Happy New Year to you all.

I'm finally back, and I will start this year by giving you this one-short. Valentines Special.

You know I am a fan of Janhoo, so this is exclusive to Ji Hoo and Jan Di.

Disclaimer: I don't own the Boys Over Flowers characters.

Valentine's Day is not only for lovers but also for friends who share a special bond. It is where they share gifts among themselves to show appreciation for each other. Lovers share romantic messages, and chocolate, and also go out for dinner, but friends are different when it comes to this day. Friends choose to show their appreciation for each other by gifting each other something that shows the special bond between them, like a personalized card or a picture frame with pictures of them together. Friends who exchange gifts to celebrate Valentine's Day have a unique opportunity to express their appreciation and love for each other without the constraints of romantic obligations.

Today was the first time in her life that Jan Di was going to celebrate Valentine's Day. She wanted to do something special for her boyfriend, Jun Pyo, but what about Ji Hoo? Who was going to do something special for him on this day? Jan Di thought long and hard about how to make the day special for Ji Hoo. 'What can I do for him?'

"Ga Eul," she called out to her friend, who appeared to be daydreaming about something she couldn't place.

"What is it?" Ga Eul smiled as she looked up from her thoughts.

"Whom are you making a gift for tomorrow?" Jan Di asked her best friend.

"Someone who has done something special for me," she replied, smiling broadly while recalling Yi Jeong's advice to her about facing her fears head-on.

Jan Di smiled, thinking of the person who had been so instrumental in helping her overcome her fear and take a leap of faith. 'Ji Hoo sunbae,' she thought.

Later in the evening, Ji Hoo sat on his motorbike, which he parked outside the porridge shop, waiting for Jan Di to take her home. After all, it was his daily duty as her fireman, and he didn't complain at all. Every night after her shift at the restaurant was finished, he would give her a ride home. Jan Di had grown fond of Ji Hoo's nightly rides and felt safe and secure when he was around her.

After ten minutes of waiting for her, she came out holding her bag pack, and Ji Hoo smiled immediately at seeing her. Jan Di always appreciated that, despite the fact he had been working all day, he still had the energy to come and pick her up every night.

"Sunbae," she said, beaming at him.

"Jan Di-ah," he said, smiling at her. "How was your day?" he asked, still smiling.

"It was good; thank you," Jan Di said cheerfully. "And you? How was your day?"

"It was good; thank you for asking," he replied, handing her the extra helmet. "Shall we?"

Ji Hoo extended his hand to her, and she smiled and took it. Together, they rode off into the sunset, anticipating a wonderful night ahead. Even though the route to her home wasn't long, Ji Hoo normally found these moments overwhelmingly special to him and wondered if Jan Di felt the same way.

Twenty minutes later, Ji Hoo parked at the Geum residence. Jan Di got off the bike and took off her helmet. As she handed it to him, she recalled that she wanted to invite him to make his day special for him. Jan Di thanked Ji Hoo for the ride.

"Sunbae," she said tentatively.

"Something bothering you?" he asked.

Jan Di looked away, a mixture of emotions crossing her face.

"Jan Di, if something is bothering you, you can tell me, and maybe I'll give you, my help." She hesitated for a few seconds before finally taking a deep breath and starting to speak.

"Will you be my date tomorrow?" She asked quickly, turning away from him and hoping Ji Hoo wouldn't tease her.

Ji Hoo's heart skipped a beat, thinking maybe he didn't grasp what she just said. He hopped off the motorcycle and stood in front of her face. He then raised his hand to her face, held her chin, and raised it up, looking into her eyes. He was about to speak when she opened her mouth and whispered, "You heard me."

She pulled away and attempted to walk away, but Ji Hoo was fast enough to stop her. He drew her closer, her body brushing against his, and said softly, "I heard you... But are you sure about what you asked me?" he said, brushing her bangs away from her eyes.

She could feel her heart pounding in her chest as she looked into his eyes. "Tomorrow, I'll send you the location."

