As Yoshiharu and Sirius told her this Nobuna began to look at them almost like she was thinking of what they said, "So you came here to help me according to you to help me achieve my goals, and you claim to be an Oda from another time, you do realize how crazy that sounds and why is your friend staring at Shibata's breasts like that?"

Yoshiharu quickly told her that he wasn't, actually what Sirius is doing is evaluating the quality of her armor, and from what the two have seen it is pretty lousy. Something like that is not going to protect someone, that is more than likely going to cause a person to be killed. Another woman walked over to where Sirius was and asked, "Is what your friend said, right? you are merely seeing how good or bad the armor of my fellow general is? Mind telling me why you both think that chest plate is such a lousy piece of armor?"

Sirius looked at her and he noticed that she was wearing armor that was clearly based on a tiger or had fur that looked like it came from one, she had a tiger mask on her hip and she was a rather beautiful young woman, "The way the chest plate is made to have clear defined female breasts, and the way they are, would make any sword strike on that plate be directed in such a way that a person could easily stab the person wearing it right through the heart. It should have been made to deflect strikes, not direct them to vital points. It is basic knowledge of armor smithing, or at least in our time."

That is when she began to nod her head, "I am Maeda Toshiie, and the person whose chest you were looking at so intently is Shibata Katsuie, I know young men can't seem to get their attention away from her ridiculously large breasts, so I can't blame you. Aside from that how come you know so much about armor smithing? are you a blacksmith in your time?"

Sirius told her no, he merely learned as a hobby, but if he was given enough materials, a forge, and some tools he could actually make armor that would make the ones her friend was wearing, even the ones that Nobuna and herself were wearing seem worthless by comparison. As they finally made it back to the home of apparently Nobuna in the province of Owari, he was led to the main building which again was also the place where Nobuna and her people held meetings and it was also the place where they lived.

"Tokichiro, I know the reason and I understand after you explained it to me, but I can't tell you how utterly shocked still am that you were a young lady when we first met, you pretended to be a man so well, you could be an actor. I know that you must have gone through quite a lot in your life, but as I said before while we traveled if you got anything I can help you with be sure to ask, friends, and help each other." Tokichiro smiled and said she would in fact that Sirius up on the offer, and she was forced to live as a boy since she was born so it wasn't that difficult for her.

"What I would like to know more about what would you do to make better armor? I got to admit that some better armor would do wonders for Nobuna's forces, considering that most enemies are still fighting with traditional weapons, and only Nobuna had the idea of using muskets as a weapon, a lot of people consider those barbarian toys." Sirius told her that it wasn't the case at all, Nobuna was simply more forward-thinking than most realize.

She asked him what did he mean by that, "In the time where we came from, most soldiers do not use swords, bows, or spears anymore as their main weapon, they use weapons very much like the ones Nobuna had her men use, the musket in the hands of a person with enough training can defeat more enemies than a person using what you call traditional weapons. So you see from our perspective she has the right strategic mindset, while everyone else who calls her a fool are actually the fools because they refused to learn when presented with new ideas."

"See the musket is something that people in a place called Europe invented and this single weapon was responsible for making the traditional training of a knight obsolete, the fact is that a knight was a person who needed to be trained since they were teenagers and it took decades for them to hone in the skills and knowledge to be one, but the musket made it so that even a farmer with a month of training on how to use it, could actually fight and defeat that knight. The weapon was made so that anyone with enough training can use it." He pointed at the musket as he finished saying that.

"In fact, in our time they have been improved and the very concept of a musket gave birth to a whole new line of weapons we call firearms, they are in many types, some that can fire extremely long distances, some that can fire in rapid succession, some that spread the damage when fired, and some even fire something that when it hits causes an explosion that can break a castle's walls. So you see we know quite a bit thanks to our training and education from our time."

Maeda began to look at Yoshiharu and Sirius and began to nod her head, "So people don't use swords or spears as their main weapon anymore, it is kind of sad for me since I mastered the spear, but what was the reason for the musket to be so easily adopted, something tells me that you two have seen or known about conflict which is sort of heartbreaking because we all hoped that the future would be a time of peace."

