Andrew Clements learned his lesson about pranks, he learned not to let a prank go too far.

Erin opened up a candy bar and ate it.

Kirk Stevens was at home watching TV eating prunes.

Andrew came home by 10 pm

"I'll get to washing the car" said Andrew Clements.
Andrew washed the car to an ultimate shine.

"I know now that there were on UFOs, and I promised to keep my mouth shut to the inspectors and the police and the rest of the FBI" said Andrew Clements.

"And I told the turth to everyone that there were no UFOs" said Andrew Clements.

"And Erin said you were changing chores with her this week" said Stephanie Clements.
"Yes, I did the laundry and I was late for ball practice, she took out the trash, and I told her I'd do her next chore" said Andrew Clements.
Andrew washed the dishes and dried the dishes and put them away
"OK, I washed and dried the dishes and put them away living up to my exact words" said Andrew Clements.

Andrew cleaned up his room and took out all the trash that was in it, 10 trash bags full

Erin did her homework at ehr desk and put it in a box
Andrew helped Erin build her space collage for her school project
"OK, I helped Erin build her space collage and made it up o her for what I did, living up to my exact words" said Andrew Clements.

Andrew did everything he could do to make up for what he did to Erin and the UFO prank he made and did

Andrew dreamt about his fishing trip, movie and his date with his girlfriend Jessica.
"Andrew made up for everything he did to get grounded" said Erin Clements.
"He learned his lesson, Honey" said Stephanie Clements.
The next day, Andrew went on his fishing trip
"I am glad Andrew did what he did for me to help me get an A+" said Erin Clements.
"He is on his fishing trip now" said Stephanie Clements.
A week went by and Andrew came home
"I sure had a good fishing trip, mom" said Andrew Clements.
"Glad to hear" said Stephanie Clements.
Friday night, Andrew went on a date with Jessica to see a movie
Erin did the dishes after dinner when Andrew left for his date, they had spaghetti for dinner.
It was midnight and Andrew came home
"Home by midnight my exact words" said Andrew Clements.
"OK, Dear" said Stephanie Clements.
"Jessica was a good sport and saw the movie and did not worry about the concert"
"And I am glad you used your exact words" said Stephanie Clements.
"Let's forget about that" said Andrew Clements.

"And your lesson has been learned, and I hope you never do another UFO prank like that again to Erin" said Dr. J

Andrew went to bed and went to sleep
Stephanie and Dr. J sat on the porch and drank coffee, and they are glad that Andrew learned his lesson in not making anymore pranks ike he did to get grounded.