"Come to my house tomorrow," he stated instead, firmly. When she realized he was asking her out instead of her, she felt a rush of emotion course through her veins. She had planned on asking him, but now the tables have turned.

"Can you—" she asked, feeling self-conscious.

"I will... keep this a secret," he said, reading her mind. "Gu Jun Pyo won't find out about it."

"Oh," she pulled away from him, "goodnight." and she was gone.

Ji Hoo stood there after separating from Jan Di. His heart fluttered happily at the thought of being with her.

Ji Hoo was in love with Jan Di, and it had been a struggle to contain his feelings. At first, he thought he was seeing her as a friend, but after these three months together, he realized that he was in love with her but that she wasn't in love with him anymore. He knew that his feelings for Jan Di would never fade, no matter how hard he tried to deny them. And now he was here, hoping to see her tomorrow and spend Valentine's Day with her.

Valentine's Day...

Ji Hoo had been able to sleep the entire night. He was so excited and nervous that he could hardly contain himself and found it difficult to focus on anything else. He wished the evening could come soon for Jan Di to come over to his house and surprise her with some special dinner and get her chocolates, flowers, and maybe a teddy bear. He had planned out the entire evening in his mind and was sure Jan Di would love it. He had put so much thought into making this a special day for Jan Di and could not wait to see her face when she saw his surprises.

At around lunch, he received a text from his maids saying that the decorations for the day were about to be finished, and that gave him hope. His lecturers had complained, saying that he was absent-minded, which didn't bother him like it always does on some days. He didn't want to be angry about today. He wanted to put a smile on Jan Di's face, and he knew the perfect way to do it.

Jun Pyo had shown off during lunch, showing them his chocolates, which he said Jan Di had made for him. But that didn't bother Ji Hoo at all since he knew that today was his night and he wouldn't get jealous over some silly chocolate.

After school, Ji Hoo went to the store and bought a bouquet of red roses, a small box of expensive chocolates, and a teddy bear. He rode home and what was there was breathtaking. His employees had done a really good job of decorating his house, putting it in the mood for Valentine's Day. Just the entrance, with aromatic candles and rose petals scattered all around, creating a romantic setting. He wondered what the inside looked like. He slowly walked to the living room, where red and white balloons were decorated in the corners, a large, red heart-shaped helium balloon floated above the center table, and a bouquet of white peach roses was placed at the center of the dining table. Candles were lit in all the corners and on the dining table, giving off a warm, peaceful aura that illuminated the entire room. The sight of the room overwhelmed him with emotion. "This is too romantic," he commented. "Won't she run away if she sees this?"

His gaze was drawn to the ceiling after feeling a few petals drop onto his face. "I hope she likes this."

Geum Residence...

Jan Di felt bad after turning down Jun Pyo's invitation to dinner, and now here he was getting all dolled up for Ji Hoo. Her heart fluttered at being alone with her first love, her fireman, her sunbae. She had used some of her savings to buy a dress for the day.

She shampooed her hair as usual and hot combed it to straighten out the curls and give it a sleek look. She also put on some light makeup that gave her a romantic look and made her feel confident and presentable. She then took out her red dress, which she had bought. It was a beautiful dress with a perfect fit, enhancing her body shape and giving her an air of sophistication. She carefully ironed the dress, ensuring that no creases were visible, and then she slipped it on and looked at herself in the mirror, feeling a surge of joy and pride as she saw how beautiful she looked. She then put on her favorite shoes and grabbed her purse, ready for the night ahead.

"Will Ji Hoo Sunbae like it?" she asked herself.

"..." a sound of the car was heard, and she knew it was time for her to go. She took one more glance at herself and walked out of the bedroom where her family was. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes, imagining the look on Ji Hoo Sunbae's face when he saw her in this outfit.

"Wow..." her family exclaimed upon noticing her. "You look beautiful," they said. She felt her cheeks flush as she smiled in appreciation.

