Before I get to answering reviews, there is something that I want to say. I recently got a review that got to me. It didn't make me sad or lose motivation, but it bugged me to a point that I really want to clarify something.

This review was for another one of my Naruto crossover fics: "An Offer". A MHA X Naruto fic.

Why are Jiraiya, Hiruzen, and Haku, and Zabuza still alive? Have you even watched the show I mean depending on when this takes place Jiraiya may still be alive but what about the other three? I mean also since when is Sasuke good? Since when are Ino and Hinata besties? Since when can Naruto shape shift? This story has wayyy too many holes. I would like this if it weren't so far from the anime or manga. I mean it's a good idea but c'mon without their deaths, Naruto wouldn't've learned all those life lessons. Next thing I bet you would be saying that Minato and Kushina are still alive. Not to be rude, but this kind makes me think 'what the heck!?'. Seriously come on.

The main part about this review that got to me was that this person does not seem to understand that Fanfiction is where the writer of the story has creative freedom to do with what their story has in it. The fic is an AU spinoff of my first ever fanfiction "A fox in the leaf" I do that because it is a Naruto of my building so I'm more comfortable with what he does. In the story, many of the events change since Naruto is more powerful and more mature, not to mention that because of it, the characters are still alive.

Also, the fic is a crossover. You can't expect it to stick to canon when it has already deviated so far from canon that it is impossible to expect the same events to happen the way they did in the show.

I did watch the show, I rewatched a good portion of the show, I do research in order to make sure I get some details right and can alter other details to have them fit with my changes without being so radically different. Sometimes I get things wrong and I don't mind people telling me that I did so I can fix it. I do my best. Yes, I do take liberties and alter some aspects of something so the story can work but as the author of the fic, I can do that.

I can make Naruto wear a Tutu and prance around the village. That doesn't make it canon but I can do it if I want. (Ps I will not be doing that to Naruto because I already had him do that to someone as a prank)

Also, if he doesn't want it to go so far from the show, he should just watch the show

Sorry for all that, but that review really got to me, and since this is yet another Naruto crossover I don't want people saying it is way off-canon. Crossovers tend to do that.

PLEASE NOTE, you are allowed to voice your opinion. If you don't like the fic or a chapter, I don't mind you saying it and just dropping it. But flaming or rudely insulting me as this guy did without even realizing that he doesn't even understand the concept of fanfiction (sorry, I'll stop). Please just be polite

This chapter is more like chapter 1.5 rather than 2 but since it is the second chapter overall….. Just a heads up

Chapter 2: Before answering the call

~Konoha, before the summoning~

Naruto was sitting in his apartment with his arms crossed as he glared at the wall. At the moment, he was angry at what the Hokage, Jiraiya, and Kakashi had told him he should do.

Or rather what he shouldn't do.

He let out a growling groan as he did his best not to let out his chakra in a fit of frustration. "I get that they want to keep me out of the hands of the Akatsuki, but did they really have to keep me in the village till 'further notice.'" He said the last part in a whining mocking voice that almost sounded like it was Tsunade. He let out a long sigh as he stood up. "I mean, I was able to set up all the damn bijuu extraction prevention seals on all the other Jinchuriki, why can't they trust me to be out on my own? Even after we tested it out and showed that it is impossible to extract the bijuu from their jinchuriki unless they want to."

"Because you became their biggest target since they couldn't get any further in their goal."

Naruto let out a sigh from his nose as he knew that already.

Kurama was another one that told him he should avoid going out of the village since the whole of the Akatsuki were after his head.

The reason they are after Naruto now more than any other Jinhuriki was that during the three-year training trip he went on with Jiraiya, they went around the Elemental Nations finding the other Jinchruiki in order to not only warn them but to add a secondary layer of protection so that the Akatsuki won't be able to get their hands on the bijuu. This task itself was problematic on so many levels that he and Jiraiya nearly lost their lives or started a war between the other villages and Konoha. Through stubborn arguing and a lot of sheer luck, they were able to place the seals under the supervision of soooooo many shinobi that were ready to end them if they see anything that seemed suspicious.

They had the easiest time in Suna and Kiri.

