Chapter 7

Location: Dark Area, GrandDracmon's Mansion

"Hey… why do I smell chicken?" Kayden says with a question mark.

"Why is it so cramped in here!" Milo exclaims.

Sablemon just starts eating the walls around them.

Leokumon and Rei also start eating the walls along with Coilymon. It's the most delicious thing they have ever eaten.

"I don't know where *Munch munch* the rift brough us but *gulp* this is some really good meat!" Leokumon says.

Rei is also entranced by the meat. Coilymon manages to drill a hole out of the meat prison. From the hole he sees a disgruntled giant Digimon poking the vibrating dish that was supposed to be his dinner. Outside is a grand dinner hall you would see in the Victorian era surrounded by servant Bakemon and Phantomons.

GrandDracmon rips open his turkey dinner, "Waiter… why are their children stuffed in my turkey?"

Bakemon Waiter, "Well… you see… uhm they weren't there before. I'll go talk with the chef."

"No it's ok, I've lost my appetite." GrandDracmon takes a look at the children. "Welcome my uninvited guest! May I ask… How did you end up in there?"

Sablemon answers innocently while still munching on turkey, "Well you see…"

GrandDracmon waves his fingers, "Ah ah ah, no eating with your mouth full. That's gross and sit up straight your posture is terrible." Sablemon gulps, grandDracmon stands him straight and wipes his mouth, "Ok now tell me, how did you end up stuffed in my dinner?"

Sablemon fiddles with his tail, "uh, I don't know?"

GrandDracmon removes his tail from his hands, "Don't fidget when you are talking to someone"

Kayden gets up and shouts, "Hey ugly, leave him alone"

GradDracmon is visibly offended. Milo hurries up and speaks, "Uh Your Grace we had entered crystal mountain through a rift and somehow it stuffed us inside your dinner. We are really sorry… so if you can just point the way we will be out of your hair."

GrandDracmon adjusts his posture and shows a smile, "Ah well said child, however you have interrupted my dinner. This rodent has ruined my appetite, the delinquent obviously needs some lessons… I really can't just let you leave like this. It would be a crime against my better judgement to allow such atrocities to just walk off."

Leokumon starts to speak after he gulps down the meat he had in his hand. GrandDracmon gasps, "Is this that criminal! Call the warden!"

Cerebusmon instantly burst through the dinner doors along with several dobermon, "Freeze felon! You are under arrest!" Cerebusmon along with other dobermon tackle and hand cuff Leokumon.

Leokumon yells, "Hey this is Digimon brutality, Brutality!"

Cerebusmon smacks him on the head "We have been tracking you down ever since you escaped to the over world!" Cerebusmon faces GrandDracmon, "Good work citizen! We will make sure justice is served!"

GradDracmon bows, "Of course warden, it is my duty as a citizen to make sure lawbreakers are executed to the fullest extent of the law."

"I will announce your crimes and sentencing here digi-scum! You are charged with the crimes battery, assault, breaking and entering, burglary and the list goes on."

Leokumon shouts, "Don't I get a trial? What happened to equal rights for all Digimon"

Cerebusmon responds, "Naw you in the Dark Area, we got rules and you broke them. You broke them hard! You'll be lucky to survive a minute in the deletion pit!"

Cerebusmon points at the others, "Would you like to press charges on the others here sir?"

GrandDracmon contemplates for a second, "You can take the crabmon, it looks rotten."

Rei is offended and shocked, Dobermon tackle her to the ground and throw her in handcuffs too. A Doberman shouts, "Brown Crabmon you are under arrest for breaking and entering, you are also here by sentenced to deletion pit."

Rei tries to say, 'Isn't this digi racism or something? I didn't do anything!' waving her cuffed hands in the air.

Dobermon says, "oh wise guy huh?" They start to beat on her.

Leokumon struggles, "Rei!"

Kayden shouts, "Hey they didn't do anything you stupid mutt, let them go or I'll-"

Cerebusmon glares at him, "Is that a threat child? I don't have any reserves about beating children too"

GrandDracmon sits back, "Oh, don't you worry officer. I will make them upstanding citizens of the law and make them realize what they have done then promptly correct this issue."