"Thank you," she said, and her father and mother stood in front of her.

"Where are you going?" they asked her.

She nervously avoided eye contact, not sure what to say.

"You have a date with Gu Jun Pyo?" they asked once more.

She took a deep breath before responding, "Yes, I do." Her voice was barely above a whisper

'Liar' she scolded herself.

Jan Di was driven to the Yoon residence in a limousine, where Ji Hoo waited for her. Jan Di was filled with a mixture of emotions as the limousine pulled up to the gates. Fear, anxiety, and anticipation coursed through her veins as she stepped out of the limousine.

The traditional Korean-style immaculate home was darker than usual, and maybe he wasn't home. It was her third time coming to this place, which always gave her pleasurable goosebumps. She looked around, taking in the familiar sights and smells, from the tatami mats that lined the floor to the classic paper sliding doors. Then she slid the door open, and she gaped in awe at the brilliant scene that lay before her. The rose petals scattered across the floor shone in the light that streamed in from the candles, and the smell of sweet incense floated delicately through the air. The beauty of the scene took her breath away, and she stepped in reverently to take it all in.

"You are finally here," Ji Hoo said, and he stood across from her wearing a white suit and a lavender shirt that complimented his tanned skin perfectly. He was holding a single red rose and a big smile, and she felt as if all the beauty and peace of the room were meant for them alone.

"Hi," she said shyly.

"Hey," he replied, revealing his perfect smile. "I have been waiting for you. Please come in."

She took a deep breath, trying to contain the butterflies in her stomach as she stepped inside.

Ji Hoo then extended his hand as she walked slowly, and then her stomach groaned quietly as Ji Hoo came toward her. She was suddenly filled with an overwhelming feeling of both excitement and anticipation as she nervously took his hand. Ji Hoo's warm and gentle grip sent a pleasant tingle up her arm as he drew her close to him.

Ji Hoo then handed her the rose. "You look beautiful, and this is for you," he whispered, his voice full of tenderness and emotion.

She felt as if the room around them had disappeared, leaving only her and Ji Hoo in a blissful moment. "And you are handsome…" she said shyly to him.

"Are you hungry?"

As always, he puts her needs first. She smiled, nodding her head slightly.

Ji Hoo led her to the dining room. He took her hand and said, "Come on, let's get something to eat." The aroma of home-cooked meals wafted from the kitchen and filled the air as they walked down the hall.

The dining table was decorated in a romantic mood. Roses, votives, and tea lights adorned the table, filling the room with a soft and cozy atmosphere. Food was in the dishes, and her nose detected the aroma of barbeque. The atmosphere was cozy, and as she took her seat, she could feel the love in the air. "Did you prepare all of this?" she asked, amazed at the display before her eyes.

Ji Hoo scratched the back of his neck before he replied, "No, I asked my staff to do this while I was at school. Do you like it?"

She smiled in response, her eyes sparkling with happiness. "Yes, it's beautiful." Ji Hoo smiled back at her, relief washing over him.

Ji Hoo smiled, revealing his perfect smile and the relief he felt. He then pulled out a chair for her and sat across from her. "What do you want to eat first?"

Geum Jan Di looked at him in surprise, not expecting such a gesture. "Everything," from the seafood barbecue to the grilled steak, looked delicious.

He grinned and asked her to pass the plate to him. "These are all American dishes."

Jan Di was puzzled, as she hadn't expected him to know so much about American cuisine. She was even more surprised when he took the plate and started to dish out portions of the food to both of them. It seemed he was more familiar with the food than she had anticipated. "How much do you know about American food?" he asked her.

"I only know their food is yummy," she replied sheepishly.

"Then I will give you an exclusive tour of their food."

He opened the dish of fried rice. "This is the fried rice Mexicans normally eat for dinner," he said, placing rice on her plate. She smiled with delight as she tucked into the fried rice.

