The day of the show, Lucy was downstairs as Luan came into the kitchen. "Lucy, what are you doing?" She asked.

"Cooking breakfast." Lucy says.

"You've never wanted to cook before." Luan says

"I know, but I thought it would cheer Luke up. Plus, Lincoln taught me how." Lucy says.

Meanwhile, Luna had been sleeping in the same room as Luke for a few days, knowing it was wrong to leave him alone at night.

Luke begins to stir, slowly sitting up in bed.

"Morning, Luke. Ready for the big day?" Luna asked.

"I guess." Luke says. "I'm really nervous, though. What if I don't do well? I'm sure to be up against some stiff competition…"

"True, but I believe in you. You're a wonderful performer." Luna says.

"I'm still nervous." Luke says.

"That's okay. We all get nervous sometimes." Luna says, feeling nervous herself.

"You're hiding something from me." Luke says.

Luna looks down. "It's nothing." Luna lied.

Luke glares at Luna.

"Fine, I got accepted, too." Luna says.

Luke looks at Luna for a long time, then decides to just accept it.

"I really don't plan on stealing your spotlight. I just really wanted to see Mick. I'm not even sure if I have a chance, anyway." Luna says to Luke.

"Kids, come down! We have to eat, then go to New York City!" Charity says.

"Okay." Luke says, going down with Luna.

Lucy served them scrambled eggs

"You're actually really good." Lincoln says.

"Thanks, Lincoln." Lucy says.

Meanwhile, Angry Luigi rushed past a forest in a green blur as he holds a map " Looks like I'm lost ok Luke I'm coming " Angry Luigi says and ran right into a brick wall.

After breakfast, everyone loads into the tour bus and settles in for the trip as Pop-Pop was coming along.

(A/N: Ruth is in jail because it's actually illegal to have too many cats. And she also feeds the kids moldy pudding. The kids were too afraid to speak up, but Luna finally told her off.)

As the bus went to New York City, Lily looked upset.

"Okay, fine, I cheated." Lisa confesses.

"What?!" Lana asked as Lily looked at Lisa.

"Santa was real. I blasted his house because I was upset at science for failing me." Lisa says.

"I never thought you'd stoop that low." Pop-Pop says.

Lisa looks ashamed.

Lana snickered a bit before she and Lola laughed. "We knew. When you lie, you smile a creepy smile." Lola says.

Lucy wrote some poems while Lincoln played video games with Clyde.

Luke looks nervous as he's just staring out the window.

"You okay, sweetie?" Charity asked. "You look awfully pale…"

"I'm nervous about losing." Luke says.

"I know you'll win, honey." Charity says as a green blur passes by.

"Was that Brandy?" Luna asked

"He's heading the wrong way, ha, ha, ha!" Lynn laughed, finding it funny, while Luna looked concerned. Everyone looks at Lynn.

"Why can't Luke do it?" Lynn asked.

"He's not in the mood. Plus, you have super speed." Lucy says.

"Fine, I'll get him." Lynn says suiting up and rushing off at super speed. She soon came back holding a muddy Brandy. "Here. I got him."

Luna cleans him up and the others except Lucy and Lisa are gathered around to see him as he is soon wearing clean clothes.

"What happened to you?" Luan asked curiously.

"Well, some Chrissy girl dumped me in a garbage cart after Luke won Audition, so I feared I was going to die, but no one cares." Brandy says.

Luna feels bad for not being there for him.

Luke is angry and the first one off the bus at the show venue upon their arrival to New York City. Luke storms inside, angry as can be at the siblings.

Lynn followed him. "Luke, what's wrong?" Lynn asked.

Luke hissed as he looked at Lynn.

"He was gone for a while. Is it wrong to be concerned for his well being?" Lynn asked.

"Yes." Luke says.

"He went through the trouble of nearly seeing you. Come on, admit it, you miss him." Lynn says.

"A bit." Luke says.

"Oh, there they are." Lynn says as Luke turns to see the Casagrandes and Ronnie Anne. Luke then turns away and goes inside without a word.

Soon Charity caught up with Luke. "Luke, what's wrong?' Charity asked.

"They only care about Brandy, not me." Luke says, upset. "Maybe I should just go back home. They can dote on Brandy without worrying about me."

"No, I'll talk to them right now." Charity says to Luke. "These next few weeks are about you. I'll make sure they know that."

Charity walks out and goes to find the siblings.

"We need to talk now. These next few weeks are going to be about Luke, not Brandy. While we are happy he's been found and all, it's not time to celebrate that fact. We are to be here for Luke. If that fact can't get through your heads, you can stay on the bus and do NOTHING for the rest of the time we're here." Charity says.

