Chapter 7 Return of Meowth

After Minami arrives and meets up with Ash and Lillie, she sighs and says, "I heard everything from Insey, but still, you really made her pregnant at a bad timing."

"Yeah, yeah." Ash says, "And we are not going to abort it, she is going to be our child."

Minami sighs and says, "Well, I don't mind being an aunt, so how's your Pokemon capturing?"

"We're going to Diglett's Tunnel to capture a Diglett and train for a day to evolve it into a Dugtrio." Ash says.

"Oh, great." Minami says. "Diglett's Tunnel is just over there."

Once they get inside Diglett's Tunnel, they manage to find a Dugtrio with the Arceus Mark, which actually saves them the time to capture a Diglett and evolve it into Dugtrio.

While training for a day, Ash also decides to inform Lillie about Minami. "Minami is currently the eldest female in our family, she is also a gym leader like Insey. She specializes in Fairy Type and she has a terrible past."

"Terrible past?" Lillie asks, "Is it related to Team Rainbow Rocket?"

"You can say so." Ash frowns a little.

Then they all head to Route 5, they find a Meowth with the Arceus Mark and capture it. Minami says, "Really? A Meowth?"

"Not all Meowth evolution lines are evil." Ash says. "Persian is also a strong Pokemon to use as well."

"T-Twerp..." Just then, they flinch as they turn to see the talking Meowth from Team Rocket heavily wounded while walking towards them.

"Meowth!" Ash and Lillie are shocked, while Pikachu, Snowy, and Sylveon are preparing their battle stances. Meowth yells, "Wait, don't attack me! I'm not with Team Rainbow Rocket!"

Minami asks, "So this is the talking Meowth that you mentioned before?"

"Yeah..." Ash notices the wounds on his body and asks, "What's wrong with you?"

Just then, Meowth hugs Ash's leg and says, "I finally found you! You have no idea what we have been through! Jessie and James are dead! Our former boss killed them!"

"Yeah, we heard of it, but why?" Lillie asks.

"Because we were against the massacre of Pallet Town... the boss thought of us as nuisances and trying to get rid of us. Jessie and James had all of their Pokemon escape while the two hold the other grunts and admins themselves..."

Now the three of them feel pity for Meowth, Minami says, "Well, that just gives one more reason why Team Rainbow Rocket needs to be destroyed."

Ash says, "Indeed." Then he also notices the mark and says, "It seems like Meowth also has an Arceus Mark as well..."

Lillie is confused as she also sends out the other Meowth, and the Arceus Mark is also there. "Strange... two Meowth with Arceus mark? Unless one of the Meowth has a Gigantamax factor and can't evolve..."

"You're right, the talking Meowth right here can Gigantamax..." Ash says. "So what do you want us to do?"

Meowth says, "I wish to be your Pokemon, so we can have our revenge against Team Rainbow Rocket."

"I guess that's fair enough." Ash says as he also captures the Pokemon. Then they also spend two days training and evolving the other Meowth into Persian.

Since Meowth doesn't like Pokeballs, now he's also with Pikachu, Sylveon, and Snowy. Meowth says, "Is that twerpette pregnant? She did have a big belly..."

"Yeah, Lillie is pregnant for 2 months. But she insists to come with Ash to find us, Pokemon with the strange marks." Sylveon replies.

"So those with this mark mean that we're going to be captured by the twerp. That sounds interesting." Meowth says, "And that other raven-haired girl... wasn't she the Pink Assassin?"

"Pink Assassin?" Pikachu asks, but Minami says with a growl, "Don't you dare mention that name again."

Ash says, "Calm down, sis. Meowth doesn't mean to say that." He turns to Meowth and says, "My sister was kidnapped by Team Rocket and she got the freedom that she wanted, so please don't mention that in front of her."

"Okay..." Meowth nods.

Back at Route 24, Ash and Lillie find the Psyduck with the Arceus Mark and capture it, then they also evolve this Pokemon into a Golduck by training.

Ash's Golduck: Ability: Cloud Nine Moves: Psych Up, Hydro Pump, Wonder Room, Screech, Surf, Zen Headbutt

Just then, they are also surrounded by Team Rocket grunts, Minami says, "Looks like we have the fight to go..."

"You're right." Ash says as he sends out Arbok, Charizard, Golduck, and Parasect to battle. Lillie also sends out Butterfree, Fearow, Clefable, and Nidoqueen to fight as well. While they are fighting the grunts, Meowth asks Pikachu, "Is that Arbok...Jessie's Arbok?"

"Yeah, Ash and Lillie found her in the wild and they captured her." Pikachu says.

Then once the grunts are defeated, some of them retreated while some are killed, once they are not a problem, Ash says, "We've better run before they come back."

"Where should we go?" Lillie asks.

"How about back to Route 5?" Minami asks as they all head back to Route 5 to avoid Team Rocket. Once they get there, Ash reunites with a Pokemon who likes to steal his hat.

"Primeape! It's nice to see you again!" Ash says as the Pig Monkey hugs him. "What are you doing here?"

"The Fighting Dojo is destroyed by Team Wither, but I escaped." Primeape says.

Everyone feels sorry for Primeape, and Ash says, "But we met again, do you want to come with me?"

