Didn't the Empire State building get destroyed? Why are people running away from the camera or taking pictures in the Grand Canyon pic? Anybody hear anything about something happening there?

It was three corpses from various angles, labeled as "portraits," of Siberian, Jack Slash, and Shatterbird. Siberian's "portrait" was just a knifed up guy in a half-destroyed truck that bled everywhere. Jack Slash's was just chunks of flesh in a collapsed house. There were also unorganic bits mixed in from what I saw. Shatterbird's was a similarly exploded female body, though in a forest.
I managed to get the links before the mods removed them. PM me if you want them, though heavy gore warning on all three. Not going into more detail because I don't want to be banned.

Mysterious Parahuman photographer extraordinaire? Photoshopper with too much free time?
Under the username "Everynowhere," Schrödinger started a thread [here].
Notable pictures in the original post include shots from the Empire State Building, support struts on the Eiffel Tower, and crowds reacting to the photographer at the Grand Canyon. Schrödinger's own image is also included.
In following posts, Schrödinger posted "portraits," of the Siberian, Jack Slash and Shatterbird. Further description and links to images [here]. As usual, the Nine's last sighting can be found [here].
Schrödinger later posted a "self-portrait," and image of the Birdcage's interior, inmates included [here]. The Simurgh, as well as Schrödinger are in the self-portrait. The discussion of the credulity of the image begins [here]. The Birdcage image contains multiple recognizable parahumans detained within the Birdcage. Their threads can be found [here, [here, [here, [here, [here, and [here]. Discussion on the Birdcage image's credulity begins [here].
Dragon reassured viewers [here] that the Birdcage's security was still intact. She declined to comment on the credibility of Schrödinger's image notably.
Edit: Schrödinger, or the person in his "self-portrait" has been sighted at Brockton Central Library. Credit to user Earthpaladin uploading pics [here]. As of now, PRT are currently occupying the library.
Edit: Schrödinger bust into Winslow High School, revealing Shadow Stalker's identity and labeling her a "bully," before trapping students in a room, identifying a certain student as a bully and threatening them. Video and pics [here] Notably Schrödinger claimed to have killed Jack Slash, the Siberian, Shatterbird, Heartbreaker, and several individuals in the Yàngbǎn. Heartbreaker and the Yàngbǎn's threads [here] and [here].
After about an hour, Schrödinger was confirmed by multiple witnesses to be teleporting into classrooms all across America and Europe, tasering bullies in the middle of class. Pics [here].
Schrödinger's powers are unknown. From what eyewitnesses have said, Schrödinger appeared and disappeared from thin air. The limits to his teleportation are similarly unknown.
Edit: Schrödinger has revealed the power of instantaneous movement to any location. Yes, literally any location, or so he claims. He also possesses a secondary self-regeneration effect, though the extent of its effect is unknown.
Judging from his costume, Schrödinger likely has (previous?) affiliations with Gesellschaft. For those unfamiliar with his namesake, link [here, and the famous thought experiment [here]. As of now it is unknown whether Schrödinger's ears are biological in nature.

Schrödinger's rank is either Oberstammführer (Senior Unit Leader) or Stammführer (Unit Leader). The ranks in the Hitler Youth are determined by the shoulder lapels. Curiously Schrodinger's don't fit into either classification due to lacking certain decals.
Is Schrödinger a Case-53? I have no idea, though his eyes and ears certainly would suggest it.

Schrödinger probably has another aspect to his mover power, considering how dead he looked in the Simurgh pic which puts a pretty big damper on posting to internet forums. I am curious to why anyone would ever willingly get closer to the Simurgh, but then again this is the kid wearing a Hitler Youth uniform unmasked as a costume.

I for one still believe he's an image tinker, or talented photoshopper. I mean the image's aren't exactly the highest quality. There's no way someone actually breached the birdcage and selfie with the Simurgh right? Not to mention that weird Slaughterhouse Nine stuff.
