In the vast region of Militrent, a Pokémon region filled with militaristic history, an introduction was made by the General Fefnir or Admiral Levia (depending on the version of game) which they informs the Pokémon Recruit (the boy or girl) of the mysterious Pokemon of Militrent and the history behind the war between their open-worldly region of Militrent and the genocidal campaigning group known as the Imperials via black and white picture theater.
After the introduction, the Pokémon Recruit wakes up to the alarm telling him/her of the time to speak with the Mom after getting into the uniform so he/she (the Pokemon Recruit) can get ready to head for the Dragos Base/Manta Base at Neo Berlon but before then, General Fefnir/Admiral Levia knocks on the door and said, "may I come in."
The mom said, "It's the General/Admiral, what he/she doing here so soon."
The mom answered the door and the General/Admiral said, "may we come in, don't mind the guards, they're with me at all times."
"Sure, a promising veteran of the Great Pokémon War is welcomed in our home," said the mom.
"You must be (the name of the Pokémon Recruit), correct," said General Fefnir/Admiral Levia.
The Pokémon Recruit replied with a yes.
"Excellent," said the General/Admiral, "we'll be reporting to your Neighbor's home so you can pick out your first Pokémon."
"Whoa," said the Mom, "being the recruit and getting your first Pokémon must be exciting, my son is actually being part of the military."
"Please, don't embarrass me or your son, it's natural to send your son off on his first time to the military," said the General/Admiral.
