Okay, so I did say i was once intending to make Marvel/DC stories featuring my Jakob Thorsson OC, and so I have gotten to work on the first of hopefully many, and that story is also an old one. One that I have haad trouble doing for several years now, tried with various other characters and failed for one reason or another, but with Jakob Thorsson, it's a perfect Marvel/DC crossover.

Okay, I wouldn't say perfect, I don't live with the illusion that my stories are perfect. What I'm meaning is, with Jakob being the son of Thor, that gives range to the Thor stuff of Marvel comics, and Thor has dealt with a lot of bad guys and story arcs, and there are some interesting ideas that could come about with Jakob Thorsson in this story.

And that's how this story came to be.

Helps that I can add characters, weapons, artefacts from Marvel into the story, make references to some, mentions or even involve them in certain parts of the story that they would fit in, like Thanos and the Infinity Stones, Hela, Loki, Mephisto, any of Thor's enemies.

This story, as by the title, is about the New 52 Universe. It starts pre-Flashpoint, will go through the events of Flashpoint Paradox, and then into the first New 52 Justice League arc which is Origins, when Darkseid invaded. I will attempt to make up my own arcs, but I could use some help which will be very appreciated. I also have a Discord channel/account, whatever it's called, if anyone wants to talk with me on that.

As for Jakob's appearance in this, well just imagine Chris Hemsworth playing him. As for his outfit, think of what Thor wears in Thor: Ragnarock, but without the cape and the two metal clasps on the shoulder part that hold the cape to the outfit. Also, the attire has a metal hook on the back for Jakob's weapon, which will be the Leviathan Axe from God of War 4 & God of War Ragnarök.

Will he get other GOW weapons like a certain pair of blades? I may have a plan for that.

Disclaimer: I do not own Thor or Justice League. I only own the OC Jakob Thorsson.

'Things are rather quiet today. Maybe I can finally have a break for a while, spend some time with Diana.' Came the thought of one Jakob Thorsson, superhero, son of Thor, one of the founding members of the Justice League, and the husband of Wonder Woman herself.

He feels the hate and envy from every man he passes.

The 35-year old Demigod had lived a pretty normal life, well as normal as one can be when they are a Demigod, he fought criminals and beat them up, he fought monsters, demons, rogue Greek gods, his uncle Loki, evil sorcerers/sorceresses, alien beings, got married to the most beautiful woman in all of Creation, all within an eighteen-year career as a superhero.

Right now, Jakob was flying past skyscrapers as he went in the direction of the Themyscira Embassy, dressed in his usual outfit when doing his superhero work. Crime had been quiet, like almost none had been committed. There wasn't even a car thief, a robber or a mugger committing crimes which surprised Jakob but he wasn't going to jinx himself. The last thing he needed was to think today will be quiet and crime-free when something big happens like a rogue god from Diana's pantheon creating havoc and attempting to start the Apocalypse... again.

Well, it can't be any worse than their enemies teaming up again to take them both out as that has happened several times in the past, such as when Jakob's 'uncle' Loki teamed up with Circe to take out Jakob, Diana and the Amazons but Jakob and Diana managed to stop them.

After several moments of flying, Jakob spotted the Themyscira Embassy up ahead and gave a boost in flight to speed up before he made his arrival with a clap of thunder and landed outside the building's entrance in the 'superhero landing' as the kids call it these days. Standing up, Jakob made his way towards the guards and gave them a nod of greeting.

"Ladies." He greeted them.

"Thorsson." One of the guards greeted him while the rest gave him the Amazon salute.

It astounded Jakob to this day that the Amazons actually respected and liked him, even enough to let them onto their island as per Hippolyta's decree. He could remember their hostile looks aimed at him like it was yesterday, a time where they believed he was like any other man, and being the son of a god from another pantheon may not have heled. However, it was thanks to Diana's vouching that they didn't kill him and they saw the friendship between the son of Thor and Diana. Plus, Jakob helping save the Amazons from threats multiple times may have helped them get a better opinion of him.

It wasn't until he had to compete in a series of trails by Hippolyta's orders in order to get her blessing to marry Diana that the Amazons fully respected and liked him.

"I'm here to see Diana. Is she in?" Jakob asked.

"yes, but she's in a meeting with someone." The guard told him, causing him to frown a little.

"Okay, who?" He asked.

"Batman."

Jakob stiffened at the answer. He and Batman and... never really gotten along, even in the beginning. Maybe it was because Jakob had morals different from Batman, and that he wouldn't be afraid to kill some criminals if necessary, though he's never actually killed any even when they deserved it, only because he knew how much trouble he'd get into and Batman was probably waiting for a reason to take him down out of some petty fear he'll try to take over the world just because he's half God, his strength rivals that of Superman and Wonder Woman, but the real reason Jakob and Batman disliked each other, is because of their strong feelings for Diana.

It didn't help that Diana dated Bruce before she dated Jakob. And while Jakob knows Diana loves him very much, there was a small, dark voice in the back of his mind whispering that Diana only chose him because she and everyone else had thought Darkseid had killed Batman over a year ago.

Jakob shook the dark thoughts from his head before they could take centre stage at the front of his mind. "May I see her?" he asked the guards.

They nodded and opened the door for him, to which he walked in. Jakob had been in the building many times to know where to go and where Diana;s office was located. it took him five minutes until he arrived outside her office door, a label that said 'D. Prince' on it.

Jakob took a deep breath, ignoring a dark thought giving him the idea of finding Diana cheating on him with Batman. He grabbed the doorknob and opened the door, entering to see...