"Hmm...so yummy" She took a bite and exclaimed, "Mmm! This is really delicious!" Her smile widened as she continued to eat. She drew her gaze to him, and he wasn't eating. "Don't you like the food?"

"I just wanted to make sure you liked it before I ate," he replied.

She smiled warmly, touched by his thoughtfulness. "Let me serve you then," she suggested, and she took his plate. He nodded gratefully, and she began to serve him.

"Jan Di-ah," he said as his eyes were on her, taking in her appearance. "Why did you choose to spend this special day with me instead of Jun Pyo?"

Jan Di felt her heart skip a beat as she looked up at him. "I..." she stammered her words.

Ji Hoo rose from his seat and stood behind her. He extended his hand to her back and softly removed her hair from her neck before drawing her into his arms. Jan Di felt her breath hitch in her throat, and the warmth of his embrace wrap around her. "Did you invite me out as your fireman or is there more to it?" he asked softly in her ear.

Jan Di remained silent, her heart pounding in her chest as she tried to make sense of his words and the intensity of his embrace. "Y-you didn't want me to invite you?" she asked him.

Ji Hoo pulled her away and turned her to face him. His eyes, both sad and full of love, searched hers for a response: "Do you feel pity for me?"

She paused for a moment, trying to find the words to express her emotions "No...," she said. "You are important to me; that's why I invited you."

Ji Hoo raised his hand to her cheek and softly caressed it. He looked into her eyes and said, "I'm so glad you did because it means the world to me."

Jan Di laughed nervously and said, "The food is getting cold; we should eat." But Ji Hoo still didn't let go. He continued to stare into her eyes with a gentle expression. As the moments passed, Jan Di felt her heartbeat faster and her cheeks become warm.

"Have you yet seen what the living room looks like?" he asked her instead. His sudden question surprised Jan Di, and she quickly diverted her gaze away from him. She had been so caught up in the moment that she hadn't even noticed their surroundings until now.

She noticed the atmosphere in the living room was more romantic than the dining room. She notices the red candles and a small mat on the floor with red cushions and rose petals scattered around it—an inviting setting for a special night. She then saw two flute glasses that sat near a bottle of champagne and a plate with chocolate and strawberries on it. A small bouquet of white roses completed the romantic setting, and she realized what was happening. She finally looks back at him, and her heart skips a beat. Then there was a painting of her and him on the boat, hanging where Seo Hyun's painting was.

She was overwhelmed by the romantic ambiance and the thoughtfulness behind it. "It's very nice," she said, turning back to him. Her heart was filled with warmth and joy, feeling the love emanating from him at that moment.

"I'm glad you like it," he said as he approached her. "Would you like to join me for some champagne?"

She smiled up at him and nodded, feeling an overwhelming sense of contentment as he held out his arm for her to take. "You didn't fully give me a tour of the American dishes," she complained affectionately.

He chuckled and smiled back at her. "This is a special night," he said as they sat on the soft mattress on the floor. "We shouldn't talk about food. Instead, we should savor it"

"I guess... you make a good point," she said, grinning.

"Would you like some chocolates?" he said, pointing to the plate that sat next to the champagne and the flutes.

"Yes, please," she said with a smile.

Ji Hoo reached his arm for the plate and grabbed two chocolates, one for himself and the other for Jan Di. With a twinkle in his eye, Ji Hoo raised the chocolate to her mouth and said, "I hope you like it."

Jan Di shyly opened her mouth and accepted the chocolate from Ji Hoo, who watched with satisfaction as she savored the sweetness of the chocolate. "Thank you, Sunbae," she said.

Ji Hoo smiled and replied, "You're welcome."

And there was silence between them as they gazed at each other. Both of them could feel the awkwardness in the air, but there was also a sort of electricity that seemed to bind them together that neither could explain. Ji Hoo always appreciated it every time he spent time with Jan Di, hoping to talk with her and find out about her daily life, but now words were not there as his eyes kept darting from her eyes to her lips. He felt a sudden urge to kiss her, but at the same time he hesitated, worried about what she might think of him. He wanted to make her feel comfortable, so instead of acting on his desire, he looked away and cleared his throat.

