Chapter 2.

Location: Green Jungle, Prior to explosion.

Six children have been brought to the Minato server after being chosen as the new Digi Destined by a mysterious figure. The figure appeared to all of them saying, "You are the chosen, come to Crystal Mountain in the Minato Server or you will die, horribly". The group consisted of three brothers: Frankie (Oldest), Milo(Middle) and Bugsy (Youngest), Two step-sisters: Yvette (Big sister) and Hina (Younger sister), and one delinquent named Kayden. Each one had their own partners that attached themselves to the kids.

"That's it! I sick and tired of all this! You and your impulsive antics have gone too far this time!" The eldest brother Frankie shouts. Gatormon goes to Frankie trying to calm him down "Hey… getting angry isn't getting us any-"

Frankie interrupts him, "No, either they leave or we do! We won't get anywhere with this idiotic delinquent and his thieving weasel"

Sablemon says, "Hey… I'm not weasel, I'm Sablemon!"

Kayden responds, "How was I to know that specific mamemon was combustible?"

Frankie's face goes red, "He had a sign that said so! Right over there! He was even shouting at you that he had a bomb rigged to him! Everyone was telling you to stop! But you just kept going!"

Kayden shrugs, "Well, he was in the way and wouldn't get out of the way. Sablemon just happened to have some extra fire power stashed away, am I supposed to let that go to waste? Plus that would be rude to the kind hearted Sablemon that was only trying to help" Kayden smiles.

Frankie is speechless, he rubs his face with his hands and mutters, "I can't explain to this idiot why blowing up our short cut to the mountain was a bad idea." Frankie just stands there muttering to himself. Gatormon goes up to Frankie and pats his back, "There, there buddy. We can just go the long way to the station."

Milo speaks up, "But, brother! You heard the oracle we must go… it's a chance to find the way home again! Also we can't just leave Kayden by himself…"

Frankie sighs, "That psychopath is the reason why we were separated in the first place. Once a delinquent always a delinquent."

Bugsy is still in a fetal position, traumatized from almost being caught in a deadly explosion. Elmurtemon hugs and comforts the hysterical child while the older boys get into a yelling match.

While Frankie vents his frustration out, Hina pulls a mamemon out of the large crater with Sealomon's help. Mamemon gives a look of disbelief of what just happened.

Moments earlier…

The kids had finally made it to the crystal gateway Leokumon told them to meet him at, however it was blocked by a Bigmamemon with a ton of chikurimon and explosves attached to him. Frankie attempted to talk the chikurimon down but it only caused them to get angry and swarm him. The bigmamemon started to say, "This is revenge for da boss! Now you will give us everything you have or be blown to smithereens" Everyone else in the group noticed Sablemon pull out an orange canister with a trigger on it. Kayden takes the canister pulls the trigger and tosses it at the mamemon. He gestures the group to run back and shouts, "I don't negotiate with terrorist that is my job!"

The canister combusts into flames causing everything to explode, along with the gateway.

Back to the present.

Yvette picks up the charred mamemon, "Look, we do this nice way or I give you to delinquent" The mamemon shudders, "What do you want! I thought all tamers were supposed to like Digimon!"

Hina chimes in, "We do, but that guy is an exception."

In the background Frankie is still shouting and lecturing Kayden on how dangerous and reckless his actions were.

Yvette says in the sweetest Russian accent, "So where is your boss?"

Mamemon points into the direction of Green Jungle Cave, "That way! Banchomamemon is that way! He's at the bottom level waiting for us. Please, oh god please don't hurt me anymore! Let me go!" Yvette says, "Mmm no, you come with us"

Hina, "Uh oh, they are finally at that point…"

Frankie and Kayden get into a fist fight, Kayden has the upper hand by tripping him and then wailing on him. Gatormon gets between the two taking the blows. Sablemon, Milo and Coilymon pull Kayden off him together. Frankie gets up with blood dripping down his face, "I'm done" and walks off into the jungle by himself. "Bugsy! Milo! Come!"

Both the brothers try to protest but he wasn't having any of it and kept walking that way. The brothers reluctantly walk off with their brother. Milo tells Kayden, "Uhm I'll talk to him… in he meanwhile I do think throwing an incendiary grenade was sort of extreme."

Kayden scoffs, "I don't need anyone except you Sablemon, lets go! I'm starving!"

Yvette and Hina both decide to follow the brothers and talk Frankie into making camp for the night. The Digimon did suffer burns some burns and bruises from the explosion but were otherwise unaffected. Bugsy was still shaking and tearing up at the near death experience.

Kayden went off by himself with Sablemon in the direction of a nearby Digimon village.

Sablemon-

- Adorable and mischievous, he always carries his spiral bag around nabbing whatever may interest him. No one knows how deep the bag is or if it's an interdimensional portal. If you ever ask him what's in his bag his answer changes everytime. It's indeterminate if he tells the truth or not due to the fact he has pulled out things such as a life size lego sculpture of obi-wan Kenobi, a M80 Fighter jet plane in bad condition, plushies of various Digimon, flammable/explosive objects, candy, the lost pink panther diamond, the decapitated head of a Rutherford B Hayes statue and the life and times of junifer lee cassette tapes. Plus whatever he finds useful.

- Sablemon is 3'6 in height and weighs the same amount as an overweight orange tabby.

- Special ability is: Bag 'em and run.

- Warning: Sablemon is a kleptomaniac and has been known to steal right heel soles from shoes, underwear, various women's clothing and shiny objects.
