This is a story about how lives of Twilight Sparkle's world and the lives of the humans changed is also tells how the people of both learned to live together but also the struggles that would come from the unexpected encounter. In this story the vast majority of Friendship is magic characters are included in this story.One day I plan to make this story into animation.

3. Chapter 3

Chapter 3 The Divide

Two months would pass after the Great Collision had brought the humans to equestria, the surviving humans have settled into the new world, the humans, the nations of the world were surprised at the same time concerned about how much progress they have made so fast in such a short amount of time, the dragons, yaks, the two griffs, the changelings were impressed how the humans have lived all industries, have caused the economies to sky rocket plus the entertainment they have brought into this has made nations much liveler . Arthur has become the marshall who helps brave burn, the sheriff catches outlaws, One day in Terra Nova Alexander faced some problems with timberwolf from the everfree forest so he went to see princess Twilight and her friends to ask for some advice on how to ward them of/get rid of them however few humans lead by a man name Anton believes that they should burn the timberwolves to which Alexander said not to act recklessly and to wait until he returned from his meet princess Twilight and her friends but Anton and his followers went into the forest to kill the timberwolves using fire, they managed to kill two causing the other timberwolves to flee which incidentally cause a forest fire. When Alexander returned from his meeting in Canterlot he noticed a orange glow and smelled smoke outside Terra Nova realized there was a forest fire thus he woke up his village and sent some people to ponyville to help put out the fire, after being woken the citizens they alter to a forest fire in the ever forest thus many ponies from ponyville went to help put out the fire, the earth ponies helped dig trenches to holt the fires progression and unicorns and pegasi brought water to douse the flames. The pegasi saw a few humans in the forest trapped by fire. Then Alexander assembled a team to investigate what caused the fire, and would investigate what started the fire. After a few minutes Alexander found the remains of dead timberwolves, then someone found an extinguished torch on the ground, piecing it together Alexander then then asked Anton what he did you do which Anton said, getting rid of our problem to everyone surprise after hearing what Anton had to say about the race of this world blaming them for the destruction of earth to Alexander said it wasn't their fault and no one could have know this would happen with no choice Alexander had Anton and any who followed him arrested. The next morning a trial was held for Anton and his followers, Alexander would be the judge for this trial and gather those who want to be part of the jury to make sure the trial was fair. At the end of the trial Anton was found guilty and would be exiled from Terra Nova and banned from all other human settlements. The next day news would spread about what Anton and his followers had done and what he said, after reading the newspaper some humans agreed with Anton's belief. Then one week later the humans were about to hold their first election for human leadership then Anton and two of his followers arrived and made a speech to all humans about creating a new human nation by conquest but Alexander would make a speech of his own moving forward by cooperating with the races of this world. So the voting for humanities future had began with both side being tied for a short period then looked like Anton side was about to win when suddenly Alexander's side got enough votes to win the election, the votes that help Alexander win came from the other human settlements in Equestria and the settlements in the other nations of other races homelands plus from Artemis city the capital of the Lunar Republic which was found by another group of humans who were close with Alexander's father. Alexander thought because they were on the moon they would be a neutral state. Then suddenly Anton challenged Alexander to a duel. The duel last half an hour with Anton near victory, as Anton was about finish him off Alexander stopped they blade by using the palms of his hand as a shield, Alexander managed to defeat Anton after scaring him everyone believed that Alex was going to kill Anton, but Alexander surprises everyone by showing Anton mercy but then brands him and warns Anton the next time they meet if you still have a desire for conquest he will kill him. Two months would have passed since the duel and Alexander was now the president of humanity but he didn't feel happy about it because of what happened with Anton, Alexander met with ambassador Spike to about building closer ties with the other races, as they talk Spike states they didn't know what to do with humans saying out of all the races they met Alexander's race was only one they can't define have arrigence like the Griffins use to be, with the Yaks stubborn pride, being driven by their emotions like dragon then surprising everyone be embracing logic and peace agreements, to which Alexander replies say those can be found in all race to Spike said not with so much confusing amounts to which Alexander ask that are the other races afraid of humans and why, Spike gave a history lesson of the different races how they got to where they now in a thousand years and Alexander's people did the same in less than a century it hasn't even been a whole year, with of them wonder what humans would achieve in the century to come while not liking the answer, Alexander then said we are nothing like the Anton and his followers also saying that we only want to be partner with the other race with find common causality for the future to which Spike said that is not for my decide to which Alexander said you can influence it. Then suddenly one of the presidential guards notified Alexander that a large