Cerebusmon nods towards GrandDracmon, "Understood, citizen!" He turns around and barks, "Ok felons let go! To the basement with you!"

Both Leokumon and Rei are dragged off into the basement of the mansion to the Dark Area deletion pit where Ancient Spinxmon awaits them.

Kayden yells, "Don't worry guys we'll find you and I think post bail right?"

Kayden turns around, "Sablemon! Lets show they guy what for!"

GrandDracmon only raises an eyebrow and flicks a finger. He binds them with a digital band so they cant move their arms or legs then a rod materializes and *SMACK* the top of their back thighs, hard. Both Sablemon and Kayden cry out in pain.

"Oh dear we are going to have to start from scratch aren't we?" GrandDracmon rings a bell. A waiter Bakemon approaches, "Your Grace?"

Kayden yells, "You'll never break us! Never!"

Sablemon, "Yea never!"

Milo low key whispers, "Guys… Please… Just shhh"

GrandDracmon waves his finger again and both yelp. "Bakemon along with basic etiquette add some lessons on proper manners along with that. For those two… Hmm trim the plant down and take the boy to the parlor room"

Kayden angrily yells, "You think we are gonna go along with this?! Send us to the deletion pit with our friends or else!"

Sablemon, "Or else!"

This time GrandDracmon finds pain reinforcement is not what they need, "Actually send them to Lilithmon's room and tell her to take it down 80%, we don't want her rotting their limbs off."

"Yes Sir"

A waiter Bakemon escorts both Milo and Coilymon to one side and Kayden and Sablemon are tied up and dragged to the other.

Meanwhile,

Location: Deep underground in the Digistal caverns

Both Hina and Frankie fall on top of gatormon, Sealomon elegantly lands fins up.

Gatormon groans, "You guys alright? I covered the fall…"

Frankie says, "Yea…"

Hina says, "Uh huh"

Sealomon gloats, "Ah the good thing about being a waxy sealomon! I'm gravity proof!"

Gatormon gives a slow clap, "Oh, yay…"

Frankie takes a look around and notices everyone else is missing. "Where are we? Where are the others? Bugsy! Milo!-"

Hina covers his mouth.

The cavern rumbles and groans.

She talks quietly, "Don't you remember what Jijimon said? There are dangers everywhere. So don't attract attention like that"

Frankie nods and Hina moves her hands away, "You're right… but we need to find the others. I'm worried about Bugsy and Milo. They are my responsibility!"

"They should be fine, they got their Digimon right? Besides we aren't exactly in a good situation either. Look up" Hina points towards the ceiling. Above them are thin shards of crystals that seem to shake and move slightly. Around them are also jagged, thin crystals that remind them of an iron maiden. The cave itself is also relatively dark, the further they go the darker it gets.

Sealomon then uses his horn as a light, "Don't worry guys I'm used to deep ocean exploration. We'll be out of here in no time."

Gatormon holds them close, "Stay next to me and I'll make sure no crystals fall on you. My skin is tough as rock!" Gatormon says proudly.

Hina, "Thanks guys…"

Frankie, "I thank you for your sentiments but we need to find everyone… Bugsy must be scared to death without me…"

Hina sighs.

They then walk into the dark caverns.

Digimon Entry- Donniemon

Level: Rookie, Type: Data, Attribute: Bird of Prey

Donniemon is normally a confident ambush predator. It stalks prey endlessly and waits for it's victim to lose it's guard. It strikes at the speed of sound with the power of a .5 caliber bullet. Normally Donniemon enjoys hunting monkey type Digimon and rabbit type Digimon. Things usually light enough for him to make a quick getaway. It is no stranger to eggnapping and murder. Yes Donniemon is also a part time assassin of certain rookie and champion Digimon, it's attacks are accurate and quick. Sometimes he leaves 'messages' on the nests of his enemies or frames them for crimes they didn't commit. Donniemon is known as the 'godfather' of bird Digimon… do try to stay on his good side huh?
