Author's Note: This story that's also the epilogue to my recently completed SasuSaku and Three Houses crossover story, that I completed last year, will be where Dimitri and Claude end up being reincarnated as ninjas, and will take place a few years after Sasuke's supposedly untimely end, whether or not he's still alive in the approaching time skip of the Boruto manga, but I would like to imagine that he had died of natural causes, same goes for Naruto, Hinata, Shikamaru, Chōji, Ino, etc. except for Sakura and Orochimaru plus the characters from the next generation. And I felt the urge to add the male Byleth in my very first Three Houses story as well as the female Shez from Three Hopes.
Also, happy belated birthday, Byleth Eisner, who was born on the 20th of September!

A pair of teenage ninjas ran through the forest while a few rogue ninjas followed them, one of them having blonde hair and the other having brown hair with headbands having a symbol of a long forgotten building that has long since crumbled away. The blonde wore a sleeveless blue jacket that extended towards his feet while the brown haired young man had a yellow jacket and a small wyvern on his shoulder.
"Think they're still after us, Dimitri-kun?" The brown haired teenager asked, looking at his blond comrade.
"I don't know, Claude, but I'm going to get them off of our trail." Dimitri said before he took out a kunai that had a paper bomb attached to it and threw it, smirking at the explosion before he turned to his ally. "Let's go!"
"Right behind you, Dimitri." An emerald haired man said before he darted through the trees in front of the young Blaiddyd chūnin, having the crest of the forgotten Eisner clan on the back of his jacket.
"I'm right behind you, sensei!" Claude said, following the emerald haired man.
At the massive graveyard of Konohakagure, an emerald haired woman, who was said to be dead, gently laid a bouquet of flowers in front of the grave of the legendary Sasuke Uchiha and gave the grave a small prayer before a pair of footsteps approached her.
"Byleth? Is that you?" A familiar voice asked, surprised.
Byleth turned around and saw a wisened, yet familiar, face and smiled as she adjusted her sword that Sasuke had given to her before he died, the same snake sword that he had when he was a teenager.
"Hello, Sakura." She said before she looked at the grave. "Here to pay respects to your husband?"
"Yes." Sakura said before she knelt in front of her husband's grave and gave him a prayer. The pink was all but gone from her hair.
The mint-haired kunoichi looked at the Hokage office and smiled.
"It's hard to believe that your daughter became the Hokage." Byleth said, smiling at Sakura as her brother and his students walked into the building. "I bet that Naruto would be proud of her."
"Funny you should say that." Someone said as a purple haired young woman walked up to Byleth.
"Shez! Accomplished your mission?" She asked, looking at her.
Shez was a purple haired kunoichi, having a side fringe covering one of her eyes identical to Sasuke. She was wearing a black and red ninja attire with a sword on her back along with a ninja headband on her head with a symbol of Konoha on it.
"It was no big deal." Shez said with a shrug, looking at her before her team headed out. "Think about having lunch with us?"
Byleth's stomach groaned.
"Sure thing!" She said before running up to Shez. "See you later, Sakura!"

It was in the late afternoon when everyone heard about Sakura's passing. Sarada, who was her and Sasuke's own daughter, found her mother lying next to her father's grave, a smile on her face.
Byleth cried into Dimitri's shoulder as they each offered a white flower for the legendary kunoichi of the Hidden Leaf village, who had been buried in the Uchiha family of the cemetery.
"I'm going to miss her so much, Dimitri…" Byleth wept, tears running down her face.
"I'll miss her too." Dimitri said, hugging her tightly as rain began to fall from the sky.
After the services were over, Byleth walked into the old Uchiha household and saw the painting of Sakura and Sasuke wearing their wedding uniforms, underneath the painting was a plaquette that read:
After they returned to their world and after the war ended, Sasuke had proposed to Sakura to marry him, and afterwards, they had a daughter named Sarada, therefore restoring the Uchiha name to its former glory. Even wandering around the world and solving things did not make up for the crimes he had done, Sasuke still loved his family and often returned to them with a smile on his face.
"Sasuke…" she sighed quietly, her hand touching the plaquette with a small smile on her face. "You can rest easy now, knowing that your daughter will carry out your legacy."
Taking one last look at Sasuke and Sakura's wedding picture, Byleth left the small building to find Shez standing outside.
"Thinking about having some dinner with Claude, Dimitri and I?" Shez asked, looking at her emerald eyes and smirking.
Byleth shook her head before she pulled her mask over her face.
"I have a mission to complete tonight. Maybe tomorrow?" She asked, looking at her with her emerald eyes.
"Sure thing." Shez said, smiling at Byleth before she took off with her teammates.