As everyone finally made it into the place where they usually held their meetings, Yoshiharu was more focused on trying to get Nobuna to trust her to help her not make the same mistakes as he once did in his previous life, it was not easy since even though both Yoshiharu and his friend had shown that they were both powerful, somehow Nobuna still didn't trust him.

"I will tell you again, in my time, I am the male reincarnation of you, and I know what could happen if you choose the same mistakes I did, I am trying very hard to help you avoid that fate, I am doing this so that if I manage to get you to avoid those mistakes, the future of Japan and more importantly you, will be a lot happier than how I ended up."

Nobuna asked him what was his name to which he told her that in his previous life, he was the son of Nobuhide, and he was named Nobunaga. He even mentioned that he had a brother, who often rebelled against him and tried to take over control of his province by inciting the people to revolt. It was something Nobuna knew only too well, she had seen this happen a few times, and each time she was asked by her mother or her sister's retainer to forgive her, which often left her wishing that she killed her instead since her sister did this quite a few times.

"And the first mistake I regret most of all is killing my brother, I much later after I got reincarnated came to realize that my brother was not at fault at all, and it was more than likely some of the advisors trying to influence my brother to take the rulership of Owari since I didn't do things as they would call traditional."

Nobuna immediately asked Yoshiharu what exactly happened when Nobunaga killed his brother, Yoshiharu simply told her that after killing his brother he could no longer tolerate or trust anyone, and from that moment on he went to kill anyone that dared to even disagree with him, meaning by the end he killed all the people that once could have helped him unify Japan, simply because they either disagreed or tried to stop him from taking things too far. "Oh, so if I kill my brother, I could end up becoming a bloodthirsty demon, that basically kills anyone that crosses my path, in that life, you were no better than a demon!"

Sirius was quick to mention that Yoshiharu as Nobunaga wasn't called the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven for nothing. "From what I remember of history the brutality and cruelty that Nobunaga unleashed was so horrible that it took one of his last remaining allies to trap him and kill him, so later that ally could in fact lead the forces that Nobunaga still had and complete the unification of Japan, which would have been done quicker and without the death of so many people, had he not killed his brother."

"Essentially the decision of your brother's advisors is because they want to maintain how things have been done for centuries, however, change is needed for progress, and the fact that they didn't understand how deadly muskets are, Yoshiharu faced many of the things you will no doubt will also face, and has the most honest desire to see that his mistakes do not happen again, he truly is trying to help you."

Nobuna asked Yoshiharu and his friend how could they help her, to which Yoshiharu simply laughed and told her in many, many ways, they had knowledge of the future, they have accurate maps of every region of Japan, down to the smallest detail, and they had access to all the technology and magic from their future, so they could literally make her army almost invincible by comparison to what they will be facing.

The lady who Sirius had spent some time looking at decided to ask for more concrete examples, "You want more concrete examples, sure, that is easy, the horrible stuff you call armor is a perfect example, now come here and let me do my thing, and I will show you what adequate armor actually is and even feels like." As Shibata stepped close to Sirius he did something that made a flash of light go over her entire body, and as she did, he closed his eyes for a few minutes.

He immediately put his hands through a rather strange hole that opened in midair and he immediately began to pull these strange-looking pieces of clothing, as he tossed them off the ground the thud of them hitting could be heard. "Alright, I took your measurements and this is the armor that will be the best fit for you. Now please take that and put those pieces on instead of the armor you are currently wearing, once you are done, I will need a musket to prove to you how much better this armor is."

Sirius waited for Shibata to finally finish getting dressed in the new armor as he had to explain to her which piece was first and in what order she should put the armor on. As soon as she was done Shibata couldn't believe how light this stuff was, it felt like almost nothing more than regular clothes, so she began to wonder how useful it was compared to the one she had on before.

Sirius with a movement of his wand made a replica of her and one where she was wearing her old armor. The two copies stood side by side, as Yoshiharu was given the musket and loaded the first shot, Sirius asked for a war bow, which one of the troops was able to hand to him. Both friends shot at the copy wearing the armor made using the metal weave first and nothing, it showed no damage at all, and the armor simply shrug off the attack, they did the same with the armor she was wearing and this time the musket shot went straight and punctured the armor it was clear to see that the shot had reached the heart of the copy as it doubled over in pain and died.

