Narrator pow:
"Ehh, what gives?" Vilem asked himself, as he approached the UA outside walls with a well over the tolerable limit of paparazzis or just low-leveled news reporters almost blocking the enterance. "That gives me idea for a little trolling." He smiled, taking out his phone and making a call to the Principal. A small bonus from the way he tackled the paperwork before joining this school.
"Oh, Mister Hantei." Characteristic tone of Nezu sounded on the other side. "What's on your mind to call me before school?"
"Toxic media at the gates. That's what." Vilem responded, narrowing his eyes as he looked forward at the other students being harrased with questions about All Might. "We can't have them in our way. Their behavior is no better than one of mob riots."
"Now, now. Let's not get ahead of ourselves." Nezu calmed him down, following it with sounds of tea spoon banging a side of a porcelain cup. "But it seems your worries are justified. I'll proceed with the procedure."
"Thank you, kind Sir." Vilem smiled, ending the call as he looked up at the sounds of sound-tested loudspeakers on the outside of the school.
"Attention everyone please." Principal Nezu spoke up, earning the attention of the press. "I like to remind the news reporters gathered at the main enterance that their behavior is legally unacceptable. And given the recent changes to criminal law, combined charges for individual harrasement and disabling students from entering their schools can range from a fine of one million Yen up to ten years inprisonment depending on the circumstances." He paused, as distinct sight of Aizawa was heard in the air.
"And sieging the school to get an interview with one of their employees is not an attenuating circumstance. So turn around, and find a way of doing your job that's better than pushing our students against the wall. We really have enough will and reasons to put up lawsuits against every single of you." 1-A Classroom Teacher said, effectively making them back away for at least a little.
"Sweet." Vilem smiled before moving forward just then noticing that Ojiro and Hagakure were on his sides fo quite some time.
"So you have his phone number?!" Toru shoutet at him, wiggling left and right as if she had a seizure. "And never told us about it?"
"Was I supposed to?" Vilem asked, looking at Mashirao.
"... He did ask you to keep it a secret?" Tail boy asked him after a while of thinking as the trio walked into the school grounds.
"To an extend. Such an event is allowed exception." Vilem sighed lightly. "But enough bragging, we still have to get to the class."
"... Let's get down to business." Aizawa spoke up, as he was finished with giving his rounded opinions on the yesterday's combat training. "We have a task to decide something witjin our class."
"Is it another Quirk test?" Someone asked from a back rows of the classroom.
"No, choosing of class representatives." He responded, earning multiple sighs of relief. "But to avoid eventual chaos we can't vote on ourselves. Hantei?"
"And pick the representatives based on qualities, not personal friendships." Half-Slovak added.
"Glad to see you already know it." Aizawa nodded. "So let's get down to voting and move on..."
Tenya Iida - 6 votes
Momo Yaoyorozu - 5 votes
Vilem Hantei - 2 votes
Izuku Midoriya - 2 votes
Everyone else - 1 or 0 votes
"Well, that was normal." Vilem commented, looking from the end of the class at the results. "What's the next task for today?"
"Next class, our is almost over because of long voting process." Aizawa responded, pointing at the doors. "Now go."
"Hey, Vilem!" Half-Slovak heard, turning around to see Toru waving to him from the nearby cafeteria table.
"Come sit with us." Ojiro added, peeking from behind her.
"Sure." Vilem nodded, walking up to them and sitting in front of Ojiro before taking out his own food set.
"Whoa, that's quite a lot." Tail boy commented, seeing how much he toggled with himself.
"A price to be payed for being your very best." Vilem sighed, taking a sip of his ketchup. "M-m-m, this batch was good."
"You seriously drink it?!" Toru shouted at him. "Why?!"
"It's my mentall illness so I get to choose the coping mechanism." Vilem shrugged her off.
"Mental illness? Coping mechanism? To what?" Ojiro asked him, taking a worried look on the face.
"Paranoia, fear of losing control over my Quirk, asocial tendencies, lack of balanced fighting approach due to Quirk. specification. Many things really." Vilem sighed, biting one banana cookie after another as if he was well-payed for it.
"Oh, that's quite a lot." Ojiro nodded, getting back to his food.
"Kind of weird how much you can do, right?" Toru added, moving her head away from the rice.
"Kind of weird how much you can do, right?" Shigaraki asked, as he saw several pendrives lying on the table.
"They don't even know I could be in there. Teleportation is the best." Scoundrel! Sans responded, drinking mix of ketchup and water at the other end of the bar. "Nice skills out there, Kurogiri. Your drinks are actually good."