For Suna, it was because Gaara trusted him and knew that Naruto had no ill will towards the village. Though, when Naruto and Jiraiya were setting up the seal, they got into several arguments, some of them were with the sealing team of Suna. The two Konoha shinobi kept questioning them at how they could set up such a flimsy seal that barely, barely! Held any of the bijuu back. When they were told that it was by order of the previous Kazekage, they nearly lost it. It was the equivalent of having a paper bomb the size of the Hokage monument in the middle of the village and practicing fire jutsu a few feet away from it. No matter how the Suna sealing team tried to defend themselves, Jiraiya and Naruto chose to ignore their excuses as they thought the previous Kazekage was nothing more than a fool for trying to make a weapon when he should have tried to make a loyal soldier and son.

Temari was grateful to them for what they said while Kankuro was close to passing out from laughter.

Then there was the argument between Kurama and Shukaku. Or rather the beatdown Kurama gave Shukaku in the temporarily merged mindscapes. Shukaku could barely reform herself from the sand since Kurama's fist would destroy her head and bursting it into sand every time it formed and she tried to open her mouth.

Kurama was not happy with how she nearly drove Gaara to insanity by calling herself his mother and causing him to never sleep and do horrendous acts. The reason he was furious about it was that it was insulting to their father and offended how Kurama raised Naruto.

Naruto and Kurama met very early in Naruto's life and Kurama put it upon himself to raise the boy as best he could. Their relationship had stayed strong ever since and Kurama saved Naruto's life more times than he would have liked and even had to use a good amount of his power to save the boy after a major injury.

After all of the aguing, they finished the seal and the next thing that happened nearly caused all the Suna nin in the room t shriek in fear.

Gaara fell asleep.

They all waited for something to happen but when all they heard was snoring, they could not believe it.

The two spent a few more days in the village before they left, but not before leaving a sealing array and special tag that would warn whoever had them, know if Gaara was in trouble and someone was trying to remove Shukaku from him.

Temari could not thank Naruto enough for giving her brother something that he had been missing for so long.

The next village they went to was Kiri. This was another easy one since the Mizukage, Mei Terumi had an advisor that put in a good word for them.

Zabuza.

The man told the Mizukage how it was thanks to Naruto that they had the money they needed to win the civil war since it was thanks to Naruto saying that Gato's money was up for grabs. Zabuza took a good amount but left a lot of it for the villagers since they needed it as well. All on the suggestion of Haku as she felt that they also had people they wanted to protect

For the jinchuriki, it was difficult for odd reasons. The first one was easy since he was imprisoned deep underground and as many chakra suppression seals as they could get their hands on. They didn't have many seal users but the ones they had did their best in making the seals and slapped them on the guy.

Naruto and Jiraiya were able to place the seal they had on him and noticed that once they did, the guy seemed to snap out of something. It was like he was in a trance and just got out of it.

Naruto set up a meeting between their bijuu and Isobu told Kurama that his jinchuriki was under a powerful genjutsu. One that was so strong that it lasted for years and nearly suppressed Isobu from using his power himself but instead giving Yagura, who was under someone else's control, the reigns of Isobu's power.

When this was relayed to Mei Terumi, she became very skeptical about the whole thing but Yagura said that he had little to no recollection of what he did during his time under the control and would do whatever he would need to in order to regain the trust of the others. She decided that he would remain imprisoned till they could come up with somthing that they could decide, and he agreed.

The second jinchuriki was another issue, mainly because they had to find him. Utataka was a wanderer and didn't really stay anywhere. Naruto and Jiraya had spent two months trying to find him since because of the civil war, no one kept track of where the man was, and at the moment, their resources were scarce. But after searching, with Haku tagging along, they found him. Haku handed over a scroll, telling Utataka that he was now able to return to the village and that the two Konoha nin were there to place a secondary protection seal. After returning to the village, they placed the seal on him with no other issues.

The next village was slightly harder.

When they got to Kumo, they were immediately surrounded by the village's shinobi and taken into custody. Since they weren't there to fight, they went willingly so they could talk to their Kage. When they finally met, with a set of bars between them, they made their case to the muscular man, who almost immediately set up their execution.

Jiraiya gave Naruto an "I told you so" look when they heard the decision, to which Naruto responded by sticking his tongue out. The second a group of their shinobi opened the cell to take them away, the two Konoha shinobi disappeared in a flash of orange light.

A ordered for them to be found as they might be running around the village, while in his head, he could not believe that he witnessed the same jutsu that caused so much trouble for him and his brother. It was to his shock that his shinobi told him that they were sitting outside the village gates. In an attempt to capture them again, he sent a squad after them, only to find out they were shadow clones. For the whole day, they kept finding shadow clones, just sitting in random spots outside of the village limits. It began to infuriate the man as his forces were being sent in random spots and all they would say before being captured is "we want to talk" before going up in smoke.