group of Anton's followers arrived asking to see the president. Later they were interrogated by the president with the Talisman of Truth. Seeing their not lying the deserters warn about coming attack from Anton and his loyal followers. With the warning of the coming attack Alexander gives the order to mobilize a defence force to combat Anton forces. Those who answered Alexander's call were those who believed in Alexander's ideals plus the surviving soldiers from earth who were on the arks after the great collision. As dawn approached, so did Anton and his army and Alexander and the defenders were ready for them, Alexander requested that the other races stay out of this battle because it was a human affair, thus their responsibility. As Anton's forces approached Alexander ordered all archers to fire ice and fire arrows to slow them down but not to kill, before the battle Alexander debriefed the defenders about who not to kill anyone until they found out who Anton really is. Anton's forces clashed with Alexander's shield wall then suddenly a broadcast alerted everyone about Antons identity. Anton was revealed to be a war criminal who butchered thousands of people and was captured by Alexander's father who was a major in Delta Forces, after hearing the news half of Anton's forces joined the defenders and the rest remained loyal because they learned they the worst of humanity so Alexander gave the order to kill them. The soldiers who sided with Alexander began to fire their rifles while the troops on the frontline began cutting Anton forces down. The battle ended with Anton and a quarter of his surviving Alexander gave the order to round up people from all nations Alexander then made a speech which referenced the prince written by niccolo machiavelli specific parts where highlighted like chapter 8 which gave the answer about how to effectively execute cruelties, in chapter 17 states it is better to be feared than loved also states one shouldn't be cornered about one's reputation Alexander with what enemies to kill the informers,opportunist and those who thinking of their own selfish desires, Alexander then stated the actions he is about to take may seem cruel but they are necessary in the long run so after a minute of silence Alexander opened his eyes which showed a coldness in and said two word that would send a shockwave through the entire realm kill them, after giving the order the people that were rounded up were gunned down. (Suri Polomare, Gladmane, Spoiled Rich,Svengallop are just four examples of those who met the firing squad).When the leaders of each nation asked what just happened Alexander asked them to hold onto that question Alexander gave the order to all human soldiers in all the nations to seize all evidence and if the soldiers meet resistance have them executed with the traitors(after giving them two warning shots) which shocked all nations leaders and citizens to which Alexander answered with the evidence presented to them saying that they conspired with Anton to start a civil war and Anton would aid them if they would swear loyalty to him if they won, which refused to believe to which Alexander said that is naive angrily accused Alexander for murdering his wife to which Alexander strike him stating this was the reaction he would expect from him then Alexander turned to Diamond Tiara noticing she wasn't as hurt as her father to which she said that mothers death did sting but Diamond saw her mother for who is truly was to which Alexander said that he was sorry for killing her mother which everyone was surprised, Alexander then stated if there was another way he would took instead of executing them to which Pharynx then realized that was what he was departing over last night, Pharynx also heard the Alexander is willing to have his name being dragged through the mud if that meant keep his people safe. Alexander then asked Discord for the location of knights of order homeland, Alexander got the location out of Discord only after being temporarily stripped of his power, face beaten, one of Discord's arms being broken and threatening to kill Fluttershy. Alexander then made a second announcement regarding Cunabula how humanity will not forgive the acts of barbarism it has committed in the past thus Alexander Sheridan declares war on declaration of war was the signal to the assault team to begin the attack the nation of approached the island nation, Ceridwen grew in size to smash them helicopters launched three missiles which hit knocking her down and managed to damage one of her wings,Mannah unleashed a wave of water to which a human soldier threw a shock grenade which paralyzed him, Morrigan tried to to control of the soldiers minds almost succeeding until the human soldiers crushing a pill in their mouths diving a third of the assault team berserk, Balor tried to drain any magic the humans had only to realized they had no magic at all, Taranis tried to strike with lighting however it proved useless because when the helicopters fired the missiles they also released some lighting rods which stuck the ground thus drawing the lightning to them and Danu was caught off guard and knocked out by the team leader and told the other knights of order to surrender or their leader dies, seeing they have been defeated they dropped their weapons then the human soldiers placed magic nullifying collars on the knights of order. Alexander's final act of cruelty would be launching divine judgment, a ballistic missile which combines the magic of this world and part of the fusion core from the human spaceships. Seeing such devastating power and the effectiveness of military tactics the nation's leaders submitted to Alexander Sheridan because they were all at his mercy, Alexander then would state all militaries of the nation of this world would be reorganized into single defence force to combat Antons and his future army, Alexander final act of cruelty would be the execution of the people of kludge a human doctor notified the president that another strange human was born, peaking everyone's attention.