"Well, thank you, Sir." Black mist replied, busy polishing the glass cups on the side.
"Now with that out of the way..." Tomura paused, making a sinister smile. "It's time to finish the deal, as agreed."
"But of course." Scoundrel closed his eyes with just a devious facial expression. "Then how about we go over it? I'd like to know my role too..."
"Yeah, my Quirk makes me unfairly stacked in normal combat scenarios." Vilem agreed, swtiching his attention to the water bottle. "Enough to push me into recommendation."
"It does?" Hagakure asked him, stopping to eat her load of white rice. "How and why?"
"As you may know. Me, Momo and Todoroki are the three recommended students that didn't have to go via qualification fight with robots. Only written exam, competetive long race with free use of Quirks and one on one interviews with UA teaching staff." Vilem explained, then looking at confused glare of Ojiro. "Althrought my late arrival did made Principal Nezu to push the school's limitations to get me in long after those exams. An unfair thing but I earned it in his eyes within remaining fields."
"Makes sense, even Mr. Aizawa seems to have a distinct way of treating you." Ojiro nodded.
"Eh?" Toru grunted. "That's unfair!"
"I know, but what can I do tho..." Vilem shook his head. "Nezu is prefering me, while All Might clearly has a thing to Midoriya."
"Hmm, now that I think about it..." Ojiro wondered, while Toru was getting more and more confused. "That is plausible with how their Quirks work."
"Exacly, my point about teachers having their picks still stands." Vilem responded, packing his food. "Now hurry up, the lunch break is ending soon and Aizawa surely hates when someone is late."
"*Yawn* Been a while since I used public transport." Vilem yawned, sitting at the window seat of bus's frontal part nearby Aizawa as his class traveled in their hero costumes (Minus Izuku, poor boy had UA gym outfit after the Bakugo incident) with Ojiro and Toru right behind him as the closer company.
"Wait, you always walk to and from the school?" Toru asked him with suprise.
"Yup, gotta keep myself in shape." Vilem sighed, looking behind at the two. "I'm not Fat Gum, obesity isn't a positive value for me."
"Makes sense." Ojiro nodded. "But to change the subject, I was just wondering about something."
"Tell us!" Hagakure encouraged him.
"Like, what can I do with my tail besides using it as a third fist in close combat." Tail boy responded, grooming his genetically expanded tailbone.
"Use it to wrap things up." Vilem suggested. "Like, you can carry someone within it's grasp, right?"
"I think I can, I'll just have to develop the muscles in it." Ojiro nodded, briefly looking aside at rather silent Aizawa while the rest of the class was in it's usual banter on the mid-section and the rear end of the bus.
"But that's not all." Vilem continued. "You can do the same to villains, their limbs or even held weapons if you train it. Plus, give a carry to civilian that can't walk on his own."
"Never thought of that this way..." Ojiro responded, looking forward throu the bus frontal window and seeing the building of U.S.J.in it's dome shape.
"But now you do, that's what matters." Toru patted him on the back with quick slaps.
"Now, now, stay calm, you." Vilem calmed her down, taking his body to face forward as Aizawa gave him a barely noticible nod. "We are already here."
"Hello everyone! I've been waiting for you." A female tone came out of a walking space suit, as 1-A was greeted by a Pro Hero called Thirteen amongst the gasps from usual group and lack of such from the rest. "I can't wait to show you the insides!" She added, turning around from the entreance doors and leading the group inside the dome.
"Holy...!" Kirishima gasped, as the class walked inside and saw the variable structures inside the place.
"A shipwreck, landslide, city fire, windstorm, et cetera..." Thirteen counted, pointing at some of the contained training grounds. "This training facility was created specifically to prepare aspiring heroes like you to act and help during the various types of disasters. It's called Unforseen Simulation Joint, stortened to U.S.J."
"Wait, wasn't All Might supposed to join us?" One of the students at the end asked. "Or news reporters stalled him again?"
"Not quite, actually." Thirteen responded, to Aizawa's verbal suprise. "Hero work outside of school took too much of his staming and now he needs to rest."
"Reasonable." Vilem nodded. "Everyone has his limits."
"Well, I think we can lead the exercises in just a two of us." Aizawa concluded, walking towards the staird down to the central plaza. "Get moving everyone."
"Excellent." Thirteen nodded with joyful tone. "Now, before we begin, I have some things to say to all of you."