It was after the sun went down that he finally decided to listen to what they had to say but he almost lost his temper again when they told him what they wanted to do with his village's jinchuriki.

Naruto listened to the man go off on a rant about never letting them near his jinchuriki as it was most likely a way for them to take their most powerful soldiers away. Naruto countered his distrust with the Hyuga event, with how Kumo attempted to kidnap Hinata Hyuga during "treaty negotiations" and when they were caught, they called for blood by asking for the Hyuga clan leader's head. A clear attempt at getting the Byakugan again after their first plan failed and a despicable show of greed.

A actually froze at that as he could not wipe away such an underhanded act his predecessor did in order to gain a kekkei genkai. He understood the need to gain more strength in order to keep the village safe but he also understood the importance of treaties and he would not risk war if he was able to avoid it. Not to mention that his village was one of the only ones that have "perfect Jinchurikis". His village had powerful and loyal soldiers so he was in no hurry to gain more than the village needed. For now.

Naruto saw that he had an opening and would like to at least talk to the Jinchuruki to see if they would accept the protection seal.

It was to their fortune that Killer Bee came into the meeting as he heard all of it. Killer Bee already knew that Naruto was the Jinchuirki of the nine tails since Gyuki told him. Fist bumping with the boy, Kurama and Gyuki began to discuss things about the importance of the seal and what the Akatsuki might be really after.

After that discussion, Killer Bee told his brother that Naruto was trustworthy and that they speak the truth about adding a protection seal on them.

A sat there for a few minutes in thought before agreeing to it, but that he would be supervising to kill them if they tried anything to his brother.

Naruto and Jiraiya went about placing the seal right then and there, but it was a little unnerving with A standing over their shoulders with his lightning armor sparking around them.

Once that was done, Naruto gave A the sealing array and seal tag that would tell him if Bee was ever in trouble, which the man put in his jacket immediately.

The Konoha shinobi had to wait a week in Kumo as Yugito was out on a mission at the time. When she returned, Bee and A told her about the protection seal and went along with it since it was an order from her Kage and she had reassurance from her fellow Jinchuriki and her bijuu: Matatabi.

Naruto though had to be the one to put it on since Jiraiya had to be sent away when he tried to get Yugito to remove most of her clothing to put the seal on. Naruto was able to place the seal on her back without much trouble since she had a backless shirt.

Once everything was set, they left, with A surprisingly saying he will go to Konoha for "real" negotiation talks as Naruto just gave them a way to protect their dearest jinchuriki.

The next village was Taki.

This one was also easy since Jiraiya had a good rapport with them. The leader of the village set up a meeting between Fuu and them.

The thing that was different with this one was that Fuu wanted to talk with Naruto while Kurama and Chomei decided to catch up, even if there wasn't much to talk about since they were sealed inside others.

Naruto and Fuu became good friends after a couple of hours of talking in which they talked about their lives.

After Naruto placed the seal on Fuu, he and Jiraiya stayed for a few more days to restock on supplies.

Fuu didn't want them to leave so soon but the leader said that when they can, they can visit them in Konoha, which Fuu was happy about.

The last village was the most difficult.

Iwa attacked almost immediately when they came into view. They attempted the shadow clone tactic but it became painfully clear that it was not going to work since each of the clones were killed before they could even open their mouths. In the end, Naruto and Jiraiya had to fight off the shinobi using everything they had but made sure not to kill them since they were on another level. Jiraiya using Sage mode while Naruto used a good amount of his demonic chakra.

It was when Onoki came out that things got even harder. Onoki immediately knew who Naruto's father was and went all out against the two.

Naruto and Jiraiya had to go even further in order to survive since they weren't really fighting back, they were trying to tire him out so they could talk. With the village aiding their leader in attacking the two, the battle lasted close to two full days till they finally stopped and Onoki chose to listen to what they had to say. Though, even when he heard what they said, he denied them access to their jinchuriki.

Jiraiya brought up the fact that Onoki didn't even have the jinchuriki in his village as the old man kept them away from others while still under watch at all times.

Once Naruto heard this, he told Onoki he would go meet them himself if the old man was just going to deny them because of a grudge the old man had against the boy's father. Naruto said to the old man's face. "If you are going to blame my dad for beating you in a fight you started, maybe you should send more soldiers to their death for a grudge you have against someone who was defending his home from your attack. It's not my dad's fault that you lost soldiers. It's yours for starting a war when you didn't need to."

