Late night in New York, The Pink Panther was strolling through Central Park wearing a pink trench coat and smoking his signature Cigarette. He had just had dinner with his Friends and was heading home to see his wife but first wanted to admire the City's Beauty as it was winter and the City of lights lights shined throughout the misty night. He loved when it snowed especially in New York, It was so peaceful. He walked as he saw children having snowball fights and couples enjoyed cups of Hot Chocolate. He then passed by a tree that covered in snow when he heard a cry. Pink stopped for a sec and looked around to see what made the noise. He quickly shrugged it off thinking it was nothing but then stopped again as he heard what sounded like a baby crying. He heard the cries coming from behind the snow laden tree, He decided to investigate. He looked behind the tree to see nothing was behind but inside the gaping hole of it. Looking inside he was shocked to see a baby which looked no more then a couple of weeks old wrapped in a dirty rag inside of the tree. Without thinking he took his cigarette out of his mouth and threw it on the snow putting it out. Without thinking he grabbed the baby and took off his coat swaddling him inside and rocked him in his arms. "Shhh it's ok I'm here now" He whispered in a comforting tone trying to calm down the baby. As the baby started to calm down Pink got a better look at his face. The baby kind of looked like the big nose guy that Pink loves to mess with except without a mustache and a tuff of hair on his head. Pink smiled at the sight of how cute the baby was, He felt a warm feeling inside his chest knowing he did something right. "Come on little guy let's get you someplace warm" he said as he took the baby with him heading to his luxury penthouse near Central Park. He took the elevator up to his apartment, Unlocking the door He was greeted by his wife The Pink Pantheress. "Hello dear" she said as she went up to kiss her husband. He grabbed her hip and locked lips with his wife, "How was your dinner?" she asked after they kissed. "Oh it was great my sweet though I did get a little surprise as I was walking home" he told his wife. The Pantheress lifted an eyebrow, "What do you mean my dear?" she asked. "I ran into this little guy" he said as he revealed the little bundle in his arms. Pantheress put both paws to her mouth, "Oh my gosh" she said in shock as she took the baby from Pink's arms. "Where are the parents?" She asked as she rocked the baby, "I dont know i found him inside a tree rapped in a dirty rag" Pink explained. The Pantheress looked at the baby who was sleeping soundly, She stroked his rosey red cheek. She then looked at the baby's belly who's ribs were showing. "The poor thing hasn't eaten for a while" she said worried. Pink looked seeing how skinny the baby was. "Ok i'll take the limo to the store and get some baby supplies, will you be okay with the baby?" he asked. The Pantheress looked down as the baby snuggled into her chest, "Of course i will" she said as she nuzzled the baby. Pink had grabbed a blanket from the closet and gave it to Pantheress to swaddle the baby in so he could take his coat back. "Alright dear I'll see you later Love ya" he said as he kissed her once more. He Left out the door to buy all of the baby supplies.
The Pantheress had not taken her eyes off the baby, She had sat in the rocking chair that Pink had bought since they had been planning on having a baby for a while. She watched the snow fall gently outside the window by the fire as she held the baby against her chest. Hours past by as she waited for her husband to return with stuff for the baby. The baby started to get restless as his stomach started to ache from hunger pains. "Oh no no no it's alright" she tried to sooth the baby. The cries started to get louder as the baby got hungrier, The Pantheress had heard the growls coming from the little baby's stomach. "I know it hurts little one" she said sympathetically as she really did feel bad for the fragile thing. Just then the phone rang, she ran over and picked it up "Hi Honey" she answered. "Hi dear listen I wont be home for another hour or more traffic is really bad do to an accident that happened up front" he explained. "Oh no is everyone alright?" She asked worried, "Yes dear everyone's fine except for the 2 guys who are arguing over the crash" he said a little annoyed. The Pantheress sighed, "Ok honey when you get the chance be here ASAP the poor thing is really hungry" she said as she rocked the baby trying to stop the crying. "Alright dear i'll see you later. i Love you" Pink said as he hung up, The Pantheress had no idea what to do Her husband wouldn't be back for a while and this baby needed to eat. She looked down as the babies crying turned to whimpering as he was to weak to shed anymore tears. She started to become frantic as she knew this baby needed to eat. She then remembered for a fact that unlike Regular Panthers, Pink Panthers could produce a pink milk without giving birth. She knew that desperate times call for desperate measures. She opened her pink pajama top and allowed the baby to latch on to her teat and suckle softly. She sighed in relief and laid back in the rocking chair as she kept her eyes on the baby as he fed. She smiled seeing how peaceful the baby was, "Sweet little angel" she whispered softly. Once the baby had finished feeding he snuggled into the Pantheress' chest as he fell asleep. The Pantheress got up from the rocking chair and took the baby to her and her husband's bed. She set the baby down very gently on the soft matress, She closed her Pajama top and laid on her side right next to the baby. She pulled him close and held the baby against her chest, the baby snored softly as the Pantheress held him against her chest and stroked his hair. She did not take her eyes off the baby as she waited for her husband to return.
