Chapter 5 Pikachu Reunion

Once they head back to Route 1, Ash and Lillie find some Team Weather fighting against more Team Rocket grunts. Leaf was there with the Nidoqueen, and Ash asks, "What's the situation?"

Leaf says, "Ash! Lillie! You come just in time. Team Rocket manages to return and they are attacking our Pokemon, our Pokemon have been poisoned, and before all hope seems lost, a Pidgeot brings a flock of Pidgey and Pidgeotto and they come to our rescue."

"Really?" Lillie asks, "A Pidgeot bringing a flock of Pidgey and Pidgeotto?"

Ash notices the Pidgeot, who also notices Ash, seeing the mark makes him realize that the Pidgeot belonged to him. "Pidgeot..."

Pidgeot says, "Ash... I need your help."

Ash nods as he uses the Mega Glove, pressing the Key Stone, and Pidgeot Mega Evolved. Leaf says, "Hold on... that's your Pidgeot?"

Lillie says, "You didn't tell me that you have a Pidgeot before..."

Ash says, "I can explain later. Pidgeot! Hurricane!" Pidgeot then creates a giant Hurricane and they manage to defeat some Venomoth and Beedrill, but some Vileplume is using Poison Powder on Pidgeot, causing it to be poisoned.

"Oh no...it's poisoned!" Lillie says. Ash says, "Pidgeot! We need to hurry up and finish this! Use Heat Wave!"

Pidgeot uses the flame and all of the Pokemon are defeated, Team Rocket is forced to retreat, and Ash quickly gives Pidgeot the Pecha Berry.

"Thank you for your help, Pidgeot." Ash says while hugging the Pokemon. Pidgeot then flies to the other Pidgey and Pidgeotto, she asks one Pidgeotto to be the leader in her stead. Ash says, "I see... welcome back to the team."

After capturing the Pokemon, Ash takes some time to explain his first meeting with Pidgeot.

After Leaf and the Team Weather Grunts are leaving, Ash and Lillie are now at Route 1 continuing the training. Lillie asks, "Ash... since you're already having six Pokemon. What will happen if you capture another one?"

"They will be teleported to my castle instead of Professor Oak's Lab. Professor Eve helps me with the Pokedex account after all." Ash says.

Lillie nods, then they also notice a Rattata with the Arceus Mark, once they capture the Pokemon, Lillie says, "A Kantonian Rattata is still new to me considering that I lived in Alola for a lot of time..."

"Yeah, but Rattata in Kanto are pure Normal Types." Ash says, then they spend two days training the Rattata and they evolve into Raticate.

While training, Lillie is feeling a little sick, Ash asks, "Lillie... are you alright?"

"For some reason, I don't feel really well..." Lillie says.

Ash also notices that Lillie's belly is a little bigger, he widens his eyes and says, "Lillie... do you think you're pregnant?"

"Me... pregnant? But... I..." Lillie can't believe what Ash says, then Ash says, "If that's the case... we need to contact your parents and inform them of the news."

Then they decide to call Mohn and Lusamine about the news. The two of them aren't mad at Ash and Lillie, but they request that the wedding must happen before the birth of their child. Ash and Lillie promise that the wedding will happen after 4 months, and Ash also vows to make sure Lillie is safe and he won't let the baby inside her have problems.

Ash says, "Since it is just the first month, it is fine for now, but after 4 months, we'll need to stay at Sevestar so the baby can get birth."

Lillie nods, "I'm not going to be a burden to you, am I?"

"Don't worry, Lillie. I won't let you become a burden." Ash says. Then they use a day to travel to Route 3, and there, they find a flock of Spearow who think the two are in their territory and trying to stop them, but a Fearow stops them and he tells them that they are not the enemies.

"Thank you for your help, Fearow. You helped us a lot." Ash says.

"No problem." Fearow says, and he joins Ash's team because of his destiny.

Then they spend two days getting across Mt. Moon, and they arrive at Route 4. But when they are at Route 4, they are surrounded by Ekans and Arbok. Lillie says, "And I thought our problems are enough..."

"Ekans and Arbok... so we're in their territory..." Ash mutters.

"Wait, it's the twerp." Just then, an Arbok appears in front of them, and Ash recognizes it being Jessie's Arbok. Ash says, "Arbok? I know that Jessie and James are dead... and Meowth's never be found, but what are you doing here?"

Arbok frowns as she can't believe Jessie and James are dead, Lillie asks, "Wait, how did they die in the first place?"

Ash says, "I am not actually sure, I just overheard some Team Rocket grunts saying how they executed them for being useless."

Arbok is weeping and is also raging, she volunteers to join Ash and Lillie because she also wants revenge on her former master. Ash agrees to let her come, but then he asks, "But how did she release you in the first place?"

"We were at Hoenn and we found these guys being caged by a poacher, Jessie stopped the poacher and wanted us to leave as far as possible, it is also the time that they released me..."

Ash and Lillie frown, they know sometimes Jessie and James are good people, so they promise Arbok that they'll get her revenge.

