The next day, Luke wakes up and goes downstairs. The house is strangely empty.

"Oh, so no one is home…." Luke says. He finds a note on the kitchen counter and reads it out loud.

"Dear Luke, we have the best 12th birthday surprise for you. We had to leave while you were sleeping so we could get it ready. We think you'll love this surprise, because WE love YOU a lot! Happy birthday to you!"

"Yeah, right…." Luke says as he gets ready for the day. "The surprise will be that they forgot about me celebrating today…."

He then puts on his shoes and grabs his bike helmet and house keys, then rides his bike to where his siblings are.

He soon arrived at the place where his siblings claimed to be. But he couldn't see them anywhere.

"Where is everybody?" Luke asks as he looks for his siblings.

They soon came out of their hiding spots. "Surprise! Happy birthday, Luke!" they say with smiles on their faces.

Luke is surprised by this. "Wow! What is all this?!" He says.

There was a big birthday breakfast at a set of tables in Luke's favorite breakfast spot.

"We're at IHOP for my birthday breakfast!" Luke says, excited and happy. "This better be good…" Luke says.

Luke soon eats his pancakes. Lucy put blackberries and ketchup on hers.

"Gross!" Lola says.

Lucy hissed.

Lana put some mud on hers.

"So, any plans for the future?" Charity asked

"My stardom." Luke says.

"My meeting with Bobbie Fletcher when I'm 18." Lana says.

"I'm packing, since I can go with Luke." Luna says.

"I have a poem to read soon." Lucy says.

"I don't have anything planned." Leni says.

"Good luck, Luce-Luce." Luke says.

"Thank you." Lucy tells Luke

After breakfast, the family leaves the restaurant. Luke goes to his Hitmaker rehearsal with Luna while everyone else goes home.

Luke was excited to rehearse his songs. Luna smiled, happy for Luke.

The host, Doug Rockwell, comes up to Luke and smiles at him.

"You must be the famous Luke! It's nice to have an Audition winner on the show this season!" Doug says to Luke.

Luke smiles at Doug. "Thank you, sir. I'm excited to perform and show everyone what I'm made of."

Luna smiled as the rehearsals began. Luke performed his song on stage during the rehearsal period and walked offstage.

A girl named Tina Wenderson walked in as she looked around.

"Ah, Tina, so good to have you. Oh, Tina, this is our lucky star, Luke." Doug says.

"Nice to meet you." Luke says.

"Same here." Tina says, a bit upset.

Luke looks at her. "Something wrong?" He asked.

"My birthday was forgotten last year, and soon it will be forgotten again." Tina says.

"When is it?" Luke asks curiously.

"January 4th." she says.

"I'll remember it. Today is my birthday." Luke says.

"That's nice. Happy birthday, Luke." Tina says.

"Thank you." Luke says.

Luke leaves the studio with Luna at lunch time, soon getting a text from the siblings.

"Oh, so they decided to go to lunch without me. I see…." Luke says sadly. "They always do this on my birthday…" Luke says and just decides to go home.

"I hate this family…." Luke sobbed as he walked with Luna. "They leave me a lot…."

Luna holds him.

Some time later, Luke was packing his bags for the first Hitmaker tour stop, which would be in New York City. He also makes the decision to head there early.

"They hadn't noticed me since this morning aside from Luna. I'm going alone since no one loves me…" Luke says.

Meanwhile, Lincoln and Clyde were decorating for Luke's party as Lisa gives them instructions.

"Luke will love this party!" Lincoln says.

"Yeah! He's truly earned it." Ronnie Anne says.

Luan reads a text she just received from Luke.

"I am heading to New York City a week early. It seems nobody has bothered to care anymore aside from Luna. I have had enough of all the hate and unloving attitudes toward me. You cared so much this morning, but left me this afternoon and made me feel like I wasn't part of the family anymore."

Lucy looked down, feeling horrible as she curled into a ball and began to weep. "He's right, I'm a horrible sister!" Lucy sobbed.

Leni and Lincoln look down.

"We need to find him…" Lynn says.

Meanwhile, Bill's plane had crashed in the lake as he was trying to fix it.

"Well, Luke's going to be mad….." Angry Luigi says and begins writing his final will.

"Have faith." Savannah says

"Nope, we're all going to die." Angry Luigi says.

"Why don't we call your brother? He can fly us there." Savannah says

"He's probably 6 feet under by now…" Bill says as Angry Luigi sobbed

"Look on the bright side, Luke won't notice. After all, not even Luna remembered you were gone and no one really notices you." Bill says, working as Angry Luigi nodded before tripping into the water.

