Naruto was practicing his kunai throwing against a nearby tree.
it has been two weeks since he started training under Ebusi for his fight against Neji and it had gone relatively well.
as Naruto threw another kunai, he suddenly heard a weird noise coming from the forest.
curious, Naruto went to investigate the noise.
Naruto eventually got to where the noise came from and he saw something interesting, or rather someone.
it was a man with pale skin dressed in an elegant, slim cut, white long-sleeved tailcoat with maroon lining and cuffs and an oversized collar that folded back upon itself over his bare muscular torso, over a pair of baggy black pants that covered his bare feet.
but the most distinguishing feature of the man was a long, curving horn which grew from the man's left brow and wrapped around the back of his skull before jutting outward from his right temple, making it look like a crown.
Naruto was confused by the man, but that confusion was gone as soon as he realized that the man was bleeding heavily from his stomach.
Naruto quickly went to help the man.
flashback
two pale-skinned men stared at each other.
one of them sighed "Hamura... we need to talk about mother."
"what is there to talk about Hagoromo? it's clear that she is going to far and must be stopped." Hamura said.
before the two could continue, a loud crashing sound.
the two went to investigate.
when the two got there, they saw a small meteor.
Hamura activated his byakugan "brother, there's someone in there."
as if on que, a man, whose aura reminded them of their mother, walked out of the crash site.
the man looked towards the two, sensing a familiar chakra signature in both of them "dammit."
"who are you?" Hagoromo asked.
the man sighed "I'm Isshiki Ōtsutsuki."
the two went wide-eyed at the man's last name.
"Ōtsutsuki? like Kaguya Ōtsutsuki?" Hamura asked.
the man nodded "yes, I'm her cousin." he gave a sad look "and I assume that you both are her relatives too?"
"we are her sons."
he sighed again "dammit."
"why are you here?" Hagoromo asked.
"I suppose there's no point in lying. I am here... to kill your mother."
silence filled the area.
"why?" Hamura asked.
"because she is royalty."
the brothers raised an eyebrow at this.
"I'll explain."
Isshiki then proceeded to tell the two about the Ōtsutsuki clan, and how the clan was currently in a civil war.
the Ōtsutsuki royal family believed that they were Gods and went mad with power and doing many horrible things that the rebellion was against.
as tensions were boiling, the royalty had sent Kaguya here to Earth to prepare.
"and now I'm here to make sure that your mother doesn't come back and help the royalty... I'm sorry for this but please... don't resist or try to stop me. if you allow her to continue, war will come to this planet." he said that last part, hoping that the two had come to love this planet and its people.
the brothers looked at each other, then back to Isshiki.
"as much as it pains us to say this... we agree that mother must be stopped." Hagoromo said.
Isshiki went wide-eyed at this "so... you'll help me?"
the two gave a reluctant nod.
"I can't believe this."
everyone turned to see a pale-skinned woman with soft facial features, eyebrows that were cut very short and round, with long, sweeping white hair.
"Kaguya."
"after all I've done for the both of you. You're going to betray me and ally yourselves with traitorous scum like this?" Kaguya asked angerly.
"we're sorry mother, but you've become too dangerous for your own good." Hamura said.
Kaguya sighed "fine, I guess I'll have to deal with all three of you." she turned to Isshiki "and after I'm done, I'm going to deal with the rest of those traitors."
the three then prepared themselves for battle.
the three were breathing heavily.
"dammit." Isshiki said.
the battle against Kaguya was more than any of them bargained for and currently she was winning.
it was then something came to Hagoromo "guys, I have an idea."
"what is it brother?"
"yes, tell us and quickly."
"I have an idea for sealing her away, but unfortunately two of us will have to begin the process and someone will need to go with Kaguya and finish the sealing."
"I'll do it." Isshiki said.
"are you-"
"we don't have time to argue about this, just get the sealing ready!"
as the brothers watched as the small planet raised towards the sky, both prayed for the success of their relative to seal their mother away.
Hagoromo looked towards Hamura "brother, even though we likely won, I still fear that war will come to this planet."
"what do you suggest we do?" Hamura asked.
"I propose that we give the humans chakra."

as Isshiki breathed heavily, he looked towards Kaguya, who was being sealed away.
"finally, it's over." he said, blood drooling from his mouth.
Kaguya laughed "foolish cousin of mine, I will return someday. as my will is unstoppable."
those were her final words as the sealing process finished.
grasping his stomach, Isshiki made a portal and walked through it.
flashback over
as Isshiki breathed heavily, he could only think about the rebellion and how he hoped that without Kaguya, the royalty will fall.
he remembered all the events that happened during the civil war, including how he had to kill his childhood friend Momoshiki, cause he sided with the royalty.
"are you okay!?"
Isshiki's thoughts were cut off, as he looked to see a blonde boy with an orange jumpsuit.
he then sensed that the boy had chakra, naturally he came to the only conclusion as to why he had chakra "guess those two gave chakra to everyone."
"huh?" the blonde asked.
"nothing." Isshiki then coughed "gah, I'm not going to make it."
"don't say that!" the blonde yelled.
Isshiki then looked up and down at the boy, he then remembered how his cousin said that she would come back, he didn't know if what she said was true or not, but the idea horrified him. an idea came to him.
'I still have enough energy for that, and for some reason that I can't tell, I think that this boy will be able to handle all my power.'
"hey kid, what's your name?" Isshiki asked weakly.
"I'm Naruto Uzumaki."
"Naruto... could you please give me your hand?"
Naruto was confused by the request but complied, pulling out his right hand.
Isshiki then proceeded to grab the blonde's hand and funnel what little chakra he had left.
He then let go.
Naruto looked to see that on the palm of his hand was a weird black diamond tattoo.
"what the?"
"listen."
Naruto looked back at the man.
"I don't have much time to explain. Naruto, there is a woman named Kaguya, she is very powerful and very dangerous. she is currently sealed away right now but I fear that she may return and if she does return, bad things will happen. Naruto, the thing I gave you will give you access to my abilities as well as knowledge on how to use them. it won't come all at once, but it once it does, you must prepare yourself for if Kaguya returns. promise me that, if for nothing else then a dying man's wish."
Naruto gave the man a reassuring smile "consider it the promise of a lifetime. I promise that if this Kaguya ever comes back, that I'll kick her butt."
Isshiki smiled "thank you."
Isshiki then closed his eyes and he faded to dust.
as soon as the strange man was gone, Naruto felt different.
he looked towards his jumpsuit "man. this is a ugly color."
"NARUTO!"
'crap that must be Ebusi. I think it'll be wise not to tell him about this.' "coming."
Naruto was walking along side Ebusi.
"I have to say Naruto, you've managed to impress me." Ebusi said while readjusting his sunglasses.
"ah thanks."
it was then, Naruto and Ebusi noticed a man with long white hair was peeping on the hot springs.
Ebusi sighed "Naruto, I'll deal with this, you go home and we'll continue training tomorrow, okay?"
Naruto nodded and left to go home.