Sirius made one copy after another and each time they both attacked both copies with the weapons that they had available, and time and time again it proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that the armor that General Shibata was wearing had stood up to massive amounts of damage, something her old armor couldn't even compare to. "This is unbelievable, not only have we seen magic, but seeing so many copies of myself and saw what would happen as they wore my usual armor the comment about my armor being a piece of junk is clear, but what is even more shocking is that the armor was better is so light, comfortable and easy to wear. I feel like I am wearing my casual clothes yet this armor withstands more damage than my usual armor."

Sirius looked at Nobuna, "Nobuna we can teach you how to make armor like that for every soldier in your army, we can improve the muskets to be able to hit enemies from vast distances, and you have people who have not only access to knowledge no one here could even dream off, but are skilled using magic that could prove to not only eliminate your enemies but also heal your forces, I trust that with this small demonstration, we have shown how useful we would be to your cause."

She immediately had to ask, if they had such power, why not attack a province by themselves, and lead an army of their own to take over Japan completely, just with the armor alone it shouldn't be that much of a problem, so why help her at all? Yoshiharu walked over to her seeing that she was still doubting how sincere they were and he simply looked into her eyes, "Nobuna, you are right, we could do that, but as I said, we want to help you achieve your goal to bring peace to Japan so that Japan can live without ever fearing to be invaded by other nations. Unifying Japan is the only way for the nation to become strong enough to withstand foreign invasions, and put an end to centuries of war that have cost this nation countless lives, lives that could have been a great help to this nation."

Nobuna saw that he was being so sincere and stood so close to her that it made her feel almost embarrassed for doubting their intentions and she tried to clear her throat and turned away to hide the blush that had slowly appeared on her face. "Very well, I shall give you three a chance to prove to me your loyalty and bravery in battle, but for now you shall be given a place where you three can sleep, we shall continue these discussions tomorrow, as it is getting a little bit late, and we all need our sleep to be ready for whatever comes tomorrow!"

The place actually left much to be desired to most people, but then again Yoshiharu and Sirius were not like most people, they immediately began to work on the place without much trouble they began to repair and transfigure the place into something more acceptable. The utter look of shock from Nene and her grandfather was absolutely priceless, they found the place Yoshiharu and Sirius were going to live in transformed into this rather strange small house made of stone and they could swear it was reinforced with metal.

The shocking part was when they entered the place and found that the place was as big as a castle, with dozens if not hundreds of rooms, a living room, kitchen with these strange nobs that could instantly make fire and control the heat, on that was in a wall that could apparently be used to make this stuff called bread. A vast room with hundreds if not thousands of books, and finally the most amazing thing is that every room had beautiful rugs, paintings that seem to be alive, and furniture that the Emperor would be proud to own.

That was all that both Nene and others needed to ask them how the hell did they turn the place they had been assigned to live into this? Sirius was not actually that surprised at the question and simply told them that they are wizards, why wouldn't they make the place they live in as comfortable as possible. Yoshiharu however went further and told Nene that the library has a complete section on cooking techniques, recipes, and knowledge, and she was more than welcome to come and read as many of them as she likes.

As for the kitchen by all means use it as much as they want, there is no problem at all, when asked about the fire Yoshiharu told her it was simply a rune, and some magic, there is nothing too strange about it, a fireball spell and a rune to maintain it or control the heat of it, that is all, pretty basic stuff. She then asked about the room that she could enter from the kitchen which felt so cold that she felt like she was in the worst winter she had ever experienced. Again he explained a spell to freeze and a run, simple, and this room is used to keep food ingredients from spoiling.

Sirius could tell that they needed a much more detailed explanation, as one of them brought to them a strange bar of something and a bottle of something he didn't know what it was, Sirius explain to her grandfather, that the bar is something to wash their hands and body when taking a bath, and the bottle is stuff that can be used to wash their hair, he simply said that hygiene is very important when a person wants to avoid getting sick. As they tried to understand Sirius simply said, cleanliness is next to godliness.