"Yes?" The class asked in response, still loose and varied but way more disciplined than expected by their characters.
"Listen carefully. I know that you know of my Quirk called Black Hole." She began her speech. "It can suck up almost anything and turn it to dust."
"Yeah, you used it to save a lot of people from disasters." Izuku traditionally added his comment. "Haven't you?"
"I did." Thirteen resumed her speech. "But that Quirk could also easily kill you."
"Huh?!" A panicked gasp came from the less suprise-resistant students. Like Izuku, Ochako and Iida to name a few.
"Some of you have a very lethal Quirks." Thirteen explained.
"Oh." Students responded while Vilem just starred down at the floor as if he had a sad realisation.
"In our society, Quirks are legally ceritfies and heavly regulated. But because of that we often overlook just how dangerous they can be when used in a wrong way." She continued. "So please, don't forget that if you lose focus or self-control your powers can turn deadly. Even if you try to do something virtuous like rescue someone." She paused again, seeing that Vilem likely took her words more seriously than others. "Thatnk to Aizawa's test, you know what potential your Quirk has. And with All Might's combat training you have experienced how dangerous your Quirks can be towards other people. With those lessons carried to this class, you will learn today how to use your Quirks to save people's lives. You won't always be using your Quirks to attack others, but to help others in need to. That's what being a Hero is all about!"
"Please, STOP." Vilem thought, barely managing to keep his asocial moodyness out of his outside appearance and mouth.
"Thank you all for listening!" Thirteen ended her speech, earning a small ovation from the students. "Now, let's proceed to the..." She turned around, only too see Aizawa backing down the stairs with a scoff as black portal opened at the middle of the plaza, from which several people and a giant black monstrosity walked in a half-casual, half-combat ready fashion.
"Stay together and don't move!" Aizawa shouted behind himself, preparing his scarf for combat.
"Villan attack..." Vilem commented with his moody face overwhelming the usual calm as his mind partially stopped paying attention to what was happening. "Now let's stay close to the group and get the hell out of here." He thought, as he blandly starred forward while his body just behabed accordingly to Thirteen's following orders.
That is, until he spotted a well-known to him by body proportions skeleton in a dark hoodie with purple elements, standing on top of a highest top inside the mountain zone.
"Fuck... MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" Vilem screamed on the inside, totally oblivious to the black mist making a carnage all around him with al leats a third of his class being separated and moved somewhere else. "Everyone, I'm sorry..." He thought, rising his right arm as black mist around him gained a distinct blue outline. "But he is too much even for All Might." He ended his inner monologue, moving his arm in a way that warp villain was sent flying across the USJ and into a black monster nearby some villain with Grey hands all over him, causing quite a lot of crashing noises and a pile of smoke.
"Wait!" Someone shouted at him, but was stopped as mysterious skeleton teleported right in front of Hantei and swinged his bat at him.

"Sorry guys..." Vilem said, jumping backwards and sending a forward-facing bone from the ground into opponent's jaw, which he broke in half with a clean swing from Vilem's left. "But I can't afford to not care anymore." He ended, creating two smaller gaster blasters on his sides.
"Fine, Quirk. Jeez." Skeleton responded, making two of his own in a same pattern. "Two can play at that game!" He shouted just as both of them unleashed their double beams at eachother, causing a huge explosion on a mid-point.
"Hah." Vilem sighed happly, teleporting forward and smacking villain in the face with quickly summoned short bone. "Try me, Scoundrel." He added, flashing his eyes with small brown flames.
"Sure." Skeleton responded, swinging his bat into a defensive grip as two groups of his sharp, bloody bones appeared on his sides. "But be careful what you wish for."
"Naah." Vilem nodded, using blue magic to send him backwards and down into the plaza, where he hit a face of black muscle mess with solid beak who was about to go forward at Aizawa, stopping him in the process.
"Ah right..." Scoundrel smiled, landing On the grpind with grace as he sent the oreapred boned at Vilem while tekeporting into face of Aizawa and smashing his face on the eye level with his bat. "Now to take off the middle man." He smiled, summoning a big gatser blaster directly milimeters from Aizawa's lying body.
"No!" Vilem shouted as one long bone pierces the blaster, destroying it in the flash of small explosion while he himself jabbed two bones into black creature's eyes, then telepored himself away and used several gaster blasters to send their white beams aimed directly at it's head. "I won't let you!"
"He destroyed Kurogiru and Nomu!" Man with grey hands shouted, seeing that his monster fell onto the floor without it's brain or even a head. "Even the odds!"