Despite how the old man told Naruto he didn't understand the ways of the world, Naruto chose to ignore him as he wasn't here to start a war against Iwa, he was here to protect the Jinchuriki and bijuu from something that could very well destroy everything in the world. They left to find the jinchuriki with or without Onoki's permission.

Onoki ordered Kurotsuchi and a squad to follow them and protect the Jinchuriki.

It took a good while till they found one of the jinchuriki, Han. Jiraiya was a bit nervous about this meeting since the last time he had met the man, it was a very close fight that he was barely able to get away from, and that was with the help of Tsunade and Orochimaru.

Han, though, decided to listen to them as he was amused seeing Naruto wave at him, in an almost childish manner. It took a good amount of persuasion till an agreement was come to. Han even told Kurotsuchi that he was going along with it as he trusted the kid more than he trusted Onoki. He even fought them in order to prove a point.

Once the seal was placed, Naruto decided to tell Han about the alert seals that came with it but he was not going to give it to Onoki. With how the old man treated his jinchuriki, it was better that someone that would come to help, get the seal.

Han immediately told them that Roshi, the next jinchuriki would be the best one and he led them to the man.

Roshi was a stubborn man that didn't like the idea of having another seal placed on him but Han was able to help in the talks and he agreed.

This led to another interesting event. Han and Roshi meeting their bijuu and the men seeing that the beasts weren't the destructive beasts they first thought they were.

Han was the first to actually talk with his beast while Roshi was stubbornly trying to prove that he wasn't wrong about the beast.

Naruto though saw that the man was just being a big baby that didn't want to say he was wrong.

When the whole thing was over, the two jinchurikis gave their thanks to the boy and took the alert seals for the other.

Kurutsuchi did attack the two Konoha shinobi when it was all done as she wasn't sure what they did, yet they were given a head start by the men and the two were able to get away.

Not only were they out setting up the protection seals on the Jinchurikis, but Jiraiya was training Naruto in his arts and the two were able to improve by pushing each other further than they thought they could go.

When they got back to the village, they got word from their informant, Itachi, that Naruto has become their biggest target now since they had gotten their hands on Yugito while she was on a mission but they could not pull anything from the woman. They continued to do so, not knowing about the tracking seal she had on her so after an hour or so, A and a squad of his best crashed the attempt and battled the physical members there. They were able to find out that Naruto was the one to put the seal on the others and figured that if they wanted to get the rest, they need him to not only remove the seal, but they could get the Kyuubi as well.

So now, Tsunade and Jiraiya wanted to keep him in a safe place so…. He was grounded.

Naruto figured that staying in his apartment was not doing him any favors so he decided that he should get some fresh air and stretch out his legs.

He left his apartment and made it to the streets and stretched his arms in the air. "Ok, I think I should at least be comfortable while I'm stuck here." Once his arms felt loosened, he dropped to all fours before he began to grow in size, his teeth began to sharpen as his mouth began to jut forward, fur began to appear on his body as his clothing began to stretch with his size increase,

Once he reached a certain size, his clothes went into a puff of smoke so that they wouldn't shred, the smoke covered up his human anatomy till he accelerated the change and soon he was now a fox twice the size of Akamaru, and his eight tails waved behind him.

He was now a large 8-tailed fox that had his original eye color but with slitted eyes. He was almost a spitting image of the Kyuubi but there were some slight physical differences and the main thing that separated him from Kurama was that he had a black streak that went from the black that surrounded his eyes, moved up to the top of his neck and down his spine to the tip of one of his tails.

Once he was finished, he shook himself before he began to walk through the village.

During an event that happened very early in his life, Kurama used almost all of his power to save Naruto from a very fatal injury. Problem was that the rush of power into Naruto's body, it caused the chakra coils to increase to the point that it took a majority of his body, which was destroying his body. Thankfully, the chakra grabbed onto Naruto's consciousness, and then Naruto's body could no longer hold it and was destroyed, leaving Naruto as a new bijuu. This event caused such a stir for Hiruzen Sarutobi as they tried to figure out how the hell this happened and if there was a way to fix it. After a bit of arguing with Jiraiya, they could come up with nothing and Naruto figured that it wasn't that bad since he was still him.