His wife sitting in a chair reading some sort of report while Bruce, dressed in his typical Batman get up, was standing by the window with his arms crossed and the ever-present scowl on his face. Diana looked up at the intrusion and smiled upon seeing it was her husband.

"Jakob, what are you doing here? I thought you'd be working still..." Diana said with a mixture of loving joy at seeing her husband and confusion as to why he was here rather than on patrol.

"Work was quiet today, so I thought I'd get off early and stop by to see you." Jakob said while he closed the door and walked towards her desk.

Diana gave another smile. "Well, I'm just about to finish up here. once I have, we can go somewhere for lunch."

"That sounds good." Jakob said, not looking over at Batman.

The two haven't spoken a single word to each other outside of Justice League meetings, and Jakob didn't know what was going to happen seeing as Batman had only been back from being 'dead' for a few months now.

The tension was so thick it could be cut with Jakob's Leviathan Axe as the three founding Justice League members were silent until the silence was shattered by a knock on the door, causing all to look over at it.

"Come in." Diana called to whoever was on the other side.

The door opened and an Amazon poked her head in, looking a little nervous as she detected the tension. "Um, Thorsson?"

"Yes?" Jakob asked, a little relieved something had shattered the silence and the somewhat tension.

"Um, there's reports of the Wrecking Crew causing trouble down in Times Square." The Amazon said.

Jakob's eyes narrowed at that. "Those idiots never learn, do they?" he turned to his wife with an apologetic smile. "Luck is gonna have to wait, I'm afraid."

"Do you need help?" Diana asked with a pointed gaze.

"Nah, those four are mediocre. I've beaten them multiple times, so they won't be a problem for me." Jakob said. He can't count the amount of times Wrecker, Bulldozer, Piledriver and Thunderball have broken out of prison just to cause more destruction only to end up getting their asses kicked by him and sent back to jail.

"Very well, if you're sure." Diana said. While she knows Jakob can very much handle himself, she couldn't help this sense of foreboding she had in the pit of her stomach.

"I'll be fine, dear." Jakob said, walking over and giving her a kiss that made her smile. Jakob then glanced over at Batman. "Anything else I should be aware of?"

There was a staredown between the two before Batman shook his head. "No. I wanted to talk to Diana about something."

A full tense minute passed before Jakob looked at Diana. "I won't be long."

Diana smiled and pecked her husband's lips. "Go kick their asses, sweetie."

"Yes honey." Jakob chuckled before he walked over to the open window, the one Batman most likely used to enter Diana's office, and jumped out before flying off while recalling his Leviathan Axe into his hand. There was a feeling of unease in him, and it wasn't from leaving Batman alone with his wife...

Diana had a smile on her face as she watched her husband fly until he was out of sight. Her mile then fell and she looked at Batman, giving the young amazon at her office door a gesture to leave and shut the door. "What do you want, Bruce?" Diana asked with a serious, no-nonsense tone.

She had been very displeased to enter her office and find the Dark Knight waiting for her, having snuck in through her window. She had just told him to leave while reading a report when Jakob had entered.

The Batman was quiet for several seconds before breaking the silence. "...So, Jakob?"

Diana's expression sharpened into a cold look. "If that's all you came to talk about, then leave."

She noticed the man's jaw clench as he spoke. "I just have to ask... why him?"

"Why him?" Diana looked at him with a frown. "Because me and him share a lot in common, he was the first friend I made when I came to Man's world, he helped me adjust to it. He was there for me when I needed someone other than you, Clark, or even my mother and sisters. And when everyone turned on me after the Maxwell lord situation, he had my back and defended me at every turn when the whole world thought I was some murdering psychopath. I didn't see you or anyone else coming to my defence, he did."

"You killed a man, Diana." Batman said in a hard tone. "There was other ways that Maxwell Lord could've been stopped. How did you expect us all to feel when you killed him?"

"Like my friends!" Diana stood, an angry expression on her face. "My teammates who had my back for years. And I expected you to have my back rather than turn on me for choosing to save you and Clark. Did you think what I did was easy? i spent every night, waking up from nightmares of what I did, screaming. And di I get any comfort from you? From Clark? From any of my so-called friends? no, instead you turned your backs on me and I only had one to confide in and he comforted me in my darkest moments when he had his own problems to deal with."

Although it was years ago, Diana still felt angry at how everyone instantly turned on her after she had killed to save her two of her friends. Her fellow Amazons were treated with scorn and disgust by everyone, thinking they were the same as her. Although some have apologized, it left her feeling hollow about their attempts to make up for turning on her.

The two had a staredown until it broke when Diana sighed, looking down. "Bruce, I love you. I never stopped loving you... But I love Jakob more. I'm sorry, but whatever we had... it's gone. I tried to take a step forward, but you always took several steps back."

Batman stared at her for several tense minutes before she heard him let out a very quiet that it might not have even happened sigh. When he spoke, his tone was as hard and cold as ever. "I'll see you at the meeting tonight."

With that, he left through the window he used to enter her office. Diana sighed and rubbed her temples as this had all eft her stressed out and with a bit of a headache. A part of her wondered whether she should go join Jakob against the Wrecking Crew.

If she had known the dark turn that was coming for Jakob, she wouldn't have hesitated to follow him...

Next chapter: Jakob battles the Wrecking Crew.

So yeah, I now have a Discord account if anyone wants to friend me on that and chat, especially if they have story ideas. It's how I worked on my DxD story with SlashFan2018, we did a role-playing thing for the chapters, basically both of us writing down part of a scene to help move things along.

It really helped when I was stuck.

So, if anyone wants to know my Discord name, it's DeathWolf202 #8834.