That night, Ash and Lillie are having dinner and setting a camp near Mt. Moon, Ash frowns as Lillie asks, "Ash... are you okay?"

"I was worried about Pikachu... I missed him a lot..." Ash sighs. "Pikachu was one of the Pokemon that was executed by the government because of the framing..."

Lillie says, "I heard that Pikachu used to live in Viridian Forest, maybe we should try to search for them there."

"You're right about that..." Ash says, "But because you are pregnant, we will need to have some transportation."

Then he decides to call Insey, who arrives after an hour with her own sleeping bag and a bag of weapons. Insey says, "So you get your future wife pregnant, Brother. You do realize that it is not the time, right?"

"I know, we were just lost in our lust a month ago." Ash sighs, "So do you have any transportation for us to go to Viridian Forest tomorrow?"

"Of course, I brought the helicopter over there, as long as Team Rocket or Team Wither didn't steal it or destroy it, it should be fine." Insey says, "It's a good thing we have some weapons and some Pokemon to help us on guard."

Lillie says, "Thanks."

The next day, Ash, Lillie, and Insey are now landing at the Viridian Forest, and once they land there, Ash hears a faint voice, "Ash! Ash!"

"Pikachu!" Ash hears the voice and he starts to run, Insey yells, "Ash! Wait!"

Just then, a sniper from Team Rocket is trying to shoot at a Pikachu, Ash manages to sense him and he takes out the Psychic Ring, he throws it at Pikachu, causing the bullet to go into the ring and teleported behind the sniper, killing him in the end.

"Pikachu!" Ash recalls the ring and hugs the Pikachu. "Pikachu! I missed you so much!"

"Ash! You're safe!" Pikachu is so happy that he accidentally lets out a Thunderbolt, causing Ash to be shocked. "Your Thunderbolt was amazing as always..."

"Ash!" Insey and Lillie finally catch up to Ash, Pikachu notices Lillie, Sylveon, and Snowy, and he also rushes to hug them.

"Nice to see you again, Pikachu!" Lillie chuckles, and Sylveon and Snowy also hug Pikachu. Insey notices a dead body on the ground and she asks, "Did you do this, Ash?"

Ash says, "Yeah, this Team Rocket grunt was trying to kill Pikachu. I teleported the bullet so that it hits the grunt instead."

Ash's other Pokemon, Charizard, Butterfree, Pidgeot, Arbok, and Blastoise also greet Pikachu, and Pikachu is surprised to see them. Ash says, "Pikachu, I'm really sorry, you were executed because I was weak... you had to be reborn because of me..."

"Don't worry, Ash... I'm back right now. I'm going to help you again." Pikachu says.

Ash smiles as he takes out Pikachu's old Pokeball, then after capturing him, he lets out and has him ride on the shoulder as well. Ash says, "Pikachu, just so you know, Lillie is pregnant and I also need you to help her."

"Wait, you and Lillie? Seriously?" Pikachu starts to tease the two of them, and they can only blush in embarrassment.

"Looks like you have some new moves as well, Pikachu. That's awesome." Ash says.

Insey says, "Since Pikachu with a Gigantamax Factor can't evolve, are you going to capture a Raichu as well?"

"Arceus informed me that I need to capture not one but two, one Kantonian and one Alolan.

"Really? You need to capture Raichu?" Pikachu groans.

"Sorry about that. Raichu usually lives in the Power Plant, right?" Ash asks.

"Yeah, and it's a good thing we still have the helicopter." Lillie says.

Then they all head into the Power Plant, Lillie and Pikachu decide to wait for Insey and Ash outside. Pikachu asks Sylveon, "So Serena's dead, but she left her aura, memories, and Pokemon to Lillie as a memento?"

"Yeah..." Sylveon frowns, "Lillie and Serena are similar, so we don't actually mind."

Snowy says, "Papa Ash has been angry after seeing her death, and that's why he vows to destroy Team Rainbow Rocket by having this Team Radiant Alpha."

"I've heard of those from my parents." Pikachu frowns, "I mean my new parents, they were killed by that Team Rocket grunt Ash killed yesterday."

"I'm sorry to hear that, but how does it feel to be reborn?" Snowy asks.

"After I was beheaded, I felt that my soul was wandering around like a ghost, I couldn't touch or feel anything, but then somehow I was sucked into an egg, and then I was waiting to hatch into a Pichu." Pikachu says.

At the same time, Ash and Insey come out from the Power Plant, and Lillie asks, "Ash, Insey, how is it?"

"We got the Raichu." Ash replies. "And this one has Lightning Rod as the ability, so Electric Type moves are immune to it."

"That sounds amazing." Lillie says.

When Ash sends out Raichu, he tries to befriend Pikachu, and Pikachu sees that he's nice and decides to leave the grudge against Raichu behind. Then the three of them decide to head back to their campsite on Route 4, they also hope that nobody would ruin the place they were in.

Here is a new chapter, and as you can see, Pikachu finally returns to Ash's side after a lot of struggle. And as you can see, Lillie is also pregnant with Ash's child.