One thing they had to do first was to find a way to get his human form back though, and at the start, they used a henge. Yet after some thought and a good amount of training, Naruto was able to shift his body to look like he would normally. Since he was now a bijuu, chakra with consciousness, it was a lot of chakra control and manipulation training to be able to shift between forms. Though he could still use a henge if he isn't in the mood for shifting back and forth the long way.

It took some time for the villagers to get over their fear but eventually, they just got used to seeing a multi-tailed fox walking through the village and despite the occasional attacks, the rest seemed to just accept it. Especially the younger generation.

Naruto looked around and just decided to walk around the village till something happened that would grab his attention.

"So, let me get this straight. You want to make yourself appealing to the male you have your eyes on but you aren't sure how the hell you can get his attention?" Was Naruto's question as he raised an eyebrow.

"..."

"I sorta get that you said it was best to do it around this time but are you even sure that he is interested at all?"

" *whine*"

"...did you ask your partner about this?"

"..."

"...want me to go and bring the male over here?" seeing a shy nod, Naruto smiled. "Ok." He got up from his sitting position and made his way toward the Inuzuka compound. "Why couldn't you ask Kiba to do this, Akamari?"

Laying her head on the ground and covering her face with her paws was Akamari, ninken partner of Kiba Inuzuka. "Are you really saying I should ask him for advice about this?! Have you met him?"

Naruto paused for a minute before he let out a chuckle. "True, but he does have a girlfriend now."

"And I still don't understand how your cousin could even fall for him. I know he's my partner but I also know how he is."

Naruto nodded. "Hey, Kiba might have his problems but Karin seems to handle him." He moved into the Inuzuka compound in order to look for the one Akamari was interested in.

Said canine got up and began to pace back and forth as she was nervous about this and didn't know what to say when he got there. She was so deep in thought that she didn't realize Naruto was already back with a large black canine that had a gray diamond on his forehead.

"Hey, we're here."

Akamari yelped in shock as she didn't realize they were so close and turned around to come face to face with the black dog: Shinju. Her fur seemed to change color to red and her tail wagged back and forth without her say-so.

Shinju tilted his head as he was unsure what was wrong with Akamari but he was happy to see her. Something he kept from the others in the compound was that he also had a crush on her but he wasn't sure if he was worthy of courting the clan heirs partner. His tail began to wag as well but his voice was stuck in his throat and he also began to feel nervous.

Naruto sat to the side of the two and looked back and forth between the two as they just stood there gaining different shades of red. He could tell that the two began to sweat as their tongues came out and began to….. Salivate. He sat there for another three minutes as it was starting to feel awkward and he didn't want to be around these two as he started to feel out of place…. And they were making a puddle of spit on the ground. He nervously chuckled and began to leave. "I'm just gonna….. Go." he left the two where they were to get away from the situation. Once he was a good distance away, he looked back to see that the two were now talking to each other and after a few seconds, they began to nuzzle each other with hearts floating out of their heads. He raised an eyebrow at them before leaving. "Huh, I guess they got together.

One thing about Naruto was that he was good at helping others get together. It isn't really that he had any experience with it, it's just that with his blunt attitude, he pushed a pair to get together almost bypassing the awkward "does he/she like me" phase and straight into dating. Even if he did it unintentionally.

Though, he had no experience with that, even if he did make a couple of girls gain a crush on him. Ones he didn't know about since the girls never acted on it.

Naruto continued to walk through the village as he thought about what else he should do. Feeling restless, he decided to head over to the training ground to let of some steam and get some training done.

On the way, he ran into the other rookies.

Sakura and Ino were on a date. The two got together while Naruto was on his trip. Turned out that Sakura only got into liking Sasuke in a way to get Ino attention. It just got out of hand and became a rivalry. Once Naruto was on his trip and Sasuke was on his mission to infiltrate Orochimaru's group, Sakura finally told Ino the truth. It took almost a year of internal conflict before Ino decided to at least try and in the end, Ino would not deny that she was far happier now than she was before.

Karin was dragging Kiba somewhere since he apparently did something to piss her off and he was being taken away to get punished. Karin joined Konoha after the chunin exams when Team 8 saved her from a bear attack where her team was killed. Since she didn't want to go back to her village, she chose to abandon her "home" and set up a place in Konoha. It was while she was here that she and Naruto found out they were distant cousins, but since the Uzumaki clan was close to extinction, they just referred to each other as cousins without the "distant" or "removed" to avoid unneeded padding. She and Kiba also began to start dating while Naruto was away when she came over to the compound to play with Akamari and the two just hit it off.