"Well, I can't make it. Oh, well, Luke and I weren't friends, so good luck with that." Bill says.

Savannah and Angry Luigi notice a big shark in the lake and scream, trying to escape it in the background.

The siblings rush to the bus station, finding Luke at a ticket booth with his suitcases around his feet.

"Luke, wait!" Lincoln says

"We're sorry! We didn't mean to make you feel unloved…" Lori says

"Why did you just decide to leave me out of going to lunch with you? You guys basically ditched me." Luke says.

"We were preparing a surprise for you…" Lucy says, looking down.

"Well, surprise! I'm heading to New York City. Because you wanted to leave me behind and hurt me in so many ways." Luke says.

"Please, no, Luke! I'll never do it again, please don't go!" Lucy sobbed.

"Please give us another chance!" Lincoln says.

"Why would I ever want to give you another chance, Lincoln?!" Luke asked, still mad.

People were recording this.

"We have a party for you…" Lincoln says.

"AND I MISSED IT?!" Luke screamed.

"No, we were decorating." Lucy says.

"Yeah, and Lori even got you a rubber duckie!" Leni says.

"Leni…" Lori says.

"Sorry…" Leni says, looking down as she could never seem to understand how surprises work.

Luke thinks for a minute or two.

"No." Luke says, not giving mercy. "If you wanted to show me you cared about me, then you'd love me and show me I'm still valued in this family!"

"Please, Luke!" Leni begged as the siblings got on their knees.

"We really care about you, Luke!" Luan says.

"Fine…" Luke says. "One more chance."

They lead Luke to his party as all the lights are off. The lights soon turned on as all his friends came out of hiding.

"Surprise! Happy 12th birthday, Luke!" they say, cheering and tossing confetti his way.

Luke is standing there, speechless.

He looks around, seeing Arctic blue decorations and Todd protecting the cake. He also sees pictures of himself and the siblings at all his past birthday parties.

"Awww, you guys…" Luke says, starting to shed tears of joy. "This is truly amazing! I really thought you didn't want to do anything for me on this day..."

"Of course we did!" Sam says.

"I honestly don't know what else to say…." Luke says, still surprised.

The party soon begins. Luke had already danced with Ronnie Anne for a bit, so he was sitting away from all the activity in the room.

Luan was juggling for Luke as Luke looked at her. She was juggling some bowling pins, much to Luke's amusement.

"Fun!" Luke says.

While that was happening, Lucy was packing for New York City as she sighed.

Meanwhile, Luke and Lincoln go to eat and see Luke's favorite snacks.

"Wow! It all looks so good…." Luke says.

He tastes some.

"Delicious!" Luke says.

Lucy smiled, happy that Luke was enjoying himself, but looked down as she was still feeling guilty. She wanted to be a better sibling to Luke, but didn't know where to start. She thinks that going with Luke and Luna to New York City would be a good place to start.

Lucy goes to Charity.

"What is it, honey?" Charity asks Lucy.

"I know you're upset at me for my mistake, but I wanna be a better sibling to Luke." Lucy says "Please let me go to New York City with Luke. I wanna make it up to him. I know I'll miss school, but Luke's helped me change for the better." Lucy says as Luna overhears this.

"You'll all be missing school, anyway. We're going on his Hitmaker tour with him." Charity says. "You'll still work on schoolwork, but you won't be going to school physically."

"I hope I can make things right." Lucy says.

Luke had isolated himself from everyone after a while.

Lynn was bringing out the piñata. "Hey, where's Luke?" Lynn asked before Luna took the piñata.

"He's having some alone time right now. Wait a while, and don't touch his cake or piñata." Luna says to the siblings.

Luke was hissing as he sat in his room.

Ronnie Anne came in "Hey, Luke, you doing okay?" She asked.

Luke sniffed and nodded.

"Well, we are currently lost, so I guess this is our little adventure. We may not be able to go to Luke's party, but we can still make it to New York City. Let's go." Savannah says as Angry Luigi sighed, not sure about this.

"Come on, Luke's going to need your support." Savannah says.

"I can't! I'll die out here in the forest." Angry Luigi says.

Meanwhile, Ronnie Anne was telling Luke a funny story.

"That was nice, but I think I'll make them wait longer. Because let's be honest. Has this party been about me from the start?" Luke asked.