The siblings could be seen scooting away from Brandy. Charity then turns to Brandy.

"We're happy you're safe and okay. You didn't ruin anything. It's just a very important time for our family, and don't get me wrong, Luke is glad you came along." Charity says. "He's just very anxious about this whole thing and is on edge right now. He isn't mad at you, okay?"

He nods and hopes his brother would be fine without him.

Lucy finds Luke, who is getting ready in his dressing room.

"I wanna be a better sister to you." Lucy says, looking at Luke.

"How?" Luke asked, not looking at Lucy.

"I-I don't know, I'll think of something." Lucy says as she tries to think, but couldn't as Ronnie Anne came in.

Luke smiles a little. "My love, my starlight…" He says as Ronnie Anne stands close to him.

Haiku was watching and remembering that Lucy only left Luke to plan his party, and even gave her birthday to Luke and thought before realizing something. Lucy was being insecure again.

"I need to talk to Lucy before her insecurities cause too much damage." Haiku said, knowing if Lucy got too insecure, she could harm herself.

Meanwhile, in another dressing room, Tina and her parents were talking.

"You can do this." Tina's mom says.

"Win us that prize money." Her father says as Tina felt a lot of pressure. She smiled a fake smile and nodded, but wasn't going to expose her secret. She didn't want to be tossed away.

Soon, the show was beginning as the host came on stage.

"Welcome to America's Next Hitmaker, ladies and gentlemen! I'm Doug Rockwell, and it is my pleasure to welcome you all to the start of our third season! This season, the stakes are higher and the competition is fierce! Our show will land us in a different part of the United States each week, so our contestants will perform in various venues and compete for YOUR votes, America! Remember, EVERY vote counts here on this show. Our Season 3 winner will not only receive a cash prize, but also a recording contract, the coveted "Diamond Microphone" award, and a tour of their very own!" Doug says. "But, every week, two contestants will be sent home packing. That means your favorite contestant could go home at any time this season. So, make sure you vote to keep them on!"

People clap and cheer.

Oliver was getting ready as he was going to be on first. He was dressed head to toe in a navy blue suit with a star-patterned tie.

His friends cheer him on as Luke hissed at his ex-friends.

Oliver does his routine to "New York, New York" by Frank Sinatra without a flaw to be seen. The crowd cheers as he finishes.

Tina watched and shook as she looked nervous, but went on, dressed as an orphan. She had some backup dancers for "The Hard-Knock Life" from the original Annie movie. The crowd was in awe.

Tina smiled with sweat on her face as she finished her routine.

"Next, from Royal Woods, Luna Loud!" Doug says.

Luna went on stage. Luna looks nervous as Sam gives Luna a thumbs up.

"You've got this, Lunes!" Sam says. Luna then starts her performance of "I Love Rock & Roll" by Joan Jett. The crowd gets into it.

Luna smiled at the crowd and Mick as she continued to perform.

Backstage, Luke could do nothing but pace nervously. He knew he didn't have a cheering section anymore, and he knew he would mess up in front of the crowd and on national TV, too.

"Hey, Luke, you'll be fine." Leni says.

"Yeah, we're with you till the end." Ronnie Anne says, trying to reassure Luke.

"We're still cheering for you." Clyde says.

Luke's nerves begin to tense up.

Lucy came in as she looked at him. "Luke, you do realize you'll get your own tour. Basically, a whole town has to adore you for um…I'm not sure how long, but, ugh…this is so hard…" Lucy says, looking down, feeling like a horrible sister.

Luke looks at Lucy, smiling at the thought of being adored.

"What she means is, don't give up. Show Oliver who's boss!" Lynn says, punching her fist into her hand as Lucy looked at Lynn in awe.

Luke shakes off the nervous feeling and waits for his introduction.

Doug came up on stage after a few more performances from other contestants.

"Now, the performance you've all been waiting for…." Doug says. "He came from Royal Woods to New York, won on season 4 of Audition, and is a winner of multiple state and local pageants. He's the one and only Luke Huntington!" He says as people cheer.

"You can do this!" Stella says.

"Yeah, believe in yourself!" Ronnie Anne says.

Luke smiles and goes out on stage in his spy costume and performs "Secret Agent Man" by Johnny Rivers.

People cheer and clap as Luke keeps performing. Luna smiled proudly.

When Luke finished, the crowd cheered excitedly for him and he smiled.

Soon, every contestant was on stage to see who would be eliminated in this season opener episode.

Brandy looks on.

Doug announces the two contestants who are eliminated, and to everyone's relief, it isn't Luna, Luke, Tina, or Oliver.

"Thank gosh…" Brandy sighed.

