Luz looked out from the balcony of her home on the boiling isles and saw the beautiful winter night sky. Her Palismsn string bean and her fiancé's Palisman, ghost slept at the foot of her bed, she could hear the two magical creatures snoring.

"You know if you stay out here all night you're gonna get sick," Amity said as she walked out onto the balcony and wrapped her arms around her soon-to-be wife.

Amity kissed Luz on the cheek as she looked up at the beautiful night sky.

"To think in just a few hours we're going to be married," Amity said.

Luz could hear the slight trace of nervousness in her fiancé's voice. She could understand why though, in 24 hours, the two would have to go through two separate weddings, one in the Human world and the next here on the boiling isles.

Luz's mom had wanted a small yet beautiful wedding to take place in the same church her daughter had been baptized in and surprisingly by the same priest who Luz thought was a miracle. The old man was still alive. Then after they would have an Evan smaller wedding just for them, their friends, and former classmates.

Amity noticed luz looking down with a crestfallen look on her face.

"What's wrong?" Amity asked.

"Ya know when I thought I'd get married I always thought about having a crazy wedding with trashy Vegas magic, and crazy football mascots and the wedding would, of course, be officiated by The Good Witch Azura impersonator but the one regular wedding thing I always wanted was for my dad to walk me down the aisle. I just wish he could have been here to see me married.

Amity didn't know what to say, while her father had been pretty absent-minded throughout her younger years, he had still at least been there, and he would be there to walk her down the aisle. Nothing she could say would help in this simulation so she did something that would. She pulled Luz's face towards hers and smiled.

The two looked at each other for what seemed like hours before they embraced each other again.

"I know if he were here, he'd be so proud to see you and would happily give you away."

Luz nodded before looking up at the night sky, one last time. She saw a shooting star falling through the sky. When she was younger her mother had told her that whenever she saw a shooting star that meant that her father was looking down on her from heaven and that it was his special way to show his daughter that he was always with her.

Luz paced outside the church. She was so nervous. She shouldn't be feeling nervous, she should be feeling happy but instead, she was feeling-

Luz's socks were interrupted in the front door to the church opened and Her maid of honor, Willow looked out at her.

"Ah Luz, you ok?"

"No, I feel like I'm gonna vomit any moment. How is everyone in there?"

"Gus is keeping everyone distracted, he's been watching a lot of stand-up comedy tick videos and is now trying out his act…it's not great. Everyone would love to feel the bride."

Luz took a deep breath and then faced her best friend.

"Ya let's do this!" Luz said while trying to seem enthusiastic instead of nervous.

Willow stopped her.

"Luz, you can't get married without someone to give you away but not to worry, I know someone who would happily fill the role."

"I'm ready." A voice Evan more stressed sounding than Luz's said.

Luz turned around and saw happily her brother, Hunter dressed in an I'll fight the suit.

Camila noticed walked up from behind Hunter with Vee walking close behind.

"It was your father's suit, doesn't he look handsome in it?" Camila asked as she punched her adopted son's cheek.

Luz tried her hardest to suppress laughter.

"Ya, he looks great."

Hunter looked mildly annoyed but then took a breath and put out his arm for her to take.

"Shall we?"

Luz stopped giggling and looked heartfelt at her adopted brother before she took his arm and the two walked into the church.

Luz saw all her family as well as several of her friends from the boiling isles as well as her classmates from Hexside.

King and Eda were watching from the front row. King noticed how itchy and uncomfortable Eda looked.

"Ugh, you ok, Eda?" King asked.

"Ya..let's just hope this wedding raps up soon, me and churches don't mix."

King then noticed a small flam begging to bun atop Eda's hair.

"Do you smell something burning?"

King looked away.

"Ugh, nope."

Hunter led Luz up to where Amity and the priest were waiting. Hunter then took a seat next to Camila and vee.

The elderly priest opened the Bible, then looked at the two women.

" dearly beloved, we are gathered here to join Luz and Amity in holy matrimony, is there anyone here, who wishes to object to this Union?"

boscha who was the way in the back was about to put up her arm an object, but One of Amity's abominations took a step toward her and brought its fists together in a threatening manner. This made boscha sit back down.

"Then by the power invested in me, I now pronounce you, wife and wife, you each may now kiss your bride. Amity and Luz then embraced themselves and lovingly kissed each other.

Luz decided to cut away from the party as Hooty and king sang a karaoke duet. Oh, we didn't start the fire.

sky. She was so happy that everything had gone perfectly with both weddings. Her brother had walked her down the aisle twice and besides Eda's hair catching fire at the church, everything had gone just perfect, Amity had Evan surprise her by hiring Two NFL mascots to do the Cancan after they were married the second time. This afternoon reminds her a lot of when she first came here to this world. She wondered what would have happened if she had never come here by accident but then she decided not to and to instead just enjoy this beautiful evening with all the people she loved.