Naruto then ran into Shino and Hinata, or rather, he saw them from the distance as Shino was having butterflies fly around them as a way to make Hinata smile. Naruto let them be as it was clear that the moment was theirs.

Shikamaru was just laying in the park taking a nap, while Choji was munching on a bag of chips next to him. Naruto didn't know how Shikamaru could sleep with all that crunching but he guessed the Nara was just used to it since the two were best friends.

He arrived at a training ground and was glad to see that it wasn't in use at the moment. With a bit of focus, he was able to make a shadow clone. He was able to make a couple of clones without the use of hand signs but it was limited to about twenty maximum. He can make thousands with the hand sign but since he is only going to do some slight training, he didn't need that much. "Ok, let's work on beast-man evasion, as Pervey sage calls it. Ready?"

The clone nodded before using the henge to be in his human form. "Ready, boss."

Naruto nodded before he moved to stand in front of the clone. The two stared at each other for a second before Naruto lunged at the clone and brought down a claw.

The clone jumped out of the way to avoid the attack and saw the claw shatter the ground it hit. Flipping back in the air, he landed on a branch before jumping away to avoid the follow-up that destroyed the branch. He jumped from branch to branch before dropping to the ground to get more footing.

Naruto clung to the side of the tree before jumping down to the clone with his mouth open and chomped down at the clone. The clone jumped out of the way and Naruto crunched down on the ground and he had to spit out the rocks he had. Naruto then felt a fist hit the side of his head and he stumbled from the hit. Turning back, he opened his maw again and tried to bite down on the clone.

The clone brought his hand up and gripped both the upper and lower jaw open to avoid the bite.

Naruto pushed forward as the clone held his mouth open and the clone,s feet left trenches in the ground as he was pushed back.

The clone used his strength to throw Naruto into a tree before he brought his hand up and created a Rasengan before thrusting it at Naruto.

Due to Naruto's size and the impact with the tree, he couldn't avoid the jutsu. He was pushed through the tree but he swung his tail and gripped the clone's arm and brought the clone with him along the flight through several trees. Naruto brought his claws into the ground and swung his tail to throw the clone further into the forest.

The clone was able to right himself before hitting the tree and landed on its side. He looked up and yelped as he had to jump out of the way of the tail attack. He had to start jumping around as all eight of the tails were smashing through the trees.

Naruto was glad that the lone was able to keep going. The purpose of the clone doing this was because the purpose of this training was to have the clone last as long as it could. Since Shadow clones barely lasted a single hit, if the clone can stick around as long as it could through defending, then Naruto would learn how to better defend himself. Even if he is going easy on the clone, it will still help as he slowly makes it harder.

A couple of hours went by as Narut continued to train like this. Though he went through a few clones as they were hit eventually, every time he made another clone, it lasted longer.

Though a problem started to show itself.

"NARUTO!"

Naruto and his clone rolled into a clearing with the clone gripping his mouth shut while he had a tail wrapped around the clone's torso. The two of them looked up to see a very angry Tsunade. The clone knew that they were in trouble before dispelling and leaving Naruto on his own. 'Coward.' Getting up, he looked at the Hokage with a tilt of his head. "What's up, Baa-chan?"

Was it wise for him to try and pis her off when she was already angry? No. But Naruto was still a little bitter towards her for saying he wasn't allowed to leave the village.

Tsunade didn't like keeping Naruto in the village as if it was his prison, but since every member of the Akatsuki was after him, it was too dangerous for him to be out there without any sort of backup. Hell, it was dangerous for him to stay here since they would still try and get in to get him.

But right now.

"What the hell did you do this the training ground!"

Naruto tilted his head before looking around. It was then that he realized that the forest training ground he was in had been flattened with the trees being shattered, or just… missing. He was so focused on training with his clone that he didn't realize he destroyed the whole training ground. He looked back at the woman and sheepishly chuckled. "Oops."

The vein on her forehead was pulsing so hard that it almost looked like it would burst. She was so close to pummeling the boy/bijuu into the ground but with all the loud shockwaves and crashes that could be heard from the streets, she didn't need to add to them. She took a few deep breaths to calm herself but her anger did not fully subside. "Naruto, I get that you aren't happy about the situation but you can't just destroy the training ground!"

