To the students of Tokyo Jujutsu High and Kyoto Jujutsu High, the weekend was their favorite part. That would mean no school and no missions for the day, since there weren't any cursed spirits lurking around. However, one Saturday, Yuji Itadori had plans for a night out on the town with the guys. He had been looking forward to it all week, with missions and training in between. Tagging along from Tokyo High with Yuji were Megumi Fushiguro, Toge Inumaki, and Panda; from Kyoto High, Aoi Todo, Noritoshi Kamo, and Ultimate Mechamaru. They had plans to hit the local arcade, dine at the one of city's hippest restaurants, and partake in a fun night of bowling at a bowling alley.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the city, Nobara Kugisaki was assigned on a mission to exorcise a cursed spirit in Shinjuku. She thought that Yuji was supposed to be tagging along with her; however, she was unaware that he had plans for the guys' night out and he didn't even tell her about it all week! She would have so much to yell at him about it after she would complete the mission; instead, she had to bring Kanao Tsukiyama along in Yuji's place.

A Grade 2 cursed spirit in the grotesque form of a spider with a ghostly mask-like face was lurking in the darkened depths of the subway station, skittering across the walls at a rapid pace. Its immense speed was frustrating to Nobara, since it was able to evade her nails with ease. It also evaded one of Kanao's fans, thought the other managed to slice two of its legs, sending them crashing to the ground.

"I cut its two legs," Kanao notified her, once she retrieved her two fans. "Now, finish it off!"

"On it!"

Nobara tossed a straw doll effigy onto one of its legs as the angered cursed spirit was skittering and it jumped toward Nobara, to Kanao's horror.

"Look out!" she called out to her.

"Straw Doll Technique: Resonance!"

The moment Nobara's hammer slammed into the nail, the Grade 2 spirit felt a piercing sensation in its heart, and soon black spikes protruded from its chest and it dissipated into thin air, along with the two legs.

Kanao breathed a sigh of relief, panting in exhaustion from all the hard work she and Nobara put into eliminating the spirit, and now they were able to save the Shinjuku train station.

"That was a close call, but we did it," she said to Nobara.

"Yeah, it was," Nobara said to her with a nod. "Now that we've just exorcised that spirit…"

Her tone of voice soon sounded dark, giving a glare that terrified Kanao as she added:

"I'm gonna give Itadori a piece of my mind!"

At the bowling alley, Panda swung his arm as a yellow bowling ball rolled across the lane and missed one of three pins still standing, to his embarrassment. The other Tokyo High students groaned in dismay as the ball rolled down the gutter lane, disappointed for their cursed corpse of a classmate.

"C'mon! Panda, you idiot! How could you miss that?!" Yuji called out to him, as the mortified Panda could hear Aoi laughing rudely at him.

"Take it easy, Itadori," Megumi said to him. "He did his best."

Noritoshi went up next, and he managed to knock down six on his first try and two on the second try. He was a decent bowler, though he wasn't the absolute best nor the absolute worst.

"That was pretty good, Noritoshi," Aoi said, giving his classmate a high five.

"Hey, Toge!" Panda called out to Toge, placing the bowling ball back as he returned to his seat. "It's your turn!"

"Salmon," Toge answered, nodding his head slightly.

He grabbed hold of a cyan bowling ball and inserted three fingers inside the holes as he stepped forward, swinging his arm with a decent force. The ball rolled down the lane and struck eight pins, leaving only two standing.

"Great hit, Inumaki!" Yuji cheered.

"If you knock down those two pins, you'll get a spare," Panda added.

"Kelp," Toge replied, nodding to him. Once the ball rolled back to him and the eight pins were swept away, Toge inserted his three fingers back into the ball's holes and used the same force as before. There was tension running high among the other guys as the ball was rolling down the lane in slow motion, and their hearts were pounding out of their chests as the ball inched closer to the two pin standing in the middle row. The moment it struck them down, cheers soon erupted from the Tokyo High students, and they rushed over to Toge to congratulate him. As for the Kyoto High students, they were impressed by Toge's skill and they congratulated him as well.

Ultimate Mechamaru was up next, and he managed to get a spare effortlessly, meaning that Kyoto High and Tokyo High would be neck-and-neck in bowling skills.

"Looks like it's my turn," Yuji said, smiling with pride at his classmates as he grabbed hold of an orange bowling ball and inserted his three fingers inside. "Watch me!"

At the entrance to the bowling alley, Nobara and Kanao took a peek through the window and right away they spotted Yuji stepping forward to the lane.

"So this is where he and the others are…," Nobara snarled darkly, leering her eyes irately at him.

Yuji gave one strong swing from his arm, and the orange bowling ball rolled swiftly down the lane and knocked down all ten pins, surprising everyone.

"STRRRRIIIKE!" Yuji cheered, swinging his arms upward in the air.