Tina's mother sighed in relief.

Luke got off the stage as he running to his mom and smiling.

"You did great, honey!" Charity says to Luke.

"You were the bomb!" Lola says as Leni screams in horror.

"Not that bomb." Lola says.

"Oh." Leni says.

"How does it feel?" Rocky asked Luke.

"It feels amazing right now." Luke says.

"What next, what next?" Luke asked.

"I'm heading in for the night." Pop-Pop says. Everyone nodded and headed off.

"Good night, Pop-Pop." Lincoln says.

Oliver's friends ran to him.

"That was pretty amazing!" Gemma says.

"I loved the performance!" Remy says.

"Thanks, you guys mean the world to me." Oliver says.

Luke saw this and frowned.

"Poor Luke…" Lynn says.

"Let's go. I don't want to look at them anymore." Luke says, tearing up.

They begin to head to the hotel where Lincoln, Rusty, and Clyde were sharing a room. Luke comes into the room, shedding tears.

"No one likes me…" Luke says.

"That's not true…" Rusty says.

"I saw my ex-friends before I left and came to this hotel. It really hurt me. I guess they finally chose who they'd rather be there for…." Luke says, sobbing. "And it's not me."

Brandy wasn't sure who to room up with. Eventually, Luna took Brandy into her and Sam's room.

Lucy was with Rocky and Leni was with Lisa.

Stella and Haiku were together.

Luke was with Ronnie Anne before going back to join the boys.

"Hey, Luke, I'm sorry about what happened." Ronnie Anne says.

"It's not your fault. Maybe, if you could, you could move back to Royal Woods so I won't be alone…" Luke says.

"I'll talk to my mom." Ronnie Anne says as Luke kisses her.

Ronnie Anne then goes off to talk to her mom.

A/N- Angry9guy: Looks like Ronnie Anne has plans and Angry Luigi is back!

Angry9guy: Here are my favorite loud siblings worst to best

11 is Lily: I really don't like her episodes except for Small Blunder and Schooled.

10 is Lynn: She's only above Lily for the episode "Middle Men". Before this, I hated how she had no character development and she still never does get any. She's just a jock bully to Lincoln.

9 is Luan: Her puns annoy me. I only enjoy her during the April Fools episodes, the time she helped Lucy, and let's not forget the cooking episode that should be brought up again.

8 is Lana: She's not a bad character. She's one of the nicest, but her episodes can be a bit bland, unless she's with Lola.

7 is Lola: She can be annoying, but her temper is actually what got her to this position. It's funny how people fear her, especially her own dad. It gets some laughs out of me. It's also revealed she has trouble reading, so it's nice to see more of her character.

6 is sadly Lori: She's usually most people's favorite, but she's just a typical teenager. She only gets this high on the list because I watched from season 1 and season 5 and there is a change as she grows more softer on the siblings. Her moving out is actually the main reason she's this high.

5 is sadly Lincoln: Yes, he does get character development and isn't annoying or mean to the siblings and is the one keeping the house alive, but it's actually the fandom's fault he ain't higher. They depict him as an angel and the sisters as devils when Lincoln has even stated we aren't all angels. But, the other reason? He's kinda bland. Honestly, sometimes I get a bit bored of Lincoln as he's a bit too average and I kinda have a thing for not liking him in that respect. Plus he pissed me off during the one time he became a jerk because he got a limo and when he recorded his sisters for a trophy, which I consider his worst crime.

4 is Leni: She used to be one of my worst, but she gets high marks here because she stunned me when she finally got her driver's license and is able to drive, which proves she's trying. also I like how she's too sweet and always willing to lend a hand and help her sisters

3 is Lisa: She used to be in the middle, but her episodes can lead to cool stuff like time traveling adventures and I like that she has issues with becoming friends, but she does try to work on it and in later seasons occasionally helps Lincoln. I like how she becomes close with Lincoln.

2 is Luna: She used to be my number one, but she died down a little. She's loud, energetic, and loves music. She shocked the world when she revealed that she was bisexual and that left a big impact on me. However, there's one character I like a bit more

1 is Lucy. If you've seen my stories, you would already know this would happen. Lucy is awesome. This show has so many different personalities and it's trying to make you choose a Loud that is closest to you and Lucy is my type. She's spooky, but not too spooky, she loves dark stuff, and I like when it's revealed that she's sensitive, which I felt for her and she's one of the few sisters that learn from their mistakes. She's become popular enough to appear alongside Lincoln in video games, the Halloween episodes are cool, and despite her darkness, she's one of the nicest sisters and I like her bond with Lincoln. Plus, I wrote multiple stories about Lucy. That's how you know she's my favorite character.