"Gotcha." Scoundrel smiled, using blue magic on his own to send Vilem into the stairs as three gaster blasters appeared in second later and blew their charged mouth's insides into him. "Come here, buddy..." He smiled, walking forward at moderate pace while his boss walked to Aizawa who managed to stand back up despite the large eye damage and blood all over them.
"Your kiddo bothered to save you. How cute..." The man spoke up, flicking his fingers as if they were itching.
"What?!" Scoundrel interrupted his not-beginned monologue, as he barely sidestepped several bones sent his way.
"You're mistaken..." Vilem sighed, holding a long bone in front of himself while his eyes had their brown flames exceed past the eye sockets. "I ain't givin' up." He added as twelve gaster blasters appeared behind him.
"Not enough for me." Scoundrel sighed, creating twenty of his own.
"My, my how dra- off!" Grey hand man commented, but was cut short as Aizawa wrapped his scarf around his neck, punched him in the guys and threw away.
"Hah!" Vilem shouted, flicking the fire in his eyes as his gaster blasters fired forward.
"Hmph." Scoundrel scoffed, unleashing his own load of blasts as he teleported forward with his bat in hand. "Got you!" He shouted, smashing Vilem on the back.
"Agh!" 1-A student groaned in pain as another hit followed directly on the neck. "Grr, enough!" He shouted, spinning on the ground like breakdancer as he cut Scoudrel's legs, sending him in the air which was followed by a pile of bones inpaling him and sending his body into a grass at the edge of the plaza.
"Vilem." Aizawa spoke up, visibly and audibly cincernes.
"No thanks, Sir. You can't see shit in a state like that." Vilem responded, using blue magic on him. "But for me tis' but a scratch." He added, sending him away as a small stream of blood came on the right side of his mouth. "And I am finally about to take things seriously."
"Vilem! God damn it no! You aren't certified!" Aizawa shouted, as he and by consequence man with grey hands flew away towards the entreance doors.
"Okay, Scoundrel." Vilem smiled, picking up his bone as he held his apparently bleeding lower chest with the free hand. "You gotta stop leaving now, because I see you aren't here to be just petty."
"Really?" He asked him in response, walking from the bush with his baseball bat and several scratches. "These ones won't even become scars." He added, blinking his right eye to make a bigger red flame while his left one remaines normal.
"Did I stutter?" Vilem asked him with full-black eyes as Scoundrel realised he was impailed with a stack of blue boned and a big gaster blaster above him aimed his mouth at him. "Leave, and never come back... Or face the consequences."
"Uff, glad to see the villains are don... Eeee..." Izuku slowed down his tone as he, Tsu and Mineta stopped at the side of the water pool to observe how Vilem had a stand off with a living skeleton. "Who is that?"
"I don't know." Tsuyu added. "But I have a feeling they know eachother."
"Why so sure?" Mineta asked her.
"Listen here, bud. Because I'm not gonna ask twice." Vilem spoke up, looking forward at the last remaining villain in the plaza. "I can't arrest you, so I can let you run away and never return. But if you attack instead..." He paused, making his eyes black again. "I'm gonna make sure I'll enjoy every moment of turning you into a dust." He added, as at least a hundered gaster blasters appear all around the enemy. "Because I can't afford to not care anymore."
"... A Hero you're turning out to be." Skeleton shaked his head as Kurogiri appeared behind him. "Fine, you and your teach wrecked most of us anyway." He added as he backed down into a black mist.
"I must admit, your Quirk is very strong." Kurogiri spoke up, as Scoundrel disappeared completley inside of him. "But be sure we won't forget that."
"Fair." Vilem nodded just as the entreance doors were bursted out by return of Iida and multiple UA employed Hero with All Might on the lead.
"Now apologies, but we need to go." Kurogiri concluded, disappearing before anyone else could react to stop him.
"Young Vilem! Are you alright?" All Might shouted, rushing forward to inspect him.
"You should ask Mister Aizawa and Miss Thirteen about that. If not for us deliberately ignoring them we would all die." Student smiled, turning around to show him his damaged state. "Also..." He added, pointing aside at the lying corpse of a black, headless monster. "These guys were specifically oriented for you to come here."
"A bold claim I must say, but I like your reason." No. 1 Hero said, taking him by the shoudler. "But now you need to take a rest. I can see the blood on your mouth.
"Fair enough." Vilem nodded, willingly walking away towards Iida who decided to go forward to help him walk. "The adrelanyne goes down and I did enough for today..."