Primeape nods as Ash captures the Pokemon. "Now we should try to evolve Primeape as well."

"Primeape can evolve?" Lillie asks.

"Yeah, it evolves by using Rage Fist 20 times." Minami says. Then they also spend two more days evolving Primeape into Annihilape.

Then they all head to Route 7, and they find a Growlithe that Meowth recognizes. Meowth says, "You're Growlie, right?"

The Growlithe notices Ash and Meowth and he says, "It's the master's friends! Where is the master?"

Lillie asks, "Master?"

"He means James... but I'm sorry, James is dead. Team Rainbow Rocket killed them." Meowth says with tears in his eyes, the Growlithe is sad and can't believe what he heard, he gives a sad howl, and he also wants revenge on Team Rainbow Rocket. Thus he decides to join Ash and Lillie considering he also has the mark.

"And it's a good thing that Insey managed to give us these Evolution stones." Ash says as he gives Growlie the Evolution Stone, and eventually, it evolves into an Arcanine.

Ash's Arcanine: Ability: Intimidate Moves: Extreme Speed, Flamethrower, Reversal, Crunch, Burn Up, Retaliate

They decide to head back to Pallet Town for rest, and near the ocean, they manage to capture a Poliwag with the Arceus mark. They capture the Pokemon and also evolve it into a Poliwhirl, then by using the Water Stone, they evolve the Poliwhirl into a Poliwrath.

"To think your home has become like this..." Meowth says with a frown after looking around Pallet Town.

"I know." Ash frowns. "Team Rocket manages to get away, and they also made me the culprit of the massacre... Pikachu and my other Pokemon were executed for a crime that we didn't commit, and if it wasn't for PLA and International Police, I would've died with them as well..."

Lillie says, "But that's also why you created Team Radiant Alpha, so you can get your revenge on Team Rainbow Rocket..."

"You're right about that..." Ash says. "The reason why we're here is that Team Weather is monitoring the area. We can spend 2 more days before we leave this place and head back to Route 24."

"Back to Route 24 again? Didn't we just be ambushed by Team Rocket there?" Snowy asks.

And after resting and training for two more days, the group arrives at Route 24 and finds the Pokemon Ash is looking for: Abra. It has the Arceus mark and Ash captures it. Once they evolve Abra into Kadabra, Minami says, "I remember that Kadabra evolves by trading..."

"But there is another item that can help us evolve Kadabra." Ash takes out a Linking Cord and has Kadabra touch it, evolving it into an Alakazam. Lillie says, "What was that item?"

"A Linking Cord. A string exuding a mysterious energy that makes you feel a strange sense of connection.

Ash's Alakazam: Ability: Synchronize (Mega Ability: Trace) Moves: Recover, Teleport, Kinesis, Psychic, Role Play, Night Shade

"So you let Alakazam learn the move Teleport. That might be useful since you can go anywhere you want with it." Minami says.

"Indeed." Ash says. "After 2 days, we're going to Rock Tunnel next."

"Can you tell me why we have to move for 2 to 3 days? I mean, shouldn't we stay at one spot for 10 days before moving to the next location?" Minami asks.

"Nowhere is safe because of Team Rocket and Team Wither." Ash says. "And considering that I'm the boss of the team, I am their most wanted man."

Minami sighs as they all head to Rock Tunnel. Since it is dark inside, they need to use a Flashlight. The Pokemon they capture there is a Machop, and they manage to evolve it into a Machamp in the end.

Back to Route 24 once more, Ash, Lillie, and Minami find a Victreebel who Meowth finds familiar. Meowth says, "Oh my... it's James' former Victreebel!"

"You mean the one who likes to chomp down on James' head?" Ash asks, "What is it doing here?"

Victreebel frowns as he informs them about how Team Rocket killed his mate, and then he also hears the news of how James is dead, and since it has the Arceus Mark, they decide to capture the Pokemon.

Ash's Victreebel: Ability: Chlorophyll Moves: Slam, Leaf Blade, Poison Jab, Leaf Tornado, Sucker Punch, Wrap

And after staying for 3 days, they are back in Pallet Town once more, the Pokemon they find there is a Tentacool, and they evolve this Pokemon to become stronger.

Ash's Tentacruel: Ability: Liquid Ooze Moves: Hydro Pump, Sludge Wave, Hex, Screech, Barrier, Poison Jab

Minami says, "Looks like the fuel of the helicopter is about to get empty with that flying..."

"We definitely need more fuel, but it's a good thing that Team Weather was nearby, so they can help us with some fuel." Ash says.

Then they manage to contact Team Weather, and Melody brings some fuel to Minami so she can put it in the plane, Melody asks, "So how's your Pokemon hunting?"

"So far we manage to get half of them." Ash says. "By the way, do you guys have any whereabouts of Team Revival?"

"Oh, they manage to move their base into Mt. Moon a few days ago, are you going to meet them?" Melody asks.

"We should, I haven't told them about my relationship with Lillie yet." Ash says.

"So we're going to Mt. Moon... I guess that's fine for us." Minami says.

"Although we did go to Mt. Moon 3 times during these months..." Lillie sighs.