"If I recall most of those pictures they used as decorations, they forced those smiles." Ronnie Anne says. "I remember being at most of those parties where they were taken. And most of the siblings forced themselves to be happy for you."

"THEY NEVER LOVED ME!" Luke screamed. "I KNEW IT!"

He then storms back downstairs.

"Hi, Luke, you like the party I designed for you? I even made this." Leni says, holding up a poster of America's Next Hitmaker with Luke in it. "I know I'm not smart, but I wanted to try."

Luke looks at it and smiles. "I love it, Leni."

"Thanks!" Leni says.

Lucy wrote a speech. "Today is the day of Luke's 12th birthday. He's pretty important because he has autism, yet he tries his best. Soon, he's going to be on America's Next Hitmaker." Lucy says.

Luke smiles a little.

Soon, there was a bingo game, which Luke ended up winning. "Yes!" Luke says, cheering.

Lynn hung up the piñata, which looked like Wild Card Willy.

Luke smiled and got ready to hit it. He hit it so hard, it broke in two. Everyone cheered as candy poured out of it. Luke gets his share of the candy and takes a seat at the table as burgers and homemade French fries were served, along with sodas and other types of food. Luke eats in silence.

"Todd, make sure no one touches the cake." Lisa says. Todd nods.

Carl tries, but Todd grabs him and gives him a wedgie. Luke laughs before going back to eat in silence.

After that, Luna looks at him. "I need to tell you something important." Luna says. "I used to be in your shoes. I went to America's Next Hitmaker myself."

Luke looks at Luna, interested. "Tell me more."

"It was back in the old days. I really wanted to be on it, so I submitted a song and I got in, but the hosts made me dress up and change my identity, then I went back to normal." Luna says.

"Will they change me?" Luke asked.

"I hope not or I'll kick their butts.'' Lynn says.

Soon, the lights went out. It soon lit up to reveal the cake as Luke gasped at it. He then looks at it.

The cake was a blue velvet cake and it said "Happy 12th Birthday, Luke!" in Arctic blue icing.

Everyone begins to sing to Luke as Luke smiles and looks on.

After that, Luke thinks of his birthday wish.

"Where are the candles?" Luke asked.

Lucy put them on as they were 12 Arctic blue candles, then they were lit by Luna. Luke thinks of a wish.

Luke wished to win America's Next Hitmaker and blew out all 12 candles on the cake.

Everyone cheered. Lisa patted Todd and smiled.

That night, Luna was thinking about her past as she headed to the roof. "Brandy, you better be okay…" Luna says and looks worried, thinking about Brandy.

"I hope you're all right, Munchkin…" Luna says and goes inside.

Leni tucks Luke into bed. Luke can't help but feel nervous about America's Next Hitmaker.

A/N- Angry9guy: Looks like Luke is nervous. Will he regain his confidence?

Here are the birthdates of the siblings:

Luke: December 15th; half-birthday is June 15th

Lincoln: September 28th

Luna: March 30th

Lynn: February 26th

Luan: April 1st

Lisa: August 10th

Lola and Lana: May 15th

Lori: July 6th

Lily: January 7th

Leni: June 30th

Lucy: December 14th

Some things to remember about the siblings' birthdays:

Lucy hates to celebrate her own birthday, and she will often give her day to Luke so he has 3 days to celebrate instead of 2. She only wants Luke to be happy in that instance.

Lisa doesn't like big fusses made over her on her birthdays, as she is normally busy with experiments.

If a sibling is busy, Leni will ditch her party for them. If she has to work at Reininger's on her birthday, the party will be canceled.

Lola and Lana switch duties on planning, though Lola tends to cheat and take extra turns on party planning.

Lori isn't usually around on hers as she prefers to celebrate it with Bobby instead of her family.

Lynn usually plays sports on hers. If she has a practice or a game then, she will be too busy to celebrate and the party is often canceled due to her being too tired.

Out of all the siblings, Luke and Lola take their birthdays seriously.

There are times where Leni would get Lucy a gift or a cake, forgetting Lucy doesn't like her birthday. Lucy won't mind if Leni or Luke does it, but gets annoyed if anyone else tries.

Okay, big news: Angry9guy is creating a birthday package compilation featuring a bunch of Luke's birthdays from previous chapters and stories, as well as Angry Luigi's birthday bashes. This may have been inspired by Super Mario 3D All-Stars, but hey, it will be fun going over Luke's birthdays and seeing the birthday rivalry between Angry Luigi and Alem tuber. That's all, so please leave a review and favorite. Suggestions are welcome, unless they're too cruel.
