"Zoe, I'm so glad your here!" Marinette cried, leading her friend in. "I made you a outfit to try on!" Zoe laughed at her friend's enthusiasm. "That is so sweet, though you didn't have to do that." Marinette's cheeks turned pink. "I wanted to. Your a really great friend, and you have good advice when it comes to boys." "Don't you mean one boy in particular? Say, Adrien Agreste?" "Okay, yes. Come on, let me show you the outfit."

Zoe gasped as she walked into Marinette's attic room. The floor was littered with fabric and her desk was covered in paper sketches. "Sorry, I've been working on sewing all day," Marinette blushed with embarrassment. "No, I like that's a bit messy. Reminds me of a fabric store."

Zoe cleared off a space on the chaise while Marinette dug out the outfit, looking at the sketches. Elegant ladies dressed in ball gowns and elegant feathered hats stared back at her, plus handsome men in tuxes and suits. "Here it is!" Marinette sang out, then when Zoe didn't respond, walked over to her. "You okay?" "Do you think I'll ever be as a good a designer as you?" Marinette sat down and touched her friends shoulder. "Was Chloe bothering you again?" Zoe shook her head. "No, my mother. I was just doodling at breakfast this morning and she got so angry she ripped my notebook in half. I guess it kinda discouraged me." "We all have people that will criticize our work, no matter how much we try to perfect ourselves or the product. Just do the best you can and have fun."

Zoe wiped her eyes and smiled. "Thanks, Marinette. This outfit is beautiful!" "Its your flower design, but with the colors of my shirt," Marinette explained, gesturing to the pink and white shirt she wore. "Okay, I'll give it a try," Zoe said, walking behind the screen.

Adrien was right about Marinette being like Ladybug, Zoe thought as she changed. She always knows how to comfort us, or say just the right words. No wonder he had a crush on Marinette. "Um, Marinette, problem!" Zoe giggled. "Can you come back here, please!" "What's-oh!" Marinette realized the shirt was a bit short, more of a crop top then a shirt.

"Maybe you could make some coffee, while I make a few adjustments?" Marinette squeaked. "Sure."

Zoe skipped downstairs, happy to be in a home where people loved each other. She skidded to a stop with surprise when she saw Cat Noir drinking tea with Sabine. "Oh, hello! I didn't mean to bother you!"

"You aren't bothering us the slightest dear," Sabine smiled. "Are you having a good time? Marinette couldn't stop talking about you coming over last night." "Yes. I'm just making coffee." Cat chuckled under his breath.

With two steaming cups of coffee on a tray, Zoe carefully made her way towards the stairs. "Let me help you with that," Cat said, jumping up. "Thank you," Zoe said, gratefully.

"Cat!" Zoe watched as Marinette lit up as Cat entered the room, setting the tray on the table. "Hi, Princess!" Zoe smiled as Cat pulled Marinette into a hug, rested his head on top of hers. I'm glad she has a Cat as a friend, Zoe thought.

"Well, I have to help with supper, but I'll see you girls downstairs." When Cat was gone, Zoe looked at Marinette. "Does he come see your mother often?" Marinette smiled. "I don't think Cat has a mother of his own, and he kinda adopted my parents."

"Marinette?" Zoe asked. "Yes?" Marinette fiddled with a loose piece of thread on Zoe's improved shirt as if she knew what the other girl was going to say. "You don't just like Adrien, do you? You like Cat as well." Marinette nodded shyly. "He's my best friend. You won't tell anyone, will you?" Zoe crossed her heart. "It will be our little secret."

Zoe loved her shirt and wore it proudly to dinner. She watched Marinette and Cat interact with each other, noticing how they would sneak little glances at each other. Was Cat Adrien behind the mask? Zoe had seen the way Adrien looked at Marinette. Well, whoever Marinette chose Zoe would support her friend, just like Marinette supported her.