He could hear praises coming from his classmates, boosting his pride and confidence in the sport. For one who was the vessel of Ryomen Sukuna, he packed an incredible physical force that would wow anyone in sports he would play, hence why he earned the title of Tiger of West Junior High.

"That's my brother," Aoi wept joyfully, wiping away some tears as he was observing his best friend. "With that immense physical strength, he can get a strike with no problem!"

Yuji was dancing with glee, spinning around with tipping toes when he bumped into a familiar figure from behind. He immediately turned around and screamed at the sight of Nobara, glaring angrily at him with her hands on her sides.

"K-Kugisaki!?" he exclaimed, his face drenched in nervous sweating. "What are you doing here?!"

With an aggressive force, Nobara grabbed Yuji by his left ear and dragged him away from the bowling lanes, with the other men watching them with states of concern. She could hear Yuji crying out in pain from the forceful tug on his ear and ignored them as she made her way to the stand where people would pick up their bowling shoes. Kanao approached them quietly, holding her fans in her hands as she could feel the palms sweating due to her apprehension regarding the situation.

"Oh. Hey, Tsukiyama," Yuji greeted the fan wielder, only to be roughly grabbed by the front of his teal sweatshirt and Nobara was in his personal space, her brown eyes glaring crossly at him. With red veins popping up on her face, Yuji knew that he would be in for some trouble when he was supposed to be enjoying his night out with his friends.

"You didn't show up to help me exorcise the cursed spirit?!" Nobara snapped.

Kanao and the other men were staring at the two in an awkward silence as Nobara's shouting ricocheted throughout the bowling alley, and Yuji was left in a baffled state as he blinked at her. He had no idea there was a mission happening on the weekend!

"It's Saturday!" he shouted, a red vein popping up on his head.

Using the day as an excuse to bail out on partaking the mission wasn't pleasing to Nobara, and she growled angrily at him as she shouted right back at him:

"Oh, you're using the weekend just to avoid taking on the mission?! How irresponsible are you!?"

That only further ignited Yuji's anger towards her, and soon some people were staring at them, wondering what the commotion was about.

"Wha—I didn't know I was supposed to go with you on the mission! I actually was going to have a night on the town with the boys! Why didn't you tell me about it?!" he shouted in her face.

"And why didn't you tell me that you had plans to go out with the guys?!" Nobara snapped in return, pressing her nose irately against his.

"Come on, guys… Please?" Kanao coaxed, apprehensively waiving her hands in front of her body. "Can't we just take it outside? We can't be fighting in front of them!"

Her plea fell on deaf ears as Yuji and Nobara continued arguing, exchanging insults back and forth with Kanao and the other men listening to them in silence. The boys wouldn't want to further incite the ongoing spat, since it wasn't their business. But as for Megumi, he couldn't stand hearing his two close friends squabble any longer, and they were making a scene in front of him and the other guys with their strident bickering. He rose up from his seat and stepped in between them, gently pushing them away. Yuji and Nobara glanced at their friend, with looks of puzzlement on their faces.

"That's enough out of you two," he chided. "You're making a scene here. Kugisaki, just let us enjoy our guys night out for once. Next time that you want Itadori to come along on a mission with you, ask him first."

Nobara growled lowly, though she knew that Megumi was right. She had to keep that in mind the next time she would consider taking Yuji along for a mission she would be assigned with.

Megumi glanced at Yuji, sounding serious as he reminded him:

"As for you, Itadori, you should've let Kugisaki know you had plans beforehand."

Yuji's face went blank, turning white as a ghost in a mortified state. He didn't want to tell Nobara ahead of time, as he feared of her potential reaction to his weekend plans. He didn't want to anger her, but by not letting her know, he did just that and he would know better for the next time he wanted to make plans with his friends.

With a low huff, Nobara turned to Kanao and called out to her as she marched toward the door:

"Come on, Tsukiyama! We're leaving!"

Still feeling awkward about the incident, Kanao waved farewell to Megumi and Yuji as she said to them:

"Uh… I'll see you guys on Monday."

As soon as the girls headed out the door, Yuji breathed a low sigh, walking alongside Megumi as they headed back to the other guys.

"Geez. She was a roller coaster of anger today," he grumbled of Nobara, shaking his head.

"You know, she could've called you before she did show up," Panda assumed.

"Tuna mayo," Toge added, nodding in concord with Panda.

"Take your time to cool off, brother," Aoi said, placing a hand on Yuji's shoulder. Hopefully you and Kugisaki will blow things over peacefully. Now, let's all just get back to bowling. I believe that it's my turn, and I will be sure to get the same strike as you did!"

As soon as a crimson bowling ball rolled forward, Aoi grabbed hold of it and inserted three of his fingers before stepping up to the lane. Yuji took a deep breath and soon his anger quelled as he observed Aoi getting a strike and he cheered for him. All he had to do until Monday was enjoy the fun night out with his friends and hope that he would make amends with Nobara when they would return to school.

The End