Jan Di was also thinking about his sudden impulse and feeling slightly uncomfortable about how he was looking at her. She had never been uncomfortable in his presence, but now it seemed that something had changed between them this night. Jan Di could not help but be aware of the suddenly shifting atmosphere between them.

"It's getting late; I should go," she said, trying to rise from her seat, but he reached out and stopped her. He tugged her by the hem of her dress; he didn't mean to pull her forcefully, but the sudden force made her lose her balance, and she was now on his lap Jan Di could feel her cheeks flush, and his hand lingered around her waist for a moment as if he were relishing the newfound intimacy that had formed between them She could feel his heart beating against hers, and for the first time, Jan Di allowed herself to imagine what it would be like if they were together.

Ji Hoo leaned down to her level, his forehead touching hers, and with his eyes closed, he spoke softly, "If I had been there for you before this moment, would you have felt the same way?" Jan Di looked away and found herself unable to answer. Her heart raced as she considered what his presence might have meant for her earlier in life.

"Why did you go after her?" she asked him, returning his gaze.

"To find closure for both of us," he said softly, then his nose began caressing hers and his eyes remained closed, tilting his head to get better access to her lips. She let out a soft sigh, her eyes closing and her heart beating faster as he softly brushed her lips with his thumb. He then raised her chin, her lips a heartbeat away from his, and before they knew it, their lips were touching. He felt her quiver at the brush of his lips against hers, which made him want her more.

Jan Di's heart sparkled with a shiver in her body when she felt his lips on hers, and her memory returned to that fateful night in New Caledonia where she first received her first kiss, a kiss that she will never be able to regret in her entire life. His lips were as soft as they are now, and the way he was moving them against hers made her wrap her arms around his neck, responding to his moist, gentle kiss.

As they parted, Jan Di realized that no matter how many kisses she would receive in the future, this one would forever remain special and remembered.

"Would you like to dance?" he asked, turning on the soft romantic music.

Jan Di was taken aback by the sudden question, but not in a negative way. As she felt her heart begin to flutter, she accepted his offer. They both stood up, and Jan Di thanked her lucky stars that they had broken the kiss.

Ji Hoo drew Jan Di to him, both his hands on her waist, and she nervously raised her hands on her neck, and they began to dance to the rhythm of the slow song playing. As the music played on, the feeling of contentment they both felt began to grow, and their hearts became one at the moment.

Too much emotion and Ji Hoo boldly rested his forehead against hers once more and spoke softly, "Let's not run away from this moment." Jan Di's heart raced with the implication, but she mustered up the courage to move closer and closed her eyes as they embraced tightly.

As they swayed gently in the warm embrace, they lost track of time and completely gave themselves up on the moment Their embrace was filled with a sense of comfort and security, and time seemed to stand still as they stayed in that moment.

The song ended, and his lips met hers once more. The kiss was still gentle but was desperate in its longing, and it sent a current of electricity through both their bodies that seemed to melt the time and space that existed between them. They both felt a connection that was deeper than just that on a physical level; it was spiritual, and it seemed as if all the pieces of their lives had suddenly come together in one moment.

Then something happened.

Ji Hoo began to take off his jacket and then his shirt, revealing his toned and muscular torso while still locked in a passionate kiss. After taking off his shirt, his hands then traveled to the zipper of her dress. She felt a wave of emotions wash over her as she was filled with both excitement and uncertainty.

Jan Di's body shivered as the dress was swiftly removed. He pulled her closer and whispered in her ear, "You're beautiful." His words melted into her soul as his hands caressed the soft curves of her firm breast, and their lips met again.

Jan Di felt her heart beat faster as his lips pressed against hers and his tongue explored the depths of her mouth with an intensity that sent ripples of pleasure through her body. She felt a warmth inside her as if she had been touched in places that had been shut off from the world, and she could feel herself falling into an abyss of pure pleasure.