It seems the young woman decided to take him up his offer and was seen reading one cooking book after another, Sirius had spent the following days teaching and improving the forge and educating the blacksmiths about all the knowledge he possessed when it came to blacksmithing. Yoshiharu ever the firearms enthusiast decided to take the current musket and begin to work improving it by making a new barrel, improving the wick and powder chamber, and being sorely tempted in just flat out going into his dungeon and buying a shit ton of the most advanced machineguns he could get his hands on, not to mention enough ammo.

Sirius put a stop to that telling them that there is no telling when a person might be offered a ton of money for that weapon, or turn traitor and begin to steal weapons and ammo to sell to the enemy, greed is eternal after all, and war is a good source of business. These two comments made Yoshiharu improve the muskets using only things that were currently available. Sirius told him he was doing the same thing for the armor for the troops.

"I am not going to use the dungeon to create the best armor for every foot soldier, instead I am going to create armor for the generals and for Nobuna, we still have ours so there is no need for us to make any new armor for us, the only thing the blacksmiths are getting are better tools and knowledge, and every tool was made using materials that anyone can get. Thanks to the antitheft charms and runes in the library, even if they tried to steal books, they would fail. Even if a person tried to read them to have others copy them, they couldn't because the charm will activate immediately when a person who is not authorized tried to read the book, instead of what they want, they would find chapters from that orange book our teacher used to love so much."

That is when Yoshiharu realized one major mistake, they both had been using the gamer powers for so long that they forgot all about the fact the ability auto-translates any written word, this means the books in their library might not even need protection since nobody would be able to read them, it is in their language not the language people in these lands would know. Yoshiharu walked up to Nene and asked her a simple thing, why didn't she tell him that she couldn't understand the words in the books she was reading? and how did she make the recipes if she couldn't read?

"I was embarrassed and didn't want to trouble you big brother, didn't want you to think I was a dummy, the recipes I have been able to do is because some of the books have pictures showing how it is done." She immediately began to cry out of sheer frustration. Sirius knew where this was going and understood that this was their mistake and they had to make amends to the young woman.

"No, you know how often someone uses an ability and they use it for so long they forget about it? Well, Sirius and I do that, we can read anything, and I am sorry that I didn't consider that since I forgot. Call your grandfather over and those people that work in the forge. I am going to make things right, it was not your fault but ours, I wouldn't think any less of you for telling me that you don't know something, if you got any questions be sure to ask, and we will help you if we can."

She happily went to her grandfather and brought over the Oda main blacksmith, and some people that been trying very hard to read the books, as the group got together Yoshiharu invited them all into his party, which immediately caused a commotion since they immediately saw the status window appear before them, but after calming down they read it and accepted.

They immediately felt calm, and they once again tried to read the books with a sigh of relief Nene was happy to be able to read the books, and so were the other people. Sirius told them to read some language books, that while being in the party they should be able to learn them a lot quicker, this way one day when they were no longer at the party they will be able to read the books. The older man looked at Sirius and smiled, "Not only that, understanding your language and many others will help us learn and see the world in many different ways, if we travel to other countries this would help us talk to the people and avoid all kinds of problems, you are right, we will do as you suggested."

As soon as this was done, life in Owari began to change, as people learned more about how to preserve food, and even managed to create something similar to the thing Sirius and Yoshiharu had in their home, it was hard work but they managed to create a working stove, the only thing is that they had to buy the containers of the gas to fuel it from Yoshiharu.

Sirius saw this as yet another ploy by his friend to become richer, but that is an aspect of his previous life that didn't seem to change, so he had to accept it, the people in their village began to learn more and more about languages and what was once the library in their home had to be rebuilt and made into a library that could allow more and more people to go and read the books. The antitheft and the charms to prevent people from either defacing or destroying books had to be implemented.

They had to weave the runs into the very building and thus making these charms permanent within the structure. When asked why did he have to make such changes, it was mentioned to Nobuna that if they didn't the enemy could gain this knowledge and use it against her, or try to destroy it so that she and her people could no longer benefit from it. It was all a matter of security.
