"You are an interesting person, but yet your soul is foreign to my world." A woman made out of earth itself spoke sleepily.
"That is all that you can see. Well, I understand you are planning on wiping out humanity." The strange man spoke. Then earth woman's curiosity and suspicions rose up.
"Are you planning on helping the demigods survive?" She asked with a warning tone in her voice. The man looked at her with blank look.
"No, I have seen humanity's future and it won't be good. I have a plan that would stop them."
"Oh, I see now. What is this plan of yours and how would it be better than mine?"
"My plan will only come into play if your plan fails. I will need access to the rainforests of South America to these coordinates." He showed the coordinates. The earth woman studied the coordinates.
"I can't access that area. I recall from my memories that their was an impact there and I have no power over that area of Earth. That area is crystalized."
"I just need to get to that area. I will handle the crystal area. Do we have an agreement?"
"Deal, as long as the gods are destroyed, I will agree."
The man nodded and went off on his journey.
Months later
"Impossible, I-I can't be…" Gaea spoke in disbelief. She couldn't believe it was going to be defeat by these demigods. As she was about to disappear, she remembered the strange man she spoken with. That man who declared he would wipe out the gods where she could not. She was curious on how he would do so.
Gaea would not be able to see the results of man's work.
One week after Gaea's defeat
"Percy, Annabeth. I hate to do this. But there is something strange going on in South America with a former member of Krono's army. A son of Hecate." Chiron spoke to them.
Percy groaned at this. Annabeth spoke up.
"Sure, just one last thing finish things off."
"We will come with y'all too." They turned to face Piper, Hazel, Jason, Frank, Lou Ellen, and Coach Hedge.
"Y'all don't have to. You…" Percy was cut off by them.
"We want too." Jason declared.
"I wish to speak with him. I want to convince to return with us."
Percy nodded at this before he turned to Chiron and nodded.
"What is this place? This area has been crystalized completely. What could have done this?"
"I am not sure about this. I have to talk to Chiron about this."
"Here you go." Percy spoke before he used the water supplies to create a loop of water that could be used for Iris messages.
However, when the Annabeth threw the coin through stream it went through it confusing the group.
"Huh, it worked before, why not now?" Jason questioned.
"That is worrisome." Frank spoke.
The group eventually decided to push forward despite the communication difficulty.
They pushed through the crystallized forest. Though their instincts began to raise the hair on the back of their necks.
They can feel the air was quite hostile and filled with the unknown energy. Lou Ellen reached out with her magic and recoiled.
"The Mist doesn't exist here."
"That is worrying. Do you think the demigod is responsible?" Percy asked Lou. Lou shook her head.
"This is beyond any demigod's ability. The ability to completely strip an area of the mist would be due to Gods, Titans or Giants."
The group move in further, until they reached a clearing that was not visible on maps. The clearing was around a large pit that had large root coming out of it, and standing in front of the pit was a tall man and slightly shorter man. The tall man was cloaked.
While the shorter man was a sixteen-year-old with brown hair, and green eyes. The two-man looked at them. The sixteen-year-old glared Percy with anger in his eyes.
"You are too late, Percy Jackson. The plan is almost complete."
"We will stop you." Percy declared.
"I will never bow to the Olympian gods after the atrocities they committed. You are blind. I, Alabaster Torrington will end you."
"I will handle the other demigods; you can fight Percy." The man spoke. Torrington considered it then charged Percy who defended himself. The other demigods approached the other man. The air rippled behind him, and dark cloud figure appear behind him with red eyes.
The two sides clashed and eventually, the cloud figures were dispersed, and Torrington was sent flying back.
"It is over, you are beaten." Jason declared with thunder in the sky above. Torrington was helped until his feet by the man.
"No, Win or lost. This fight has meaningless. Torrington's plan failed now my plan will go." The man spoke before took a knife and stabbed Torrington in the heart,
"No!" Lou yelled running forward. The man grabbed Torrington and threw himself and the dying demigod into the pit. Jason was about to fly down but realized it would be foolish. Lou was stopped by Hazel and Frank.
"What in the hades? Did he jump for?" Hedge barked out.
"What was the-"Annabeth was about to speak before the ground begin to rumble near the pit. Hazel yelled out.
"Fall back to the tree line!"
The demigod heeded this as the shaking grew more violent. They hid behind the trees and watched in horror as an massive silver-white spiderlike entity rose from the pit.
"What is that? Annabeth." Percy spoke.
"I-I am not sure."
This is a very rough One-shot from reading Lostbelt Seven.