Jan Di pulled away from Ji Hoo's kiss. "I think I should leave," she said. The spell was broken, and reality set in. Jan Di felt a chill go down her spine, and the warmth inside her slowly began to dissipate.

"I love you, Jan Di-ah," he said Jan Di felt a surge of emotions at his words; she had never expected to hear someone say those words to her. Jan Di didn't know what to say in response, so she simply looked away and tried to suppress the tears forming in her eyes.

Then Ji Hoo approached her and took her face in his hands. "I have loved you ever since I returned from Paris." Jan Di's heart leaped, and she finally allowed the tears to escape from her eyes, slowly flowing down her cheeks in response to his words.

"But I thought you loved—"

"I don't love her anymore," he said abruptly.

Jan Di looked up at him, her vision blurred from tears yet still managing to see the sincerity in his eyes as he leaned in, his lips softly brushing against her own in a gentle and tender kiss.

She closed her eyes, feeling the warmth of his embrace and the emotions that were held within his kiss as it lingered in the air between them.

And at that moment, all the walls came crumbling down...

Enthusiastically kissing her now, Ji Hoo knew he was done holding back—forever. He needed this; he needed her, and he wasn't afraid or ashamed to admit it. He had waited so damn long—almost to the point of ridiculousness—to make this woman his. Now, she was. Geum Jan Di had finally become his girl! And he vowed to never let her go again and to dedicate his life to making her happy.

With tongues tangled and hands wandering everywhere without restraint, they touched and tasted each other. Ji Hoo's hands roamed up and down her back, skimmed along her arms and neck, and settled on her face. He caressed her cheekbones with his fingertips and wound one hand in her hair, while the other traveled slowly back downward. Their lips parted—just for a quick breather—and he wrapped both arms around her slender waist.

Pulling her close, he gazed into her eyes. He felt his heart pounding and the warmth of her body against his, and he knew that no matter what happened in the future, this moment was perfect.

Ji Hoo then carried Jan Di off the ground and laid her on the soft mattress He knelt in between her legs and leaned forward to Jan Di's face. He hesitated, searching her eyes for any sign of fear or uncertainty, but Jan Di met him with a trusting and loving gaze, sending a silent signal that she was ready for him.

The Golden Boy took a long, hard look at his bride. Seeing the woman of his dreams lying below him in nothing but her underwear, staring at him with eyes as sweet and innocent as a doe, made his heart rate accelerate wildly.

He knew he'd never hold out long at this rate...

Ji Hoo's eyes were captivated by Jan Di's beautiful body, which was shaped to perfection by labor. He wanted this moment to be imprinted in his mind forever. With trembling hands, he carefully ran his fingers down her soft skin.

Ji Hoo loved Jan Di for her imperfections, even though he hated the idea of her experiencing pain, as they made her who she was and made her beautiful. He wanted her to know that all of her scars, from the physical ones on her body to the ones hidden in her heart, were a part of what made him love her even more.

Ji Hoo moved forward; his lips met her stomach, gently brushing, then the space between her breasts. He raised her legs higher and higher, rolling her hips, and as his lips met hers, he entered her, sliding deeper, till at last they were fully joined. She arched her back, and tears rolled down her cheeks. She closed her eyes and surrendered to the sensations that washed over her as Ji Hoo moved inside her, slower and slower, their bodies moving together in perfect harmony until finally, in a moment of ecstasy, they both found the ultimate pleasure of being in perfect harmony with one another. His movements were soft and steady as if they had been dancing together forever and his hands tenderly stroked her face, wiping away the tears and caressing her skin as the pleasure reached its peak until finally, with a last shuddering gasp of delight, they both collapsed onto the bed in a blissful embrace.

"Take me, am all yours," she said

"From now on, am yours as well"

And that's it...

I have to admit, I am not good at a one-shot. This is what I managed to get. I hope you liked it