An hour later Pink had returned home with two shopping bags and placed them on the coffee table. He looked around for his wife seeing that she was not sitting in the rocking chair. He then went up stairs to their bedroom to see the heartwarming sight which almost brought tears to his eyes. His wife noticed her husband open the door, she sat up cradling the baby in her arms, "Hi sweetie" She whispered softly. "Hi dear I see you two have been getting along" he said smiling, The Pantheress chuckled a little "Yeah he's an attention seeker" she answered stroking the babies cheek. "What did you get for him?" She asked, "Oh yes I got some formula, Diapers, Something for him to suckle on." The Pantheress smiled "You are so caring you know that" she said, "And you are so nurturing" he answered back then kissing his wife on the mouth. "Alright I'm gonna go shower then I'll get some sleep" he said grabbing his towel. Before he left he looked one more time at his wife and the baby. After he showered he hopped in bed with pink pajamas on and put the blanket over him and his wife. The Pantheress placed the baby in the middle of the bed and they both curled around him keeping him secured. "Goodnight my love" he said facing his wife, "Goodnight dear" she responded as she looked down at the baby and kissed him on the head. "And Goodnight to you sweet boy" he said to the baby kissing him on the head as well.
Two Hours later the panther heard the doorbell ring, Groaning he got up and put his robe on to go check who it was. Opening the front door he saw the Big Nose wearing a night cap and a night gown with an angry expression on his face. "Oh hello Mr. Nose how can i help you?" the panther asked a little drowsy. "Save it panther i wanna know where it is!" He yelled" Where is what?" the panther asked. "My mail You pink pest I went to check my mailbox and it was completely empty and I know it has something to do with you" He pointed a finger at him. Pink gave the man a confused look "Why would I steal your mail Nose?" He asked. "Why wouldn't you, your always trying to find a way to get under my skin" The Big Nose gritted his teeth. "Well I can guarantee you it wasn't me" pink answered back. "Goodnight" he said trying to close the door only for the big nose to stop the door with his foot. "Stop playing games with me panther I want my mail" he said getting angrier. "Look Mr. Nose I'm sure we can sort this out tomorrow but right now i just want to sleep i had a big day today" Pink tried closing the door once more. The big nose held the door open "Listen panther either you are gonna give me back my mail or I'll get it myself. "Well you will have to get it yourself tomorrow, But right noe i need some rest" he answered making a final attempt to close the the door. But the Big Nose would not take no for an answer and push the door with all his might breaking into the panther's house causing pink to be pushed back, What do you think your doing are you crazy!" Pink yelled. "I'm getting my mail is what I'm doing," The Pantheress had heard all the noise and ran down stairs to check what all the racket was about. "What is going on here" She said tying up her robe seeing the Big nose looking searching around the house. "Excuse me what are you doing here?" she went up and asked the big nose putting a hand on her hip. "Listen sweetheart why don't you go back to bed this is a me and him situation" The big nose said ready to go upstairs to check for his mail. "Whoa whoa you can't go up there our baby is sleeping up there" she said blocking the Stairway. The Big nose scoffed "I don't care if you got a million babies up there I'm not gonna let you Panthers get away with this now get out of my way!!!" he said Pushing the Pantheress out of the way. Pink couldn't believe what he had just witnessed, Did this man just put his hands on his wife? Pink knew the Big Nose well enough that he is not afraid to get physical with him, But on his wife? Pinks eyes started to turn red with rage, He had put up with a lot nonsense from this man but this was the final straw. He walked up to the Big nose turned him around and punched him so hard that he spun around before hitting the floor. The big nose had no clue what had just happemed but before he could get his thoughts together Pink grabbed him by the collar of his gown and dragged him out of the penthouse. "I think its time for you to leave" Pink said dragging the big nose back to his own apartement. He opened the door and kicked the big nose into his apartment hearing him crash into something. Pink closed the door Hearing a woman scream "OH MY GOD HONEY ARE YOU OKAY!?" Pink brushed off his hands as he went back to his penthouse. He went over to his wife "Are you ok dear?" he asked grabbing her shoulders, "I'm fine honey" she said brushing her robe off. The pantheress scoffed "The nerve of that man breaking and entering" She said. "Yeah well maybe he will think twice next time before crossing the line" he told his wife kissing her on the cheek. "Come lets go check on the baby" Pink Told his wife letting her go up the stairs first.
Pink and the Pantheress entered the room to see the baby start to whimper as he was shivering. They both climbed in bed and curled around the baby once more keeping him warm The Pantheress stroked his hair as the baby snuggled into her. The Pantheress sighed "What will we do with him Pink?" she asked whispering. Pink looked at his wife, "What would you like to do? He asked, "Well i dont think i have the have the heart to let him go" She told her husband. "Well then i guess we have a baby" pink said to his wife smiling. "Yes but what will we name him?" She asked back. They both thought for a second of what the baby's name could be. Then an idea struck pink, "How about Gabe?" he asked his wife. The Pantheress put one eyebrow up, "Gabriel Panther, i like that" she Answered. "My little Gabriel" she whispered in a sing-song voice rubbing his back. "I love you honey" He said to his wife, "I love you to my dear" she said back. Then they both heard a coo from the baby, "Awww We love you too" they both said nuzzling baby. The Two Panthers had Slept curled around their new son getting ready to start the next chapter in their lives.