Naruto grumbled at the way she was getting on his case. He knew that was being a bit unruly but he was frustrated. "Sorry about that."

Tsunade rubbed her temples as she was getting a headache from this. "Look I know this isn't ideal for you and I don't like it either. But please, try not to take it out on the fields. The teams that have to fix it up will be sending complaints about it if they have to fix more than this." it was then that a thought came to mind. Sure he wouldn't be able to do missions outside of the village but doing some low D-rank missions should be good enough. "Though, I can give you a mission to fix this up."

Naruto looked around and knew that she was trying to mull him over with some D-Rank missions. Which were basically chores for the village. His mind immediately went to his horrible time doing them when he was younger and brought his arms up in an X formation. "No way."

"Well, you were the one to do all this! If you're going to cause damage, you might as well fix it!"

Naruto then thought about what he could do to avoid this, and not get in more trouble. A lightbulb went off over his head as he remembered something that Pervy sage taught him. He gave a toothy smirk to the woman and said. "I have a good way of me getting out of the village, training without causing problems here, and still be safe."

Before Tsuande could ask, she saw him go through a set of four hand signs, which she immediately recognized. "Naruto, wait!"

Naruto slammed his hand on the ground and immediately, the fox disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Tsunade's vein popped as she knew he had just used the reverse summoning to head over to Mount Myoboku. There was only one person that would have taught Naruto that. "JIRAAAAAIYAAAAAAA!"

Naruto appeared in one of the Toad summon's realm forests. He knew that when he got back, Tsunade would attempt to kill him with her fists but right now, he had no shame. Looking around, he found his bearings and saw that he was in one of the deeper forests. "I know I should head over to Ma and Pa's place to let them know I'm here but a little more training shouldn't hurt." this time, he summoned another clone but to stay in his fox form so it would be fox vs fox. The two glared at each other for a good minute and both were about to attack till…

"Uh, boss? Why are you glowing?"

Naruto looked down at himself to see that his whole body was starting to glow with a bright white light. "What the hell?!"

Kurama woke up from his nap and could tell that something was up with Naruto. "What's going on, kit?"

'I don't know.'

"Spirits of magic, I call upon you to grant me one that is suited for me….."

Naruto heard an unfamiliar voice and looked around to see where it was coming from. "Who's there?" His body glowed even brighter till it was almost blinding

"...One that will be my companion through the trials that I may face."

Before Naruto could say anything else, he vanished from his spot, leaving the clone all alone.

"What the hell?!"

Naruto felt his sense go haywire for a second before he lowered himself into a stance ready for an attack. He didn't know what happened but he was not going to let his guard down. He realized he was in a puff of smoke so he focused his sense to find that he was surrounded by a group of people but his focus was on the closest one to him. He could barely see who it was but with a bit of chakra focused on his eyes, he was able to get a slightly clearer view of the person. He could tell the person was a woman but that was all. His sense then told him that there were five hostels heading his way and he launched his tails to catch them. Choosing to intimidate the people around him he let out a hissing growl before swimming his free tails to blow away the smoke. He got a better look at the one standing right in front of him and channeled chakra into his voice so that it would gain a booming voice. Something Kurama taught him to do.

"Who are you and where am I?"

HOLY SITH SPIT, already 202 follows and 146 favs. I don't know what I did right with the first chapter but hopefully, I can keep up what I did :)

This chapter was just to show what Naruto was doing just before he was summoned. Please know that Konoha will have no real place in this story, but I can't just say it doesn't exist and keep going.

Most of this was made up on the spot and was a way to show that this is not canon Naruto.

Yeah, I changed the gender of a couple of characters but I did it more for fun as it won't hold any importance for the story

I also wanted to clear up some of the things that you guys thought of. So Naruto isn't fused with Kurama. Kurama is still very much his own being and maybe I will have a flashback as to what happened to cause Naruto to be such a thing in more detail. It is also the reason Naruto has only 8 tails instead of 9. This also shows a bit of Naruto's power set but not his full power.

This chapter shows that there will be few issues about him staying in Tristain. I know that a lot of crossover fics have it where it is after the shinobi war and all that but I just don't feel like going that route. So instead I had it where it is just close to when Naruto came back to the village. Gives naruto a bit of immaturity and the ability to grow. Though, this Naruto is a bit more mature than the original.

The next chapter will progress the story in the land of Tristain.

Not much really to say about this chapter. Naruto's powers, what he was doing, and some clarity on his situation.
