and down the slope leaving Humphrey alone hoping that she was right.

A little later

It was time for the wedding to start as the whole entirety of the Western and Eastern tribe gathered in a big crowd and Kate and Garth stood in front of them and a middle aged dark grey furred male wolf stood in front of them. "Dearly beloved we are gathered here today to join these two alphas in Holy matrimony,even though they just met a week ago."The wolf said making Kate roll her eyes in annoyance.

"But we are also gathered here today to unite two tribes, two tribes that were once in conflict with each other and had finally said enough." the wolf said before he looked towards Kate and Garth and motioned for them to take each other's hands which they did.

"Do you Garth take Kate to be your wedded wife, see her through sickness and health till death do you part?"he asked as Garth nodded his head "I do."

"And do you Kate take Garth to be your wife,see him through sickness and health tilldeath do you part?"

"I do."Kate said with a smile "If there's anyone who thinks these two should not wed let them speak now or forever hold their peace."The wolf said.

Eve scanned the crowd glaring at them which made them all shrink down a little she didn't have to say it but ger expression said it for her "Say your peace i dare any of you."

Seeing that no one will object he continued "then by the power invested in me I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss the bride."

And at that Garth and Kate locked lips together signifying their eternal love for each other and uniting the tribes the crowd clapped and cheered as now the conflict between them was now put to rest as they were now unified.
